Abstract

Human resources are a crucial asset for a company because they are responsible for making decisions and taking action in the company. Companies really want HR (Human Resources) who are talented, gifted, competent and classy. In implementing marketing strategies to maintain their business, creative and innovative power of workers or employees is needed in an institution, including at the Sultan Adam Banjarmasin Sharia Pawnshop Unit which always strives to ensure that the business being run can survive in the midst of competition like today with its strategies. The problem formulation in this study is how the marketing strategy of Pegadaian Sharia Service Unit Sultan Adam Banjarmasin in increasing sales of its product services. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the marketing strategy carried out by Pegadaian Sharia Service Unit Sultan Adam Banjarmasin in increasing sales of its product services so that it can survive. The research method used in this study is qualitative research with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are the marketing strategy used based on three important factors as the basis of the marketing concept and at the same time as the basis of the marketing strategy in its marketing mix, namely: consumer orientation, coordination and integration within the company and gaining profits through consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Corporate social responsibility and interest in environmental impacts can influence a company's environmental policies and practices, including the distribution of emissions. This research aims to analyze and test the influence of government ownership, institutional ownership, foreign ownership and environmental performance on carbon emissions disclosure with the moderating variable financial distress in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2017-2021. The type of research used is associative quantitative with a sample of 45 companies from a population of 76 energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2017-2021. The analysis technique used in this research is moderated regression analysis with a significance level of 5%. The results of this study show that ownership and institutional ownership partially have no effect on carbon emissions coverage, foreign ownership and environmental performance partially influence carbon emissions coverage, financial difficulties can moderate ownership on carbon emissions coverage, and financial difficulties cannot moderate institutions. ownership, device ownership and environmental performance on carbon emissions JEL Classification: G10, F64 DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/afr.v8i1.13803

Abstract

The Society 5.0 era demands that midwifery students possess career readiness integrated with digital technology. However, the effectiveness of digital literacy and Artificial Intelligence (AI) adoption in determining the career readiness of prospective midwives still requires in-depth study. This research aims to analyze the influence of digital literacy and AI adoption on the career readiness of students at the Darussalam Martapura Midwifery Academy. This quantitative study employed an explanatory design with a Total Sampling technique involving 66 respondents. Data were collected through digital questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression and t-tests. The results indicate that digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on career readiness (t count 41.459; p-value < 0.05). Conversely, AI adoption partially has no significant effect on career readiness (t count1.572; p-value > 0.05). Simultaneously, both variables contribute 96.5% to career readiness (R2 = 0.965). Digital literacy is the primary predictor of student career readiness, while AI adoption is still perceived as a secondary tool. Educational institutions need to integrate AI into the clinical curriculum so that students can perceive the relevance of such technology in the future midwifery profession.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of digital technology in the performance evaluation process of civil servants and its impact on the effectiveness of modern public administration services. The urgency of this study is based on the demands of bureaucratic transformation in the digital era, which requires government officials to be able to work faster, more accurately, and more accountably. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies of the performance evaluation process that takes place in the sub-district bureaucracy. The results of the study show that the use of digital technology, such as online attendance applications, personnel information systems, and internet-based communication media, can improve the accuracy of performance assessments, speed up reporting, and strengthen coordination between officials. The findings also reveal that the use of digital technology contributes to increased transparency, work efficiency, and the quality of public administration services, even though a number of obstacles are still encountered, such as limited digital literacy and internet infrastructure. Overall, this study concludes that the digitization of civil servant performance evaluations is an effective strategy in promoting the modernization of public services and strengthening bureaucratic accountability, and therefore needs to be optimized through capacity building among civil servants and the development of more adequate technological facilities.

