This study aims to analyze: (1) the influence of social competence on workmorale, (2) the influence of spiritual intelligence on work morale (3) the influence of socialcompetence and spiritual intelligence on teacher work morale. The research method used isquantitative research method by using survey method. The population in this study is all teachersof SMP Negeri in Kecamatan Minas Siak Regency amounted to 128 teachers and the numberof samples in this study as many as 97 teachers. The research instrument used for data collectionis a questionnaire. Before the instrument (questionnaire) research used to collect researchdata, firstly conducted trials conducted with validity and reliability test Test requirements analysisis a test of normality and linearity, then conducted data analysis with correlation test, simpleand multiple regression. The result of this research is found: (1) there are positive and significantinfluence of social competence to teacher work moral equal to 34,8%; (2) there is positive andsignificant influence of spiritual intelligence and to teacher work moral equal to 36,8%; (3)There are positive and significant influence of social competence and spiritual intelligence toteacher work morale equal to 42,6%. The higher the influence of social competence andspiritual intelligence then the higher also in affecting the moral work of teachers in SMP Negeriin Kecamatan Minas Siak District. Thus, to optimize work morale teachers need improvementin social competence and spiritual intelligence.

The purpose of this study is to reveal the relationship between Self Efficacyand Job Satisfaction with OCB in Junior High School Teachers in Logas Tanah Darat Subdistrictof Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research uses survey method with correlinonal technique.The research variable consists of two independent variables: Self Efficacy X1) and jobsatisfaction (X2) while the dependent variable is OCB (Y). The data source of this research isthe teachers of SMP Negeri Se-Kecamatan Logas Tanah Darat which amounts to 91 people.The result of the research shows there is a positive relationship between Self Efficacy withOCB with correlation coefficient of 0. 728. The relationship between job satisfaction withOCB is also positive at 0.466. While the relationship between Self Efficacy and job satisfactionwith OCB SMP Negeri in Kecamatan Logas Tanah Darat Kuantan Singingi District can beseen that the value of R Square = 0.551 or 55.1%. So the strength of self efficacy relationshipand job satisfaction with OCB teachers amounted to 55.1%. It can be concluded that thestrength of the relationship between independent variables with the dependent variable in themedium category. The conclusions of the Self Efficacy (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) variableswith OCB (Y) have a positive direction.

The aim of this research is to know about the influence between variables (1)work environment toward teacher work motivation in elementary schools of Senapelan Subdisctrict Pekanbaru, (2) interpersonal relationships toward teacher work motivation in elemantaryschools of Senapelan Sub disctrict Pekanbaru, (3) work environment and interpersonalrelationships together toward teacher motivation in elementary schools of Senapelan Sub disctrictPekanbaru. This research carried out by share out the instruments for 126 teachers in elementaryschools of Senapelan Sub disctrict Pekanbaru by using proportionate random sampling technique.The instrument used to collect the data of all variables using the questionnaire. Validity wastested using Pearson product moment formula. Instrument reliability coefficient was calculatedusing Cronbach alpha formula. The results showed a positive relationship between: (1) Thereis a positive influence between work environment toward teacher work motivation in elementaryschools of Senapelan Sub disctrict Pekanbaru with a correlation coefficient rx1. y = 0,295 andthe regression equation 79,795 + 0,233 X1. (2) There is a positive influence between interpersonalcorrelation toward teacher work motivation in elemantary schools of Senapelan Sub disctrictPekanbaru with correlation coefficients rx2. y = 0,493 and the regression v = 68,48 + 0,329 X2.(3) There is a positive influence between work environment and interpersonal correlation towardteacher work motivation in elementary schools of Senapelan Sub disctrict Pekanbaru with Rx1x2.y multiple correlation coefficient = 0,531 and the regression equation v = 56,91 + 0,159 X1 +0,301 X2. The results of this study are expected to be useful for the improvement andenhancement of teae herwork behaviour in elemantary schools of Senapelan Sub disctrictPekanbaru by increasing work environment and interpersonal correlation.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on jobsatisfaction, the work environment on job satisfaction, and also the compensation and workenvironment on job satisfaction at Junior High Schools (SMPN) In Kampar District Kampar,This reaserch uses data collection techniques questionnaire and analyzed using multiple regressionvariables The study consisted of two independent variables that compensation (X1) and workenvironment (X2) while the dependent variable is the Teacher Job Satisfaction (Y). The studypopulation was a teacher SMPN districts of Kampar regency Kampar amounted to 108 peopleand 85 samples.Research shows that that there is significant influence compensation and workenvironment simultaneously on teacher job satisfaction of 0,754 or 75,4% and the partialcorrelation coefficient compensation to work on teacher job satisfaction of 0,291 which meansthat 29,1% of the variation strengthening or weakening the performance of a teacher determinedby the compensation to work. The correlation coefficient between work environment on teacherjob satisfaction of 0,731 which means that 73,1% of the variation strengthening and weakeningof teacher job satisfaction is determined by work environment.

