Abstract

The workshop titled "Strengthening Anti-Bullying Character and Student Entrepreneurship through the Student Preneurship Program" was conducted as an effort to instill positive character values while fostering an entrepreneurial spirit among elementary school students. This activity was motivated by the increasing prevalence of bullying in elementary schools both verbal, social, and physical and students’ lack of awareness regarding empathy and social responsibility. The workshop was held on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at UPT SDN 73 Bontorita I, Galesong District, Takalar Regency, involving academic speakers, teachers, parents, and KKN-DIK 2025 students. The implementation method consisted of three main stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. During the implementation stage, students were divided into four groups to create simple products containing anti-bullying campaign messages. The results indicated that students developed a deeper understanding of bullying and its effects while expressing positive messages through creative entrepreneurship. Furthermore, the involvement of teachers and parents strengthened the internalization of character values and enhanced peer communication. Therefore, this program serves as an effective educational innovation for promoting anti-bullying behavior and nurturing entrepreneurial skills among elementary school students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contribution of KKN students in teaching Islamic Religious Education in Bone Village, Segeri District, Pangkep Regency, South Sulawesi. This KKN program generally aims to provide direct experience to students in applying science in the community and improving the quality of learning at Madrasah Aliyah (MA) DDI Ar-Rahman Jawi-Jawi and DDI Jawi-Jawi Junior High School. In particular, this research focuses on efforts to improve students' understanding of Islam, as well as help students understand the subject matter in a more in-depth and fun way. The method of implementing KKN includes socialization with village officials, surveys and data collection of schools and students, coordination with Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers for material adjustments, as well as various learning methods, such as questions and answers, quizzes, educational games, and interesting visual media. In addition, students also use demonstration and simulation methods for worship practices such as ablution, prayer, azan, tayamum, and storytelling by telling the stories of the prophet and companions. Learning-based projects are also carried out by asking students to create simple projects such as da'wah posters or lecture videos. The results of the study show that the KKN program has succeeded in improving students' understanding of Islam, the quality of learning, and helping the teaching and learning process. In addition, this program provides real experience to students in applying science and strengthening social ties between students and society. This research contributes to developing an effective teaching model that can be applied in other villages with similar conditions.

