Gereja GPIB Bethel termasuk Gereja tertua di Kepulauan Riau. Gereja ini terletak di Jln. Gereja No 1, Tanjungpinang, Kepulauan Riau. Gereja menjadi salah satu Situs Cagar Budaya di Kota Tanjungpinang dan menjadi salah satu bukti peninggalan Bangsa Belanda yang datang ke Tanjungpinang. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui sejarah awal pendirian Geraja GPIB Bethel Tanjungpinang, (2) untuk mengetahui eksistensi dan keunikan dari Gereja GPIB Bethel Tanjungpinang sebagai Situs Cagar Budaya Tanjungpinang, dan (3) untuk mengetahui peran pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam menjaga keberadaan gereja GPIB Bethel Tanjungpinang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode sejarah atau Historical Research. Metode sejarah merupakan proses rekonstruksi peristiwa masa lampau melalui langkah-langkah yang mengacu pada merode sejarah. Metode ini terdiri dari beberapa tahap antara lain heuristik, verifikasi, interpretasi, dam historiografi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah eksistensi dari Gereja GPIB Bethel ini dari segi sebagai situs cagar budaya dengan dua aspek yaitu adanya perlindungan dan pengembangan, dari segi Tempat Ibadah yang hingga kini masih digunakan sejak didirikan ataupun sejak diresmikan sebagai situs cagar budaya, dan terakhir dari segi pariwisata yang banyak didatangi oleh wisatawan dari mancanegara. Tidak hanya itu, terdapat peran pemerintah dan masyarakat mengenai Gereja ini.

In this case in accordance with the times that face the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 where the learning process no longer depends on guidebooks, but everything can be known by accessing internet media. In the conditions of the Covid 19 Pandemic, teacher learning processes can use internet-based e-learning methods. E-learning is a learning method that utilizes web-based information technology (IT) that can be accessed remotely so that learning is not only glued in the classroom and in certain hours but can still be done anytime and anywhere. Tualang District of Siak Regency has 4 SMAN spread in Tualang District of Siak Regency. Based on the results of observations, State High School Teachers in Tualang District of Siak Regency still do not use the Internet to the maximum in the learning process. Teachers use limited media and learning resources. This is due to lack of information and lack of facilitation in the development of teacher competence in the use of E-Learning-based internet. Based on these conditions, the use of internet based E-Learning is still not optimal. Devotional activities are held on September 1-4, 2021. This devotional activity is carried out with three stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the final stage. With this devotional activity, it is expected that State High School teachers in Tualang District of Siak Regency can improve teacher competence in the use of E-Learning-based Internet, especially Google Classroom, Google Meet and Zoom Meeting So that the teacher can use it well in the learning process.

The purpose of this devotion is to provide understanding and experience about the writing of PTK to teachers of SMPN Tualang District siak. It is expected that with this devotion all junior high school teachers can carry out the writing of PTK as a scientific work of teachers later. The target of this devotion is teachers who are constrained by his promotion because of the absence of research as his scientific work. It is concluded that, there are still many teachers who do not understand the nature of this Class Action Research (PTK). This is because generally teachers are not used to writing PTK, even when teachers who have followed PLPG are indeed given PTK materials, but the allocation provided does not allow them to be able to master about PTK. One of the things that can be done by teachers is to imitate the PTK report that has been made by previous teachers. So impressed just coffee paste. The enthusiasm of Tualang Junior High School teachers in participating in the devotional activities is quite high, question after question presented to the source is quite active and subject to the targets of the PTK itself. At the initial and to-end activities for 4 days (32 hours) most of them understand and the motivation to produce the product is quite high. When the implementation of legiatan there is no understanding, and the earnestness of irtu is seen from time to time in both the discussion of the group and the classic. At the end of the devotional activities, each teacher is required to prepare a product in the form of a proposal or a complete report of PTK. The availability of the program until the last day only produces 5 PTK products that will be analyzed

