The results of the research that the authors got were the activities that the school carried out in implementing moral education for students at SDN 10 Sungai Pasak, East Pariaman District, that all students participated in all activities carried out by the school to foster student morals. The school's actions towards students who commit violations at SDN 10 Sungai Pasak, East Pariaman District are calling students who have problems, asking students' habits, giving directions, giving advice, giving educational punishments, and calling Siawa's parents. Factors supporting policy makers in implementing moral education are the existence of qualified teachers, the existence of extracurricular activities for Islamic religious education outside school hours and the existence of competitions. Factors hindering policy makers in implementing moral education are environmental factors where students live, the magnitude of the influence of technology, the lack of learning time and the lack of religious books as student reading.

Abstract

Since the new order era, the Indonesian education curriculum has undergone eight revisions, from the 1968 curriculum to the most recent, the Merdeka Curriculum. Each curriculum has its unique characteristics, including the 2013 Curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum which are currently being implemented. Madrasas are the subject and aim of the research, namely explaining the dynamics of madrasa curriculum development in 2013-2023. Using a qualitative approach with a type of literature review, data sources from relevant books and journal articles, and data analysis using condensation, presentation and conclusion. The results of the research show that in the 2013 curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum there are certainly developments in terms of curriculum based on the continued development of science and technology. The 2013 curriculum is designed to improve character education, increase locally-focused education, and create a fun and friendly educational environment. The independent learning program is a flexible program focusing on essential material, character development and student abilities. The Islamic education subjects found in madrasas consist of four groups: Al-Qur’an Hadith, Fiqh, Aqidah Akhlak, and SKI, all of which are regulated by Minister of Religion regulations under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion.

Abstract

Biodiesel is an environmentally friendly alternative fuel for diesel engines. The research studies the extraction process of biodiesel from waste produced by a fish canning factory using a heterogeneous catalyst known as cocopeat ash. The experiment was designed utilizing a completely randomized design with two factorial treatments and four repetitions. The primary factor under investigation was the composition of the catalyst, specifically 3%, 5%, and 7% w/v methanol. The second factor examined was the reaction time of either 60 minutes or 120 minutes. Data analysis revealed variations in density, viscosity, acid number, and Free Fatty Acids (FFA) in fish oil before and after refinement. The treatment that yielded the highest results was A3B2, featuring a catalyst composition of 7% and a reaction time duration of two hours, which achieved an impressive biodiesel yield of 81%. Moreover, several parameters tested for compliance with SNI-04-7182-2015 standards showed positive outcomes. These parameters include a density value measuring 876.3 kg/m³, the flash point around 160°C, iodine number reaching 16.36 g/100g, and heating value 47.47 MJ/Kg.

Abstract

Agriculture is something that cannot be separated from the lives of Indonesian people where most of the people are farmers. More specifically, the people of Tejo village are mostly farmers who make a living, therefore fertilizer is their daily companion. Most farmers in Indonesia still depend on the use of inorganic or chemical fertilizers even though excessive use of inorganic fertilizers in the long term will actually cause negative effects. The application of excessive doses of synthetic chemical fertilizers can cause environmental pollution, moreover, continuous use for a long time can cause land productivity to decrease and soil fertilizing microorganisms to decrease. One of the non-chemical fertilizers that can be used is organic fertilizer in liquid form (POC) from onion peel waste and rice washing water where the excess more quickly stimulates the growth of roots, new shoots and plant cells, repairs chlorophyll in leaves, strengthens pollen stalks in flowers, and strengthens endurance in plants. From the results of the recapitulation of the Pre-test questionnaire, 56% increased by 33% with the socialization to 86% of the results of the recapitulation of the Post-test questionnaire.

Abstract

Information Technology (IT) in the industrial world is an important part in the development of business processes and plays a vital role, including for PT Pamapersada Nusantara. To maintain the continuity of its business process activities, PT Pamapersada Nusantara is aware of the need for continuous control. This control effort is closely related to the increased risk from the application of information technology. Risks that have a negative impact have the potential to threaten the sustainability of the organization's business activities if they reach certain criteria, making it a disaster. This has prompted PT Pamapersada Nusantara to prepare for the possibility of a disaster. The purpose of this activity is to prepare an IT Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP). DRP is a type of contingency plan that includes the preparation and response of an organization in the event of a disaster. The preparation of this DRP is guided by the NIST SP 800-34 framework, which begins with risk identification and assessment, Business Impact Analysis (BIA), identification of preventive controls and preparation of contingency strategies. After these steps have been taken, it is continued with the development of a contingency plan which includes plans for the activation phase, recovery phase and reconstitution phase. The result of this activity is a DRP document that is adapted to the organizational conditions of PT Pamapersada Nusantara. This DRP document contains a service recovery guide along with preventive measures before a disaster occurs. Keywords : disaster, risk, disaster recovery plan, NIST SP 800-34.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the feasibility of producing briquettes from rubber wood and rice husks as a step towards sustainable energy diversification. Qualitative and quantitative analyses were conducted on the raw materials, considering their physical and chemical properties as well as calorific values. The production process involves drying, grinding, mixing, compacting, and forming using simple technology. Feasibility study results show positive attributes of the briquettes, with low ash content at 1%, high calorific value at 5016 kJ, and low moisture content at 0.9%. Briquettes offer potential as clean and efficient energy sources. Economic analysis reveals an NPV of IDR 407,729 and an IRR of 20%, surpassing the 12% case of capital rate. Overall, this briquette production signifies a viable and sustainable energy diversification effort, contributing to environmentally friendly energy source development.

Abstract

Arbitration is an increasingly developing dispute resolution mechanism in Indonesia, particularly in the business and trade sectors. To ensure its credibility and effectiveness, ethical standards in arbitration practice must be strictly enforced. This study analyzes the implementation of ethical standards in arbitration in Indonesia, the challenges faced, and solutions for strengthening oversight and enforcement mechanisms. Some key challenges identified include conflicts of interest among arbitrators, lack of transparency in arbitration processes, and weak regulations and sanction mechanisms for ethical violations. Using a normative-empirical legal research method, this study highlights the importance of regulatory reforms, enhancing the role of supervisory institutions, and utilizing technology in the arbitration system. The implementation of digital registration systems, blockchain, and artificial intelligence (AI) can improve transparency and accountability in arbitration in Indonesia. With stricter oversight strategies, arbitration is expected to become a fairer, more efficient, and more credible dispute resolution mechanism.
