Abstract

Limited company as a legal entity (rechtspersoon / legal person) is a Limited Liability Companywhose setting is subject to the realm of private law (Law No. 40 Year 2007 on Limited LiabilityCompanies, but its capital from the separated state wealth is subject to the legal sphere of public law -Law Number 17 Year 2003 on State Finance). Main objective of the State-owned Enterprise as LimitedCompany is doing business with the profit as final target. Business carries the risk of loss, meaning itdoes not always generate benefit. Problems arise when the business decisions taken by the board ofdirectors turn out to bring loss. The problems can be in the forms of the laws to regulate the State-ownedEnterprise, the concept of the separation of state assets, and, the accountability setting of the Board ofDirectors.One of the central government's objectives is to increase the common wealth. In order to fulfill thatobjective, the government needs to create economic growth through government capital at State-ownedEnterprise. Government equity participation to State-owned Enterprise can be performed by usinggovernment budget which is separated from national wealth on the basis of provision mechanism appliedat corporate regulations. The separated national wealth will be converted as State-owned Enterprisecapital when the fund has been deposited. In this case, the government is the share holder in which theshares are the national wealth.The defence of State-owned Enterprise Board of Directors when the company losses is applyinggood faith, duty of care, and duty of loyalty which is regulated through Law of Limited Company 95 No. 5.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pemberian jus campuran buah labu kuning (cucurbita maxima) dan tomat (lyopercisum esculentum) terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada lansia hipertensi. Metode penelitian ini adalah quasi experiment dengan pre test and post test design with control group. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah semua lansia hipertensi yang berada dan terdaftar di Posyandu Lansia Mata Bubu Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Poasia Kota Kendari Tahun 2016 sebanyak 33 orang. Jumlah sampel adalah 30 lansia yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu 15 orang kelompok intervensi dan 15 orang kelompok kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian jus campuran buah labu kuning (Cucurbita maxima) dan tomat (Lyopercisum esculentum)  efektif menurunkan tekanan darah pada lansia hipertensi masing-masing untuk tekanan darah sistole  (p=0,022; α=0,05), dan tekanan darah diastole (p=0,046; α=0,05).

Abstract

The research objective of this class action is to determine whether the model type STAD cooperative learning can increase the motivation to learn science for students of classes VII G SMP 3 Jekulo district on the materials of symptoms nutare and can determine the increase learning achievement in science for students of classes VII G SMP 3 Jekulo districts the material of symptom nature. This study was conducted over seven months starting from the beginning of November 2012 until May 2013. The results of this study states through cooperative learning STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) can increase the motivation to learn science Symptom nature from the initial condition low learning motivation to conditions high-end motivation to learn science. From the results of the study also mentions through cooperative learning STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) can improve learning achievement Symptom nature on the material of the initial conditions of learning achievement averages 47.5 to the final conditions mean 76.32. It can be concluded both theoretically and empirically that cooperative learning STAD (Student Team Achievement division) can improve learning achievement.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the characteristics of the testlet assessment instrument items of student’s prior knowledge on thermochemistry material. The method used in this research was research and development method of 3-D model (Define, Design, Develop). Instruments were piloted on 39 students and validated by experts. Instrument reliability (r11) of the instrument was 0.9 with very high category. The validity of the items consisted of 42 valid questions, and 3 invalid questions. The difficulty index of item consisted of 7 difficult questions, 34 moderate questions, and 4 easy questions. Discrimination index of item consisted of 7 questions bad category, 17 questions enough category, 20 questions good category, and 1 question very good category.Keywords : assessment instrument, prior knowledge, teslet, thermochemistry Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan karakteristik butir soal instrumen penilaian pengetahuan awal (prior knowledge) mahasiswa berbentuk tes teslet pada materi termokimia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan model 3-D (Define, Design, Develop). Instrumen diujicobakan pada 39 mahasiswa dan divalidasi oleh ahli. Reliabilitas instrumen r11 sebesar 0,9 dengan kategori sangat tinggi. Validitas butir soal terdiri dari 42 soal valid, dan 3 soal tidak valid. Tingkat kesulitan butir soal terdiri dari 7 soal sukar, 34 soal sedang, dan 4 soal mudah. Daya pembeda butir soal terdiri dari 7 soal jelek, 17 soal cukup, 20 soal baik, dan 1 soal sangat baik.Kata kunci: instrumen penilaian, pengetahuan awal, testlet, termokimia

Abstract

Free radicals are compounds that have nofree electron pair, so it ws unstable and too reactive, to be able to ward off free radicals, required an antioxidant. Antioxidant can prevent the occurrence of oxidative reactions that can cause various diseases. The commonly used antioxidant compounds are vitamin C, vitamin E, and flavonoids. One of flavonoid compound that have the potential to be developed into antioxidants is diosmetin. The results of the study using the QSAR method, state that some of diosmetin derived compounds have better antioxidant activity than diosmetin. In this research, the selectivity of diosmetin derived compounds in several enzymes as an antioxidant was tested by using molecular docking methods. Software used for molecular docking were PLANTS, YASARA, MarvinSketch. This study used 15 diosmetin derived compounds, diosmetin as a parent compound, and comparison compounds used were vitamin C, vitamin E, and quercetin. Validated target proteins are 7 (seven) receptors with PDB codes 1QQW, 1V4S, 1XAN, 2BEL, 2C9V, 4K7O, and 5M2F. The results of this study have obtained the best selective compounds to receptors and compounds in each receptor. The best compounds are 6,8-difluoro diosmetin (1QQW), 8-amine diosmetin (1V4S), 6.8-difluoro diosmetin (1XAN), 6.8-diamine diosmetin (2BEL), 5'-amine diosmetin ( 2C9V), 5'-amine diosmetin (4K7O), and 8-amine diosmetin (5M2F). Abstract

