Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan validitas perangkat pembelajaran  fisika bermuatan lingkungan lahan basah untuk melatihkan karakter waja sampai kaputing. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model ADDIE, namun pada artikel ini hanya sampai pada tahapan develop. Produk yang dikembangkan berupa RPP, LKS, materi ajar dan THB terhadap materi fluida statis. Validitas perangkat pembelajaran diukur dengan menggunakan lembar validasi dan divalidasi oleh validator ahli. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa validitas perangkat pembelajaran berkategori tinggi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran fisika bermuatan lingkungan lahan basah untuk melatihkan karakter waja sampai kaputing valid, sehingga layak untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran dikelas pada materi fluida statis. Kata  kunci—validitas, lingkungan lahan basah, karakter waja sampai kaputing ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to describe the validity of the physics teaching tools based on wetlands environment to train waja sampai kaputing character. The study was a research and development study using ADDIE model, but in this article, the study would only until the develop stage. The product developed were lesson plans, student’s worksheets, learning material and learning result test for static fluid. The validity of the teaching tools was measured by validation sheets. The results of analysis showed that the validity of the teaching tools is in high category. The results show that the teaching tools based on wetlands environment to train waja sampai kaputing was valid and eligible to be used in learning process in classroom for static fluid topic. Keywords—validity, wetlands environment, waja sampai kaputing character

Abstract

Astrophysics education is one of the subjects in the physics education study program which is also part of astronomy. Astrology is the structure and epistemology of Islamic law that studies the sun, moon, stars, and celestial bodies related to aspects of Islamic law. Indonesian Muslims cannot be separated from local wisdom which is the wealth of the Indonesian nation. This article intends to provide a comprehensive explanation through bibliometric analysis of literature on astrophysics education, religion, and local wisdom. Article searches are performed by Publish or Perish (PoP) software on the Google Scholar database. The search and sorting results found 23 of the 200 articles found in the 2016-2021* range. The results of data processing by PoP software are then edited through the Mendeley Desktop software. The editing results are then processed using VOSviewer software to obtain a visualization of the distribution pattern and data mapping. Broadly speaking, this research shows the projected direction of astrophysics education research if it is studied with religious content based on the Qur'an and local wisdom and its further development. The implications of this research can inspire researchers to study astrophysics education in universities with the content of the Qur'an and local wisdom so that studying science can help increase faith in God.

Abstract

Banyaknya guru yang belum memahami penggunaan e-learning beserta aplikasinya, maka dilakukanlah pelatihan e-learning menggunakan ClassDojo di lingkungan lahan basah. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru dalam menggunakan e-learning melalui aplikasi ClassDojo. Selain itu kegiatan ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon peserta terhadap pelatihan yang dilaksanakan. Pelatihan ini diikuti guru kelompok Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) Kimia di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara (HSU) sebanyak 23 orang. Kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan melalui metode ceramah, diskusi dan praktik langsung dalam penggunaan e-learning melalui ClassDojo. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi diperoleh bahwa peserta memberikan respon yang baik terhadap penyelenggarann pelatihan dan adanya peningkatan pemahaman guru dalam penggunaan e-learning melalui ClassDojo. Hasil pengabdian ini dapat digunakan sebagai bekal guru untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran

Abstract

This research aims to produce learning devices with guided inquiry models that are valid, practical, and effective, making them worth using to practice students' science process skills. This development research uses the ADDIE model. Developed the device in a trial to grade XI students at one of the State High Schools in Banjarmasin. Data collection uses learning device validation sheet instruments, lesson plan implementation, observation sheets, and learning outcome tests. The results showed that the learning tools developed: (1) valid based on the assessments of academics and practitioners, (2) practical based on the implementation of the lesson plan, and (3) effective with medium categories based on N-gain results of learning outcomes. Concluded that learning devices with guided inquiry models deserve to be used to practice students' science process skills. This learning device can be one of the alternatives, especially in temperature and heat materials at the High School level.

Abstract

This article evaluates student responses in biology physics courses use worksheets based on scientific literacy. Student worksheets are seen as a product developed, and one of the aspects reviewed is the practicality in the context of the implementation of the worksheets in the classroom. Student responses will illustrate how practicality of the learning tool, namely the student worksheet used. The student responses were mined from the questionnaire, which featured the grade of very good, good,  enough, poor, and not good. The responses were given by 30 students who took the Biology Physics course from the Physics Education Study Program at Lambung Mangkurat University. Results show that the Student Worksheet is very good for improving scientific literacy in Biology Physics courses and are suggested for widespread implementations, also for another courses.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the most relevant themes related to discovery learning through bibliometric analysis, with its input using the keyword "Discovery learning in Science Learning". The Scopus index database is used in this study as the source database to conduct a bibliometric study for an academic article in the period between 1976 to 2022. This research also uses the VOSviewer app as a bibliometric analysis tool to visualize networks of authors, countries, journals, and keywords. This study found that the number of publications on discovery learning has grown periodically. This study also identifies the top ten authors, top ten affiliations, the top ten countries, and the top ten journal publications as sources in the field of discovery learning. Keyword analysis proves that the study of discovery learning in the last four decades has centred on themes related to computer science education, learning models, discovery learning, public understanding/outreach, high school/introductory chemistry, and constructivism. The bibliometric analysis presented in this study provides relevant information about the main theme learned about discovery learning in science learning, which is seen in the increase in creativity, learning outcomes, and student achievement in school teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

