Abstract

Introduction: The use of illegal drugs is increasing in adolescents and the consequences that will damage the generation so that it must be sought or known influencing factors as preliminary data in determining intervention. According to a preliminary survey at the Lamongan District Penitentiary in 2011, the number of suspects and defendants of drug abuse was 115 people, of whom 63 were teenagers. This study aims to determine the dominant factors that influence drug use in adolescents. Methods: The research design used in this study study uses a descriptive method, namely describing or explaining the factors that cause drug abuse in adolescents. The population in this study were all adolescent drug users in the Lamongan District Correctional Institution in May 2012 as many as 63 people. In this study the sampling technique used was purposive sampling, namely the technique of determining the sample by selecting samples among the population according to what the researcher wanted. In this study the instrument used was a closed questionnaire sheet. Data processing and data analysis by editing, coding, scoring, tabulating and analyzed purposively. Results: Based on the study, several factors were found to be the causes of drug users in adolescents at the Lamongan Penitentiary, including: Social environment (23%), personality (20%), family (8%), education (21%), and presence Drug (19%). Conclusion: Social environmental factors are the dominant factor causing drug abuse in adolescents at the Lamongan Penitentiary.

Abstract

Introduction: In the human life cycle there is growth and development either physically and mentally. In the elderly phase there are both physical and mental changes due to the degenerative process, leading to limitation in having physical activities, remembering things and speaking. This limitation affects social interaction with others which tends to decline and become passive. Decreasing social interaction of the elderly can cause the feeling of isolation, being useless and lead them to seclusion, because there is no emotional channeling through socializing. The purpose of this study was to identify the association between mental status and Social Interaction Capacity among the elderly at Sukodadi Community Health Center, Lamongan District. Methods: This quantitative study used correlational study and cross sectional design. Data were obtained from Short Portable Mental Status Questionnaire and social interaction capacity questionnaire. Samples consisted of 47 respondents, taken with consecutive sampling technique. Data analysis used Spearman test. Results: The majority of respondents (44,7%) had medium intellectual damage and the majority (51,1%) had medium social interaction capacity. The result of Spearman rho test showed p=0,024 and r=0,328 which meant that there was association between mental status and social interaction capacity at medium strength and positive correlation direction. Conclusion: There was association between mental status and social interaction capacity of the elderly at Sukodadi Community Health Center, Lamongan District.

Abstract

Introduction: Diabetes Mellitus causes neuropathy and abnormalities in blood vessels that cause changes in the skin and muscles, making it easier for gangrene to occur. Gangrene wounds that are left untreated or treated inappropriately can spread and increase the risk of amputation and death. Proper gangrene wound care is needed to speed up the healing process and prevent the wound from getting worse. Diabetes mellitus patients with wound gangrene need the help of other people (family) to carry out independent care at home. So that, the ability of the family to carry out proper care is needed. Methods: The design in this study used an analytical pre-experimental design with a one-group pre-test and post-test approach. The sampling of this study was total sampling used the Paired Sample T-Test. The population in this study was family who caring for family members with gangrene wounds at the Turi Community Health Center which met the inclusion criteria namely 25 respondents. Results: The results of this study showed that T = -3.361 means that there is an influence between the level of family ability in gangrene wound care before and after being given Health Education about Gangrene Wound Treatment. Conclusions: Health Education has a significant effect on the Family's Ability Level in gangrene wound care.

