Abstract

The search engine is a device for searching information from available documents. But the search engine will give you a lot of search results, so to find a document we have to open a meeting. Text summarization allows us to get key information from a document quickly without requiring us to read the contents of the document manually.One of the methods used is Maximum Marginal Relevance (MMR). MMR belongs to the extractive summary category (choosing the sentence in the document as the main sentence of the document content). MMR is done by weighting each sentence in the document.It is hoped that with the application of the Maximum Marginal Relevance Method this automatic summary of text can reduce the level of data redundancy and can help readers understand the meaning of the summary results and provide good information

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning yang dapat meningkatkan minat dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa kelas X di SMAN 2 Jonggat tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XE-1 yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu lembar observasi, angket minat belajar matematika dan tes evaluasi kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil angket dan tes  matematika siswa meningkat dari  siklus I ke siklus  II. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning dapat meningkatkan minat belajar dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa. The research aims to describe the Contextual Teaching and Learning approach process which can increase the interest and ability to solve mathematical problems in class X students at SMAN 2 Jonggat for the 2023/2024 academic year. This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The research subjects were 36 students in class XE-1. The instruments used were observation sheets, interest questionnaires in learning mathematics, and evaluation tests of mathematical problem-solving abilities. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of student questionnaires and mathematics tests increased from cycle I to cycle II. It can be concluded that the Contextual Teaching and Learning approach can increase students' interest in learning and mathematical problem-solving abilities.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hard skill mahasiswa calon guru matematika melalui pelatihan intensif penggunaan GeoGebra, dengan Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika FSTT UNDIKMA sebagai mitra utama. Masalah yang diidentifikasi adalah kesulitan mahasiswa dalam mengembangkan kompetensi yang diperlukan untuk mengajar matematika dengan teknologi, khususnya dalam menggunakan GeoGebra sebagai alat bantu. Solusi yang diusulkan adalah penyelenggaraan workshop GeoGebra yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam mengajar dan memanfaatkan teknologi ini secara efektif. Target luaran melibatkan peningkatan pemahaman konsep GeoGebra, keterampilan dalam mengoperasikan sofware ini, kemampuan merencanakan sesi pembelajaran interaktif, dan keterampilan dalam mengevaluasi penggunaan GeoGebra dalam pembelajaran matematika. Langkah-langkah pelaksanaan mencakup workshop intensif dengan presentasi, demonstrasi, dan latihan praktis, materi yang mencakup pengenalan GeoGebra, penggunaan fitur utama, pembuatan aktivitas pembelajaran, serta evaluasi. Selama dan setelah pelatihan, mahasiswa mendapatkan bimbingan dan evaluasi berkala untuk memastikan perkembangan dan penguasaan hard skill mereka. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan ini, beberapa kesimpulan dapat diambil antara lain 1) Kegiatan pelatihan GeoGebra berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa tentang konsep dan potensi penggunaan GeoGebra dalam pembelajaran matematika. Mahasiswa telah mampu memahami manfaat alat ini dan potensinya dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif; 2) Pelatihan ini juga efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam mengoperasikan dan memanfaatkan fitur-fitur GeoGebra untuk mengembangkan aktivitas pembelajaran yang interaktif. Mahasiswa mampu membuat materi pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan efektif.

