Marriage dispensation is a form of exception to marriages performed below the minimum age limit stipulated by law, which is 19 years. This arrangement results in the stipulation of the minimum age limit for marriage being deviated, exacerbated by the ambiguity of the norms of requirements in the application for a marriage dispensation, resulting in applications for a marriage dispensation that are often granted without being based on urgent reasons that show the urgency of the implementation of marriage for children who have not reached the age limit for marriage. This paper will examine strengthening the norms of marriage dispensation requirements as an effort to prevent child marriage by using the theory of legal purposes. This research is a normative legal research using statutory and case approaches. The results of this research conclude that the normative requirements contained in the provisions of Article 7 Paragraph (2) of Law Number 16 of 2019 concerning Amendments to Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage are not accompanied by clear boundaries as standardization for judges in deciding requests for dispensation married for various reasons, resulting in judges interpreting the meaning of the article broadly so that the granting of a marriage dispensation request is highly dependent on the subjectivity of judges. This reduces the spirit of preventing child marriage and does not manifest the values of justice, benefit, and legal certainty.

Education in border areas is news that cannot be doubted, namely that there are problems regarding a sense of nationalism for students who attend school, in terms of the lack of infrastructure, and the lack of attention from the government because the area is isolated from the district and provincial capitals. Therefore, this service program aims to increase a sense of nationalism through local wisdom on the Indonesia-Malaysia border. The implementation strategy is carried out with a classical approach. Among them is the provision of material that is easily understood by students. The method of implementing the program was carried out in three sessions, namely the welcome session, delivery of material by the team, and giving stimulus to students by playing games (practice) then evaluating by distributing questionnaires about the theme of knowledge of the spirit of nationalism by linking local wisdom. Then it ends with an evaluation of understanding of the material. The results of this service are to provide an increased understanding of the spirit of nationalism, folk games based on local wisdom, national obligatory songs, and questionnaires given as a measurement of students' understanding. The rich culture of local wisdom can increase the spirit of nationalism in students as reinforcement to become more familiar with the surrounding environment in the Indonesia-Malaysia border area

Abstrak: Jagoi Babang merupakan salah satu wilayah perbatasan Indonesia dan Malaysia yang memiliki pontensi melemahnya kesadaran akan identitas nasional terutama pada kalangan generasi muda. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut adalah dengan pelatihan atau workshop yang melibatkan pihak sekolah dan peserta didik yang dapat memberikan penguatan pemahaman kepada warga negara muda terhadap identitas nasional dalam konteks negara di wilayah perbatasan Jagoi Babang Kalimantan Barat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman generasi muda di kalangan peserta didik sekolah menengah terkait identitas nasional, terutama di wilayah perbatasan. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, dan diskusi. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukan bahwa penguatan pemahaman warga negara muda terhadap Identitas Nasional dalam konteks negara di wilayah perbatasan Jagoi Babang Kalimantan Barat yakni: (1) Adanya respon yang positif dari peserta, yang ditunjukkan dengan pertanyaan dan tanggapan yang diberikan selama pelaksanaan kegiatan; (2) Adanya kesesuaian materi dengan kebutuhan peserta didik sebagai warga negara muda di wilayah perbatasan Jagoi Babang; (3) Sebagian besar peserta telah memahami arti pentingnya dan bagaimana implemnetasi identitas nasional dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.Abstract: Jagoi Babang is one of the border areas of Indonesia and Malaysia that has the potential to weaken awareness of national identity, especially among the younger generation. One of the efforts that can be done to solve the problem is by training or workshops involving schools and students that can provide strengthening understanding to young citizens of national identity in the context of the state in the border area of Jagoi Babang West Kalimantan. This activity aims to increase the understanding of the younger generation among secondary school students related to national identity, especially in the border area. This activity uses lecture, question and answer, and discussion methods. The results of this activity show that strengthening young citizens' understanding of National Identity in the context of the state in the border area of Jagoi Babang West Kalimantan, namely: (1) There was a positive response from the participants, which was shown by the questions and responses given during the implementation of the activity; (2) There was a suitability of the material with the needs of students as young citizens in the Jagoi Babang border area; (3) Most participants have understood the importance and how to implement national identity in everyday life.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pembelajaran, hambatan dan solusi serta dampak dari strategi pembelajaran dalam membentuk nasionalisme melalui pembelajaran ppkn pada anak autisme di SMA LB Bina Anak Bangsa Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan penelitian bentuk kualitataif. Sumber data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru, dan peserta didik, sedangkan sumber data sekunder adalah data yang diperoleh secara tidak langsung dari sumbernya. Data yang diperoleh biasanya data berupa dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh guru dalam membentuk nasionalisme bisa dikatakan cukup baik dikarenakan pada saat kegiatan belajar mengajar terjadi komunikasi antara dua arah dimana siswanya cukup berperan aktif pada saat proses pembelajaran sehingga guru yang besangkutan bisa melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran yang berujuan untuk membentuk nasionalisme itu ditandai dengan mengikuti upacara bendera, memperingati hari-hari penting kenegaraan, mematuhi tata tertib sekolah dan berperilaku yang sopan terhadap guru, namun demikian dalam pelaksanaannya juga terdapat beberapa hambatan yang dihadapi seperti kepribadian anak dan juga lingkungan di sekitar anak seperti keluarga, sekolah dan juga masyarakat.

