Abstract

Permasalahan utama dari kegiatan ini berdasarkan hasil observasi dan diskusi terhadap guru produktif jurusan teknik elektronika di SMK Negeri 2 Makassar dalam hal mengembangkan kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh guru yaitu terbatasnya peralatan praktikum khusus PLC yang menyebabkan sekolah kesulitan dalam proses pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran praktikum PLC, rendahnya kompetensi guru di bidang PLC hal ini menyebabkan kurangnya kemampuan pengetahuan dalam mengajarkan materi pembelajaran praktikum PLC kepada siswa secara menarik, inovatif, dan kreatif dan mampu membangkitkan gairah siswa dalam belajar dan belum optimalnya pemanfaatan media pembelajaran berupa trainer PLC. Oleh karena itu dilakukan pelatihan untuk guru produktif jurusan teknik elektronika industri di SMK Negeri 2 Makassar supaya guru dapat menguasai konsep pemprograman PLC dengan menggunakan logika kobinasional, sekuensial, dan fungsi-fungsi khusus dalam struktur dasar pemrograman PLC, seperti meningkatkan keterampilan mereka dalam merangkai serta memprogram PLC, merencanakan pemrograman PLC dengan menggunakan logika kobinasional, sekuensial, dan fungsi-fungsi khusus dalam struktur pemrograman PLC. Adapun hasil yang dicapai yaitu setelah pelatihan ini adalah guru dapat memahami tentang komponen dasar PLC, aplikasi PLC untuk simulasi, dapat merakit sistem kontrol PLC

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik dengan menggunakan metode sosiodrama pada mata pelajaran SKI di MTs Negeri Palopo. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjeck penelitian peserta didik dan pendidik kelas VIII C. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan aktivitas peserta didik siklus I mencapai 66,6% dengan kategori baik. Pada hasil belajar pada siklus I dari 37 peserta didik terdapat 8 peserta didik yang masuk pada kategori sangat baik, 10 peserta didik masuk pada kategori baik, 14 peserta didik masuk pada kategori cukup, 2 peserta didik masuk pada kategori kurang, 3 peserta didik masuk pada kategori sangat kurang. Sedangkan pada siklus II aktivitas peserta didik mencapai presentase 85% dengan kategori sangat baik. Hasil belajar dari 37 peserta didik terdapat 17 peserta didik yang masuk pada kategori sangat baik, 13 peserta didik masuk pada kategori baik, 7 peserta didik masuk pada kategori cukup.

Abstract

The exploration of the impact of mobile payment integration on consumer behavior represents a compelling avenue of inquiry within scholarly discourse. Despite the burgeoning adoption rates of mobile payment systems, empirical research delineating its ramifications on consumer spending tendencies, particularly in terms of propensity towards overspending, remains relatively sparse. Mobile payment platforms offer unparalleled convenience, facilitating transactions across diverse contexts, yet potentially precipitating a surge in consumer expenditure. This study endeavors to elucidate the intricate relationship between mobile payment usage and tendencies towards overspending, with a particular focus on Generation Z, a cohort known for its digital fluency and proclivity towards embracing technological innovations. Employing a quantitative research methodology, structural equation modeling (SEM) is employed to dissect the nuanced impact of mobile payment adoption on consumer behavior. Drawing upon a sample of 105 Generation Z respondents, data collection was conducted online via Google Forms disseminated through various social media platforms to ensure a diverse and representative sample. Furthermore, this inquiry investigates the moderating role of gender in shaping the nexus between mobile payment utilization and overspending behavior, seeking to discern potential gender-based disparities in consumer spending patterns engendered by mobile payment adoption. The findings underscore a significant positive association between mobile payment usage and proclivities towards overspending, indicating that heightened engagement with mobile payment platforms correlates with increased consumer expenditure tendencies. Moreover, gender emerges as a salient moderator in this relationship, with females exhibiting a heightened susceptibility to consumer behavior relative to their male counterparts.

Abstract

This study examines the motivation to go to sea among youth, North Galesong. The research method used is a qualitative case study type. Sources of data in this study are divided into two kinds of categories, namely primary and secondary sources. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the motivation of youth to become fishermen comes from intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation is obtained from within the individual with conscious considerations such as an understanding of the economic potential of their area, an understanding of technology and an understanding of fishing skills. While the external motivation is obtained from outside the youth, such as the pressure to fulfill economic needs, support and even coercion from the family

Abstract

Financial statements are the most important part of a company, this is because the financial statements are a means of communication that is the liaison between the parties involved in decision making related to the business continuity of the company. This study aims to examine the effect on investment decision, profitability and investment opportunity set on firm value. This study uses a sample of 10 banking company and is listed on the IDX during the 2015-2019 period. Data analysis techniques used in this study use multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the investment decision, profitability and investment opportunity set has not significant on firm value.

