Abstract

Peran utama dalam menentukan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah adalah guru. Dalam melaksanakan tugasnya tersebut guru dituntut untuk berusaha keras dalam meningkatkan kualitas kerjanya. Kinerja guru dapat berkembang atau meningkat, salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan kerja, dengan kepuasan guru yang meningkat maka guru akan berusaha untuk meningkatkan profesi dan mutunya Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 orang guru SD Negeri di Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner, sedangkan uji statistik yang digunakan adalah regresi linear menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 20. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kabupaten Aceh Barat (t-hitung = 7,475 dan F-hitung sebesar 55,868).

Abstract

Discusses the challenges faced by the education system in Indonesia as it adapts to the changes brought about by the development of technology and communication. The emergence of Industry 5.0 poses a significant challenge, forcing educational institutions to implement remote learning processes. Terms such as blended learning, hybrid learning, flip-classroom, and others have become ways to integrate online and offline teaching and learning activities. This integration presents new challenges in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, and engagement in designing learning that combines various media and strategies. According to Prof. Punaji (2020) in his book on learning design, learning design is a process that involves planning the needs and objectives of learning, developing teaching media, and systematically implementing an effective and efficient learning system to achieve predetermined learning goals. Various factors, such as materials and activities, student characteristics, curriculum, experimentation, teaching methods and media, and learning evaluation, need to be considered in the development of learning design. Combining learning design with technology is expected to make learning more effective and efficient, leading to optimal results.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of character education in the perspective of Islamic educational values ??at the Al Hikmah Islamic Boarding School in Bandar Lampung, the Al Huda Prengsewu Islamic Boarding School, the Ushuludin Islamic Boarding School, South Lampung. Identifying what factors are the obstacles in implementing character education from the perspective of Islamic education values ??at Al Hikmah Islamic Boarding School Bandar Lampung, Al Huda Prengsewu Islamic Boarding School, Ushuludin Islamic Boarding School, South Lampung. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with. Collecting data using observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis technique consists of three streams of activities that occur simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study are that the implementation of character education in the perspective of Islamic educational values ??among students shows a fairly good character, one of which is caused by optimal character development in educational institutions. The implementation of character education should not be left to religious teachers only, and Islamic boarding schools but also school principals, teachers, administrative staff, janitors, canteen guards and even parents at home have an important role in the implementation of character education. Another factor that hinders the implementation of character values ??is that the kyai are too busy in activities outside the Islamic boarding school so that many students are not given enough attention. Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out how the role of schools in instilling moral values ??in students at SMP TirtayasaSukabumi Bandar Lampung. In this study, the researcher used descriptive qualitative research and the data collection tools used observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis technique used interactive analysis technique, with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, then drawing conclusions. The results showed sta that the role of Tirtayasa Middle School in Bandar Lampung was very important in instilling moral values ??in students including the Principal and Educator Staff (Teachers) had been carried out well. The role of the school is 1) The role of the school as a mentor 2) The role of the school as a model (example) and 3) The role of the school as an advisor. Abstract

Perencanaan keuangan pribadi merupakan keterampilan penting dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi modern, terutama bagi kalangan muda seperti mahasiswa, guru, dan siswa sekolah menengah. Rendahnya literasi keuangan di Indonesia masih menjadi hambatan dalam pengelolaan keuangan yang sehat dan kebiasaan menabung. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini merupakan kolaborasi Bank Jateng dan Institut Teknologi Bisnis dan Kesehatan Bhakti Putra Bangsa Indonesia. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap konsep dasar perencanaan keuangan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan 85% peserta menyatakan kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat dan relevan dengan kebutuhan mereka, 78% peserta memperoleh pengetahuan baru mengenai strategi pengelolaan pengeluaran dan menabung, dan 70% peserta minat untuk membuka tabungan di Bank Jateng. Hasil ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan perubahan sikap positif terhadap perencanaan keuangan dan produk tabungan lokal. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa sinergi antara lembaga pendidikan dan perbankan daerah mampu meningkatkan literasi dan perencanaan keuangan masyarakat Purworejo.

