Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku usaha mikro di Kecamatan Kapuas Kuala, Kabupaten Kapuas dalam memanfaatkan Human Resource Information System sebagai alat untuk mentransformasi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan partisipatif selama tiga hari, yang mencakup penyampaian materi, praktik langsung, diskusi kelompok, dan konsultasi teknis. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan, serta wawancara dengan peserta. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif untuk mengevaluasi perubahan pemahaman, keterampilan, serta persepsi peserta terhadap penggunaan Human Resource Information System. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mengalami peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan mengelola data sumber daya manusia secara digital. Peserta juga melaporkan efisiensi waktu kerja yang lebih baik, peningkatan akurasi dokumentasi, serta perbaikan hubungan kerja melalui transparansi pengelolaan. Temuan lain mengindikasikan bahwa dukungan pemilik usaha, pendekatan pelatihan partisipatif, dan jejaring sosial antar peserta menjadi faktor keberhasilan penting. Meskipun masih ada hambatan berupa keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi dan literasi digital, kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam mendorong transformasi digital usaha mikro serta memperkuat daya saing mereka di era modern.

Abstract

Background: Transformasi sistem energi global menuju netralitas karbon memerlukan mobilisasi investasi masif dalam energi terbarukan, termasuk bioenergi dari limbah biomassa kelapa sawit yang memiliki potensi sangat besar namun belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. terhadap literatur tentang teknologi konversi biomassa kelapa sawit, model bisnis, optimasi rantai nilai, dan penilaian bankability untuk mengidentifikasi kesenjangan pengetahuan dan mengembangkan framework konseptual terintegrasi Method: Penelitian ini melakukan tinjauan sistematis dengan menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan protokol PRISMA dan kerangka SALSA. Results: penelitian ini menganalisis 42 artikel jurnal internasional open access yang dipublikasikan antara 2018–2025 dari database DOAJ, MDPI, Frontiers, SpringerOpen, dan Wiley Open access. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literatur yang ada didominasi oleh studi teknis konversi biomassa dengan fokus terbatas pada aspek model bisnis dan bankability. Analisis tekno ekonomi menunjukkan variasi kinerja finansial yang sangat luas, dengan IRR berkisar 6,75%–22%, NPV dari negatif hingga positif signifikan, dan payback period 2,9–10,8 tahun. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kesenjangan kritis dalam integrasi antara optimasi teknis, model bisnis, dan penilaian bankability, serta mengusulkan framework konseptual terintegrasi yang menghubungkan ketiga dimensi tersebut untuk mendukung pengembangan sistem energi biomassa yang viable secara ekonomi dan menarik bagi investor. Conclusion: The results show a dominance of technical studies, while business and bankability aspects are still limited. Project financial performance varies (IRR 6.75%–22%) with high levels. Integration between technical, economic, and financial aspects was found. This study proposes an integrated conceptual framework linking value chain optimization, business models, and bankability assessment to improve investment feasibility and encourage the development of sustainable and attractive biomass energy systems for investors.

Abstract

Based on the identification of the problems explained above, this research proposal will focus on two research problems that can be formulated, namely: How is the individual behavior model based on a dynamic attitude to always follow the work culture to improve performance and. Is the proposed new concept of Work DNA Talent (WDT) able to bridge the relationship between leadership transformation and employee performance The three basic theoretical approaches that have been described previously, namely Talent Management theory, DNA theory, and Work Culture theory, are the basis for developing a new concept called Work Talent DNA (WTD). statistical analysis using structural equation models (SEM) through Analysis Moment of Structural (AMOS) software. 24.00. probability sampling with the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling method. The population is 270 Millennial Generation ASN. The research findings prove that this concept has a significant effect on improving Employee Performance. Thus, Work Talent DNA acts as a mediating variable that links Transformational Leadership with Employee Performance, thus providing a new contribution to the development of modern human resource management theory

Abstract

Economic Dispatch (ED) merupakan metode optimasi dalam sistem tenaga listrik (STL) yang digunakan untuk menentukan pembagian daya pada setiap unit pembangkit agar kebutuhan beban terpenuhi dengan biaya operasi minimum serta tetap memenuhi batasan teknis sistem. Studi ini membahas prinsip dasar ED, model matematis, metode penyelesaian klasik dan modern, serta implementasinya pada sistem tenaga berbasis energi terbarukan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa ED memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasi sistem tenaga listrik. Selain itu, akurasi dan kinerja ED dapat ditingkatkan melalui penerapan metode optimasi berbasis metaheuristic.

