Abstract

Kebersihan lingkungan merupakan pintu gerbang dalam mencapai hidup yang sehat. Hidup sehat merupakan dambaan setiap orang. Diperlukan kegiatan yang mendorong masyarakat untuk memulai hidup sehat. Salah satu kegiatan tersebut adalah kampanye hidup sehat melalui program kerja bakti. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk: 1) menyadarkan masyarakat tentang manfaat hidup bersih dan dampaknya bagi kesehatan, 2) memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat tentang dampak buruk lingkungan yang kotor, 3) membantu masyarakat dalam rangka membersihkan lingkungan sekitar tempat tinggal melaui kegiatan aksi lapangan dalam bentuk kerja bakti. Kegiatan pengabdian ini hendaknya tidak berhenti sampai disini dan harus dilakukan secara berkesinambungan untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang sehat serta harus ada komitmen dari berbagai pihak

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui motif self disclosure di Second account Instagram dan pengelolaan batasan privasi Second account Instagram mahasiswa di Kota Kendari. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Communication Privacy Management Sandra Petronio. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan melakukan penelitian pada media sosial Instagram dan wawancara pada pemilik akun. Oleh karena itu teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi isi media sosial, dokumentasi, dan wawancara mendalam. Informan pada penelitian ini terdiri atas sembilan orang yang terdiri dari 8 perempuan dan 1 laki-laki. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan model analisis data yang terdiri atas reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Motif mengekspresikan diri adalah motf utama dalam penggunaan second account karena motif ini memicu timbulnya motif-motif lainnya seperti berbagi informasi diri, mendapatkan kepuasan dan kesenangan, serta menginspirasi orang lain. Kekhawatiran pada resiko penolakan, pengkhianatan, dan kehilangan kontrol pada informasi diri membuat pengguna menerapkan batasan privasi di Second account. Batasan ini dilakukan dengan membuat pengaturan pribadi pada akun untuk mengendalikan informasi dan menggunakan fitur close friends, dan membuat Third account untuk menyaring pengikut ke lingkaran yang lebih kecil dalam berbgai informasi yang sangat pribadi. Ada tiga kriteria yang dijadikan acuan dalam menyebarkan informasi diri, yaitu: membatasi pengikut berdasarkan gender, mengunggah informasi diri dengan pertimbangan untuk motivasi, manfaat dan resiko, serta kontekstual.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1)Kevalidan, (2)Kepraktisan (3)Keefektifan dari modul berbasis model direct intruction dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah R&D (Research & Development) dengan mengadaptasi model 4D yaitu (1) Define (pendefinisian), (2) Design (perancangan), (3) Development (pengembangan), (4) Dessminate (penyebaran), dan menggunakan desain kelas one group pretes- posttest design. Adapun hasil pengembangan dari modul pembelajaran tematik berbasis model direct intruction menunjukkan hasil bahwa (1)Kevalidan dari produk modul pembelajaran tematik berbasis model direct intruction berhasil dikembangkan  persentase kevalidan produk sebesar sebesar 88,68%,  yang termasuk dalam kategori “Sangat Valid” (2)Kepraktisan dari produk modul tematik berbasis model direct intruction dengan hasil rata-rata 87% di kategori “sangat praktis”(3)Keefektifan dari modul pembelajaran tematik berbasis model direct intruction dengan besarnya n-gain skor memperoleh 0,754 yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi

