Abstract

The purpose of this study was to reveal the implementation of the management of students' religious character education through spiritual extracurricular activities and religious habituation at SMK Palembang. This research is a qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach with natural characteristics (natural setting) as a direct data source, descriptive, more concerned with the process than the results. Collecting data through observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques with inductive and deductive methods. The problems discussed include various implementations of religious character education management in Islamic spiritual extracurricular activities and religious habituation as well as the values ​​of students' religious character at SMK Palembang. The results showed that the implementation of religious character education management through Islamic spiritual extracurricular activities and students' religious habituation as well as character values ​​that developed at SMK Palembang has been running, this can be seen from several extracurricular activities of the Spirit in the form of symbols, talents (skills), public relations, regeneration, sports and the arts. Furthermore, there are religious habituation activities including moral guidance, giving donations, reading the Qur'an, praying in congregation, Ramadan boarding schools and zakat fitrah. The character values ​​that can be revealed through spiritual extracurricular activities and religious habituation are religious, curiosity, tolerance, respect for achievement, discipline, communicative, hard work, peace-loving, creative, fond of reading, independent, caring for the environment, democratic and responsible.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai perbandingan hasil belajar Baca Tulis Al-Qur’an (BTQ) antara siswa yang mengikuti Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPQ) dan siswa yang tidak mengikuti TPQ di kelas V SD Islamiyah Sekayu. Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif, metode komparatif dan teknik analisis komparatif bivariat. Rumus statistik yang digunakan adalah Tes “t” (“t” Test). Data didapatkan melalui tes dan wawancara kepada guru BTQ dan siswa sebagai sumber data primer. Sedangkan catatan, laporan dan buku-buku  yang relevan merupakan sumber data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan (meyakinkan) mengenai hasil belajar siswa yang mengikuti Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPQ) dan hasil belajar siswa yang tidak mengikuti Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPQ) pada mata pelajaran Baca Tulis Al-Qur’an (BTQ).

Abstract

This study aims to 1) describe the management of the Adiwiyata program at the Al-Furqon Integrated Islamic Elementary School Palembang, 2) describe the improvement of the environmental care character of the students of the Al-Furqon Integrated Islamic Elementary School Palembang. This research is a qualitative research. The informants in this study were the Principal, Deputy Principal for Curriculum, Head of the Adiwiyata Team, teachers and students. Methods of data collection by observation, interviews and documentation. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques and sources. Data analysis uses an interactive model that starts from data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that: 1) The management of the Adiwiyata program at SDIT Al-Furqon Palembang has been implemented well. The planning function is carried out by setting goals, formulating current conditions, identifying conveniences and obstacles, and developing plans. The organizing function is carried out by referring to plans and goals, determining the main tasks, dividing tasks to individuals, and allocating resources. The implementation function is carried out by implementing the four Adiwiyata components, namely environmentally friendly policies, environmentally friendly curriculum, participatory-based environmental activities and management of environmentally friendly supporting facilities. The supervisory function is carried out by setting standards, comparing implementation with standards and determining deviations and taking corrective actions. 2) Increasing the character of environmental care in students at SDIT Al-FurqonPalembang is seen through the attitude of students in preventing environmental damage, as well as repairing natural damage.

Abstract

This study aims to see how far the system of implementing administrative governance is at Madrasah Tsawawiyah Darul Jannah Muara Burnai II, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This study aims to analyze, and describe the process of implementing the administrative governance of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The data collection technique uses observation, interviews, and documentation studies, and the data analysis uses reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results obtained include the implementation of administrative governance at MTs Darul Jannah Muara Burnai II, through the planning process and service improvement carried out by the madrasa administration manager by analyzing the needs of madrasa residents at the end of each semester. make data on the submission of madrasa needs, in coordination with the head of the madrasa, then the manager and the head of the madrasa find the services needed. The inhibiting factors are the lack of infrastructure, personnel who are not in accordance with their educational background, and the rules that often change. while the supporting factors are, the existence of adequate resources, a conducive work climate and full of kinship, motivation, a high sense of responsibility, and dedication to work.

Abstract

This research is a research on the role of school principals in improving the competence of Information and Communication Technology teachers which will discuss how the role of principals in improving teacher ICT competencies, how the competence of teachers' ICT and supporting and inhibiting factors in increasing Information Technology competence Teacher communication at SMP Negeri 10 Palembang. The method used in this study uses a qualitative type, and a phenomenological approach. Data research techniques use observation, interviews and documentation through data analysis. In validating the data found in the research field the results use source triangulation and technical triangulation. The research results: first The role of the head schools as educators in improving teacher ICT competence are implementing strategies such as holding training, creating a conducive work climate such as providing ICT facilities, always reminding teachers of the importance of ICT in the present and providing motivation in the form of praise and reprimands. Second, the ICT competence of teachers includes computers, the use of software based on the child's condition, the ability of the teacher, software that is practical, simple, efficient, and multifunctional and applies techniques online and offline. Third, supporting factors include teachers' awareness of learning, adequate equipment, and teacher educational background. Barring factors include the limited capacity caused and the budget for ICT training that has not been included in the school budget at the beginning of the year