Abstract

Kota Yogyakarta berkomitmen dalam penanganan kumuh perkotaan sesuai dengan Permen PUPR No 02/PRT/M/2016 Tentang Peningkatan Kualitas Terhadap Perumahan Kumuh dan Permukiman Kumuh yang terdiri dari 7 aspek (kondisi bangunan, jalan, drainase, air minum, persampahan, dan proteksi kebakaran) ditambah 1 aspek ruang terbuka publik yang diatur dalam SE DCJK PUPR No 40/SE/DC/2016. Berdasarkan SK Walikota Yogyakarta No 216 Tahun 2016, Kawasan Warungboto RW007, RW008, dan RW009 merupakan kawasan kumuh dibantaran sungai dengan luas 2,5 Ha. Kondisi kekumuhan di lokasi tersebut pada akhir tahun 2018 sudah mempunyai skor kurang dari 19 yang berarti tidak kumuh. Namun dalam kenyataannya terdapat permasalahan air limbah khusunya permukiman yang berada di tepi bantaran sungai Gajahwong belum memenuhi syarat teknis yaitu umunya dari closed rumah langsung disalurkan ke sungai. Hal ini tentu menjadi permaslahan kesehatan lingkungan dan pencemaran sungai. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi indicator kumuh dan memberikan rekomendasi teknis dalam penataan lingkungan permukiman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan penanganan kumuh pada Tahun 2017-2018 dengan inetrvensi pekerjaan jalan, drainase dan IPAL Komunal berpengaruh signifikan pada skor kumuh sehingga kondisi akhir tahun 2018 di Warungboto sudah tidak kumuh. Warga terdampak proyek (WTP) langsung terdapat 24 warga yang berada disempadan sungai sejumalh 16 warga sudah melakukan pembongkaran swadaya sedangkan 8 warga bersedia dilakukan pembongkaran dengan dana bantuan program dengan alasan tanahnya sudah SHM. Terdapat 2 kategori pembenahan rumah terdampak dengan konsep M2K (Mundur Mandep Kali) dan M3K (Mundur Munggah Madep kali), namun masih berada di area sempadan sungai karena menurut PERMENPUPR Nomor 28 Tahun 2015 batas sempadan sungai perkotaan yang belum bertanggul lebar minimal 10 m. Rekomendasinya perlu dibuat peraturan penjelas lebih lanjut dan dilakukan sosialisasi agar terdapat penyamaan persepsi terkait garis sempadan sungai perkotaan dan penataan permukiman yang diperbolehkan. Adanya kesepakatan warga terdampak program yang menyatakan siap untuk ditata perlu diakomodir.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe children's language politeness in the maxims of reading, acceptance, humility, sympathy, agreement, and generosity. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data collection procedures in this study include: prevention, reading novels of the eye and ancient flame which carry maxims repeatedly, inventorying dialogues of children and main characters containing maxims, data collection, data analysis, and interpreting data. The data analysis technique in this study used content analysis with the steps of reading and classifying the types of maxims. The results of this study show politeness in children's language, the maxim of sympathy with the indicator showing sympathy for the speech partner, the maxim above the indicator does not cause harm to the speech partner, the maxim of humility with the type of praising the speech partner and one's own goals as much as possible and the maxim of error with the type of understanding agreement. others and maximize approval of others. The importance of language politeness in novels and daily life, this research can be used as language learning for children.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the behavioral tendencies of hyperactive students in State Islamic Elementary School 3 of West Aceh and how the homeroom teacher manages hyperactive students in MIN 3 West Aceh. This study employs a descriptive qualitative methodology. Observations, interviews, and documentation were employed as data gathering strategies. This investigation was carried out at State Islamic Elementary School 3 of West Aceh. This study involved one principal of State Islamic Elementary School 3 of West Aceh and two homeroom teachers who teach hyperactive students. Based on the study's findings, it is apparent that the hyperactive students of MIN 3 Aceh Barat exhibit motor and mixed hyperactivity with a combination type. The homeroom activities for dealing with hyperactive students consist of (1) arranging seats, (2) issuing warnings, (3) providing hyperactive students with guidance, and (4) building a madrasa setting appropriate to the growth of hyperactive students.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and technological developments, students are required to have critical thinking skills and competencies, problem solving skills and the ability to think creatively. This article discusses the application of Project-Based Learning as an effective strategy in improving students' creative thinking abilities in the Network Systems Administration course, even semester January-June 2023, Padang State University's Informatics Engineering study program. The research design used was Quasi Experimental, involving two class groups, each an experimental class and a control class. This research produced findings that showed significant differences in increasing creative thinking skills between the experimental class and the control class. This difference can be seen from the results of the N-gain test (0.006 < 0.05), which shows that the average increase in creative thinking skills in the experimental class is higher than in the control class. Analysis per indicator shows that the increase in N-gain in the experimental class in the Fluence and Flexibility indicators is in the high category, while the Originality and Elaboration indicators are in the medium category. This finding is supported by the higher level of learning activity in experimental class students compared to the control class. Apart from that, positive responses from students regarding the implementation of the project based learning model can also be seen from the results of the questionnaire instrument.Keywords: Network System Administration, Creative Thinking Ability, Project-Based Learning

Abstract

The assumption that the role of the father is only the breadwinner results in the lack of responsibility of the father in the education of children. On the other hand, the Quran tells a lot of advice from fathers to their children in education and morals. This indicates that the Qur'an encourages fathers to always play a role in the education of children. The purpose of this study is to analyze the advice of a father towards a child in the Quran, namely in Sura Luqman verses 12-19. The approach used in analyzing such data is the use of code theory models and messages. The conclusion in this study is that the analysis on this theory gives birth to father advice to children can be seen from six factors, namely: (1) Good sender; (2) Good recipients; (3) Messages that vary from the introduction of Tawhid, Amal Salih and Morals; (4) The context of the situation behind all advice; (5) The use of calling words spoken in soft words; (6) The existence of good mutual contact.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the results of observations and research experiences that the learning process at Qur'an Education Park Nilasari Gonilan teaching materials used by teachers in the introduction of tajweed still use modules without using additional teaching materials. In addition, in the learning process, teachers still use the sorogan method and do not use learning media. As a result, students are less involved in the learning process so they do not understand the material of tajweed. Based on these facts, researchers conducted a study that aimed to improve children's ability to recognize halqi letters in tajweed using songs. This research method uses a descriptive method. The data collection instrument in this study used observation guidelines and documentation. The subjects in this study were 22 children, consisting of 10 girls and 12 boys. The location used in the study was the Nilasari Gonilan Qur'an Education Park. Research on the recognition of halqi letters with the medium of this song obtained very good results, Evidenced by the development of children in understanding halqi letters.

Abstract

Abstract Introduction: Playing is a reflection of physical, intellectual, emotional, social abilities and playing is a good medium for learning because by playing, children will speak, learn to adapt to the environment, do what they can, and recognize time, distance and sound.Objective: To apply the Rubik's game to improve fine motor skills in school-aged childrenMethod: This therapy research for playing Rubik's uses the educational method of inviting children to play with Rubik's and forming Rubik's in various shapes. This play therapy was carried out on 9 students at SDN 1 Panaragan, Ciamis District, Ciamis Regency with a total of 30 children as respondents and accompanied by a homeroom teacher. This play therapy is carried out in 2 stages, namely 1) asking children to match the colors on the rubik, 2) asking children to form with patience and continuing to practice, 3) evaluation. Result: The application of play therapy education to students at SDN 1 Panaragan Ciamis gave significant results as proven by 30 respondents. This type of game is challenging and can help develop creativity, problem solving and fine motor skills. This game is very popular throughout the world and is used as an aid in mathematics and art education.Conclussion: After reviewing various theoretical sources regarding the fine motor skills of early childhood, it can be seen how important it is to develop children's fine motor skills as early as possible because motor development is closely related to the development of the motor center in the brain. One way to develop fine motor skills in early childhood is by playing. In the research, the play activities used were playing with rubik's in various shapes, such as forming animals or balls, which can attract children's attention.