Abstract

Abstrak: Pembelajaran abad 21 diharapkan dapat membekali peserta didik dengan kemampuan 4Cs, yakni kemampuan: 1) berkomunikasi (communication), 2) berkolaborasi (collaboration), 3) berpikir kritis dan pemecahan masalah (critical thinking and problem solving), dan 4) kreativitas dan inovasi (creativity and innovation). Metode pelatihan melalui 3 tahapan. 1 Tahap perencanaan, 2. Tahap Pelaksanaan dan 3. Tahap Evaluasi. Pelatihan penyusunan Lesson Desain dilaksanakan melalui 3 tahapan. Tahap pertama perencanaan dilalui dengan koordinasi dengan observasi. Tahap kedua dilakukan dengan pemberian materi dan penyususnan lesson desain secara berkelompok. Tahap ketiga evaluasi dengan melakukan penilaian terhadap lesson desain yang dibuat. Jumlah peserta yang terlibat dalam pelatihan ini yaitu 5 orang. Hasil dari pelatihan menunjukkan peserta terlihat antusias dan tertarik membuat lesson desain. Ini terlihat dari hasil yang dibuat peserta sudah sesuai dengan format yang ditentukan.Abstract: 21st century learning is expected to equip students with 4Cs abilities, namely the ability to: 1) communicate, 2) collaborate (collaboration), 3) critical thinking and problem solving (critical thinking and problem solving), and 4) creativity and innovation (creativity and innovation). The training method goes through 3 stages. 1 Planning stage, 2. Implementation Phase and 3. Evaluation Stage. Training on the preparation of Design Lessons is carried out through 3 stages. The first stage of planning is passed in coordination with observation. The second stage is carried out by providing material and compiling design lessons in groups. The third stage of evaluation is by assessing the design lessons made. The number of participants involved in this training is 5 people. The results of the training showed that participants looked enthusiastic and interested in making design lessons. This can be seen from the results made by participants in accordance with the specified format.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan hasil pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia melalui penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah (Problem-Based Learning/PBL) yang didukung oleh media gambar pada Bab III kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus yang melibatkan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 21 siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Sesake tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024, Data dikumpulkan melalui tes, lembar observasi.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Model PBL pada siklus 1 meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi dan kemampuan siswa dalam memecahkan masalah. Pada siklus 2, pemahaman siswa semakin meningkat, dan siswa dapat dengan baik mengatasi masalah yang diberikan. Secara keseluruhan, rata-rata hasil belajar meningkat dari pra-siklus (65) hingga siklus II (76), dan tingkat ketuntasan belajar meningkat dari 48% pada pra-siklus menjadi 86% pada siklus II. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan Model Problem Based Learning (PBL) Berbantuan Media Gambar pada Bahasa Indonesia Bab III Lihat Lingkungan Sekitar di kelas IV SD Negeri Sesake tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024 efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

The legal provisions and regulations contained in Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Employment related to Specific Time Work Agreements (PKWT) can provide protection for workers in existing employment relationships. This is because when the application of the Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT) system is not in accordance with the provisions and rules in Law No. 13th of 2003 concerning, of course, having an unfavorable impact on employment development, which aims to provide protection and justice for workers and laborers as part of human resource development in Indonesia, Researchers observed a gap between das sein and dass sollen. The formulation of the problem is how is the legal protection of women workers who are bound by PKWT to National Vital Objects in Kolaka Regency. The type of research used by researchers in this study is empirical-juridical. The research approach used is empirical-juridical, which is closely related to the case approach. Sources of legal materials use primary data, namely interviews and observations conducted by researchers by visiting the research site directly. Secondary data uses primary legal materials, namely applicable laws and regulations, secondary legal materials, namely books, journals, and relevant previous research results, as well as tertiary legal materials in the form of websites. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews and observation All primary and secondary data in this study were collected and analyzed qualitatively. Conclusions are drawn deductively. The results of his research show that there are three legal protections: pre-employment, during employment, and past employment. The conclusion is that it consists of 3 legal protections, namely preventive legal protection for pre-employment (in the form of announcements of job vacancies, selection of prospective workers, Medical Check Up, and placement of workers); legal protection that is repressive during employment (in the form of providing wages based on the Provincial Minimum Wage/UMP, providing additional roster leave money for those who get roster leave rights, and providing annual allowances, granting leave rights in the form of annual leave, long leave, mass/together leave, roster leave and sick leave, special leave rights for women workers namely maternity leave, abortion leave, and menstruation leave, reimbursement for maternity expenses, protection for women workers when working at certain hours, permission to leave work while still receiving wages, protection for safety and health work by providing personal protective equipment, health insurance protection); as well as legal protection that is repressive in nature past employment, (in the form of the right to get BPJS Ketenagakerjaan pension benefits/JP, the right to get BPJS Ketenagakerjaan old age benefits/JHT benefits)

