Abstract

This study develops a Heterogeneous Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows and Multi-Trips (HVRPTWMT) model designed to minimize delivery distances for fresh products. The model addresses complex operational constraints inherent in real-world logistics, including time windows, heterogeneous fleets, and multi-trip requirements. A quantitative approach was employed to formulate the HVRPTWMT model, which was then solved using an analytical method to ensure a global optimum solution was found. The model's efficacy was demonstrated through its application to historical data from April 10, 2025, yielding an optimal total distance of 774.45 km across six efficient routes. Sensitivity analysis confirmed the model's robustness and responsiveness to critical parameter changes, such as vehicle capacity, demand fluctuations, and time limits. The developed HVRPTWMT model provides a globally optimal and rule-compliant solution for complex fresh product delivery logistics.

Abstract

This paper discusses the implementation of five key strategies of reducing dwelling time at ports. The five strategies are deregulation of administrative procedures, availability of infrastructure and port facilities, integration of information technology, quality of services, price and incentive strategies. By using partial least squares method and bootstrapping testing, these five variables are a good fit, reliable, and robust as a factor for reducing dwelling time at the port. However, the implementation at Ports in Indonesia still needs to be improved. Four strategies have been running well and they have a significant effect either directly or indirectly on the decrease of dwelling time, namely deregulation of administrative procedures, availability of infrastructure and port facilities, integration of information technology, dan quality of services. While price and incentive have not been maximized to reduce dwelling time at Ports in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low mathematics learning outcomes of fourth-grade students in fractions at the UPT SPF (School-Based Learning Implementation Unit) of SD Inpres Bertingkat Kaluku Bodoa. This is due to the lack of engaging learning media and low student participation in the learning process. This study aims to determine the effect of using domino cards on students' mathematics learning outcomes in fractions. This study employed a quantitative, quasi-experimental method using a nonequivalent control group design. The sample size was 66 students, divided into two classes: an experimental class and a control class. Data collection was conducted through pretests and posttests. Data were analyzed using normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis testing (t-tests).The results showed a difference in learning outcomes between the experimental class using domino cards and the control class using conventional learning. The hypothesis test showed a significance value less than 0.05, therefore, H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of domino cards significantly improved students' mathematics learning outcomes in fractions. The use of domino cards can increase students' activity, interest, and understanding of the concept of fractions, so that learning becomes more interesting and effective.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the evaluation of apprenticeship programs using the Kirkpatrick evaluation model at PT Jambi Prima Coal. This study used a quantitative method with a gradual pre- and post-test evaluation approach to apprentice participants at four levels, namely 1) the level of satisfaction of the participants with the implementation of the training, as measured by a questionnaire for the participants; 2) the participants' level of understanding of the training material, as measured by the pre-test and post-test questions for the participants; 3) changes in the work behavior of the training participants after returning to work, as measured by a questionnaire for the participants' superiors and subordinates; 4) the impact of changes in the work behavior of the training participants on the company's productivity level, as measured by the reduction in waste due to decreased absenteeism and tardiness of staff led by the training participants. The first three levels of data are processed using Kirkpatrick's weighting formula. The results of the evaluation show that the satisfaction level of the participants ranges from 77-83%. The pre-test average value was 46.58%, while the post-test average value was 58.50%. Of the 20 participants, 16 people had better work behavior according to their superiors, and all of them according to their subordinates. The data shows that there is no decrease in the lateness rate but there is a decrease in the absenteeism rate. In conclusion, the satisfaction level of the training participants showed a positive reaction, most of the participants showed an increase in understanding of the material, most of the training participants were quite able to apply the training material well in the workplace and there was a decrease in absenteeism which had an impact on saving the company. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to describe the importance of considering the capacity of the number of students in the learning process so that the learning process becomes effective. This study uses the literary method, by exploring theoretical studies and expert opinions and looking for literature reviews as material for analysis to draw conclusions. The conclusion of this study is that effective learning is a process of producing students' absorption of learning material and changes in student behavior that are useful for their lives. The success of learning is not only focused on student achievement academically which is symbolized by numbers but also concentrated on how to make students smart, well-behaved and broad-minded. The number of students can affect the task-oriented classroom climate, increase student participation in class, make it easier for teachers to monitor students and achieve learning goals properly and according to plan. Conclusion, an important factor in effective learning is class organization including the number of students in one class, a number that is too large is less effective in achieving learning goals. Abstract

A study was conducted on the effectiveness of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach, supported by manipulative media such as cube and rectangular prism nets, on the mathematics learning outcomes of sixth-grade elementary school students. This study was motivated by the low learning outcomes of students on the topic of cube and rectangular prism nets, which resulted from teaching that remained teacher-centered and the minimal use of concrete media. This study employed a quantitative approach using a Pre-Experimental Design with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest design, involving 22 sixth-grade students at SD Negeri No. 10 Galung. The results showed an increase in the average pretest score from 49.09 to 80.45 on the posttest, a classical mastery rate of 77.3%, a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05), and an N-Gain of 0.62, categorized as moderately effective. Additionally, student learning activities reached the active category with an average of 61.18%, and student responses were in the very good category with a percentage of 82.57%. These findings indicate that the implementation of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach aided by manipulative media is effective in improving students’ mathematics learning outcomes and creating contextual, concrete, and meaningful learning.

Abstract

This study examines the factors influencing zakat funds in South Sulawesi Province using the Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) method. The zakat funds in this study focus on zakat collections in 2022 across 24 regencies and cities in South Sulawesi Province. A gap in the existing literature was identified in previous studies, which generally relied on global regression and did not account for spatial variation across regions. This study utilized secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS), with three independent variables: Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), the Human Development Index (HDI), and the Muslim population. The GWR method was applied to capture local parameter variations that may differ across regions. The results indicate that the GWR model performs better than the multiple linear regression model, as evidenced by lower AIC values and smaller residuals. The Muslim population variable has a positive and significant effect on zakat funds, whereas the GRDP and HDI variables do not show significant effects. These results indicate that demographic factors, particularly the Muslim population, are the dominant factors influencing zakat funds in South Sulawesi Province. Therefore, region-based zakat management must take into account local social, economic, and demographic characteristics to ensure that zakat collection strategies are implemented more effectively. These findings contribute to the development of data-driven zakat policies that account for regional considerations in Indonesia.
