Abstract

Stroke is an acute neurological disorder characterized by disruption of the blood supply to the brain, either due to obstruction or bleeding. Stroke is currently still a health problem that causes many disabilities and deaths in Indonesia. Stroke can also cause economic problems because of the disability that arises as a result of stroke and the funds that must be allocated to treat stroke in the national health system. One of the complications of stroke that can occur is recurrent stroke. This study aims to systematically establish a diagnosis in a 42 year old female patient so that the patient can be treated appropriately. The method used is a case report with analysis of primary data obtained through autoanamnesis, alloanamnesis, physical examination and supporting examinations. A 42 year old woman came with complaints of decreased consciousness accompanied by headache, nausea, vomiting, and weakness in the left limbs. The patient had experienced a non-hemorrhagic stroke 3 years ago. The patient was diagnosed with hypertension 7 years ago, the hypertension was not controlled and the patient did not take medication. The patient in this case was diagnosed with hemorrhagic stroke with a history of ischemic stroke. Patients are managed with non-medical, medical and rehabilitative management. In non-medical management, bed rest is performed. Medical management was given mannitol 250/125/125 every 8 hours, domperidone 3x10mg, sucralfate 3x2c, amlodipine 5 mg at night, lisinopril 5 mg in the morning, and paracetamol 3x1000 mg. The patient also underwent physiotherapy.

Abstract

Myasthenia gravis (MG) is an autoimmune disease, MG attacks the postsynaptic membrane, disrupts neuromuscular transmission, and causes skeletal muscle weakness and fatigue. Myasthenia gravis is a treatable disease but can result in significant morbidity and even death. This article aims to discuss the diagnosis, therapy, and prevention of disease progression. A 42-year-old woman presented with complaints of weakness all over the body since 4 years ago, which has worsened in the last 2 months, accompanied by shortness of breath, coughing, difficulty speaking, and a nasal voice. Physical examination revealed ptosis (+/+), motor strength 3/3/3 / 3/3/3. Laboratory examination showed leukocytes 11,500/µL. Electromyography (EMG) and nerve conduction velocity (NCV) examination showed a 10% reduction in repetitive nerve stimulation (RNS), Harvey Maslan (+). The clinical symptoms of MG are fluctuating weakness in the extra-ocular, bulbar, and proximal muscles. Signs of muscle weakness include unilateral or bilateral ptosis, binocular diplopia, inability to lift the head straight, dysphagia, and dysarthria. MG can progress generally to proximal muscle weakness with varying degrees of severity. The main treatments for MG are cholinesterase enzyme inhibitors and immunosuppressive agents. Previously, a case of myasthenia gravis was described in a 42-year-old female patient. The diagnosis of this case was made based on a previous history of myasthenia gravis, symptoms of weakness in the ocular, bulbar, and extremity muscles. A possible risk factor for re-triggering MG symptoms in patients is infection. Establishing the current diagnosis and treatment options for MG play an important role in preventing worse disease progression.

Abstract

Vertigo is a common complaint presenting frequently in primary care and emergency departments, which is a symptom of vestibular dysfunction and is described as a sensation of movement, most commonly rotational movements. Trigeminal neuralgia (TN) is defined as sudden, severe, brief, stabbing, electric shock-like and repetitive pain that is almost always unilateral in the distribution of one or more branches of the trigeminal nerve, which is highly disruptive and impacts basic human function. The analysis of this study is a case report of Mrs. N, 61 years old, came to the emergency room at Abdul Moloek Regional General Hospital with complaints of spinning dizziness as if the environment around him was spinning which occurred suddenly and pain on the left side of his face like a cut that had been getting worse since 1 day. Complaints of pain on the left side of the face spreading to the chin and left side of the neck have been felt for 2 years. On sensory examination of the Trigeminal Nerve, hyperalgesia and allodynia were found according to the left V1,2,3 dermatomes. The results of the patient's physical examination showed good hearing function, horizontal nystagmus (+), and Romberg's sign (+) balance test, heal to toe walking test (+), past pointing test (+). The patient's clinical diagnosis was vertigo and facial pain (neuralgia). Topis diagnosis, peripheral vestibular system and Trigeminal Nerve. Etiological diagnosis, peripheral vertigo and Trigeminal Neuralgia. The patient's management was infusion of Ringer's Lactate 20 drops/minute, Betahistine 2x24 mg, Omeprazole injection 40mg/12 hours, Carbamazepine 3x200 mg, Amitriptyline 1x25 mg, and Paracetamol 2x1000 mg fls. The prognosis for this patient is quo ad vitam dubia ad bonam, quo ad functionam dubia ad night and quo ad sanationam dubia ad bonam.

