Abstract

Travelers on the road sometimes need a hotel to rest. In choosing a hotel, they refer to the ratings or reviews written by users through reviews on Google. This is because not all star hotels provide facilities in accordance with user assessments. This study discusses the analysis of the opinions of tourists who have stayed in 5-star hotels in Semarang through a review of commentary data on Google. The 5-star hotels used as the research are Padma, Gumaya, Tentrem, Grand Candi, Ciputra, and PO. The dataset of the six hotels was obtained through a scraping process then followed by data pre-processing. The data was retrieved from Google Maps using the Chrome Instant Data Scrapper extension. Data preprocessing begins with case folding, tokenizing, filtering, and ends with stemming. Support Vector Machine (SVM) is implemented for sentimen classification process. The results from this study are the majority of 5-star hotel reviews in Semarang tend to have positive rather than negative sentimens. Our model was able to produce an accuracy of 0.87 to 0.98. The highest accuracy was achieved by Ciputra Hotel at 0.98 with 543 positive reviews.

Abstract

This research examines the role of the Jambi Province Manpower and Transmigration Service in reducing unemployment through Sibakol Website innovation. The Sibakol website, as a job search platform, is designed to make it easier for individuals to find suitable job opportunities. This study uses data analysis of registered users on the Sibakol website from 2020 to 2023 to assess its effectiveness in connecting job seekers with available job opportunities. The research results show that Sibakol has made a significant contribution to reducing unemployment rates in Jambi, with an increasing number of Sibakol users who have succeeded in finding work through this platform. Digital innovations such as Sibakol have the potential to become an important tool in local government strategies to overcome unemployment problems and improve community welfare. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with an inductive approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the Sibakol Website has made a significant contribution in matching job seekers with available job opportunities, although there are still several obstacles in its implementation. The Department of Manpower and Transmigration plays a role not only as a facilitator but also as a liaison between job seekers and job providers, with the hope of gradually reducing the unemployment rate.

Abstract

In the current era, there have been various innovations in the field of design, including in interior design. One innovation that stands out in interior design is the use of sunshading, which is part of the opening element. In the context of a house, increasing the number of openings can increase the penetration of natural light into the room, along with the possible increase in temperature. In addition, the ability to dampen the heat generated by sunlight can also reduce the need for cooling, thus having a positive impact on more efficient energy use. Attention should also be paid to the glare factor, as excessive brightness can affect comfort levels. There are many examples of houses and structures that are close together in an area, but have notable differences in their architectural design. Therefore, the planning of building facades needs to consider the design of sun shading devices that are able to control the intensity of incoming sunlight, apart from its benefits in terms of interior aesthetics, sun shading is also able to create a pleasant visual experience for the eyes and contribute as an aesthetic element in the room.

Abstract

Irigasi adalah suatu sistem atau cara menyediakan air di lahan pertanian untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tanaman irigasi dengan tujuan meningkatkan produktivitas pertanian dan mengoptimalkan hasil panen. Selain itu, evaluasi kinerja irigasi pada daerah irigasi kelompok Lestari Karya Tani Desa Sowan Kidul didasarkan Peraturan Menteri PU no. 12/PRT/M2015 dengan beberapa hal misalnya, sarana penunjang, produktivitas tanam, organisasi personalia, prasarana fisik, dokumentsai, dan perkumpulan petani pemakai air memperoleh prosentase kinerja sebesar 42,1% dapat dikategorikan rusak dan membutuhkan rekomendasi tindak lanjut seperti rehabilitasi yang bersifat perbaikan. Metode F.J. Mock menganalisis ketersediaan air didapatkan nilai terendah pada bulan November dengan 1,47 m3/detik dan nilai tertinggi pada bulan Januari dengan nilai 8,46 m3/detik. Untuk mendapatkan kebutuhan air tanaman menggunakan tahun dasar perencanaan dan hasil Analisa debit. Upaya untuk mengatasi ketidakseimbangan neraca air dengan melakukan pembangunan kolam tampung. Dimensi kolam tampung digunakan 40 m x 45 m kedalaman 3 m. Pintu inlet dan outlet direncanakan memiliki lebar 1,2 m dan tinggi 0,6 m. Faktor faktor yang berpengaruh pada jaringan irigasi di desa Sowan Kidul yaitu banyaknya sampah pada aliran DAS, disekitar sungai sehingga dapat mengurangi kinerja irigasi dan juga debit air.

Abstract

In this article the author traces the historic development of Islamic or sharia banking in Indonesia and this will be done by analysing the evolution of a series of successive laws promulgated over time.  From these laws (Law Nos. 7/1992; 10/1998 and 21/2008) we can discern, how over the years, the Indonesian government gradually accept and recognized sharia banking principles, resulting in the establishment of Sharia Banks alongside conventional Banks.  These successive laws also shows the gradual process of policy changes which involves a top-down, bottom up and again a top down approach. Through this process, Sharia Banks develops in Indonesia and has been able to meet society’s need not only for a modern banking system, but also more importantly, providing banking services in line with the sharia.