Abstract

Villages have actually been existing before the Republic of Indonesia was established, but in the journey of this Republic of Indonesia, they are often intentionally designed by the law-forming state elite. One of the main causes for the presence of the various portraits of the marginalization is the absence of respect, protection and the fulfillment of village community autonomy in our Constitution that has been amended 4 (four) times. This directly implies on the  obscurity of the existence and position of village regulation and legal products  in executing village authority and autonomy. The present research is aimed at (1) explaining the existence and position of village regulation in various legal products arranging the hierarchy of regulations; (2) finding a design of the setting of existence and position of village regulation in the hierarchy of the regulations based on the recognition and subsidiary principles in the village community autonomy. A normative juridical  with an analytic descriptive specification based on the legal history and statutory approach.   The result shows that  the existence of village regulations will be recognized and they will possess a binding power if they are  formed on the basis of the instruction of the higher regulation or authority. The village regulations, however, are made to reinforce and guard the subsidiarity and recognition principles-based village autonomy.   In order to arrange the existence and the position of village regulations in the system of regulation, further changes of the Constitution have to accommodate the arrangement of village community autonomy. The existence and position of village regulatios should be strengthened in the statutory system in order to guard and reinforce  village autonomy so that villages  become autonomous and may maintain their local wisdom, economic and ecological sustainability, and their local  wisdom-based economic growth.

Abstract

A criminal act is a violation of norms regarding disruption of legal order intentionally (dolus) or unintentionally/negligently (culpa) committed by the perpetrator, where the imposition of a prison sentence on the perpetrator is necessary for the maintenance of legal order and also guaranteeing the interests of the general public. In social life, criminal acts are often found which are often resolved with restorative justice in the police. However, this settlement does not provide a deterrent to the perpetrators who end up repeating the criminal acts they previously committed or being repeated. Repetition of criminal acts as a result of resolving cases using a restorative justice approach is interesting for research, where the problem raised is what the concept of restorative justice is like and why settlements using restorative justice still provide the potential for repetition of criminal acts so that there is a need for legal construction in the future. The results of this research show that the concept of restorative justice as an alternative for resolving cases in the Police is carried out in order to realize justice, benefit and legal certainty, which is the hope of the community, so the National Police has opened up opportunities to resolve criminal cases through a restorative justice mechanism. In terms of the concept applied in the field, resolution using a restorative justice approach cannot be blamed as a reason for repeat criminal acts by the perpetrator. Because the repetition originates from the subject of the perpetrator himself.

Abstract

The Role of Student Team Heroic Leadership Strategy: Mathematical Communication of Middle-School Students. Objectives: In this article, we focus on how to improve students’ mathematical communication in building effective group discussions using the student team's heroic leadership strategy. Methods: This type of research is Classroom Action Research, which was held in 2 cycles. The research subjects were 16 seventh-grade students (six boys and ten girls). Findings: The findings indicated that by implementing the Student Team Heroic Leadership learning strategy, students’ mathematical communication improved significantly. This finding is confirmed by the increase in the average score on students’ communication tests from 76% in cycle I to 96% in cycle II. The completeness criteria of the students’ mathematical communication exam results also progressed from the first to the second cycle. Other data indicate that students concealed information they did not comprehend during the learning process, making it harder for the teacher to assess their comprehension of the mathematical concepts provided. Conclusion: The study’s findings indicate that after using the Student Team Heroic Leadership learning strategy, students’ mathematics communication skills improved dramatically. As suggested, additional research should be able to examine ways to boost students’ self-confidence, particularly while displaying confusion when doing mathematical tasks provided by the teacher.