In accordance with the hypothesis, then the purpose of this study was to obtaininformation the relationship between the working environment and reward with a commitmentof elementary school teachers Se-Cluster 3 UPTD Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar. Beforereaching these objectives need to be done or known, among other things: 1) To obtain informationthat is valid and reliable relationship between the work environment and the commitment ofelementary school teachers Se-Cluster 3 UPTD Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar?, 2) To obtaininformation valid and reliable about the relationship between reward with a commitment ofelementary school teachers Se-Cluster 3 UPTD Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar?, and 3) Toobtain information valid and reliable about the relationship between the working environmentand reward together with commitment Elementary School teacher Se-Cluster 3 UPTD SiakHulu Kabupaten Kampar?. By distributing questionnaires to 114 samples Elementary Schoolteacher Se-Cluster 3 UPTD Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar.The results of research such is apositive relationship between the work environment (X1) with the commitment (Y). This meansthat the stronger the Working Environment, the stronger the commitment of teachers. There isa positive relationship between the reward (X2) with the commitment (Y). Means the better thereward, the stronger the commitment of teachers. There is a positive relationship between theworking environment and reward together with the commitment of teachers.Test resultssimultaneous significance that the working environment and the award together significantinfluence with the commitment of Elementary School teacher Se-Cluster 3 UPTD Siak HuluKabupaten Kampar. While the statistical test T with the results of the work environment (X1)significantly affects commitment Elementary School teacher Se-Cluster 3 UPTD Siak HuluKabupaten Kampar. While the reward (X2) significantly affects commitment Elementary Schoolteacher Se-Cluster 3 UPTD Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar.

The aim of this research is to know about the influence between variables (1)self control toward teacher work stress in senior high schools of Kampar Sub district , (2) workenvironment toward teacher work stress in senior high schools of Kampar Sub district, (3) selfcontrol and work environment together toward teacher work stress in senior high schools ofKampar Sub district . This research carried out by spreading the instruments for 92 teachers insenior high school of Kampar Sub district by using proportionate random sampling technique.The instrument used to collect the data of all variables using the questionnaire. Validity wastested using Pearson product moment formula. Instrument reliability coefficient was calculatedusing Cronbach alpha formula. The results showed a positive relationship between: (1) There isa positive influence between self controltoward teacher work stress in senior high school ofKampar Sub district with a correlation coefficient rx1. y = 0,068 and the regression equation v= 65,00 - 0,093 X1. (2) There is a positive influence between work environment toward teacherwork stressin senior high schools of Kampar Sub district with correlation coefficients rx2. y=0,068 and the regression v = 64,272 - 0,078 X2. (3) There is a positive influence between selfcontrol and work environment toward teacher work stress in senior high school of Kampar Subdistrict with Rx1 x2.y multiple correlation coefficient = 0,089 and the regression equation v =70,20 - 0,079 X1 - 0,066 X22. The results of this study are expected to be useful for theimprovement and reduction of work stress in senior high school of Kampar Sub district byincreasing self control and work environment.

In making effective decisions lot of things to consider, it can cover the basicissues that are used in decision making, types of decisions, the involvement of people(subordinates) to make decisions, form of decision-making, and the effectiveness of decisionmakingby the leadership. Recognizing the importance in decision making for organizations,especially schools, the principals need to increase capacity in decision making so that decisionstaken effectively and have a good impact. Decision-making related to the importance of theprincipal, the school is expected to have management information systems specifically studentinformation management system to support decision-making and have a good leadership stylein making decisions. This study aims to investigate the relationship between the variables (1)student information system management with decision-making, (2) the principal’s leadership indecision-making, (3) management information systems student and school leadership decisionmaking.This research is quantitative descriptive. The place of this research is the DistrictPrimary School Tempuling and Kempas Indragiri Hilir. The data in this study using a type ofprimary data and secondary data. The primary data of the raw data derived from respondentsto the questions that refer to variables of student management systems and leadership principalsuntil the end whether berberhubungan with decision-making in the District Primary SchoolTempuling and Kempas Indragiri Hilir. The primary data which will be processed. Whilesecondary data include a bibliography as well as material from the internet. While the source ofthe data in this study were principals included as samples. Analysis of the data used is descriptiveanalysis, inferential statistical analysis and hypothesis testing. Instrument reliability coefficientis calculated using Cronbach alpha. The results of this study show that: 1) there is a positiverelationship between management information systems student with decision-making at 0.580,2) there is a positive influence between the leadership of the principal decision-making amountedto 0.601, while simultaneously the influence of management information systems student andschool leadership with decision-making at 0.635.

