Abstract

This article aims to uncover the dynamics of economic development in developing countries and analyze the influencing factors, focusing on identifying opportunities and challenges in achieving sustainable development. The research method utilized Systematic Literature Review (SLR), enabling the collection, evaluation, and synthesis of diverse literature related to the economic development of developing countries from 2018 to 2023. The results indicate that this study highlights the paradigm shift in the economy from the agricultural sector to the industrial and service sectors while emphasizing significant challenges such as economic inequality, limited access to healthcare and education, and negative environmental impacts. The principles of state and sustainability in Islamic economics, which are based on justice and balance, can be a strong foundation in facing economic challenges.

Abstract

Pawning gold is a popular alternative source of funding in Indonesia. However, a customer's decision to use gold pawning services is influenced by various factors, including the estimated value. This study's goal is to perform a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) in order to determine how the projected value affects consumers' choices when it comes to utilizing gold pawn services. The Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach is the research methodology employed in journals published between 2020 and 2023. This research method uses SLR by searching for relevant articles from academic databases, such as Google Scholar, Scopus, and Web of Science. The selected articles must meet the inclusion criteria, namely articles that discuss the influence of the estimated value on customers' decisions in using gold pawning services. The research findings indicate that customers' decisions to use gold pawn services are significantly influenced by the assessed value. A high estimated value can boost client confidence in gold pawn services and encourage more people to use them. On the other hand, a low assessed value may make users less trusting of the service and less likely to use it.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the performance of the Regional Public Company of Medan City Market in managing the market retribution of Medan City. This research uses a qualitative research method. The research subject is PUD Pasar Kota Medan. The data collection techniques are document study and field research by conducting interviews. The data analysis technique uses the Balanced Scorecard analysis tool. The research results show that the performance of the Medan City Public Regional Market Company through the Balanced Scorecard approach is based on four perspectives, namely 1). The financial perspective shows good results, with the economic ratio falling within the economic criteria, the effectiveness ratio falling within the effective criteria, and the efficiency ratio needing improvement as the results indicate it is still less efficient. Based on the Islamic economic perspective, it aligns with the value of ownership. 2). The customer perspective shows that traders feel satisfied through validity and reliability tests. Based on the Islamic economic perspective, the customer perspective aligns with the values of justice in Islamic economics. 3). The internal business perspective indicates that Pud Pasar Kota Medan has provided good service and has innovated by implementing market retribution payments through Virtual Accounts. Based on the Islamic economic perspective, it aligns with the value of balance. 4). The growth and learning perspective shows that employee loyalty is very good and employee satisfaction indicates that employees feel satisfied based on validity and reliability tests. However, training for employees has not been well implemented. Based on the Islamic economic perspective, it aligns with the values of brotherhood and togetherness. Abstract

Sharia tourism is one of the sectors that has great potential in supporting economic growth and the welfare of local communities in Indonesia. Considering that Indonesia is the country with the largest Muslim majority population in the world, optimizing the potential of sharia tourism can be an important strategy to attract domestic and international tourists who are looking for a tourism experience that is in accordance with Islamic principles. This study aims to identify various challenges and solutions needed in optimizing the potential of sharia tourism in Indonesia through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. This study is based on 13 research journals published between 2018 and 2023. The results of the analysis show that low competitiveness, lack of infrastructure, and limited understanding of the concept of sharia tourism are the main obstacles in the development of this sector. The proposed solutions include the development of supporting infrastructure, education of industry players about sharia principles, innovation in halal tourism products, and synergy between the government, industry players, and local communities. Optimizing sharia tourism in Indonesia is expected to improve local economic welfare by creating jobs and encouraging the growth of sharia-based MSMEs.

Abstract

Kegiatan berwirausaha telah menjadi salah satu penggerak masyarakat melakukan kegiatan penjualan di era yang sangat kompetitif ini. Wirausaha telah menjadi salah satu ide atau gagasan yang mendukung kemampuan manusia untuk bertahan hidup dengan memanfaatkan kemampuan yang dimiliki. Namun, dalam menjalankan sebuah usaha tentu perlu adanya pemasaran yang mejadi jalan utama dalam meningkatkan popularitas masyarakat sehingga mudah diterima oleh kalangan umum. Proses pemasaran tersebut harus memiliki indikator yang berbeda dengan pesaing sehingga dapat menjadi inti dari diferensiasi yang akan dikembangkan oleh wirausaha. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengukur keberadaan orientasi kewirausahaan dengan menggunakan pandangan Islam serta keunggulan dalam bersaing untuk meningkatkan pemasaran bisnis Koaki Store. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif sehingga hasil penelitian bisa relevan dengan focus penelitian yang dikaji. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah hasil wawancara dengan pemilik Koaki store serta beberapa referensi yang menunjang hasil analisis. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi lapangan hingga wawancara mendalam. Teknik analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah metode Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan apabila dalam orientasi kewirausahaan Islam, Koaki store telah mengimplementasikan indikator inovasi, berani dan ambisi namun masih jauh dalam pemenuhan aspek tidak bergantung dengan pihak lain. Sedangkan dalam aspek keunggulan bersaing, Koaki store memiliki keunggulan yang inovatif dengan memberikan hadiah sebagai bentuk loyalitas pada konsumen dan ditujukan untuk promosi produk Koaki Store.