Abstract

Perkawinan merupakan ikatan lahir dan batin atau ikatan yang sangat kuat antara sorang peria dan wanita untuk mbentuk keluarga, dimana keluarga merupakan lembaga sosial yang paling dasar untuk mencetak kualitas manusia. Sampai saat ini masih menjadi keyakinan dan harapan bersama bahwa keluarga senantiasa dapat diandalkan sebagai lembaga ketahanan moral, akhlak al-karimah dalam konteks bermasyarakat, bahkan baik buruknya generasi bangsa, ditentukan pula oleh pembentukan pribadi dalam keluarga. Abstract

The aim of this research is to increase the expected interest in reading for school students, especially religious literacy. To increase students' interest in literacy, reading habits must start from an early age and require support from various related parties, such as family, school and society. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a library approach. The subjects the author used in this research were school principals and PAI teachers in elementary schools throughout Batu Bulek who had implemented the Merdeka curriculum in the classroom. Data collection techniques used were interviews, documentation, observation and literature study. As a result, PAI teachers have implemented reading literacy 10 minutes before learning begins, however, p5 is not yet very visible, and there is a lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure such as books and other tools.

Abstract

After being hit by COVID-19 for a long time around the world which resulted in the paralysis of all countries, especially the economic aspects of all countries that dropped dramatically, the world was again shocked by the conflict between Russia and Ukraine which resulted in an increase in world oil prices including in Indonesia, many people complained and opposed the government's policy of increasing fuel prices because fuel affects various aspects, including economic aspects. Based on these problems, researchers use sentiment analysis methods that aim to find out people's opinions on issues that are being discussed throughout Indonesia and this research focuses on comparing the SVM algorithm with TF-IDF feature extraction then using K-Fold Cross Validation after that it is compared with the Lexicon Inset dictionary, in this case the model with Lexicon Inset which contains weighting on each word. In this study, it was found that the dataset model using the SVM algorithm with TF-IDF feature extraction and then using K-Fold Cross Validation obtained an average accuracy of 0.85 using the SVM algorithm. While the model using the automatic labeling dataset using the Indonesian sentiment Lexicon (Lexicon Inset) obtained an average accuracy of 0.68. Classification using SVM with TF-IDF feature extraction is superior to using Lexicon Inset.

Abstract

Kekerasan sexual terjadi pada anak dikarenakan anak tidak mengetahui belum mendapatkan pendidikan seks. pendidikan seks pada anak usia sekolah dasar tidak mengajarkan mengenai prilaku seksual orang dewasa melainkan membahas seputar perbedaan gender dan fungsi organ reproduksi serta membekali anak keterampilan untuk memilih tindakan yang diambil, meningkatkan kemampuan untuk menentukan sikap saat menghadapi sebuah situasi. Penyuluhan sex education kepada anak menjadi salah satu solusi dalam menyampaikan hal tersebut. Penyuluhan ini dilakukan di SDN 5 Rancairung yang beralamat di Kp Ciajag Desa Tanjung jaya Kecamatan Cihampelas Kabupaten Bandung Barat dan diikuti oleh 16 orang peserta menggunakan, video, LCD proyektor, speaker dan selembaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, diskusi, Tanya jawab dan pelatihan melindungi diri dari orang yang ingin berbuat jahat. Diikuti dengan Pre Test dan Post Test melalui kuesioner. Hasil Pre Test menunjukan siswa tidak banyak mengetahui tentang organ reproduksi dan fungsinya serta cara mencegah kekerasan seksual, Namun setelah diberikan edukasi terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan peserta yang cukup sebanyak 13 orang (81, 25%). Diharapkan kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat bermanfaat bagi SDN 5 Rancairung.

Abstract

This research is about financial distress analysis using the Altman Z Score and Springate models to predict financial distress in property companies, especially PT Binakarya Jaya Abadi, Tbk for the 2016-2020 period. The results of this analysis are two results obtained from the Altman Z modelScore and Springate. The results of the prediction of financial distress are for the Altman Z-Score model in 2016 to obtain a ratio of 2.7470 indicating a prediction of not going bankrupt, in 2017 obtaining a ratio of 3.8066 indicating a prediction of not going bankrupt, in 2018 obtaining a ratio of 3.5711 indicating prediction of not going bankrupt, in 2019 obtaining a ratio of 3.2854 indicating a prediction of not going bankrupt and in 2020 obtaining a ratio of 0.6885 indicating a prediction of bankruptcy. Whereas for the Springate model in 2016 it obtained a ratio of 0.3999 indicating a prediction of bankruptcy, in 2017 it obtained a ratio of 0.5862 indicating a prediction of bankruptcy, in 2018 it obtained a ratio of 0.5526 indicating a prediction of bankruptcy, in 2019 it obtained a ratio of 0 .4408 indicates a prediction of bankruptcy and in 2020 obtains a ratio of 0.0292 indicating a prediction of bankruptcy.