The aim of this research is to know about the influence between variables (1)work motivation toward teacher work behavior in junior high schools of Minas sub district SiakRegency, (2) self control toward teacher work behaviour in junior high schools of Minas subdistrict Siak Regency, (3) work motivation and self control together toward teacher work behaviourin junior high schools of Minas sub district Siak Regency. This research carried out by spreadingthe instruments for 99 administrator in junior high schools of Minas sub district Siak Regency byusing proportionate random sampling technique. The instrument used to collect the data of allvariables using the questionnaire. Validity was tested using Pearson product moment formula.Instrument reliability coefficient was calculated using Cronbach alpha formula. The resultsshowed a positive relationship between: (1) There is a positive influence between work motivationtoward teacher work behaviour in junior high schools of Minas sub district Siak Regency witha correlation coefficient rx1. y = 0,344 and the regression equation 107,229 + 0,168 X1. (2)There is a positive influence between self control toward teacher work behaviour in junior highschools of Minas sub district Siak Regency with correlation coefficients rx2. y = 0,656 and theregression v = 81,39 + 0,366 X2. (3) There is a positive influence between work motivation andself-control toward teacher work behaviour in junior high schools of Minas sub district SiakRegency with Rx1 x2.y multiple correlation coefficient = 0,701 and the regression equation v =70,06 + 0,122X1 + 0,345 X2. The results of this study are expected to be useful for the improvementand enhancement of teae herwork behaviour in junior high schools of Minas sub district SiakRegency by increasing work motivation and self control.

Kinerja peran guru dalam kaitan dengan mutu pendidikan harus dimulai dengan dirinya sendiri. Sebagai pribadi, guru merupakan perwujudan diri dengan seluruh keunikan karakteristik yang sesuai dengan posisinya sebagai pemangku profesi keguruan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner yang diberikan kepada 90 orang guru yang dipilih secara acak sebagai sampel menggunakan metode sensus sampling. Penelitian dilakukan yaitu responden memberikan tanggapan terhadap kuesioner dalam bentuk skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda dan pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat hubungan antara supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Semakin baik supervisi kepala sekolah yang diberikan akan mempengaruhi semakin efektifnya kinerja guru yang dihasilkan. Ini berarti bahwa supervisi kepala sekolah merupakan variable penting untuk diperhatikan agar kinerja guru bisa meningkat. Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara disiplin guru terhadap kinerja guru. Semakin tinggi disiplin guru yang di digambarkan dengan etos kerja yang tinggi akan menunjang kinerja guru yang lebih baik. Oleh karena itu disiplin guru merupakan variable penting untuk diperhatikan didalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara supervisi kepala sekolah dengan disiplin guru terhadap kinerja guru.

Penelitian Ini dilatar belakangi oleh pembelajaran sejarah yang hanya sekedar mengingat peristiwa-peristiwa sejarah tanpa memasukkan ataupun membantu siswa dalam menemukan suatu nilai yang dianggapnya penting, menyebabkan siswa masih bingung dalam menentukan sikap serta siswa kurang menyadari nilai multikultural pada dirinya sehingga rendahnya motivasi siswa dalam belajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengimplementasikan nilai multikultural dalam pembelajaran sejarah dengan pendekatan Value Clarification Technique (VCT) untuk menumbuhkan motivasi siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) berbentuk deskriptif. Pengumpulan data yang telah digunakan adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan hasil motivasi siswa melalui lembar observasi setelah menggunakan pendekatan VCT. Data hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada siklus I dimana rata-rata aktivitas guru 38, nilai multikultural 65%, aktivitas siswa 73%, dan motivasi belajar siswa 74% dan pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan dimana rata-rata aktivitas guru 46%, nilai multikultural 79%, aktivitas siswa 85%, dan motivasi belajar siswa 87%, peningkatan ini terjadi setelah menggunakan pendekatan Value Clarification Technique (VCT) pada mata pelajaran sejarah.
