The need for electricity is crucial in modern life, but the depletion of fossil fuel resources and their negative impact on the environment has led to the need for alternative, sustainable, and renewable energy sources. One of the most widely used renewable energy sources is hydro energy, which can be harnessed through the use of water turbine generators. This research aims to design, prototype, and test the performance of a mini-series and parallel water turbine generator system with a 24-volt system. Furthermore, this research will evaluate the difference in performance between the series and parallel systems and analyze the efficiency of the mini-series and parallel water turbine generator system. The focus of this research is on the efficiency of the water turbine generator system with variations in water flow, but it does not cover large-scale industrial applications. This research aims to provide sustainable and environmentally friendly energy sources as an alternative to conventional energy sources. The results of this research can serve as a reference for researchers and practitioners interested in the development of renewable energy sources, particularly water turbine generators. In the testing, the Series Turbine Series Generator system with a water flow rate of 6.38 L/min produced a maximum power of 2.43 watts, while the Parallel Turbine Series Generator system with a water flow rate of 13.01 L/min produced a maximum power of 2.142 watts. The efficiency ratio between the Series Generator and Parallel Generator is 1.5, with the Series Generator achieving a maximum efficiency of 38.6% in the Series Turbine Series Generator system, and the Parallel Generator achieving a maximum efficiency of 25.3% in the Series Turbine Parallel Generator system.

The purpose of this study is to find out how empowering leaderhsip and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) influence the performance of Matahari Department Store employees, Lippo Karawaci. The population of this research is 115 people, using purposive sampling method, the research sample is 87 people. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that empowering leadership and OCB partially have a significant influence on the performance of Matahari Department Store Lippo Karawaci employees. Simultaneously empowering leadership and OCB have a significant influence on the employee performance of Matahari Department Store Lippo Karawaci. And the most dominant influence on employee performance is empowering leadership.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana loyalitas pegawai pada kantor Camat Monta Kabupaten Bima. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan data kuantitatif dari sumber data primer. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dengan skala likert. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang bekerja di Kantor Camat Monta Kabupaten Bima sebanyak 40 orang pegawai, yang terdiri dari 20 orang PNS dan 20 orang pegawai kontrak/honda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 orang pegawai pada kantor Camat Monta Kabupaten Bima dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang diguanakn yaitu observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji t (t-test one sample). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Loyalitas Kerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Camat Monta Kabupaten Bima lebih dari 75% dari kriteria yang diharapkan (Loyal)

Representation has various forms in conveying ideas, such as symbols, verbal, graphs, and tables. In changing from the source representation to the requested target representation, students must have representational translation skills, especially in algebra. Representational translation ability is important for students because it can prevent misunderstanding in solving math problems and help understanding algebra material. This study aims to describe the representational translation ability of students with different levels of mathematical ability in the algebra material of class VIII MTs PSM Tanen. The results showed that students with high mathematical ability were able to fulfill most of the indicators for representational translation from verbal form to symbolic form (V-S), but not fully on the translation from symbolic to verbal form (S-V). Students with moderate mathematical ability can fulfill most of the V-S indicators, but have limitations in S-V. Meanwhile, students with low mathematics ability were not able to fulfill the V-S or S-V indicators. In conclusion, representational translation ability varies between students with high, medium, and low mathematics ability. Students need to be helped to improve this translational ability in order to understand and solve math problems better, especially in algebra material.

