Abstract

Identification of road profiles is needed to provide the input of automotive simulation and endurance testing. The analysis with estimation methods is mostly done to identify road profiles. The main goal of analysis methods is to obtain the data of vertical displacements due to road profile measurement. The acceleration data is obtained from measuring road profile by using 4 sensors of accelerometer placed on each car wheel. The measuring data is converted to be vertical displacement data by using a "double integrator", however, it is not easy to get accurate results since the signal obtained carries a lot of noise and it is necessary to design the right filter reduce the noise. In this study, the signal filtering methods reducing the noise were used Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) and Kalman Filter (KF) combination. Experiments were carried out by combining Fast Fourier Transform and Kalman Filters using an input signal with unit (volt) in the time domain. In addition, this research focused on preparing the survey data that has been obtained by eliminating the noise to convert becoming the displacement input data for providing the loads of automotive simulation testing.

Abstract

This article aims to find out the learning model of PAI based on discovery learning, describe the planning strategy for implementing the learning model of PAI based on discovery learning, describe the types of learning based on discovery learning, know the advantages and virtues of the learning model based on discovery learning. This type of research is qualitative. For data analysis, researchers do by means of data reduction. With the discovery learning-based PAI education and learning strategy, it is expected that the learning process and PAI learning can be carried out properly so as to improve teaching and learning outcomes. This can be effective because the discovery learning model places students in a conditioned environment in the form of an exploratory learning design, where students play an active role in learning in class by exploring the subject matter. In accordance with the characteristics of fiqh subjects that foster the ability to explore the values of Islamic teachings in the subject matter intensely which can then be applied and implemented relevantly in everyday life.

Abstract

Rasulallah Saw. was sent to the earth was carrying the mission that Allah is the almighty and take the mandate to build human civilization more dignified than ever. One form of construction was built by Rasulallah Saw. In order to create a dignified human being from the aspect of the economy. The economic aspect is a form of a right economy that is, protected from things prohibited by syara 'such as manipulation, fraud, corruption and so forth.The history records that, the beginning of Islamic economic thought has actually been done by Rasulallah Saw. and his companions (khulafaurasyidin). The economic problems of the people become very serious concerns because economic problems are the pillars of the faith that must be considered. This is as narrated by Muslims, that Rasulallah Saw. Says "Poverty leads people to disbelief". So the effort to eradicate poverty is part of the social policies undertaken by him at that time. Rasulallah Saw. laid the foundations of the state's financial system in accordance with the provisions of the Qur'an. The whole paradigm of thinking in the economic field and its application in everyday life that was inconsistent with Islamic teachings was removed and replaced with a new paradigm that conforms to Qur'anic values, namely brotherhood, equality, freedom and justice. So this was a very significant step, as well as brilliant and spectacular at the time.

Abstract

In this case talked about concideration about Islam law development in it’s accelaration and this case appear in modern time. The Research in this journal is the exprolation of the real thing that have done by Imam Hanafi. This research is a library research by taking and collecting data from the literature that correlleted with problem and how to discuss. The data of this research is kwalitative data that correlated with Imam Hanafi’s think about Istihsan.The result of this research showed that, Istihsan method excistence. In law Istinbath that used by Imam Hanafi is developing from Qiyas Khofi method, whereas this method is trying to look for one of Dalil (rules) from two Dalil (reules) that againts with other Dalil because it can get more achive the purpose of law form. So every case / problem that faced can have solution.

Abstract

The verse that talks about the prohibition of drinking khamar in the Alqur'an was gradually reduced in the midst of the ignorant Arab community who had the habit of drinking khamar, getting drunk and to change such conditions in a gradual manner. First, khamar and gambling contain major sins eventhough they contain benefits for humans, but the harm is greater than the benefits. Secondly, it was stated that they were not allowed to pray drunk Third, it is expressly stated that khamar is one of Devil's actions and therefore must be shunned.The scholars differed in defining this khamar. According to Imam Malik, Shafi'i and Ahmad what is meant by khamar is intoxicating drinks, whether or not called khamar. According to Imam Abu Hanifah, it was different from the drunken Khamar drink. But regardless of the definition of the substance is the same, that everything that is intoxicating is a little or a lot of things that are still forbidden.Thus it can be concluded that the prohibition of the khamar does not lie in drunkenness or not, but the location of the substance on the substance. In other words, drinking khamar even if it does not intoxicate the law remains unclean.

