Abstract

Moderasi beragama menjadi suatu jalan tengah agar seseorang tidak terjerumus ke jalan yang ekstrim dan mementingkan ajaran sendiri. Desa Jrahi merupakan Desa Wisata Pancasila yang terletak di kecamatan Gunung wungkal kabupaten Pati. Desa Jrahi dikenal dengan kerukunan antar umat beragama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi nilai-nilai moderasi beragama di Desa Jrahi Kecamatan Gunung Wungkal Kabupaten Pati. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang bertujuan untuk menggali informasi yang komprehensif dan mendalam sebagai kondisi dan situasi yang ada dan muncul di masyarakat. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah tokoh agama, perangkat desa, penyuluh agama dan masyarakat. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Nilai-nilai moderasi beragama yang dijunjung masyarakat Desa Jrahi ialah sikap gotong royong, toleran dan kebersamaan. Sikap toleransi dan keberagaman di desa Jrahi terwujud bermula dari nenek moyang yang kemudian menjadi budaya dan kebiasaan lalu berproses menjadi kesadaran pribadi masing-masing. Penerapan toleransi di Desa Jrahi sangat beragam, mulai dari pernikahan berbeda agama, sikap gotong royong, dan juga sikap yang sangat peduli terhadap sesama.

Abstract

Tindakan memberikan sumbangan pada tanah merupakan adat istiadat masyarakat Jawa yang diwariskan secara turun temurun. Ini adalah salah satu tradisi yang diwariskan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menyajikan gambaran menyeluruh mengenai tradisi sedekah bumi yang dilakukan di Desa Ngawen, Kecamatan Cluwak, Kabupaten Pati, serta cita-cita umat Buddha yang menginspirasi praktik tradisi ini di kalangan umat Buddha dan alasan umat Buddha melakukan tradisi sedekah bumi tersebut. tradisi ini. Untuk tujuan penyelidikan ini, teknik deskriptif kualitatif digunakan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan catatan tertulis. Metode triangulasi digunakan untuk menjamin keakuratan informasi yang diperoleh. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Ngawen yang terletak di Kecamatan Cluwak Kabupaten Pati. Bulan September 2023 dipilih sebagai waktu pelaksanaan investigasi tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tradisi Sedekah Bumi meliputi prosesi sebagai berikut: Kondangan, Penyembelihan Kerbau, Prosesi, Wayang Kulit, dan Penutupan. Nilai-nilai Buddhisme yang terkandung dalam sedekah bumi adalah penghormatan kepada lelulur, hal ini berkaitan sutta dalam agama buddha yaitu Sigalovada sutta yang di lambangkan penghormatan anak kepada orang tua. Simbol penghormatan dalam tradisi sedekah bumi ini berkaitan dengan memberikan sesajian hasil bumi kepada para leluhur seperti halnya ritual sebelum dilakukan tradisi sedekah bumi yakni berdoa di Punden untuk mendoakan para leluhur.

Abstract

This research is a pre-experimental research which aims to determine whether there or there is not an influence of using serial image media on the speaking skills of the Fifth Grade students at SD Negeri 257 Gattareng, Salomekko District, Bone Regency. The population in this research were all the Fifth Grade students at SD Negeri 257 Gattareng with a sample of 23 students selected based on saturated sampling techniques. The data collection technique used was a non-test to determine the students' speaking skills before and after using serial image media. The data analysis used is a descriptive and an inferential statistical analysis. Based on the results of descriptive statistical analysis, the pretest average was of 39.87, while the posttest average was of 74.78. The data obtained was then analyzed using a paired difference test (paired sample t-test) with a significance level of 5%. From the results of data analysis, it was obtained that tcount was of 19.537 > ttable was of 2.0737. So H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Conclusion: the use of serial image media has a significant effect to the students' speaking skills

