Abstract

This research aims to reconcile the Deli Serdang Regency Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget Realization Report (APBD). This research uses descriptive research methods and a qualitative approach, examining the potential for solving contemporary problems using data collection, categorization and analysis methodologies. A qualitative approach to describe ongoing phenomena or determine the characteristics of data in the research period, with the aim of answering the main research questions. The results of the research, namely those affecting the APBN for the 2019–2022 Fiscal Year, show that the Deli Serdang Regency Government shows inefficiency in managing state revenues as evidenced by an efficiency ratio of only 80.86 percent. Deli Serdang Regency experienced a significant increase in revenue in the 2019–2022 budget year, in line with the regional government's success in maintaining or exceeding the revenue target from the previous budget year.

Abstract

This research aims to determine financial ratios that can be used as a tool to detect financial distress, which is a stage before bankruptcy and determine the level of bankruptcy in transportation and logistics service companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is descriptive qualitative using documentation and literature study in data collection techniques. Financial reports, namely the balance sheet and profit and loss, are the object of this research. Four transportation and logistics service companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) and indexed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index are the subjects of this research. The research results show that financial ratios in financial statement analysis can detect financial distress and the modified Altman Z-Score method can predict bankruptcy. That there is one company in healthy condition, namely BIRD with an average Z-Score of 4.32. Meanwhile, three other companies, namely BLTA, TMAS and WEHA, are predicted to go bankrupt with respective Z-Scores of -54.26, 0.93 and -0.07.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the management of Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) raw material reserves at PT. Austindo Nusantara Jaya Agri (ANJ) Binanga. This is done to alleviate concerns about the decline in Crude Palm Oil (CPO) production and the rising costs of raw materials caused by less than ideal sales. The system used in this analysis is the Continuous Review System. Continuous Review is a technique employed that applies a quantitative and descriptive approach through observation and interviews. The research findings indicate that inventory costs amount to Rp. 315,092,755, which means that the total inventory costs can be reduced, even though previous inventory costs were recorded at Rp. 290,453,600, which appears to be lower. However, due to the minimal stock shortages and the management of waiting times thanks to the contracts agreed upon with suppliers, the effectiveness of the Continuous Review System in that analysis has been proven. This research highlights the urgency for smooth production, which requires the provision of stock and the quality of the final product, as well as offering practical guidelines to maximize inventory management in the palm oil industry.

Abstract

Bank Syariah adalah bank yang berpropesi dengan tidak mengandalkan pada bunga. Bank Islam atau biasa disebut dengan bank tanpa bunga, adalah lembaga keuangan/perbankan yang operasional dan produknya dikembangkan berdasarkan pada Al-qur’an dan hadis, sedangkan pembiayaan adalah salah satu tugas pokok bank, yaitu pemberian fasilitas penyediaan dana untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pihak-pihak yang merupakan defisit unit. Metode penelitian pada penelitian ini bersifat deskripti kualitatif dimana penelitian ini bersumber dari studi pustaka (libary research) dimana studi pustaka dilakukan untuk mencari landasan taori dari berbagai literatur yang berkaitan dengan masalah penelitian. Dengan mengumpulkan refrensi-refrensi yang baik serta pembambilan dari jurnal atau artikel sejenisnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu analisis dampak pembiayaan pada UMKM ini memiliki tujuan utama untuk memperoleh keyakinan apakah nasabah atau Costumer punya kemauan dn kemampuan dalam memenuhi kewajibannya secara tertib yaitu pembayaran pada pinjaman pokok.

Abstract

Risk is an effect that cannot be eliminated from business activities but can be minimized by implementing risk management. Risk management is a step to manage the possibility of obstacles that will occur in a company or business. This research is a library research method. Literature research is a data collection technique by examining books, journals, literature, and notes on various reports relating to the problem to be solved. From the results of the research above, it can be seen that the implementation of financing risk management really needs to be implemented on an ongoing basis in line with the increasing risk of financing arrears. Financial institutions (including LKMS) need to be active in reviewing customers or members who are likely to experience loan arrears so that financial institutions can anticipate from the start. Islamic financial institutions must identify the financing risks inherent in all their products and activities.

Abstract

A college or university is an institution that develops its graduates into smart, creative, and independent individuals with quality soft and hard skills. Universities must be able to produce students who are adventurous and entrepreneurial. Students' low interest in entrepreneurship stems from their belief that being an employee is better than being an entrepreneur. Similarly, students are more willing to seek information about job vacancies and are ready to follow the selection process for new employees in government agencies and private companies, rather than preparing themselves to create jobs and work through entrepreneurship. With the growth and development of entrepreneurship science, it will increase the enthusiasm of the Indonesian people, especially the younger generation or students to participate in entrepreneurship and create jobs, not just as job seekers. Entrepreneurship is a major issue in developing countries. The progress or decline of a country's economy is highly dependent on the existence and role of the entrepreneurial group.

Abstract

The development of Sharia Economics in Indonesia is currently accelerating. The government is mobilizing all available resources, including human resources. The development of sharia business activities is carried out by strengthening the capacity of sharia business actors. This research aims to determine the impact of population growth and human quality in improving the sharia economy in Indonesia. The research method used is a qualitative method using literature review analysis. The results of this research show that the growth of Indonesia's population, which is predominantly Muslim, has great potential in improving the sharia economy in Indonesia. To improve Sharia Economics, qualified people are needed with qualifications that have soft skills and hard skills. Education and skills are hard skills that must be possessed, while soft skills must be supported by 4 main characteristics, namely having the quality of faith, knowledge, quality of good deeds, and social quality, so that the goals of the sharia economy as a sustainable economy can be realized.

Abstract

Mangrove ecotourism was developed to promote the welfare of local communities by leveraging natural resources in a sustainable manner. This study investigated strategies to increase visitor numbers to Batu Bara Mangrove Park (BBMP) and improve the socio-economic conditions of the surrounding community. A descriptive mixed method was utilized, employing SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) analysis to analyze data collected through interviews, observations, and questionnaires. The research sought to understand key factors contributing to the growth in visitor numbers while addressing challenges faced by park management. Additionally, the study included a welfare analysis based on the principles of Maqashid As-Syariah, which provided an Islamic perspective unique to this research. The findings identified various strategies that could be implemented to better meet visitor needs and preferences, enhancing the overall visitor experience. These strategies focused on improving facilities, services, and aligning development efforts with tourist expectations. By doing so, BBMP could establish itself as a more appealing and sustainable ecotourism destination. The study concluded that addressing visitor satisfaction through tailored development strategies not only holds the potential to increase tourism but also significantly contributes to the economic and social welfare of the local community. This research offers valuable insights into the sustainable management of ecotourism in similar regions.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what strategies make the TikTok platform an effective media promotion in marketing a product and increasing sales to micro, small and medium enterprises. In this research the method used is a descriptive approach, this research is a research that collects data contained in social media, be it books, journals and so on. From this research, the data used are primary and secondary data. The results showed that sales promotion by giving discounts or price reductions, giving vouchers and coupons, free goods (gif), product guarantees and free shipping. Publicity with a direct approach to consumers. Interactive marketing by involving consumers in sales activities. TikTok with various interesting features in it. These things help micro, small and medium enterprises to market their products and increase their sales. So optimal utilization of TikTok features and a good approach with consumers, can help in increasing sales. Thus TikTok becomes an effective promotional medium in marketing activities.