Abstract

Abstract: The issues studied in this research are, 1. How is the Implementation of Bengkulu City Regional Regulation Number 07 of 2017 concerning Handling of Street Children, Homeless People and Beggars? 2. How is the Implementation of Bengkulu City Regional Regulation Number 07 of 2017 concerning Handling of Street Children, Homeless and Beggars from the Siyasah Fiqh Perspective Siyasah Fiqh Perspective? Street Children, Homeless People and Beggars Perspective of Siyasah Fiqh. The type of research used in this research is field research, resulting in research results, namely, (1) that the implementation of the Regional Regulation has not been implemented because when street children, beggars and homeless people are controlled, they are not accommodated, given direction and given skills before being returned to their families. . So when the street children, beggars and homeless people leave, they return to their actions again, this is done because there is no solution from the government to overcome the problem of the rise of street children, beggars and homeless people. So, the Bengkulu City government must implement repressive, preventive and rehabilitative efforts to deal with street children, beggars and homeless people. (2) that Islamic law commands giving alms to people in need but prohibits people from becoming beggars or homeless people because the best work is good business and buying and selling. By controlling street children, homeless people and beggars so that they do not disturb public order, this is in accordance with the principles of Fqih Siyasah in implementing Bengkulu City Regional Regulations such as the principles of benefit, justice, deliberation, and the Principle of Avoiding Elements of Tyranny.Keywords: Implementation, Regional Regulation, Street Children, Homeless, Beggars Abstrak: Persoalan yang dikaji di dalam penelitian ini yaitu, 1.Bagaimana Implementasi Peraturan Daerah Kota Bengkulu Nomor 07 Tahun 2017 Tentang Penanganan Anak Jalanan, Gelandangan Dan Pengemis?. 2. Bagaimana Implementasi Peraturan Daerah Kota Bengkulu Nomor 07 Tahun 2017 Tentang Penanganan Anak Jalanan, Gelandangan Dan Pengemis Perspektif Fiqh Siyasah Perspektif Fiqh Siyasah?, tujuan yang ingin dicapai di dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis Implementasi Peraturan Daerah Kota Bengkulu Nomor 07 Tahun 2017 Tentang Penanganan Anak Jalanan, Gelandangan Dan Pengemis Perspektif Fiqh Siyasah . Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field reseacrh), sehingga menghasilkan hasil penelitian yaitu, (1) bahwa pelaksanaan Perda tersebut belum terlaksana karena ketika anak jalanan, pengemis dan gelandangan ditertibakan mereka tidak ditampung diberikan arahan serta diberikan keterampilan sebelum dikembalikan kekeluarganya. Sehingga ketika sudah keluar anak jalanan pengemis dan gelandangan tersebut kembali melakukan aksinya kembali, hal ini dilakukan karena tidak adanya solusi dari pemerintah untuk menanggulangi dari permasalahan maraknya anak jalanan, pengemis dan gelandangan tersebut. Sehingga dengan demikian pemerintah Kota Bengkulu harus menerapkan upaya refresif, prepentive, serta rehabilitatif untuk menanggulangi anak jalanan, pengemis serta gelandangan tersebut. (2) bahwa syariat Islam memerintahkan untuk bersedeqah kepada orang yang membutuhkan tapi melarang manusia menjadi pengemis, gelandangan karena pekerjaan yang paling baik adalah usaha dan jual beli yang baik. Dengan menertibkan anak jalanan, gelandangan dan pengemis agar tidak mengganggu ketertiban umum hal ini sesuai prinsip-prinsip Fqih Siyasah dalam pelaksanaan Peraturan Daerah Kota Bengkulu seperti prinsip kemaslahatan, keadilan, musyawarah, Prinsip Menghindari Unsur Kedzaliman.Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Perda, Anak Jalanan, Gelandangan, Pengemis