Rakat mufakat is defined as a form of unity in social life which goes hand in hand with deliberation. This descriptive quantitative study aimed to describe the character of rakat mufakat owned by students by applying a local wisdom-integrated module on heat and temperature topic. The research subject was 25 students of class X-6 in SMA Negeri 1 Angkinang, Kandangan city, which was assigned by using purposive sampling technique. The attainment of rakat mufakat character was analyzed by observation sheet filled out by two observers. The character of rakat mufakat consist of tolerance, democracy, and communicative. The measured indicators in this study were giving opportunities to state opinion, willing to accept different opinion, adapting to deliberation, and giving opinions while working in team. Generally, the attainment of rakat mufakat character in the form of average score was 3,47 with the percentage of 87% categorized as very good, while the attainment of rakat mufakat character in every meeting kept increasing with the attainment of 10% categorized as sufficient, 31% categorized as good, and 59% categorized as very good. It shows that the application of local wisdom-integrated module on heat and temperature topic can train the character of rakat mufakat to students. The insertion of the character is important to conserve local cultural values.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that has hit the world for the past two years has created a new trend in the world of education, one of which is through the use of e-modules. The purpose of this research is to identify and describe trends in e-module research in physics learning. The method used in this research is through bibliometric studies. The research was conducted by searching online through the Scopus database in July 2022 with the keyword "e-module" in the 2017-2021 range. The search results are then sorted and saved in CSV format which is then analyzed using VOSviewer software. Through this bibliometric approach, we can obtain an overview of research trends, patterns of interrelationships, and the potential to find novelty from these trends so as to assist further research in the future. The results of data analysis show that there are countries and the most productive authors who conduct research on e-modules. In addition, bibliometric visualization shows that research on e-modules continues to grow in various topics. So that research on e-modules in the future continues to develop according to needs.

Abstract

Masih banyaknya guru yang belum memahami tentang Research and Development (R&D) dan terbatasnya kemampuan guru Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) Kimia Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara (HSU) dalam melaksanakan penelitian pembelajaran kimia di lingkungan lahan basah. Oleh karena itu dilakukan pelatihan R&D bagi guru MGMP Kimia Kabupaten HSU. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan para guru untuk melakukan R&D dan mengembangkan sebuah produk berupa e-modul. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi empat tahap yaitu: perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, evaluasi, dan refleksi. Kegiatan akan dilaksanakan secara hybird baik secara online maupun offline. Kegiatan PkM dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli 2022, sebanyak 3 (tiga) kali pertemuan. Berdasarkan hasil pelatihan diperoleh bahwa terjadi peningkatan pemahaman guru tentang R&D, dihasilkan suatu produk berupa e-modul, dan respon guru terhadap kegiatan pelatihan memiliki kategori sangat baik. Pelatihan ini dapat meningkatkan pemahaman guru tentang R&D sehingga dapat mengembangkan dan menghasilkan suatu produk berupa e-modul yang dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.  There are still many teachers who do not understand Research and Development (R&D) and the limited ability of the Chemistry Subject Teachers' Consultation of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency (HSU) in carrying out chemistry learning research in a wetland environment. This encourages the Community Service team to conduct training and assistance in this regard. Therefore, R&D training for Chemistry MGMP teachers in HSU District was conducted. This training activity aims to improve the understanding and ability of teachers to conduct R&D and develop a product in the form of an e-module. The method of implementing the activities includes four stages: planning, action, observation, evaluation, and reflection. Activities will be carried out in a hybrid manner, both online and offline. The community service activities were carried out from July-August 2022. Based on the training results, it was found that there was an increase in teachers' understanding of R&D, a product in the form of e-modules was produced, and the teacher's response to training activities was in a very good category. This training can improve teachers' understanding of R&D to develop and produce a product in the form of an e-module that can be used in the learning process.

Abstract

Masih rendahnya keterampilan guru dalam membuat media berbasis audio-visual dalam bentuk video, serta kurangnya informasi yang dimiliki guru terkait aplikasi yang dapat digunakan dalam pembuatan video di lingkungan lahan basah menjadi latar belakang pada Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan para guru dalam membuat video menggunakan sparkol VideoScribe di lingkungan lahan basah. Selain itu juga untuk mengetahui respon guru dalam mengikuti pelatihan. Peserta pelatihan ini ialah 22 orang guru kelompok Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) Kimia di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara (HSU). Kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan melalui metode ceramah, diskusi dan praktik secara langsung dalam membuat video menggunakan sparkol VideoScribe. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli 2022 sebanyak 4 kali pertemuan. Berdasarkan hasil pelatihan diperoleh bahwa terjadi peningkatan pemahaman guru tentang pembuatan video menggunakan sparkol VideoScribe dan respon guru terhadap kegiatan pelatihan menunjukkan kategori baik. Pelatihan ini dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru tentang pembuatan video menggunakan sparkol VideoScribe. Produk video yang dihasilkan dapat digunakan dalam membantu proses pembelajaran. The teacher's low skills in creating audio-visual-based media that is performed by video and the lack of information that teachers have regarding applications that can be used in making videos in a wetland environment are the background of this community service. This training activity aims to improve teachers’ understanding and skills in making videos using Sparkol VideoScribe in a wetland environment. In addition, to find out the teacher's response to participating in the training. The participants of this training were 15 Chemistry Subject Teacher Consultation Group (MGMP) teachers in Hulu Sungai Utara (HSU) District. The training activities were conducted through lectures, discussions and direct practice in making videos using Sparkol VideoScribe. Based on the results of the training, it was found that there was an increase in the teacher's understanding of creating audio-visual-based media that was performed by video using Sparkol VideoScribe, and the teacher's response to the training activities showed a good category. This training can improve teachers' understanding and skills in making videos using Sparkol VideoScribe. The resulting video product can be used to help the learning process.