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis implementasi rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran satu lembar, faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat guru dalam upaya menyusun rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran satu lembar pada mata pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam di SDN 145 OKU. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN 145 OKU dengan informan utama penelitian adalah guru pendidikan agama Islam yang mengajar di kelas satu hingga guru pendidikan agama Islam yang mengajar di kelas enam tingkat sekolah dasar. Adapun informan pendukung dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Untuk mengetahui keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman dengan tahapannya reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan data atau kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran satu lembar pada mata pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam di SDN 145 OKU dilaksanakan dengan tiga tahapan yakni penyusunan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pelaksanaan. Pertama, proses penyusunan dilakukan guru dengan menyusun RPP lembar secara sistematis sesuai dengan komponen RPP dan dilakukan secara mandiri. Kedua, proses pelaksanaan RPP dilakukan guru sesuai dengan langkah kegiatan pembelajaran yang sistematis, mulai dari kegiatan pendahuluan, inti dan penutup. Ketiga, evaluasi pelaksanaan dilakukan oleh pengawas serta kepala sekolah untuk melihat ketercapaian tujuan pembelajaran melalui implementasi RPP satu lembar di kelas. Adapun faktor pendukung implementasinya adalah adanya kesadaran guru mengenai pentingnya RPP, adanya rasa tanggung jawab guru melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik, serta adanya tuntutan profesionalitas. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah kurangnya daya kreativitas guru, serta kurangnya sosialisasi lebih lanjut dari dinas terkait.

Abstract

Kegiatan bakti sosial ini merupakan bagian dari program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang diselenggarakan mahasiswa Prodi Magister Manajemen Pendidikan Islam. Adapun tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan baik dalam bidang pendidikan ataupun tentang kemasyarakatan. Permasalahan yang dialami oleh masyarakat terkait kurangnya minat pada remaja didaerah sana untuk lebih menghidupkan masjid disana melalui berbagai kegiatan islami ataupun hanya sekedar sholat berjamaah disana. Maka dari itu untuk permasalahan yang ada, kami tim PKM ingin berusaha menghidupkan kembali citra masjid yang ada disana, lebih tepatnya Masjid Nurul Hidayah di Kota Lubuk Linggau melalui kegiatan memperingati Isra Mi’raj. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan monitoring serta evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui kegiatan bakti sosial ini diketahui bahwa para mahasiswa sebagai pihak penyelenggara mendapatkan maafat dan begitupula kepada masyarakat disana untuk dapat memperoleh pengaruh positif dari acara tersebut dan menyambung silaturahmi bagi semua yang terlibat

Abstract

This article was conducted to analyze school culture in shaping students' character at MA Al-Fatah. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Source of data through interviews, observation, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis techniques in this study by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, in checking the validity of the data, researchers used four criteria: trust, transferability, dependence, and certainty. Based on the study results that school culture shapes student character, there are two cultural aspects: Academic Culture, which includes a culture of reading, learning culture, and creativity. In contrast, the second culture is Social Culture, 3S culture, and simple living culture. The characters formed through school culture are religious, independent characters, curiosity characters, creative characters, democratic characters, disciplined characters, responsible characters, and social care characters.

Abstract

Supervisors play an important role in assisting and guiding teachers towards improving the quality of learning. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the duties and functions of supervisors of Islamic Religious Education in conducting academic supervision and the obstacles. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The informants of this study were 4 supervisors at the high school level. Data were obtained through interviews, documentation, and observation. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of supervisory duties and functions is by Minister of Religion Regulation No. 2 of 2012, but the results have not been maximized due to various obstacles, including 1) the number of assisted schools; 2) the number of PAI teachers trained; 3) teacher preparation is not optimal; 4) lack of competence of supervisors; 5) lack of facilities; and 6) lack of supervisory, professional competency development activities.

Abstract

This study aims to describe Porter's Generic strategy in increasing school competitiveness, to analyze what are the inhibiting and supporting factors for implementing Porter's Generic strategy in increasing school competitiveness, and to analyze the impact of Porter's Generic strategy in increasing school competitiveness at MTs Khoirul Kasbi. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used include: observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used by researchers by carrying out several steps including: reading, reading and reading, coding, giving meaning, developing various relationships, and writing the results of the analysis into a story. The results of this study indicate that MTs Khoirul Kasbi has implemented the concepts of Porter's Generic strategy, namely the Cost Leadership Strategy by reducing educational costs, even MTs Khoirul Kasbi provides free tuition to students, while from the differentiation strategy Mts Khoirul Kasbi has implemented the tahfidz Qur' superior program an and reading of the Yasin surah which is carried out before starting the learning process, and the focus strategy of MTs Khoirul Kasbi focuses more on or improves the Tahfidz Qur'an program with the aim of increasing students who have good morals. As for the inhibiting factors, namely: Lack of student interest in implementing the flagship program (Tahfiz Qur'an program), and many students cannot read the Qur'an. But this inhibiting factor is not an obstacle in the effort to implement Porter's Generic strategy because this can be overcome by the school so that it can run as expected. While the supporting factors are: Unique Skills, High enthusiasm from students, Adequate facilities, and good teacher performance. With the implementation of Porter's Generic strategy, it has a very positive impact on developments at MTs Khoirul Kasbi, such that many people are interested in sending their children to MTs Khoirul Kasbi, thus the number of students at MTs Khoirul Kasbi continues to increase every year.