Abstract

One of the instruments in implementing local government is the DPRD which is a regional people's representative institution. The DPRD has a Legislative Function which is carried out with the Regional Head. The legislative function of the DPRD is the function of forming regional regulations with the regional head which must be guided by what has been stipulated in Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning the Establishment of Legislative Regulations. To carry out these functions DPRD members also have certain rights, one of which is the Right of Initiative as the right to submit draft regional regulations. Regional regulations are one of the important instruments in regional government where regional regulations regulate local content specific to regions that are not regulated in the law. In 2021 the Jombang Regency DPRD has high initiative rights. However, in 2022 - 2023 the use of the initiative rights of the Jombang Regency DPRD will decline drastically. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the implementation of the legislative function of the Jombang Regency DPRD. (1). What is the role of the legislative function of the Jombang district DPRD in 2022-2023, is there an initiative proposal from the DPRD? (2). What are the factors and obstacles in carrying out the legislative function of the proposed DPRD initiative? This research uses a library research type that examines various documents related to research. The method used by the author is a normative juridical writing method using a statute approach and a material approach using the DPRD's code of ethics. This research is limited by two research focuses, namely (1) what is the role of the legislative function of the Jombang Regency DPRD in 2022-2023, there are proposals for initiatives from the DPRD (2) what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in carrying out the legislative function of the DPRD initiative proposal? Furthermore, there are two legal materials used in this study, namely primary legal materials, secondary legal materials. The results of this study indicate that the formation of regional regulations includes four stages, consisting of; assessment stage, planning stage, discussion stage, and validation stage. From the results of the study it was also found that in the legislative function process the DPRD during 2022-2023 experienced a setback where the DPRD became increasingly passive. The right of initiative is reduced until it is not used at all. However, the process of implementing its legislative function has been carried out in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. However, there are still obstacles that affect the legislative function of the DPRD, including inadequate human resources, delays in the process of establishing the RAPERDA, and lack of community involvement. Abstract

Entrepreneurial management is the process of planning, organizing, directing, and controlling resources to create and manage a business. Meanwhile, the entrepreneurial spirit is the ability to create something new and different through creative thinking processes and innovative actions. The focus of this research consists of: 1) What are the forms of entrepreneurial management at the Darun Najah Lumajang Islamic boarding school; 2) What are the results of the entrepreneurship program at the Darun Najah Lumajang Islamic boarding school; and 3) What are the inhibiting and supporting factors in fostering an entrepreneurial spirit at the Darun Najah Lumajang Islamic boarding school. This research uses a qualitative approach, which produces descriptive data with a case study type. Data collection techniques included passive participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. Data validity uses triangulation and member checks. Data analysis uses data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are: 1) Forms of entrepreneurial management starting from coordination meetings with foundations, specialization of training programs, division of entrepreneurial fields, 2) The results of entrepreneurship programs provide benefits for students and alumni, as well as the economic independence of Islamic boarding schools. 3) Supporting factors to foster an entrepreneurial spirit: facilities accommodating, coaching, and inhibiting factors such as the lack of awareness of students and busy schedules.

Abstract

This study analyzes the strategic management of educators’ and staff work ethic development at Al-Muhajir Foundation, Randuagung Lumajang. The institution’s quality is strongly influenced by human resources, particularly leadership in designing and executing strategies. The research focuses on three aspects: (1) strategic planning, (2) implementation, and (3) evaluation. Using a qualitative case study, data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed with Miles and Huberman’s interactive model, ensuring validity with source and technique triangulation. Findings show that strategic planning involves SWOT analysis, vision–mission formulation, and goal setting. Implementation is carried out through training, self-development, internships, and comparative studies, while evaluation includes weekly and monthly meetings, religious studies, and annual assessments (munaqosah). These strategies collectively foster work ethic, professionalism, and organizational commitment, contributing to the foundation’s educational quality improvement. Penelitian ini mengkaji manajemen strategis pengembangan etos kerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di Yayasan Al-Muhajir Randuagung Lumajang. Mutu pendidikan sangat bergantung pada kualitas sumber daya manusia, khususnya kepemimpinan dalam merumuskan dan melaksanakan strategi. Fokus penelitian meliputi: (1) perencanaan, (2) implementasi, dan (3) evaluasi strategi. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus digunakan, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman, dengan keabsahan data dijamin melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan mencakup analisis SWOT, visi–misi, dan penetapan tujuan; implementasi dilakukan melalui pelatihan, pengembangan diri, magang, dan studi banding; sedangkan evaluasi melalui rapat, kajian keagamaan, dan munaqosah tahunan. Secara keseluruhan, strategi ini memperkuat etos kerja, profesionalisme, dan komitmen organisasi, sehingga mendukung peningkatan mutu pendidikan yayasan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh atribut produk terhadap keputusan pembelian di Pempek Saga Sudi Mampur Demang Lebar Daun Palembang. Pempek Saga Sudi Mampir merupakan restoran yang cukup dikenal oleh para wisatawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pelanggan yang bertujuan mengetahui apakah atribut produk memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian yang hasilnya dapat dijadikan dasar dalam pengembangan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada pelanggan. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan SPSS Versi 26. Teknik analisis menggunakan uji T, uji F, serta Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk, gaya dan desai produk memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusasn pembelian pada pempek saga sudi mampir demang lebar daun palembang, dan untuk variabel fitur produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada pempek saga sudi mampir demang lebar daun palembang. Variabel kualitas produk merupakan variabel yang paling dominan di atribut produk terhadap keputusan pembelia.