Mely Daniati. 2026. The Influence of Discipline, Work Environment, and Occupational Safety on the Performance of Employees at the Asam-Asam PLTU. Main Advisor: Syahrial Shaddiq, Co-Supervisor: Khuzaini. The purpose of this research is to test and analyze: 1. The influence of discipline on the performance of Asam-Asam PLTU employees. 2. The influence of the work environment on the performance of Asam-Asam PLTU employees. 3. The influence of occupational safety on the performance of Asam-Asam PLTU employees. 4. The influence of discipline, work environment and occupational safety on the performance of Asam-Asam PLTU employees. This study employed a quantitative descriptive research method. The population consisted of 400 employees at the Asam-Asam PLTU. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in 80 customers. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. Simple linear regression was used for data analysis. Based on the research results, the results of this study indicate that 1. Discipline partially has a significant effect on the performance of Asam-Asam PLTU employees. 2. The work environment partially has a significant effect on the performance of Asam-Asam PLTU employees. 3. Occupational safety partially has a significant effect on the performance of Asam-Asam PLTU employees. 4. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan accidental sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Abstract

. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara komprehensif peran Human Resource Information System (HRIS) dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada era industry 4.0 melalui pendekatan literature review. Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat telah mendorong organisasi untuk melakukan transformasi dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, dari sistem manual menuju sistem berbasis teknologi informasi yang terintegrasi. HRIS hadir sebagai solusi strategis yang memungkinkan organisasi dalam mengelola data karyawan secara lebih efektif, efisien, dan akurat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan mengkaji dan menganalisis berbagai artikel ilmiah, buku, serta publikasi akademik yang relevan dan dipublikasikan dalam kurun waktu lima tahun terakhir (2019–2025). Proses analisis dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi, mengelompokkan, serta membandingkan temuan dari berbagai penelitian terkait implementasi HRIS dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi HRIS memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan, yang ditunjukkan melalui peningkatan efisiensi proses kerja, pengurangan kesalahan administratif, peningkatan akurasi dan transparansi data, serta percepatan dalam pengambilan keputusan manajerial. Selain itu, HRIS juga berperan penting dalam mendukung transformasi digital organisasi, khususnya dalam menghadapi tantangan dan dinamika pada era industry 4.0 yang menuntut kecepatan, ketepatan, dan adaptabilitas tinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Work Life Balance, organizational commitment, and intrinsic motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) through a literature review approach. OCB is defined as discretionary behavior that is not formally required in job descriptions but plays an important role in enhancing organizational effectiveness. This study employs a qualitative method by reviewing relevant scientific articles published within the last ten years, obtained from databases such as Google Scholar and other indexed journals. The analysis technique involves identifying, classifying, and synthesizing previous findings to derive comprehensive conclusions regarding the relationships among the variables. The findings indicate that Work Life Balance, organizational commitment, and intrinsic motivation have a positive and significant effect on OCB. Work Life Balance contributes to improved psychological well-being and reduced work stress, which encourages employees to engage in voluntary and positive workplace behaviors. Organizational commitment, particularly affective commitment, is a key determinant that strengthens employees’ emotional attachment to the organization, thereby enhancing OCB. Meanwhile, intrinsic motivation acts as an internal driving force that increases work engagement, initiative, and proactive behavior among employees. In addition, the relationship between these variables and OCB is also influenced by mediating factors such as job satisfaction and work engagement. In conclusion, the improvement of OCB cannot be achieved partially but requires an integrated management approach toward Work Life Balance, organizational commitment, and intrinsic motivation.   Keywords: HRIS, Industry 4.0, Employee Performance   Abstrak       Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh Work Life Balance, komitmen organisasi, dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) melalui pendekatan literature review. OCB merupakan perilaku sukarela karyawan yang tidak tercantum dalam deskripsi pekerjaan formal, namun memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengkaji berbagai artikel ilmiah yang relevan dalam kurun waktu sepuluh tahun terakhir yang diperoleh melalui basis data seperti Google Scholar dan jurnal terindeks lainnya. Teknik analisis dilakukan dengan cara mengidentifikasi, mengelompokkan, serta mensintesis temuan-temuan penelitian terkait untuk memperoleh kesimpulan yang komprehensif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Work Life Balance, komitmen organisasi, dan motivasi intrinsik memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. Work Life Balance berperan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis dan menurunkan stres kerja, sehingga mendorong munculnya perilaku sukarela karyawan. Komitmen organisasi, khususnya komitmen afektif, terbukti menjadi determinan utama dalam meningkatkan keterikatan emosional karyawan terhadap organisasi yang berimplikasi pada peningkatan OCB. Sementara itu, motivasi intrinsik berfungsi sebagai pendorong internal yang meningkatkan keterlibatan kerja, inisiatif, dan perilaku proaktif karyawan. Selain itu, hubungan antara ketiga variabel tersebut dengan OCB juga dipengaruhi oleh variabel mediasi seperti kepuasan kerja dan work engagement. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan OCB tidak dapat dilakukan secara parsial, melainkan melalui pengelolaan yang terintegrasi terhadap Work Life Balance, komitmen organisasi, dan motivasi intrinsik. Abstract