Abstract

In this article the author examines the juridical implications of transforming Units of Insurance/Reinsurance Company into Sharia Insurance/Reinsurance Company. It peruses two different models, the pure model, and the acquisition model.  Both have its own strong and weak points. The pure models show its strongest point in being simpler about Sharia compliance.  Its weakness, however, is the requirement of priory obtaining permit in principle and business permits.  In contrast, the superiority of the acquisition model lies in its simplicity of licensing and conversion permits. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor timbulnya  pembiayaan bermasalah serta penerapan manajemen risiko dalam upaya meminimalisir pembiayaan bermasalah di KSPPS Alfa Nusa Barru. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian  adalah kualitatif. Subyek penelitiannya adalah Manager serta dua orang dari bagian pembiayaan dan bagian marketing. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dengan  mereduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil seperti faktor penyebab pembiayaan bermasalah meliputi faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Untuk penerapan manajemen risiko yang dilalukan adalah indentifikasi risiko, penilaian risiko, memonitoring risiko, dan mengendalikan risiko. Berdasarkan eempat langkah manajemen risiko tersebut antara lain yaitu analisis 5C serta pengisian dokumen, pengelompokan atau klasifikasi financing, tindak lanjut anggota, tindak lanjut keuangan dan pemasaran untuk mengingatkan anggota, langkah yang dilakukan untuk menyelesaikan  kredit macet yang dilakukan di KSPPS Alfa Nusa Barru mengatur ulang sumber daya keuangan dan membantu menjual jaminan anggota.

Abstract

This research aims to identify strengths and weaknesses, as well as opportunities and threats in PAI learning at SMP 11 Ma'arif Bangsalsari Jember. Thus, the school can find appropriate and measurable steps to make decisions. In this study, a qualitative research approach was used with the SWOT matrix analysis method. The data used were taken from respondents who had filled out a questionnaire prepared by the researcher. The data were then grouped based on SWOT aspects and analyzed using the SWOT matrix approach. The results of this study show that in the internal aspect, the independent curriculum gives freedom to PAI teachers to develop a learning process that can be adapted to the needs of students. However, the weakness found is the limited resources and facilities in the institution that greatly affect the learning process. In the external aspect, PAI learning has a wider opportunity to develop Islamic religious values according to individual abilities. However, the threat is that differences in interpretation between teachers can cause conflicts that lead to disunity, which can reduce the intensity and quality of PAI learning. Based on these internal and external aspects, there are several steps that PAI teachers should take. First, teachers need to innovate in PAI learning optimally. Second, teachers need to expand relationships with the community and clerics to improve social competence. Third, PAI teachers must have enthusiasm and continue to improve professionalism in carrying out academic duties. Fourth, teachers need to increase support from the education office and school leadership in facilitating PAI learning activities. Fifth, PAI teachers need to improve their ability and cohesiveness in understanding the implementation of the independent curriculum. Sixth, teachers need to improve quality in the realm of professionalism and understanding of the concept of religious moderation. Seventh, teachers need to be equipped with skills in developing interesting and effective PAI learning for students. Eighth, teachers need to communicate with school leaders and the education office to provide and prepare supporting facilities in PAI learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas potensi dan implementasi pengembangan fitur pada ESP32CAM sebagai media pembelajaran berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) dalam bentuk trainer. Penelitian ini mengatasi kesenjangan dalam penggunaan NodeMCU ESP32CAM sebagai teknologi IoT dalam media pembelajaran yang masih belum banyak digunakan. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dan mengeksplorasi penggunaan ESP32CAM sebagai trainer untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran berbasis IoT. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan eksploratif untuk menyelidiki penggunaan ESP32CAM, termasuk analisis penerapan teknologi dalam lingkungan pembelajaran. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada para ahli dan pengguna/mahasiswa, melibatkan 45 mahasiswa program studi Teknik Elektro di Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa trainer IoT menggunakan NodeMCU ESP32CAM sangat layak, dengan persentase tingkat kelayakan sebesar 91,08% dari penilaian para ahli dan 87,25% dari penilaian pengguna. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan wawasan baru terkait inovasi dalam penggunaan IoT serta menjadi landasan dasar untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut dalam bidang terkait.

Abstract

Congestion is caused by the increasing number of vehicles, however. Not matched by the increase in supporting transportation facilities. Jepara Regency is located in the province of Central Java, with an area of 1,004 km2. At Simpang Empat Mayong around the intersection there are shopping areas and educational institutions, this factor causes the high number of passing vehicles. In this study, researchers used the 1997 MKJI method and the Webster method. The peak flow occurs on Tuesday at 15.30-16.30 with vehicles 2920.5 pcu/hour. Side resistance on each approach is low. Jalan Mayong-Welahan peak traffic flow was 349.6 pcu/hour, Jalan Jepara-Kudus (B) was 811.1 pcu/hour, Jalan Mayong-Pancur was 301.7 pcu/hour and Jepara-Kudus (D) was 1133.5 pcu/hour. Degree of saturation on Mayong-Welahan road 1.28 pcu/hour and 82 seconds delay, Jepara-Kudus (B) road 1.30 pcu/hour 120 second delay, Mayong-Pancur road 1.29 pcu/hours with 98 second delay and Jepara-Kudus (D) degree of vehicle saturation is 1.29 pcu/hour with a delay of 98 seconds.