Abstract

The validity of a marriage in the Islamic Shari’a must fulfill harmony and the conditions that have been set. Beside that, there ia a provision stipulated by Allah Swt. as the obligation of prospective husbands in the implementation on the marriage contract, namely regarding or dowry or dowry. As explained in the Al-Qur’an letter An-Nisa ‘verse 4. Because the gift of dowry is an obligation on the basis of willingness, the rate of dowry is not determined by the number or amount. Regarding the maximum amount of dowry, the ulama or prist of the school of thought, it was agreed that there was no maximum limit, but they differed in their opinion about the minimum limit.According to Abu Hanifah the defination of marriage is a contract (agreement) exchange of benefits between husbend and wife so that the marriage contract is based on the contract of sale and considers the gift of dowry as a substitute for a woman’s virginity because Abu Hanifah himself is known as an expert in Kuffah city.Conclusions that can be taken in writing this journal, that Abu Hanifah in applying every law is based on the Al-Qur’an, hadits, fatwa of friends, ijma’ and if it is not there then kias, istihsan, and urf.

Abstract

Marriage is one of the religious commands that must be done by people who already have the physical and mental abilities to carry it out. In the law state of Indonesia, marriages are regulated by the state regarding the terms and conditions for someone who is going to get married, and both rules are directed at men and women. These rules are contained in Law Number 1 of 1974 and Islamic Law. Therefore, if the marriage does not meet the terms and conditions set, the marriage cannot be carried out. Since marriage is a union between a man and a woman, there will be cooperation, both cooperation in fostering households to achieve harmony and in finding property for survival. Each property obtained by a married couple will become a common property even though in terms of quantity, the one earned by each husband and wife can be different, even the one who earns money is only one of them. However, the marriage between the two makes the property belong together. Although in terms of civil and Islamic law, there are no strict rules regarding shared assets, but because the assets are obtained after marriage, they become shared property. Therefore, if a divorce in the future occurs or one dies, the assets must be divided in half. The rules for the distribution of shared assets do not actually violate the general provisions contained in either positive law or Islamic law.

Abstract

One of the legal istinbath methods which must be considered to provide answers to new cases that have emerged in Islamic law is al-'urf. Al-'Urf are customs, habits or traditions that occur repeatedly or continuously in an area or place and are practiced by the wider community so that they become a part of religious life. Principally, al-'urf is divided into two parts, namely al-'urf shahih and al-'urf al-fasid. Al-ʻUrf Al-Sahih is the custom which is practiced by the community at large, is justified by common sense considerations and has a noble or advantageous impact on life and does not intrude the provisions of the Qur'an and Hadith of Rasulallah saw. Meanwhile, Al-ʻUrf Al-Fasid is the opposite of al-'urf al-shahih is the custom of the community that cannot be justified by common sense and contradicts the values of the Qur'an and hadith. This paper raises an example of the application of al-'urf in the performance of ta'ziyah. The application of al-'urf in the performance of ta'ziyah is a custom, habit or tradition that is repeatedly carried out by the community. However, none of these practices contradict the values of the Qur'an and Hadith. Therefore, performance of ta'ziyah is justified by the law (sharia). Because everything that contains goodness values is highly recommended to do it. In fact, a good custom, tradition or habit can be considered for the construction of a law.

Abstract

This research focuses on the banking industry in ASEAN. The ASEAN economy is one of the economic forces that needs to be considered. This is due to the fast and significant economic growth of ASEAN even in the midst of the 2008 financial crisis. In this study, we will look at the specific influence of banks, industry, macroeconomics and Country Governance Indicators in determining banking performance in ASEAN. The research period was taken during the post-crisis period, namely 2011 to 2019. The dependent variable used was bank performance as proxied by EARTA, while the independent variables were divided into 4 main categories, specific banks, industry, macroeconomics, and Country Governance Indicators. Country Governance Indicator variable using Corruption Index. The data used is sourced from the Osiris Database for all banks in ASEAN. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the bank-specific variables; there are 4 variables that have a significant effect on banking performance, industry indicators have no effect on bank performance, macroeconomic specific variables have a significant effect on bank performance, while the Country Governance Indicator proxied by the Corruption Index has an effect on bank performance.

Abstract

Abstrak: Faktor-Faktor yang Memengaruhi Profitabilitas Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Listed di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pangsa pasar (market share), leverage, intensitas modal, pertumbuhan penjualan dan total assets baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan manufaktur yang listed di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kausalitas, sampel yang digunakan 86 perusahaan dan 329 pengamatan. Data diambil dengan metode purposive sampling. Intensitas modal dan total assets berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, sedangkan market share (pangsa pasar), leverage dan pertumbuhan penjualan tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas.Kata Kunci: Market Share, Leverage, Intensitas Modal, Pertumbuhan penjualan, Total Assets, ProfitabilitasAbstract: Determinant Factors Influencing The Profitability of Manufacturing Companies Listed on The Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research aimed to know the influence of market share, Leverage, Capital Intensity, growth of sales and Total Assets either partially or simultaneous to the profitability of the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research included research of causality, the sample used 86 companies and 329 observations. The data were taken with purposive sampling method. The intensity of capital and total assets turnover had a positive and significant effect on profitability, while market share, leverage and sales growth had no effect on the profitability.Keywords: Market Share, Leverage, Intensity of Capital and Total Assets, Profitability