This study was aimed at finding if integrity affects the performance of High School Teachers in Pekanbaru. So the hypothesis of this study is that if the integrity has an influence on the performance of high school teachers in Pekanbaru. The method used in this study was a survey with correlational techniques. This technique was carried out to analyze the influence of two independent variables X with dependent variables Y. The population in this study were all high school teachers (178 teachers) and the samples were teachers who had received teacher certification at the SMAN Kecamatan 121 Tenayan Raya. Data were analysed using descriptive analysis techniques and inferential analysis to test hypotheses. The requirements for analyzing the data are: normality test, homogeneity test, and linearity test. The results showed that integrity had a significant effect with a positive direction on teacher performance in the Tenayan Raya High School in Pekanbaru. This is indicated by the regression coefficient of integrity against teacher performance of 0.083. The point is that if the integrity variable rises by one unit, an increase in teacher performance is 0.083. Furthermore, the effect of the variable integrity on teacher performance resulted in a value of 0.69%. This means that integrity contributes significantly to teacher performance by 0.69%. This contribution is in the very low category. Therefore, it can be concluded that integrity has a positive and significant effect on teachers’ performance in Tenayan Raya High School.

This study aims to look at the process of inheriting the cultural values of lontiok houses to the younger generation of Kampar people specifically around the lontiok house environment. The research method is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using observation and interviews. The analysis is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study, namely, between traditional houses and cultural values can not be separated from the role of humans as cultural beings who inherit the culture. Inheritance of cultural values is done in two ways, namely through the tradition of hereditary from the ninik mamak to the younger generation and through tourism awareness groups (Pok derwis). education in schools is very important. This is done to preserve the culture so that it does not disappear in the midst of an increasingly developed and developing era.

Ecotourism management of North Mareje Mountain Forest Area (NMMFA) is one of ways to achieved sustainable development goals (SDGs) in Central Lombok District. The lack of ecotourism economics value information causes investment for its development runs relative slowly. This study aims to valuate and evaluate the economics value of ecotourism development in NMMFA. The data used in this study includes number of tourist visits during 2018-2019, tourists visit frequency, travel costs and their socio-economic characteristics. Data was collected by interviewing NMMFA’s managers and tourists using questionnaire. Economic valuation analysis was carried out by using the traveling cost method (TCM). Economic evaluation diagnosed using paired t-test by comparing observed versus potential economic values. The Analysis result shows that the willingness to pay (WTP) of tourists whom visit to NMMFA=IDR. 347.579/visit with economic value = IDR 3,72 B/year. The economic evaluation results explains that the observed economic value = IDR. 986,78 M/year is smaller than the potential economic value of it carrying capacity ones =IDR 127,05 B/year. To improve economic development, it required a new paradigm of forest management by making current conservation activities become a conservation business and improving sustainable ecotourism management aspects.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of principal's leadership and teacher's work motivation, either individually or jointly on employee performance. The research was conducted in SDN in Dumai Barat sub-district, Dumai City with the research subjects being teachers in SDN in Dumai Barat sub-district, Dumai City, the method used was a survey with correlation technique, the research sample was teachers at SDN in the sub-district of West Dumai City. Dumai totaling 150. The instrument used to collect data on principals' leadership, work motivation and performance was using a questionnaire. The validity of the test items using the product moment formula and the instrument reliability coefficients were calculated using the Cronbach alpha formula. The results of this study indicate that: 1) there is a significant and positive influence between the principal's leadership on performance; 2) there is a significant and positive effect between teacher work motivation on performance; 3) there is a significant and positive influence between the principal's leadership and the work motivation of teachers on performance together. The results of this study are expected to be useful for the improvement and improvement of the performance of principals and teachers in public elementary schools throughout the West Dumai sub-district, Dumai City.