Abstract

Waste management is essential to protecting the environment and minimizing its negative impact on human health and the ecosystem. The low participation of riverbank residents in maintaining and creating a clean environment in the river and its surroundings has prompted the Environmental Service to create a program called "River Maharagu" by holding river cleanliness competitions. This research aims to analyze the success of the Environmental Service program by formulating a strategy for handling waste from riverbank communities through a SWOT analysis. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The SWOT analysis results found that (1) Strategy (SO) encourages and facilitates stakeholders to collaborate with the Diaspora and universities to build and develop river ecotourism. (2) Strategy (WO) to build and increase the synergy of stakeholders and youth communities (Karang Taruna) in building and developing river ecotourism and coordinating with the Diaspora. (3) Strategy (ST): River management maintains self-sufficiency in collecting and transporting household waste and continues to motivate residents to dispose of waste properly. (4) (WT) The Environmental Service builds collaboration with universities in providing education to build awareness among riverbank residents.

Abstract

Indonesia negara dengan kekayaan sumber daya alam, budaya, suku, bangsa bahasa serta negara berpenduduk Musim terbesar di dunia. Islam merupakan agama telah disempurnakan dengan diutusnya Rasulullah sebagai nabi terakhir. Setiap agama tentu memiliki ajaran yang wajib dilaksanakan oleh penganutnya. Diantara ajaran agama Islam yang wajib dilaksanakan bagi tiap muslim yang mampu melaksanakannya adalah puasa di bulan Ramadhan. Bulan Ramadhan disambut baik oleh setiap lini kehidupan di Indonesia termasuk produsen mie instan PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. Dengan mengeluarkan desain kemasan edisi Ramadhan, akankah desain tersebut berpengaruh dengan nilai saham perusahaan tersebut, ini menarik diteliti dengan rumusan masalah: Bagaimana Peran Desain Kemasan Indomie Edisi Ramadhan 2021 Terhadap Nilai Saham PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. Periode Februari s/d April 2021. Tujuan penelitian: Untuk mengetahui bagaimana Peran Desain Kemasan Indomie Edisi Ramadhan 2021 Terhadap Nilai Saham PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. Periode Februari s/d April 2021. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan analisis deskriptif, penelitian ini berfokus menganalisis atau menafsirkan bahan tertulis berdasarkan konteksnya. Data diambil dari observasi. Hasil analisis menemukan, produk berkualitas baik yang mampu membaca keinginan konsumen dengan didukung desain kemasan yang menarik disertai teknik pemasaran yang tepat mampu menghasilkan keuntungan bagi perusahaan dengan usaha yang efektif, efisien berpengaruh positif bagi seluruh lini perusahaan.

Abstract

Based on the disparities in the implementation of activities in Quality Family Village (Kampung KB) in each region, this study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Kampung KB program in Banjarbaru City using a qualitative descriptive approach and comparative methodology. The object of this study is the effectiveness in the management of the Quality Family Village program, while the subject of this study is the manager responsible for the management of the Kampung KB. The results of the study reveal several factors that hinder the implementation of the Kampung KB program, thereby impacting its effectiveness. The KB Village in Guntung Manggis is one of the best Kampung KB, with all Working Groups (POKJA) actively providing guidance. This is despite limited funds and the managers' approach to the community. However, the managers have prioritized activities to ensure they remain effective and have a positive impact on the community, build bonds, and record and listen to the community's complaints and needs in terms of guidance. Meanwhile, Kampung KB Sungai Tiung is still trying to make its activities more effective by minimizing obstacles, particularly the lack of coordination between stakeholders in managing Kampung KB. Furthermore, weak community participation in Kampung KB activities remains an issue that continues to be discussed between managers and the community in an effort to improve the effectiveness of Kampung KB.

Abstract

Human resource management (HRM) is an important function in an organization to achieve its goals. In recent years, developments in information and communications technology (ICT) have brought about major changes in the way HRM is implemented. One of the innovations in HRM is the application of E-HRM (electronic human resource management). E-HRM is the use of ICT to support HRM functions. Implementing E-HRM can provide various benefits for organizations, such as increasing efficiency and effectiveness, increasing the quality of information, and increasing employee satisfaction. This research aims to examine the influence of implementing E-HRM on human resource behavior in Indonesia. This research uses a survey method with employee respondents from various companies in Indonesia. The research results show that the application of E-HRM has a positive influence on human resource behavior, namely: (1) increasing employee commitment, (2) increasing employee job satisfaction and (3) increasing employee performance