The digital transformation of human resource management in the public sector has become a strategic instrument in improving organizational effectiveness, efficiency, transparency, and accountability. In Indonesia, one of the major digital innovations in public human resource management is the implementation of the E-kinerja system developed by the National Civil Service Agency (BKN). This system is designed to digitalize performance planning, reporting, and evaluation of civil servants. This study aims to examine the effect of BKN E-kinerja and employee competence on civil servant performance at Balai Monitor Spektrum Frekuensi Radio Kelas II Banjarmasin using the Information Technology in Human Resource Management (IT in HRM) framework. This study employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The population consisted of 31 civil servants, and saturated sampling was applied. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that BKN E-kinerja has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and both variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. This study contributes theoretically to the development of IT in HRM in the public sector and provides practical implications for improving digital-based performance management systems. Abstract

Children’s mental-emotional development involves the interaction between physiological maturation and the psychological mechanisms that process and control emotions. This study aims to determine the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and parenting patterns with the mental and emotional development of early childhood in the Guntung Manggis Health Center working area in 2021. This analytical observational study utilized a cross-sectional design. The sample comprised 92 children aged 3 to 6 years, selected through simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using Spearman Rank correlation. The analysis revealed a significant relationship between exclusive breastfeeding, mental-emotional development (ρ = 0.0), parenting patterns, and mental-emotional development (ρ = 0.00). Specifically, exclusive breastfeeding was associated with improved mental-emotional development in 65% of the sample, and positive parenting patterns were linked to enhanced development in 72% of the cases. The findings suggest that exclusive breastfeeding and positive parenting patterns support optimal mental and emotional development in early childhood. It is recommended that mothers provide exclusive breastfeeding and adopt positive parenting strategies to foster better developmental outcomes for their children.

Abstract

Individual differences in understanding are crucial in education, requiring teachers to tailor learning activities to meet students' needs. This study conducted as a quasi-experiment, involved 72 students from two classes (XI TM A and XI TM B) at SMK Negeri 1 Magelang during the 2023/2024 academic year. The research utilized a post-test only control group design to assess the effectiveness of peer tutoring. The experimental group had an average score of 96.90, while the control group averaged 94.29. The experimental group's scores ranged from 90.5 to 100 and the control group's scores ranged from 77.5 to 97. Statistical analysis using levene's test showed homogeneous data (Pvalue = 0.189 > α = 0.05). The t-test indicated a significant effect of peer tutoring on students' understanding of technical drawing (Tcount = 4.003 > Ttable = 2.000). The study concluded that peer tutoring significantly improves student performance in the manufacturing engineering drawing subject, recommending further research on its effectiveness in other subjects and educational levels.
