Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of AI-Based Leadership on learning effectiveness moderated by Workplace Spirituality within Islamic educational institutions. The research background is grounded in the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence technology, which significantly transforms leadership patterns and instructional processes in modern educational settings. A quantitative approach with an explanatory research design was employed to examine causal relationships among the study variables. Primary data were collected through a closed questionnaire utilizing a five-point Likert scale, distributed to fifty-one educators at the Al-Hayatul Islamiyah Foundation in Malang, Indonesia, using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) to test the proposed hypotheses. The findings reveal that AI-Based Leadership exerts a positive and statistically significant influence on learning effectiveness. Workplace Spirituality also demonstrates a direct positive effect and significantly moderates the relationship between AI-Based Leadership and learning effectiveness. These results underscore the strategic importance of integrating technology-driven leadership with spiritual values to foster an effective and meaningful learning environment. This study contributes to the development of integrative educational leadership models and recommends that educational institutions optimize artificial intelligence applications while preserving workplace spirituality to achieve sustainable and comprehensive improvements in learning quality for all stakeholders.

Abstract

Limited research has simultaneously examined the influence of teacher competence, classroom management, and school infrastructure on the quality of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning, despite the recognized importance of these components in supporting effective instructional processes. This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of teacher competence, classroom management, and school infrastructure on the quality of PAI learning. The study employed a quantitative approach involving 60 participants selected through saturated sampling, in which all members of the population were included as the research sample. Data were collected using questionnaire-based research instruments and analyzed through multiple linear regression. The findings show that classroom management had the dominant influence on the quality of PAI learning, thereby supporting the relevant theoretical perspective. The partial test results indicate that teacher competence and school infrastructure did not have a significant effect on the quality of PAI learning when examined separately. However, teacher competence, classroom management, and school infrastructure simultaneously had a significant influence on learning quality. These findings indicate that the quality of PAI learning is shaped by the combined contribution of teacher-related, classroom-based, and infrastructural factors, with classroom management serving as the most influential variable. This study contributes theoretically by enriching the literature on factors affecting learning quality and provides practical implications for schools and teachers to strengthen effective classroom management, develop teacher competence sustainably, and optimize the use of facilities and infrastructure to support the learning process. Further research is recommended to examine other factors that may influence the quality of Islamic Religious Education learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher’s professionalism on student’s interest in Arabic learning of class X MAN 1 Mataram for academic year 2020/2021. The population in this study were students of class X MAN 1 Mataram and the researcher took 45 students from the population to be used as samples in this study. The research approach used is quantitative research because the desired data is in the form of numbers. The researcher used three research instruments for collecting data namely questionnaires, documentation and observation. The data analysis used Pearson product moment correlation and simple regression with the help of SPSS 16.0 software. Based on the results of the correlation analysis, there was a positive and significant relationship with a correlation level of R=67% indicating a strong relationship between the two variables. And as for the results of the regression analysis, the researcher got the value of F arithmetic > F table 37.140> 4.06 with a significance level of 0.00 <0.05 so it can be concluded that there is an effect of teacher professionalism (X) on students' interest in learning Arabic (Y), with the contribution of the effect of teacher’s professionalism (X) on students' interest in learning (Y) is R Square = 45.8%. Therefore, the hypothesis which says "teacher’s professionalism effect on student’s interest in Arabic learning of class X MAN 1 Mataram for academic year 2020/2021 " is accepted

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to analyze the influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) utilization and learning innovation on students’ learning creativity. Employing a quantitative associative approach, the research involved 100 university students as the sample. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through multiple regression after passing validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The findings indicate that AI utilization and learning innovation have a significant effect on learning creativity, as reflected by a correlation coefficient of 0.844 and a significance value of 0.000. The results demonstrate that AI contributes to enhancing students’ ability to explore information, generate new ideas, and understand learning materials through adaptive recommendations and feedback. Learning innovation also plays an essential role in creating interactive, flexible, and creativity-stimulating learning environments. The combination of AI utilization and innovative learning strategies provides a richer learning experience and effectively enhances students’ creativity. Learning Innovation, Student Creativity

Abstract

Even though Indonesia is home to the largest number of Muslims worldwide, the number of people who use Islamic banking services is still somewhat lower than that of conventional banks. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that make student less inclined to choose a syariah bank. This study examines how the environment and perceptions affect confidence and adherence to using a syariah bank by using a quantitative deskriptif method and through SmartPLS analysis. The analysis's findings indicate that the environment has a significant impact on perception, with a koefisien of 0.185 (p < 0,001). Perception also has a positive impact on interest, with a coefficient of 0.417% (p < 0,001). Perception, however, does not indicate a significant impact on decision, with a koefisien of 0.138 (p = 0,074). In addition, interest proven has a significant impact on decision, with a coefficient of 0.709 (p < 0,001). This finding indicates that perception mediates the influence of the environment on interest, The student's final decision is imperceptibly affected by their interest regarding syariah bank products. The results indicate that there are significant effects of the environment on perception, with perceptions influencing the relationship between the environment and interest. However, Perception does not indicate a significant impact on decision, indicating that there is a lack of agreement between interest and nyata. All of this provides a strategic plan to help syariah banks increase their positive credit and turn their interest into a nyata decision.

Abstract

Teacher centered learning often makes the learning atmosphere less varied resulting in low participation in the learning process, especially in an environment that has limited use of digital media at Pondok Muhammadiyah Boarding School, so that students' Arabic cognitive learning outcomes are low. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the STAD type (Students Team Achievement Devision) cooperative learning method on Arabic cognitive learning outcomes of grade XI students at MBS Muhammadiyah Jetis Ponorogo boarding school. The method used in this research is quantitative with a quasi-experiment approach. The sample in this study consisted of 26 students of class XI. Data collection was carried out through observation and test techniques including pre-test and post-test, then the data was analyzed using descriptive statistical tests, normality tests, and T tests. The findings demonstrated that the experimental class learning outcomes' Sig value had a significance value > 0.05 in other words, the data showed a normal distribution, this indicates that STAD cooperative learning can improve students' cognitive learning outcomes compared to conventional learning methods.