Abstract

This research focuses on the implementation of business practice assignments in entrepreneurship courses in fostering student interest in becoming entrepreneurs, the purpose of this research is to find out whether entrepreneurship courses, especially in business practices, can provide motivation and interest in entrepreneurship in febi uinsu students. This research is a qualitative research descriptive. Source of data consists of primary and secondary data. Primary data comes from interviews and observations on students. The results of the study stated that 8 out of 10 students could be motivated and foster student interest in becoming interpreneurs, besides that the faculty's strategy was successful in providing these courses because it was also the hope of graduates from the faculty to become entrepreneurs with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the development of marketing digitalization for Bana Chip Lumer culinary SMEs from an Islamic economic perspective. The research was conducted by conducting interviews with the business owner, Andriani Safira, to gain insight into the use of social media and online ordering platforms in marketing Bana Chip Lumer products. The research results show that digitalization of marketing has had a positive impact on these SMEs, such as increasing product visibility, increasing sales, and expanding geographic reach. Apart from that, digital marketing also supports Islamic economic principles, such as justice, transparency and sustainability. This research provides a deeper understanding of the importance of digital marketing for culinary SMEs in achieving success and running a business in accordance with Islamic economic principles.

Abstract

The development strategy is an internal analysis of regional market conditions, including strengths and weaknesses, as well as external market conditions, future opportunities and threats, and then the adoption of alternatives to determine the Strategies that must be implemented to maintain business stability during the Covid19 pandemic. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research. The analysis used is a logic-based SWOT analysis that uses the IFAS matrix, EFAS matrix, SWOT matrix, and Grand Strategy matrix to maximize profits, opportunities, losses, and threats. The results of this study indicate that the strategy used by culinary msme in Asahan Culinary Kube during the Covid19 pandemic is in the Type 1 (aggressive) quadrant, which is a position that is profitable and has high potential. Based on an internal strategy analysis with a total score of 2.08 and a total score of 2.34 for external factors, it means that culinary msme in Asahan Culinary Kube can take advantage of existing opportunities to implement them during the Covid19 pandemic, a strategy that supports aggressive growth.Keywords : Development Strategy, Culinary Msme, Covid-19, SWOT Analysis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran pada PT. Jasindo Syariah Kp. Medan di tengah pandemi Covid-19 dalam meningkatkan daya saing dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Metodologi penelitian kualitatif merupakan prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif dengan data berupa observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan PT. Jasindo Syariah Kp. Medan di tengah pandemi Covid-19 adalah menyesuaikan dengan kondisi dan kebutuhan pasar, dan hal tersebut dapat dianalisis melalui 4P yaitu: Product, Price, Place, dan Promotion. Hasil Analisis Strategi Pemasaran Asuransi Syariah pada PT. Jasindo Syariah Kp. Medan dalam Meningkatkan Daya Saing di Tengah Pandemi Covid-19 menggunakan analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa PT. Jasindo Syariah Kp. Medan berada pada kuadran I yaitu Progresif, maka strategi yang harus ditetapkan adalah strategi S-O (Strengths, Opportunities) dengan total skor 4,38. Strategi ini mampu memanfaatkan seluruh kekuatan internal perusahaan untuk memanfaatkan peluang eksternal yang ada. Maka strategi kekuatan dan peluang harus diterapkan oleh PT. Jasindo Syariah Kp. Bidang dalam meningkatkan daya saing di tengah pandemi Covid-19 adalah menciptakan produk yang sesuai syariah karena mayoritas penduduknya beragama Islam. Memaksimalkan inovasi produk yang sesuai syariah karena industri asuransi umum syariah masih kecil. Dalam kegiatan pemasarannya, perusahaan harus memanfaatkan kekuatan yang ada untuk meningkatkan pangsa pasar karena banyak lembaga lain yang membutuhkan asuransi umum syariah. This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy at PT. Jasindo Syariah Kp. Medan in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic in increasing competitiveness by using a SWOT analysis. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Qualitative research methodology is a research procedure that produces descriptive data with data in the form of observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results showed that the marketing strategy implemented by PT. Jasindo Syariah Kp. Medan in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic is to adjust to market conditions and needs, and this can be analyzed through 4P, namely: Product, Price, Place, and Promotion. Results of the Analysis of the Sharia Insurance Marketing Strategy at PT. Jasindo Syariah Kp. Medan in Improving Competitiveness Amid the Covid-19 Pandemic using SWOT analysis shows that PT. Jasindo Syariah Kp. Medan is in quadrant I, namely Progressive, the strategy that must be determined is the S-O (Strengths, Opportunities) strategy with a total score of 4.38. This strategy is able to use all of the company's internal strengths to take advantage of existing external opportunities. So the strategy of strengths and opportunities must be applied by PT. Abstract

Luasnya perkebunan kelapa sawit masyarakat berbanding lurus dengan banyaknya limbah yang dihasilkan, salah satunya pelepah kelapa sawit. Limbah ini sama sekali belum termanfaatkan oleh masyarakat sehingga membakar limbah kelapa sawit menjadi satu-satunya cara dalam menanganinya. Namun dengan adanya industri keratif berkah lidi dapat menjadikan lidi yang dulunya dinggap limbah disulap menjadi sebuah produk yang barnilai ekonomis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak pemanfaatan lidi kelapa sawit terhadap peningkatan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat di Desa Sei Rumbia kecamatan Kota Pinang labuhanbatu Selatan. penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriftif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode wawancara secara mendalam kemudian didukung studi kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan industri kreatif berkah lidi berdampak positif bagi masyarakat sekitar. Dan jika ditinjau dari presfektif ekonomi islam berkah lidi dalam aktivitasnya sudah sesuai dengan anjuran syariat Islam. Industri kreatif berkah lidi sangat menghindari penipuan dalam aktivitasnya. Selain itu industri keratif berkah lidi dapat membuka lapangan pekerjaan baru bagi masyarakat sekitar sehingga meningkatkan produktivitas masyarakat serta mengurangi tingkat pengannguran.