Abstract

This research is correlational research which aims to: (1) Describe the verbal linguistic intelligence of class V students at SD Cluster II, Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency? (2) Describe the ability to write poetry of fifth grade students at SD Cluster II, Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency? (3) Find out whether there is a significant relationship between verbal linguistic intelligence and the ability to write poetry in class V elementary school cluster II students, Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency? Data collection techniques use tests. The data that has been obtained is analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of descriptive statistical analysis showed that students' verbal linguistic intelligence was in the good category with an average of 68.95 and percentage. Meanwhile, the ability to write poetry is in the good category with an average of 69.44 and the correlation between verbal linguistic intelligence and the ability to write poetry is obtained t count > t table (0.585 > 0.207 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 so H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected The conclusion of the research is that there is a significant relationship between verbal linguistic intelligence and the ability to write poetry in class V elementary school cluster II students, Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Labor pain is a significant issue experienced by mothers during childbirth, leading to excessive fear and worry for both the mother and her family. If not addressed properly, it can jeopardize the health of both the mother and the fetus, prompting healthcare providers to seek alternative therapies. The combination of aromatherapy relaxation therapy and music therapy is an alternative non-pharmacological therapy for relieving normal labor pain. To analyze the effectiveness of the combination therapy of aroma therapy relaxation and aromatherapy on pain during the active phase of normal delivery. This study utilized a quasi-experimental design with two groups. The study involved a total of 60 mothers in the delivery rooms of Siantan Hilir Health Center and GG Sehat Health Center in Pontianak City. A pre-test and post-test nonequivalent control group design approach was employed, with data analysis conducted using the Wilcoxon test. The results of the study indicated that the intervention group had a p-value of 0.0001 < 0.05 and the control group had a p-value of 0.001 < 0.05, indicating a difference in pain levels before and after the treatment. Based on the results of the Mann-Whitney U Test, a p-value of 0.001 < 0.05 was obtained, indicating a difference in pain intensity between the group of mothers who received a combination of aromatherapy and back massage and the group of mothers who received deep breathing relaxation. Aromatherapy and aroma therapy are effective in reducing normal labor pain during the active phase. It is hoped that these therapies can be considered as alternative techniques for providing relaxation as part of the standard operating procedure for maternal care during the active phase, especially for reducing the intensity of pain during the active phase of normal delivery.  Keywords: Labor Pain, Combination Therapy, Aromatherapy, Active Phase Of Labor  ABSTRAK Nyeri persalinan merupakan masalah  dirasakan oleh ibu waktu melahirkan yang berakibat  menimbulkan rasa takut dan khawatir yang berlebihan bagi ibu maupun keluarganya. Jika tidak diatasi dengan tepat makakesehatan ibu dan janin akan terancam, sehingga petugas kesehatan  mencari terapi alternatif untuk mengatasinya. Kombinasi terapi relaksasi Aromaterapi dan terapi musik alternatif terapi non farmakologi untuk relaksasi mengatasi  nyeri persalinan normal. Menganalisis efektifitas  terapi  kombinasi  relaksasi aroma terapi  dan Aroma terapiterhadap  nyeri  Inpartu kala 1 fase aktif persalinan normal . Penelitian ini menggunakan design quasi-eksperimen dua group. Dengan jumlah sampel 60  ibu  di ruang besalin Puskesmas Siantan Hilir dan Puskesmas GG Sehat Kota Pontianak.Pendekatan pre test and post test nonequivalent control group design dimana peneliti tidak melakukan randomisasi, Analisa data dengan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil uji  menunjukkan bahwa kelompok intervensi  nilai ρ 0,0001 < 0,05 dan kelompok kontrol  nilai ρ 0,001 < 0,05 yang berarti ada perbedaan tingkat nyeri sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik Mann Whitney U Test diperoleh nilai ρ 0,001 < 0,05 maka dapat  diartikan ada perbedaan intesitas nyeri  pada kelompok ibu melahirkan yang mendapat perlakukan kombinasi  aromaterapi dan pijat pungung  dengan kelompok ibu yang medapatkan realaksasi nafas  dalam. Terapi aroma dan Aroma terapi efektif untuk menurunkan nyeri persalian normal pada kala satu fase aktif .Diharapkan dapat dijadikan bahan alternatif untuk memberikan teknik relaksasi  sebagai SOP  dalam memberikan asuhan sayang ibu pada fase aktif  khususnya untuk menurunkan intensitas nyeri   pada inpartu kala I fase aktif persalinan normal. Kata Kunci: Nyeri Persalinan, Terapi Kombinasi, Aromaterapi, Fase Aktif Persalinan

Abstract

The land registration system has been regulated in government regulation Number 24 of 1997 to guarantee legal certainty of land ownership, although the system is good, it turns out that there are still many land problems, especially regarding overlapping ownership. Overlapping ownership is caused by multiple land certificates issued by the BPN for one land object with multiple certificates due to inaccuracy in the land registration process or other elements carried out by the BPN (National Land Agency. The research method used is normative juridical/ The results of the research are the application of the principle of legal certainty in resolving disputes over overlapping land ownership certificates that the principle of legal certainty aims to provide a guarantee of clarity, justice, and legal protection to the disputing parties. In this case, the state through the National Land Agency (BPN) and the judiciary must ensure that the dispute resolution process is carried out fairly, transparently, and based on valid legal evidence. Land administration reform, data digitization, and increased supervision of certificate issuance are also important elements to prevent similar disputes in the future. Ratio decidendi Decision Decision Number 2/G/2023/PTUN.PLK regarding the dispute over overlapping certificates of ownership of land that the Plaintiffs suspect that the issuance of the certificate of the disputed object a quo did not go through a legal process, resulting in an overlap with their land and that of the late Hj. Nasuha. In the trial at the State Administrative Court (PTUN), the judge will assess whether the administrative decision that gave birth to the certificate of the disputed object a quo has met the legal requirements. The judge will examine the legal basis for the issuance of the certificate, the validity of the procedures carried out, and the impact of the issuance of the certificate on the rights of the Plaintiffs.