Abstract

This research is presented to contribute to what business strategies Bank Syariah Indonesia can optimize in optimizing BSI mobile services for transaction satisfaction using a SWOT analysis approach. Data analysis was carried out by exploring data through observation, interviews and documentation, which was followed by a data reduction process, testing data validity and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, researchers found that BSI mobile banking services are currently at coordinates 0.70; 0.51, where these coordinates are in quadrant 1, namely an aggressive strategy. This strategy shows the situation that BSI bank can optimize BSI mobile banking services in increasing satisfaction by using all their strengths to take advantage of existing opportunities. One of these strategies can be in the form of (1) Improving the quality of products and service features (2) Maintaining the satisfaction of existing customers by improving the quality of transactions that are safe, precise and fast, (3) Increasing the security protection of customer data, (4) Evaluating feedback from past and current customers in designing future market share, (5) Strengthening promotional tools in introducing the benefits of BSI Mobile Banking service features, and (6) Reaching potential new customers in expanding market expansion .

Abstract

Sertifikat adalah bukti sah dari kepemilikan tanah menurut hukum tanah Indonesia, realitas di lapangan menjelaskan masih ada persepsi di masyarakat yang menganggap Letter C sebagai tanda kepemilikan tanah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pertanggungjawaban pihak terkait dalam jual beli tanah Letter C, serta perlindungan hukum bagi ahli waris pembeli yang memiliki sertifikat hak milik tanpa pencoretan di Buku Letter C. Menggunakan metode normatif empiris, penelitian ini menggabungkan data primer dari lapangan dan data sekunder dari studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepala BPN berperan penting dalam memastikan proses jual beli tanah Letter C berlangsung dengan dokumen yang sah. Pencoretan dalam Buku Letter C, sebagai tindakan administratif oleh BPN, mencatat perubahan kepemilikan tanah. Ahli waris dengan sertifikat hak milik belum dicoret dapat melindungi haknya melalui jalur hukum, menegaskan perlindungan hukum atas kepemilikan tanah tersebut.

Abstract

The level of public trust in political parties in Indonesia is currently experiencing a decline due to the lack of transparency by political parties regarding financial reports, activities, and the membership structure of political parties. This is exacerbated by many individuals within political parties who are involved in corruption cases or misappropriation of party funds. As a result, the public expects that the budgets of political organizations must be transparent for the public to trust political parties, which are organizations that reflect the hopes and desires of society. The current study seeks to grasp political parties' attempts to attain budget transparency to actualize the concept of good governance from the standpoint of fiqh siyasah. This study is a juris-normative study, which is a legal study that is constructed conceptually through law-in-books by exploring legal and non-legal literature. According to the findings of this study, budget transparency in political parties is one aspect of achieving good governance. In fiqh siyasah, budget transparency is an obligation as ordered by Allah SWT through QS. al-Baqarah (2): 282 and 283. In addition, some hadiths describe the nature of Abu Bakr Ash Siddiq's openness in managing the finances of Baitul Mal. Therefore, transparency of the fund's budget is an obligatory effort by every political party in Indonesia to ensure good governance.