Abstract

Abstrac: The formulation of the problem in this research is: 1) What is the basis for the judge's considerations in the religious court decision regarding child custody in decision number 833/Pdt/G/2022/Pa.Bn?. 2) What is the analysis of decision number 833/Pdt/G/2022/Pa.Bn regarding child custody in positive law? 3) What is the analysis of decision number 833/Pdt/G/2022/Pa.Bn regarding child custody from a maqashid sharia perspective ?. The type of research used in this paper is library research using a case approach. This research concludes: 1) In decision No.833/Pdt.G/2022/PA.Bn the panel of judges rejected the plaintiff's decision saying that in their consideration it was in the best interests of the future of the Plaintiff and Defendant's child to remain under the care of the Plaintiff and Defendant until the child reached the age of 12 years old / can decide for himself who he wants to join, if this decision is rejected, the next problem will be that the child will still be fought over by his parents. 2) Positive legal analysis of this decision. The Child Protection Law does not clearly state who the party has the right to care for. the child if a divorce occurs, whether for the husband or wife, then Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection article 33 paragraph (3) reads: "the guardian appointed as referred to in paragraph (2) must have the same religion as the child adheres to." 3) an apostate mother is not entitled to custody of a child who is not yet mumayyiz because it threatens the child's religion (ad-din), if he remains under the care of the plaintiff what will happen is that the child will follow the teachings of the plaintiff's apostate religion and change the child's faith, Even though the father who is a Muslim takes part in raising the child and the child will be taught two religions at once, it is not impossible or clearly cannot be trusted that he will not influence and damage the child's religion. Abstrak: Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Bagaimana dasar pertimbangan hakim pada putusan pengadilan agama tentang hak asuh anak dalam putusan nomor 833/Pdt/G/2022/Pa.Bn?. 2) Bagaimana analisis putusan nomor 833/Pdt/G/2022/Pa.Bn tentang hak asuh anak dalam hukum positif?.3) Bagaimana analisis putusan nomor 833/Pdt/G/2022/Pa.Bn tentang hak asuh anak perspektif maqashid syariah?. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan menggunakan pendekatan kasus. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan: 1) Pada putusan No.833/Pdt.G/2022/PA.Bn majelis hakim menolak putusan penggugat anak Penggugat dan Tergugat tersebut tetap dibawah asuhan Penggugat dan Tergugat sampai anak tersebut berusia 12 tahun / dapat menentukan sendiri mau ikut siapa, dengan di tolaknya putusan ini masalah selanjutnya anak tersebut akan tetap di perebutkan oleh kedua orang tuanya 2) Analisis Hukum Positif pada putusan ini Dalam Undang-Undang Perlindungan Anak tidak menyebutkan secara jelas siapa pihak yang berhak memelihara si anak apabila terjadinya suatu perceraian, apakah untuk pihak suami atau istri, Maka di perkuat Undang-Undang No. 23 tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak pasal 33 ayat (3) berbunyi: “wali yang ditunjuk sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (2) harus memiliki kesamaan agama yang dianut Anak”. 3) ibu yang murtad tidak berhak atas hak asuh anak yang belum mumayyiz karena mengancam agama(ad-din) sang anak, apabila tetap berada di bawah asuhan penggugat yang akan terjadi yaitu anak tersebut akan mengikuti ajaran agama pengugat yang murtad dan mengalihkan akidah anaknya, walaupun sang ayah yang beragama Islam ikut serta mengasuh anak tersebut dan anak tersebut akan diajarkan dua agama sekaligus tidak menutup kemungkinan atau jelas tidak dapat dipercaya dia tidak akan mempengaruhi dan merusak agama sang anak. Kata Kunci: Hak Asuh Anak, Ibu Murtad, Mumayyiz.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of billboard content on the electability of female mayoral candidates in the 2024 Kendari City Regional Head Elections (Pilkada). The main issue underlying this study is the fact that every Pilkada in Kendari City always features female candidates, but they repeatedly experience defeat despite conducting political campaigns through various outdoor media, including billboards. The method used is a descriptive quantitative approach with simple random sampling technique and a total of 123 respondents. The independent variable in this study is billboard content, while the dependent variable is candidate electability. Data were collected through a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using simple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26. The results showed that billboard content had a positive and significant effect on the electability of female candidates (Hₐ accepted and H₀ rejected), with a value of R = 0.471, R² = 0.222, and significance p = 0.000. This means that 22.2% of the variation in candidate electability is explained by the quality of billboard content, especially in terms of visual aspects, social messages, and gender issues. These findings prove that billboards are still an effective campaign medium in enhancing the image and electability of female candidates at the local level. This finding confirms that billboards still have a strategic function in local political communication because they are able to build image, assert the political identity of candidates, and convey social and gender issues that are relevant to the political goals of female candidates. This study implies that optimizing billboard content can contribute to increasing the political competitiveness of women in electoral contests at the regional level.

Abstract

Kecelakaan sepeada motor tetap menjadi penyumbang fatalitas tertinggi di Indonesia, yang memicu pergeseran paradigma penyelesaian hukum dari retributif menuju keadilan restoratif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis klasifikasi tingkat keparahan kecelakaan dan batasan implementasi restorative justice. Dengan menggunakan metode studi literatur review terhadap 20 sumber referensi, ditemukan bahwa tingkat keparahan kecelakaan terbagi menjadi kategori ringan, sedang, dan berat berdasarkan dampak fisik serta materiil. Restorative justice didefinisikan sebagai pendekatan pemulihan keadaan melalui mediasi antara pelaku dan korban. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa jenis tingkat keparahan yang secara penuh dapat dilakukan restorative justice adalah kecelakaan kategori ringan dan sedang. Sementara pada kecelakaan berat atau yang mengakibatkan fatalitas, pendekatan restoratif hanya berfungsi sebagai faktor meringankan hukuman dalam proses peradilan formal. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun restorative justice menawarkan efektivitas pemulihan, penerapannya tetap dibatasi oleh derajat kerugian nyawa dan ketentuan regulasi yang berlaku guna menjaga rasa keadilan publik.

