Abstract

Through the School-Based Management (SBM) policy, principals—as policy makers at the school level—can optimize all available resources to create a more effective and efficient educational process, particularly in the aspects of planning, implementation, and evaluation. However, In parctice, many school principals are still unable to fully implement SBM, resulting in minimal changes in school conditions and management. Therefore, this study aims to examine the role of the principal in the implementation of SBM at SD Negeri 12 Talang Ubi. This research adopts a qualitative approach using a descriptive method. Data analysis was conducted in three stages: (1) data reduction, (2) data display, and (3) conclusion drawing. Based on findings in the field, the principal has carried out his role professionally in implementing SBM. The principal acts as a role model and motivator for both teaching and administrative staff, and has taken the initiative to propose building renovations and procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure. The researcher concludes that the principal has performed well in leadership, motivating teachers, and improving infrastructure during the SBM implementation. It is recommended that the principal continue to enhance his professionalism to strengthen public recognition and trust in the educational institution.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang Model Pengelolaan Pendidikan Islam Non Formal “Bengkel Ngaji” Sebagai Alternatif Penguatan Nilai-Nilai Keagamaan Remaja di Desa Sumber Makmur Kecamatan Muara Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data melalui pengumpulan data, penyajian data, verifikasi serta penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk memeriksa keabsahan data, penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi, yang terdiri dari triangulasi waktu, triangulasi metode dan triangulasi sumber. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan bahwa Model Pengelolaan Pendidikan Islam Non Formal “Bengkel Ngaji” Sebagai Alternatif Penguatan Nilai-Nilai Keagamaan Remaja di Desa Sumber Makmur sudah dijalankan dengan baik. Model pengelolaan pendidikan Islam nonformal Bengkel Ngaji di Desa Sumber Makmur berfungsi sebagai alternatif yang efektif dalam memperkuat nilai-nilai keagamaan pada remaja. Program ini dirancang untuk mengatasi tantangan modernisasi dan degradasi moral melalui pendekatan yang relevan dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik remaja. Dengan metode pembelajaran yang fleksibel, interaktif, dan berbasis komunitas, Bengkel Ngaji berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman agama, membentuk karakter Islami, serta menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang inklusif. Program ini juga menunjukkan pentingnya kolaborasi antara masyarakat, tokoh agama, dan orang tua dalam membangun fondasi moral dan spiritual generasi muda. Model pengelolaan Bengkel Ngaji dijalankan untuk meningkatkan nilai-nilai agama di kalangan remaja melalui pendekatan pembelajaran yang fleksibel dan kontekstual, pendekatan pembelajaran yang interaktif, penggunaan metode mengajar yang variatif dan kreatif, pendekatan pembelajaran yang berbasis komunitas dan pendekatan yang bersifat inklusif.

Abstract

Learning Islamic religious education requires good educational management in the process. Madrasas as schools have religious characteristics as seen from the learning that carries out the process of moral and mental development which is also supported by the process of cultivating a religious atmosphere in madrasa institutions. Religious culture at school also needs to be supported by the religious culture of the family at home. The existence of religious culture at home is a synchronization of religious culture at school. Which means that instilling religious values in students needs to be supported by the family environment. An example is instilling awareness of the five daily prayers which are carried out by habit at home. Therefore, the role of the family is very important in realizing the religious culture of students at school. This article uses a qualitative descriptive method to describe the religious culture at MIN 1 Pali. The techniques used by researchers to collect data in this research are as follows: in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. This article uses Miles Huberman's flow analysis model, that activities in descriptive data analysis take place in three ways, namely: (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation and (3) conclusion drawing or verification.

Abstract

Teachers have a very important role and great responsibility in education which is a challenge when it comes to the quality of education today. So in this case, less professional teachers really need guidance and direction from other people or supervisors in solving the problems they face in order to achieve educational goals. This writing aims to discuss and understand the development of orientation for the implementation of supervision at this time. This research uses qualitative methods in the form of a literature study, with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through references from books and literature related to the challenges of developing orientation for the implementation of supervision at this time. The research results show that supervision is one of the principal's functions to improve the quality and professionalism of teachers in carrying out teaching. There are three approaches to educational supervision: clinical supervision, developmental, and differential.