Abstract

Toddlers are children who have reached the age of over one year or more popularly known as children under five years old. The most common problem experienced by a toddler is a cough and cold caused by respiratory tract irritation, allergies, weakened immune system and poor environment. Initial symptoms include a bad feeling from the nose or throat. Then start sneezing, runny nose and feel mild pain. It is sometimes accompanied by a mild cold. There are methods that can be used to treat a cold cough, namely pharmacological and non-pharmacological methods. Non-pharmacological treatments are safer to use because they do not have the side effects of drugs because non-pharmacological therapies use physiological processes. One of them uses cough and cold massage. Common cold massage is a very effective therapy for babies or children suffering from cough and colds. One of the common cold massage therapy movements is by patting and vibrating the data and back to bring mucus to the large tract so that the child will automatically cough and mucus will come out. In children, mucus usually comes out with faeces. Community service is carried out in 4 stages, namely the first stage is education about the management of common cold, the second stage is a demonstration of how to massage common cold, the third stage is the assistance of parents in the application of common cold massage management, the fourth stage is the evaluation of activities. The activity was carried out in Branjang, Lerep Village, West Ungaran District, Semarang Regency. It can be seen from the results of demonstrations conducted common cold massage mothers who have never done before began to try with the results of many skilled mothers. In conclusion, common cold massage is a massage that can be done to treat or prevent cough and cold in toddlers, and can be done by mothers at home.   Abstrak Balita adalah anak yang telah menginjak usia diatas satu tahun atau lebih popular dengan pengertian anak dibawah lima tahun. Masalah yang paling kerap dialami seorang balita adalah batuk pilek yang disebabkan oleh iritasi saluran pernapasan, alergi, melemahnya system kekebalan tubuh dan lingkungan yang kurang baik.. Gejala awal berupa rasa  tidak enak dari hidung atau tenggorokan. Kemudian mulai bersin-bersin, hidung meler dan merasa sakit ringan. Kadang disertai denam ringan. Terdapat metode yang dapat dilakukan untukmengobati batuk pilek, yaitu metode farmakologi dan non farmakologi. Penanganan batuk pilek secara non farmakologi lebih aman digunakan karena tidak menggunakan efek samping seperti obat obatan karena terapi nonfarmakologi menggunakan proses fisiologis. Salah satunya menggunakan pijat batuk pilek. Pijat common cold adalah therapy sangat efektif untuk bayi atau anak yang menderita batük pilek salah satu gerakan common cold massage therapy dengan menepuk- nepuk dan menggetarkan data serta punggung untuk membawa lendir ke saluran besar sehingga anak akan otomatis batuk-batuk dan lendir akan keluar. Pada anak biasanya lendir akan keluar bersama kotoran. Pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan dalam 4 tahap yaitu Tahap Pertama adalah edukasi tentang penatalaksanaan commoncold, tahap kedua demonstrasi cara pemijatan commoncold, tahap ketiga adalah pendampingan orang tua dalam penerapan penatalaksanaan pijat common cold, Tahap keempat adalah evaluasi kegiatan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Branjang Kelurahan Lerep Kecamatan Ungaran Barat Kabupaten Semarang. Dapat dilihat dari hasil demonstrasi yang dilakukan pijat commoncold ibu yang belum pernah melakukan sebelumnya mulai mencoba dengan hasil banyak ibu yang terampil. Kesimpulan pijat comoncold merupakan pijat yang dapat dilakukan untuk penanganan atau pencegahan batuk pilek pada balita, serta dapat dilakukan oleh ibu dirumah.

Abstract

The importance of young language learners’ understanding in solving math story problems in the 21st century learning era is crucial, because this ability is not only the key to competition in the world of work but also essential in developing students' critical logic, creativity, and independence in solving everyday problems. This study aims to measure students' ability to solve math story problems by using qualitative and descriptive quantitative methods. The data from this study is presented in the form of paragraphs describing the test results, with 20 fourth-grade elementary school students as respondents who worked on 10 essay questions. Data collection techniques were carried out through test results, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis data display, reducing, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that young language learners’ ability to solve story problems can be seen from several indicators.