Abstract

Pembangunan desa pesisir menuntut penguatan kapasitas sosial, ekonomi, dan ekologis masyarakat agar mampu beradaptasi terhadap perubahan sosial dan tantangan global. Organisasi komunitas pesisir memiliki peran strategis sebagai penggerak pembangunan berbasis partisipasi masyarakat. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses dan hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dalam penguatan Organisasi Komunitas Tegalsari Maritim (KTM) di Desa Sidodadi, Kecamatan Gedangan, Kabupaten Malang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada Oktober–Desember 2025 dengan pendekatan partisipatif, sosial ekologis, Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), serta pemanfaatan inovasi dan teknologi digital. Metode kegiatan meliputi forum rembuk komunitas, pelatihan manajemen organisasi, pengelolaan sumber daya maritim berkelanjutan, kewirausahaan, dan literasi digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat, terbentuknya struktur organisasi KTM yang lebih solid, berkembangnya jaringan kemitraan dengan pemerintah, LSM, akademisi, dan pelaku usaha, serta meningkatnya kapasitas sosial ekologis anggota komunitas. Kegiatan ini juga mendorong pengembangan program berbasis potensi lokal, seperti konservasi mangrove, ekowisata pesisir, dan penguatan ekonomi rumah tangga. Secara keseluruhan, penguatan organisasi KTM terbukti efektif dalam mewujudkan komunitas pesisir yang berdaya, mandiri, dan berkelanjutan serta mendukung pembangunan desa berbasis otonomi dan kearifan lokal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the internalization of Child-Friendly values in Islamic Religious Education instruction in elementary schools in East Kalimantan, emphasizing the humanistic educational governance aspect as part of Islamic educational management. This study uses a qualitative approach with a multi-site study design. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique in this study follows the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, which involves three stages: data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the process of internalizing Child-Friendly values is carried out through three stages: value transformation, value transaction, and value internalization. The habitualization of values through religious and social activities such as congregational prayer and joint tadarus, along with the involvement of parents and the community, has proven effective in creating a child-friendly school culture. The implications of this study highlight the importance of integrating educational governance grounded in humanistic values into educational management, where all relevant parties, including teachers and parents, play a role in creating a safe, inclusive educational environment that supports the holistic development of students’ character.

Abstract

This study develops a Heterogeneous Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows and Multi-Trips (HVRPTWMT) model designed to minimize delivery distances for fresh products. The model addresses complex operational constraints inherent in real-world logistics, including time windows, heterogeneous fleets, and multi-trip requirements. A quantitative approach was employed to formulate the HVRPTWMT model, which was then solved using an analytical method to ensure a global optimum solution was found. The model's efficacy was demonstrated through its application to historical data from April 10, 2025, yielding an optimal total distance of 774.45 km across six efficient routes. Sensitivity analysis confirmed the model's robustness and responsiveness to critical parameter changes, such as vehicle capacity, demand fluctuations, and time limits. The developed HVRPTWMT model provides a globally optimal and rule-compliant solution for complex fresh product delivery logistics.

Abstract

This paper discusses the implementation of five key strategies of reducing dwelling time at ports. The five strategies are deregulation of administrative procedures, availability of infrastructure and port facilities, integration of information technology, quality of services, price and incentive strategies. By using partial least squares method and bootstrapping testing, these five variables are a good fit, reliable, and robust as a factor for reducing dwelling time at the port. However, the implementation at Ports in Indonesia still needs to be improved. Four strategies have been running well and they have a significant effect either directly or indirectly on the decrease of dwelling time, namely deregulation of administrative procedures, availability of infrastructure and port facilities, integration of information technology, dan quality of services. While price and incentive have not been maximized to reduce dwelling time at Ports in Indonesia.