Abstract

Studi ini dilaksanakan peneliti agar bisa mengetahui pengaruh citra merek, kualitas produk dan keragaman produk pada keputusan pembelian pada Nafizh Bakery Kota Probolinggo. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dipergunakan pada penelitian ini lewat pendekatan asosiatif kausal, dibantu variabel yang mencakup variabel bebas yakni citra merek, kualitas produk dan keragaman produk dan variabel terikat yakni keputusan pembelian. Populasi yang dikaji peneliti mencakup konsumen Nafizh Bakery Kota Probolinggo dan jumlahnya belom diketahui. Sampel yang dipergunakan sejumlah 102 berdasarkan rumus Hair et al. Peneliti juga mempergunakan sumber data dari data primer dan data sekunder, melalui teknik analisis data Smart PLS 4. Hasil penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa variabel citra merek (X1), kualitas produk (X2) dan keragaman produk (X3) memberi pengaruh pada keputusan pembelian (Y) secara signifikan positif. Abstract

Background: Jamu is an ancestral heritage of the Indonesian people that has important health benefit. Kunyit Asam (turmeric and tamarind) and Beras Kencur (rice and aromatic ginger) are two types of jamu that can help maintain and improve the health of adolescent students. This community service activity aims to help the students of SMK Harapan Massa understand how to make turmeric-tamarind and rice-kencur instant herbal drinks, as well as to grasp their uses and benefits. Method: Fifty-eight respondents participated in a training session focused on making instant kunyit asam and beras kencur. The questionnaire is used as a benchmark to measure the knowledge level of the students at SMK Harapan Massa. Results: There was an increase in questionnaire scores, indicating an improvement in the knowledge of respondents who completed both the pre-test and post-test, such as 87% (pre-test) menjadi 90% (post-test). Conclusions: The jamu workshop had enhance the students' knowledge and understanding of the benefits, preparation, production, and safe consumption methods of jamu.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of behavioral bias and Islamic financial literacy on students' investment decisions as a representation of young Muslim investors. An explanatory quantitative approach was used by collecting data through an online questionnaire distributed to 48 students at Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK). Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression through SPSS version 27. The results showed that of the three dimensions of overconfidence, only overplacement had a significant positive effect on investment decisions, while overprecision, overestimation, loss aversion, and anchoring bias did not show a significant effect. On the other hand, Islamic financial literacy has the strongest positive influence on investment decisions, indicating that understanding of Islamic financial principles is able to suppress behavioral bias and increase investment rationality. Theoretically, these findings expand the perspective of behavioral finance by including Islamic values as a controlling factor for cognitive bias. Practically, the results of this study provide input for educational institutions and financial authorities to strengthen Islamic financial literacy to form rational, ethical, and sustainable investment behavior among young investors.

Abstract

This study explores the management of extracurricular activities in developing students' soft skills at Khairu Ummah Islamic Boarding School. Using a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach, the study aimed to understand how extracurricular activities contribute to soft skills development. The findings reveal that the school focuses on religion-based soft skills training, encompassing personal, social, and academic development. The goal is to equip students with the necessary skills to confidently navigate life beyond school, grounded in religious practices and strong morals. The extracurricular training is implemented in three stages: 1) Teaching, which integrates Islamic values into activities; 2) Habituation, which encourages students to adopt positive habits such as timely prayer and discipline; and 3) Assignments, providing students with opportunities to develop their soft skills through roles in various organizations, such as room administrators, rayon administrators, and scouting coordinators. These activities, including mandatory scouting and language development programs, are tailored to the specific life skills the school aims to foster.

Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti penerapan pendidikan anti-korupsi dalam pengajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada peran sekolah sebagai institusi utama dalam membentuk karakter siswa, terutama dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai kejujuran, integritas, tanggung jawab, dan disiplin sebagai dasar sikap anti-korupsi. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk menggambarkan kontribusi pembelajaran PPKn dalam mengurangi perilaku koruptif, menjelaskan cara penerapan pendidikan anti-korupsi dalam proses belajar, serta mengidentifikasi tantangan dan langkah-langkah optimalisasi yang diterapkan di SMK Raudlatul Hasan Curahdami Bondowoso. Dalam penelitian ini, pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran PPKn memberikan kontribusi pada penanaman nilai anti-korupsi melalui pengintegrasian materi, penggunaan metode pengajaran yang melibatkan siswa secara aktif, serta teladan yang diberikan oleh pengajar. Pendidikan anti-korupsi dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan diskusi kasus, pembelajaran berbasis proyek, dan pembiasaan perilaku jujur serta disiplin di lingkungan sekolah. Meskipun demikian, pelaksanaannya masih menghadapi beberapa tantangan, seperti terbatasnya integrasi materi dalam kurikulum, kekurangan sumber belajar khusus, dan metode pembelajaran yang belum sepenuhnya mendorong partisipasi siswa. Upaya perbaikan dilakukan dengan menyusun materi yang lebih relevan, meningkatkan keterampilan pengajar, membangun budaya sekolah yang mendukung nilai-nilai anti-korupsi, dan menjalin kerja sama dengan pihak luar. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pendidikan anti-korupsi melalui PPKn perlu dilaksanakan secara sistematis, konsisten, dan berkelanjutan agar dapat membentuk karakter siswa SMK secara efektif.