This study aimed at determining the effect of the inquiry training learning model assisted by Google Classroom in improving students' creative thinking skills. This research was quasi-experimental. Total samples were 32 students of SMAN 1 Banguntapan. The instrument test was essay test to measure the creative thinking skills. The first step of study was the given the pretest, then face-to-face learning and online learning at the time agreed upon with students. The final stage was carried out posttest to see the achievement of score after treatment. The results showed that the gain scores of creative thinking skill in students are categorized into three, namely: 62% of students with low category gain scores, 31% of students with moderate category gain scores, and 7% of students with high category gain scores. The average score of gain of creative thinking ability was 0.3 which was in the medium category. Based on these results, further research is needed with an emphasis on optimizing the use of Google Classroom and confirming knowledge construction in face-to-face learning.

Abstract

Accumulation and toxicityofchromium in leather-tannery effluent on guppies were investigated. An acute (96 hour) statictoxicitytestingusing 5 serialdilution of theeffluentwas conducted. Each serial dilution consisted of 3 replicates, with eachreplicate contained 5litres of diluted effluent and 10 fish. Theeffluent was diluted 0.2%to 3.2%(v/v).Theconcentrations of chromium in thedilutedeffluent and fishrange from 0.9 - 9.1 µg.mL-1and 1.4 - 58.9 µg.g-1w.w, respectively. Bioconcentration factors inthisstudy vary from 1 to 39, with a median value of 6.2. The values of LC50and ILC50are 4.2 µg.mL-1and 56 µg.g-1w.w, respectively. The results show that chromiumaccumulates in guppy and causesacute toxicity. A comparison withthe concentrations of chromium in effluent, water, and fish from otherstudies was also reported.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. Organizational structuring provides many opportunities for the organization being studied and the method to be used. Organizational structuring is tailored to the environmental needs in which the organization lives. This study aims to describe the organization arrangement of the Public Works Irrigation Office in East Lampung Regency. The study was conducted with a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation studies. The results of the study concluded that the establishment of the Dinas Pengairan and Public Works was in accordance with the needs and environmental conditions of the organization. However, the existing organizational structure needs to be adjusted to the needs and environment.

Abstract

The authors tend to argue that the history of Bima, in West Nusatenggara  was started  in early 17th century, when Bima development  political relations with South Sulawesi. Hindu civilization in the form of worship in Wadu Paha, be overlooked, was regarded as a foreign culture. Historians tend to argue that Bima before Islam, have animism and dynamism belief. There are tendency rejects reality the Javanese role in history of Bima.This argument is not rational. What is the benefit of foreigner build a place of worship in one community who has different beliefs? This article would reconstruction history of Bima with appreciate the various components of culture that shaped his civilization. Elements of pre- Islamic became an important civilization component; not only animism and dynamism, but also Hindu . It is still apparent as the idealism of Bimanese  in the present.Keywords: multiculturalism, ethnic, BimaPara penulis sejarah Bima berpendapat bahwa awal peradaban Bima dimulai pada abad  17, ketika Bima menjalin hubungan-hubungan politik dengan Sulawesi Selatan. Peradaban Hindu berupa kompeks peribadatan di Wa du Paha, cenderung diabaikan, dianggap sebagai kebudayaan asing. Para sejarawan cenderung berpendapat bahwa Bima sebelum Islam, memiliki kepercayaan animisme dan dinamisme. Ada kecenderungan subyektivitas yang menolak peran Jawa dalam  sejarah Bima.  Namun apabila dicermati pendapat  ini tidak rasional. Apa kepentingan orang Asing membangun tempat peribadatan  di suatu komunitas yang memiliki kepercayaan yang berbeda.  Tulisan ini berupaya merenkonstruksi kembali sejarah Bima dengan menempatkan dan menghargai berbagai komponen kebudayaan Bima  yang telah membentuk peradabannya. Unsur-unsur pra Islam menjadi unsure penting peradaban tidak hanya animism dan dinamisme, tetapi juga Hindu. Hal ini masih nampak jelas sebagai idealism orang Bima di masa kini.Kata kunci: multikulturalisme, etnis, Bima

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil lemparan (Shooting) pada pemain putri handball Jawa Tengah Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan ciri antropometri dan ciri Karakteristik fisik khusus pada pemain handball putri Jawa Tengah. Hasil lemparan diukur menggunakan instrumen tes lemparan (Standing Shoot Test), sementara antropometri menggunakan intsrumen tes IMT, Panjang lengan, lingkar lengan, rentang lengan dan lebar bahu. Kemampuan fisik khusus diukur menggunakan instrumen tes Standing Long Jump, tes 30 Meter Sprint, tes kelentukan (sit and reach) tes kekuatan lengan ( Push up) dan kemampuan Vo2 max menggunakan MFT Tes. Penelitian menggunakan sampel pemain putri Jawa Tengah (n = 82, mean SD Usia 16.99 1.06 tahun dan pengalaman bermain 3.66 1.66). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil lemparan memiliki taraf signifikan (p<0.05) berkorelasi dengan semua variabel yang dihitung kecuali dengan Indeks Masa Tubuh (IMT). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan lemparan atlte handball sangat dipengaruhi oleh karakteristik antropometri yang baik dan kemampuan fisik yang prima.This study on the factors that influence the outcome of the Throwing ability(Shooting) on the women's handball players in Central Java.