This research generally aims to provide an overview of the implementation ofschool self-evaluation (EDS) at junior high schools in the District Bantan Bengkalis district.Based on the observation that researchers do, there are problems associated with theimplementation of the EDS program in some of the junior high school in sub Bantan: 1)Understanding teachers and parents will EDS program is still low due to lack of socialization; 2)Components of schools do not have the time to implement EDS EDS considered that the additionalburden of school; and 3) Charging EDS instruments are not in accordance with the existingconditions. This research uses evaluation methods Goal Attaiment developed by Tyler in 1950.The study was the evaluation study, the research describes the problems associated with theimplementation of school self-evaluation (EDS) in Junior High School District Bantan.Components that are evaluated include: Implementation of the EDS program, Constraints andchallenges in the implementation of EDS, and the impact of the implementation of the EDSprogram. Techniques and Procedures collection DataPada this research through the study ofdocuments, observation and interviews. Data and Data Sources, Data used in this study is aschematic, narrative, description and explanation of data from informants either orally or data inthe form of a written document. Factors driving the implementation of the EDS internally is (1)HR; (2) coordination between stakeholders; (3) communication and a sense of family amongthe school community, externally is the support of the Department of Education and Culture andthe motivation of LPMP. Internally inhibiting factor is (1) saturation with EDS instruments; (2)short time; (3) lack of understanding of teachers, externally are (1) changes in the system andEDS instruments and (2) the number of inquiries on the instrument. Impact of EDS amongothers (a) facilitate the school in making RKS / RKAS and (b), enables schools to identifydeficiencies, the excess will be the performance of the school, the strength of the school to bedeveloped as well as the challenges faced by the school. EDS benefits include (a) a school canhave a data base for the development and improvement of quality in the future, (b) the results ofEDS used the school to encourage schools to improve and enhance the quality and performanceof the school. Follow-up of the school is based on the results of EDS is the repair, improvementand development of appropriate school performance 8 SNP.

This study has a purpose to obtain information about the role of headmaster in academic supervision activities at MTS Negeri and MTS MuhammadiyahSungai Apit. Which one includes the role of human resource developers, curriculum developer, mediator of relationships among the citizens in school and the role of administration. Data collection technique in this research include is interview, observation and documentation study. Interviews were conducted with the headmaster as core informants and vice of headmaster, teachers and school supervisors as control information. Observation is done by observing the role of principal in academic supervision activities. Documentation of study is data collection that analyzes documents relating to the principal's role in academic supervision activities. The result of the research shows that the principal of MTS Negeri and MTS Muhammadiyah has performed its role as human resource developer, curriculum developer, mediator of relationship among school people and asadministration in academic supervision activity in each school.

Early childhood education management achievement determines the quality ofeducation services to the kids who they are in the golden age as crucial times in their life,influencing of their next level education process. The aim of this research is to find out theachievement of early childhood education management in Bengkalis district. The research subfocusesare: 1) curriculum arrangement and application, 2) the human resources utilization, 3)facilities utilization, 4) financial management, and 5) institution network. This is a descriptivequalitative research, located at PAUD Kasih Bunda of Teluk Latak village and PAUD CahayaInsan Penebal village of Bengkalis district. The data was gained through interview, observation,and document analizing. The informans are manegers, teachers, society man, parents, andnonformal early childhood education controller of Bengkalis district. Then, the collecting datawas analized by interpretative approach.The results of this study shows that the curriculummanagement and application at both PAUD Kasih Bunda and PAUD Cahaya Insan could becategorized good, eventhough parents don’t get contribution in teaching material development.Human resources which consist of the manegers, teachers of both early childhood educationinstitutions are not categorized as academic standard provided. Then, both institutions of earlychildhood education has equiped faciclities for learning process, but it concerns to the lack ofsafety, not confortable, and healthy standard for the kids. Administration staff is not profesionalyet, so that the financial management is not accuntable and transparancy. And the last found ofboth institutions have networking to somes small authorities in the villages without programsand written commitments.