Abstract

Marketing mix is an important concept in marketing strategy involves the integration of various key elements, such as product, price, distribution, and promotion, to meet market needs and achieve business goals. In the context of Islamic education services, the application of the marketing mix concept it is becoming increasingly important to ensure effectiveness in attracting interest and maintaining public trust in educational services Islam. This article reviews the importance of a deep understanding of this issue typical characteristics of Islamic education services and how these factors can be influence effective marketing strategies. Apart from that, this article too discusses appropriate market segmentation, use of internal innovation marketing, and the influence of religious values in formulating strategies responsive and integrated marketing. Through a thorough review to current literature and practice, this article provides insight in depth about the importance of adopting an appropriate marketing mix and innovative in the context of Islamic education services to ensure growth and the sustainability of educational institutions amidst challenges and changes continuously in the world of education and marketing.

Abstract

Teachers have very important responsibilities in their role as educators in schools. Achieving quality learning goals requires continuous improvement of teacher competence as time goes by. This writing aims to discuss and understand the challenges of developing teacher competency in learning in the contemporary era. This research uses qualitative methods in the form of a literature study, with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through references from books and literature related to the challenges of developing teacher competency in learning in the contemporary era. The research results show that teacher competency is the ability possessed by teachers and includes aspects such as knowledge, skills, thought processes, personal adaptation, attitudes and values that they apply in teaching practice. There are four abilities that teachers need: educational abilities, personality abilities, social abilities, and professional abilities. In addition, teacher skills development faces various challenges, including legislative, socio-cultural, technological and political challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to provide information on the transformation of the role of madrasah ibtidaiyah level teachers in managing learning in the digital era. This research uses the type of literature review research, research that conducts objective assessments, and the data sources are literature books, as well as research journals that are commonly used in research that collects data through literature review. In this study, the literature study method is related to collecting library data, reading and recording and managing writing materials. The type of writing used is a literature study related to the topic or research variability. While the approach in writing uses a qualitative approach with technical content analysis, which is to draw conclusions identifying the specific characteristics of a message objectively and systematically. The research concluded that the role of teachers in the digital age.

Abstract

institutions will be able to increase public interest in the educational services offered. To be able to realize this, educational institutions need a strategy so that this can be achieved. The strategies needed include positioning and differentiation related to educational services. This article aims to discuss everything related to positioning and differentiation of Islamic education services. The method used in this paper is a literature review or literature study which contains theories that are relevant to the problems that will be discussed, the study is explained regarding the concepts and theories used based on available literature, from books and articles that has been published in a scientific journal. The results of this article regarding positioning and differentiation of educational services are that these two things can be said to be two interrelated things, because positioning is a positioning for educational institutions to show their position to the wider community with a good and positive image and worthy of their services being used. , while differentiation is about the methods or strategies used by educational institutions to be able to provide a more unique difference from competitors or other educational institutions, so that this difference can attract the interest of consumers (the public) who are then interested in using the services of educational institutions.

Abstract

MTsN in Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency is a school whose curriculum and learning process emphasizes the principle of Adiwiyata, which prioritizes educational values and the formation of students' character to love the environment. This is reflected in the many environmental literacy programs that aim to provide students with ecological care through the Adiwiyata program. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the adiwiyata program, find out the supporting factors for the implementation of the adiwiyata program, and find out the factors that hinder the implementation of the adiwiyata program in MTsN Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency. This type of research is field research with a qualitative approach, and the research design used is a phenomenon and multi-case research related to school environment management strategies, the implementation of adiwiyata program activities, and the involvement of students and teachers in implementing the adiwiyata program. The subjects of this research are all those involved in environmental planning programs, adiwiyata programs, and school principals. The data collection method is done through observation, documentation, and interviews. This study results in the conclusion that the implementation of the Adiwiyata program in MTsN Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency is by the Adiwiyata Guidebook, based on environmentally friendly policies, environment-based curriculum, participatory environmental activities, and management of environmentally friendly infrastructure, and supporting factors for the implementation of the Adiwiyata program majority of school residents, as well as the inhibiting factor for the implementation of the Adiwiyata program, is the lack of fund allocation,  lack of public awareness in maintaining environmental cleanliness, lack of socialization from the ecological agency about the adiwiyata program.Keywords: School Environment Arrangement, Adiwiyata Program.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the implementation of the school literacy movement on interest in continuing education to higher education at SMA Dharma Bhakti Palembang. This research aims to analyze the influence of the implementation of the school literacy movement on students' interest in continuing their education to higher education at SMA Dharma Bhakti Palembang. The research method used is quantitative research, mostly carried out using statistical methods, which are used to collect quantitative data from research studies. The results of this research, the School Literacy Movement has a positive influence on Interest in Continuing Higher Education, are partially accepted. Based on the simple linear regression equation above, it can be concluded that the School Literacy Program variable (X) has an average results in its influence on Interest in Continuing Higher Education (Y2) at SMA Dharma Bhakti Palembang.