Abstract

To ensure safe consumption and substitution in the production of urea multi-nutrient molasses block (UMMB), adhesives must be used to bond the raw materials. While cement is one of the primary adhesive materials used, its inorganic material means that its use in feed should be restricted. To address this issue, a study was conducted to evaluate the quality and shelf life of UMMB with tapioca meal as an adhesive substitute for cement. The study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with two factors. The first factor, A, involved substituting cement with tapioca meal., i.e., cement 100% (T0); cement 75% and tapioca meal 25% (T1); cement 50% and tapioca meal 50% (T2); cement 25% and tapioca meal 75% (T3); and tapioca meal 100% (T4), respectively. The second factor, B, is the shelf life, e.g., 0 days (as H0), 15 days (H15), and 30 days (H30), respectively. The study found that tapioca meal as a natural adhesive substitute for cement in the production of UMMB should be limited to a maximum of 50%. The study also revealed that the interaction between the substitution of cement with tapioca meal and the shelf life significantly affected water absorption and total plate count (TPC) but not the density of UMMB. This information could be used to help ensure the safe and effective production of UMMB. Keywords: Cement, Tapioca Meal, UMMB

Abstract

Corruption crimes occur in North Sumatra precisely in the city of medan with various types of cases in various fields. The field of education is one of the fields used by corruptors to enrich themselves . The most dominant forms of corruption occur such as unauthorized levies on students and misuse of school operational assistance funds.the analysis uses Jack Bologne'S GONE theory to describe the characteristics of corruption in education. It is important to provide an understanding of the form and characteristics of the crime in order to determine the countermeasures properly. forms of corruption in the field of education in the city of medan. Modus operandi of the perpetrators it is very easy to commit corruption because lack of oversight on the part of local governments as well as the tendency of law enforcement who are reluctant to handle cases of corruption in the field of education although aware of the practice of illegal levies made by the school to its students. Abstract

Research on the isolation and antibacterial activity test of the Sabrang Onion (Eleutherine bulbosa) bulb has been carried out. This study aims to obtain triterpenoid compounds from Sabrang onion bulb and find out its activity as an antibacterial against Escherichia coli bacteria causing Urinary Tract Infection (UTI). UTI is a disease with a fairly high prevalence of 80% caused by E. coli bacteria, with the highest number of patient are woman. The stages of this research include extraction by maceration method using n-hexane solvent. The concentrated n-hexane extract was then analyzed with thin layer chromatography. Positive identification of triterpenoids was carried out using Liebermann-Burchard reagents with n-hexane: ethyl acetate (9: 1) eluent. The obtained isolates were also analyzed using UV-Vis spectrophotometry. The results of the analysis showed that the isolate had an absorbance value of 0.205 A at a wavelength of 443 nm and 0.430 A at a wavelength of 788 nm. The isolates were tested for antibacterial activity against E. coli bacteria by agar diffusion method. The results showed that the inhibition zone diameter at a concentration of 0.5% w / v was 20.19 mm, at a concentration of 1% w / v the inhibitory zone was 21.83 mm. In the positive control used standard tetracycline, the diameter of the inhibition zone was 40.67mm. Inhibition zone diameter at a concentration of 0.5% w / v was 20.19 mm, at a concentration of 1% w / v the resulting inhibition zone was 21.83 mm. An increase in the response of inhibition against E. coli bacteria with a concentration of 1% w/ v of 1.64 mm. In the positive control, the diameter of inhibition zone is 40.67 mm. Thus, triterpenoid isolates from Sabrang Onion are effective as antibacterial, in the strong category with inhibition zone diameters > 20 mm.

Abstract

This study aimed to provide an overview of the implementation of teacher learning management in improving student academic achievement at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darussalam Buriko. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation using a qualitative descriptive method. The findings indicate that effective learning management at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darussalam Buriko involves three key stages: (1) Learning Planning: Lesson plans and other administrative tools are prepared, although often only to meet administrative requirements. (2) Implementation: Teachers generally follow their lesson plans, except in certain subjects where they rely solely on student textbooks. (3) Evaluation: This involves formative and summative assessments and evaluations of students' spiritual and social attitudes. Improved student learning outcomes are evidenced by fewer remedial cases attributed to teachers' innovative methods. However, challenges include insufficient infrastructure, additional teacher assignments, inadequate knowledge of planning and implementation, limited study duration, and student-related issues such as afternoon drowsiness, lack of enthusiasm, and discipline problems.This study aimed to provide an overview of the implementation of teacher learning management in improving student academic achievement at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darussalam Buriko. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh massage metode Manurak terhadap penurunan denyut nadi recovery pemain bola voli putra cendana. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua variabel yang terdiri dari satu variable bebas (massage metode Manurak) dan satu variabel terikat yaitu denyut nadi recovery. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pemain bola voli putra cendana sebanyak 10 pemain. Tehnik sampling yang digunakan yaitu tehnik studi populasi. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan metode perbuatan yaitu test dan pengukuran dengan instrument tehnik phalpase. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis uji t dengan taraf signifikan 5%. Karena t hitung>t tabel (5,612>1,833) maka hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh massage metode Manurak terhadap penurunan denyut nadi recovery pemain bola voli putra cendana.