Abstract

The Air Force Military Police is a unit carrying out the duties and functions of the Indonesian Air Force, which includes carrying out law enforcement and investigating cases within the Air Force, one of which is cyber crime cases involving TNI Air Force personnel. This is very interesting to study further regarding the current legal arrangements and competence of Indonesian Air Force Military Police investigators to answer the challenges of cyber crime as well as obstacles in the strategy to increase the competency of Indonesian Air Force Military Police investigators and efforts to improve legal regulations to answer the challenges of cyber crime. The research method used is normative juridical law with an analysis of statutory and conceptual approaches. Data obtained from primary, secondary and tertiary legal material sources were collected and then analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques. From the research results, it was found that the regulation of military criminal law regarding cyber crimes by members of the Indonesian Air Force is Law Number 31 of 1997 concerning Military Justice, the Criminal Code (KUHP), Law (UU) Number 1 of 2024 concerning the Second Amendment to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions. Obstacles in the strategy to increase the competency of Indonesian Air Force Military Police investigators and efforts to improve legal regulations to address the challenges of cyber crime: budget limitations, availability of human resources, lack of facilities and technology, changes in regulations and technology, coordination and cooperation, complex case challenges, ongoing evaluation and development.

Abstract

In its development, this telematics technology has used the speed and range of electromagnetic energy transmission, so that a large amount of information can be transmitted with a range, according to needs, to the entire world, even to the entire space, and is carried out in an instant. Indonesia does not have a legal definition for cybercrime. Therefore, the right to information in electronic transaction-based transactions is important in its implementation to live life in cyberspace. The research method used is normative juridical. The results of the study are The regulation of telematics criminal law in the digital era 4.0/5.0 currently in effect focuses on legal protection for the responsible use of information and communication technology, including aspects of privacy, data security, and criminal acts committed in cyberspace (cybercrime). In Indonesia, the legal basis governing telematics criminal law has been regulated in several laws and regulations, including: Law Number 19 of 2016, Law Number 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection, Law No. 1 of 2023, and other regulations are also relevant to telematics criminal law, such as: Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography and Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Information Number 5 of 2020. The renewal of telematics criminal law in Indonesia in pursuing technological progress in the digital era 4.0/5.0 is a response to the dynamic legal needs to protect society and create justice in the digital world. From the perspective of law enforcement theory, the renewal of telematics criminal law can be analyzed through three main elements: legal substance, legal structure, and legal culture.

Abstract

Human trafficking violates human rights as it involves threats, coercion, deception, and abuse of power for exploitative purposes such as prostitution, forced labor, and slavery. Victims of this crime are entitled to restitution as compensation provided by the offender or a third party. This study applies a normative juridical method to examine the regulation and implementation of victims' restitution rights based on Articles 48–51 of Law No. 21/2007, Article 7A of Law No. 31/2014, Government Regulation No. 43/2017, and Prosecutorial Guidelines No. 1/2021. The findings reveal that the implementation of restitution in Indonesia remains ineffective due to weak coordination among law enforcement agencies and limited understanding regarding proof of victims’ material and immaterial losses. Therefore, a specific legal framework is urgently needed to regulate the technical procedures for providing restitution, ensuring that victims of human trafficking receive their rightful compensation effectively, fairly, and in accordance with justice principles.

Abstract

Aircraft accidents are events that can have a major impact on aviation safety and legal aspects. This research examines criminal liability in civil aircraft accidents in Indonesia, focusing on legal analysis from both international and national perspectives. This research aims to explore the application of criminal law against perpetrators of accidents caused by negligence, especially pilots in cases of human error. Based on the analysis of applicable regulations, such as the Criminal Code, Aviation Law Number 1 Year 2009, and international provisions in the 1944 Chicago Convention and Annex 13, it can be concluded that aircraft accidents caused by pilot negligence can lead to criminal liability, with sanctions in accordance with existing provisions. This research also identifies challenges in the implementation of legal provisions, as well as the importance of improving aviation safety through stricter regulations and transparent investigations.