This research was conducted in an effort to improve student participation, achievement motivation, and learning outcomes through the Active Learning Model Type Everyone is A teacher Here in the subject of sociology for grade XI students at SMA Negeri 2 Menyuke. This research is generally motivated by the fact that the learning outcomes of students in this subject at SMA Negeri 2 Menyuke are still low. Many efforts have been made, but they have not provided maximum results. The use of the everyone is A teacher here (ETH) learning model in this research is an innovative effort in sociology learning at SMA Negeri 2 Menyuke. The method used is Classroom Action Research, with the research subjects being grade XI IPS 1 students at SMA Negeri 2 Menyuke. In addition to observation to observe the implementation of the action and student participation in learning, the instruments used in this research are also questionnaires to collect data on achievement motivation and learning outcome tests to measure the success of learning using this method. There are two cycles used in this research, and it is concluded after the second cycle is implemented. The results of the research show that the use of everyone is a teacher here (ETH) can improve student participation, achievement motivation, and learning outcomes in sociology for grade XI IPS 1 students at SMA Negeri 2 Menyuke. The research results recommend that sociology teachers use this method by varying it with various relevant media.

Environmental ethics is human-wise behavior related to all components of the environment. Environmental ethics talks about human behavior towards nature and the view of the universe, including nature, humans, and other living things. A moral view is needed to know the relevance of the theory of anthropocentrism and ecocentrism. Students must know which theories can benefit human life and how to maintain a balance between nature and humans. Belief in the theory will bring up pros and cons; therefore, the relevance that can be found from the two theories is education that understands environmental ethics as a balance. Relevance gained trust in these two theories will bring up pros and cons. We found out students in Indonesia had their main critizism towards each philosophical thought. We also found that the emerging technology and modernisation has been an issue on the debate. A better environmental ethics understanding would serve a better goal of balancing both view of anthropocentrism and ecocentrism

This study aims to determine the use of Web Blog-based E-Learning media to increase students' responses and interest in learning sociology in class XI IPS2 SMA Negeri 2 Mandor. This study seeks to get clarity regarding student responses in Sociology subjects using Web Blogs. In addition, it also examines the interest in studying sociology after students are taught with Web Blogs. The research method that is suitable for use in this study is the ex-post facto method. Sociology learning Web Blog has been implemented, but the impact has never been measured. This study seeks to reveal the impact caused by Web Blogs used in sociology learning. Sampling was done by means of proportional random (proportional random sampling).The results of this study indicate that the use of Web Blogs in teaching Sociology at SMA Negeri 2 Mandor turns out to have a significant effect on both student responses and interest in studying sociology. The results are in line with the developed conceptual framework. If sociology learning uses Web Blogs, the response and interest of students in learning sociology increases. Based on the results of the data, facts and theories obtained on the use of blog media on learning interest in sociology learning at SMA Negeri 2 Mandor, it can be seen that this can happen for several reasons, including: the media blog is a means, intermediary or message delivery (subject matter) whose reception is through hearing and sight, conveyed from both the teacher and the actual reality.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Al-Hikmah Tayan Hilir dengan menggunakan model problem based learning pada mata pelajaran PPKn. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan bentuk deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Al-Hikmah Tayan Hilir dengan jumlah sampel 26 siswa. Teknik dan instrument pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dikelola melalui dua siklus. Setiap siklus terbagi 3 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, tindakan dan pengamatan serta refleksi. Hasil penelitian setelah dilakukan test siklus I memperoleh peningkatan mencapai 53,84%, dan pada siklus II mencapai menjadi 84,61%. Berdasarkan penelitian diketahui bahwa dengan menggunakan model Problem Based Learning pada mata pelajaran PPKn dapat meningkatkan hasil beajar siswa kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Al-Hikmah Tayan Hilir.

This study aims to increase the learning activity of grade XI B SMA Negeri 8 Pontianak students by using the Portfolio learning model in PPKn subjects. The research method used in this study is classroom action research with a descriptive form. The subject of this study was class XI B SMA Negeri 8 Pontianak which amounted to 30 students. Data collection techniques and instruments are observation sheets and documentation. The study was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of three meetings, and each meeting consists of four stages, namely the planning stage, the implementation and observation stage, and the reflection stage. Based on the results of the study, individual student learning activity increased, in cycle I student learning activity reached an average of 73.85%, and the average student learning activity individually in cycle II was 82.54%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of the Portfolio learning model in PPKn subjects can increase the learning activity of grade XI B SMA Negeri 8 Pontianak students