Background: Investment efficiency is expected to mitigate agency problems in investment decision-making. However, the role of investment efficiency in accounting performance-based pay is less well-known. Purpose: This study investigates the moderating effects of investment efficiency on the nexus between accounting performance and executive compensation, which is termed accounting performance-based pay. We predict that executives at firms with more investment efficiency will receive a higher accounting performance-based pay. Design/methodology/approach: This study uses a sample comprising 888 firm-year observations of non-financial companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2010 to 2018.Finding/result: Using the level of investment efficiency and executive cash compensation as measures, we find that executive accounting performance-based pay significantly increases in investment-efficient firms. We also find that the association between investment efficiency and accounting pay-for-performance sensitivity is consistent with a robustness check using a different measure of investment efficiency. Conclusion: Our findings suggest that Indonesian firms generally incorporate relative investment efficiency when designing executive compensation contracts. Originality/value (state of the art): This study fills an important gap in the literature on the role of investment efficiency and the use of accounting performance-based pay to address empirical evidence of the incentive alignment effect of strategic decision-making. A hospital is an integral part of a social and health organization with the function of providing complete (comprehensive) services, curing disease (curative) and preventing disease (preventive) to the community. The quality of nursing services is service to patients that is based on expertise standards for the patient's needs and desires, so that patients can obtain satisfaction which ultimately can increase trust in the hospital. Patient satisfaction can also be interpreted as a consumer attitude, namely several degrees of liking or disliking the service they have experienced. This type of research is an illustrative study using a cross sectional analytical study design. The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between the quality of nursing services and patient satisfaction at the Dr. Regional General Hospital. RM. Djoelham Binjai in 2023. In this research, the sampling technique was carried out by taking 20% of the total population, namely 20% of 150 = 30 people. The results of hypothesis testing to see the relationship between variable 0.05). Conclusion: There is a relationship between the quality of nursing services and patient satisfaction at the Dr. Regional General Hospital. RM. Djoelham Binjai in 2024.

This research aims to describe the implementation of the PBL model with the help of illustration media. Describe the increase in creative thinking skills after implementing the PBL model. This type of research, classroom action research (CAR). The subject of this research aims to improve creative thinking skills in science and social learning using the PBL model with the help of illustrative image media. The target students are 16 people and come from class 4th Grade of SD Muhammadiyah 18 Surabaya, there are 7 girls and 9 boys in this class. The research was conducted in the odd semester of 2023. Data collection techniques such as observation and tests were used to collect data for this research. Based on the results, there have been changes and improvements in students’ creative thinking from the first cycle, 6 students (37.5%) were very creative, there were 10 students (62.5%) who were not creative, whereas in the second cycle there had been a lot of improvement, there were 15 students (93.75%) who were very creative and only 1 student (6.25%) who was not creative, in connection with the above, we can say that: 4th grade students of SD Muhammadiyah 18 Surabaya benefit from implementing the PBL model in their science and social learning, this shows that 4th grade students of SD Muhammadiyah 18 Surabaya gain increased creative thinking skills when they study science and social.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mendeskripsikan kreativitas siswa dengan self efficacy tinggi dalam memecahkan masalah pada materi SPLDV kelas VIII di MTsN 2 Kota Blitar, (2) untuk mendeskripsikan kreativitas siswa dengan self efficacy rendah dalam memecahkan masalah pada materi SPLDV kelas VIII di MTsN 2 Kota Blitar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian adalah MTsN 2 Kota Blitar. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 2 siswa dengan self efficacy tinggi, dan 2 siswa dengan self efficacy rendah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, tes, angket, dan wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan ketekunan pengamatan, triangulasi, dan diskusi dengan teman sejawat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, 1) kreativitas siswa dengan self efficacy tinggi dalam memecahkan masalah materi SPLDV mampu mencapai kreativitas tingkat 3 (kreatif) dengan indikator yang dipenuhi yaitu kefasihan dan fleksibilitas, atau kefasihan dan kebaruan, (2) kreativitas siswa dengan self efficacy rendah dalam memecahkan masalah materi SPLDV terdapat variasi yaitu terdapat siswa yang mampu mencapai kreativitas tingkat 1 (kurang kreatif) dengan indikator yang dipenuhi adalah kefasihan dan terdapat siswa yang mencapai kreativitas tingkat 0 (tidak kreatif) dimana tidak ada indikator yang terpenuhi.Kata Kunci: Kreativitas; Memecahkan Masalah; SPLDV; Self efficacy

Perkawinan beda agama adalah salah satu isu krusial dan sensitif bagi Masyarakat yang majemuk seperti di Indonesia. Hal ini disebabkan karena setiap agama memiliki dasar hukum masing-masing dalam menilai suatu perkawinan. Secara yuridis formal keabsahan dan pencatatan perkawinan telah diatur dalam Pasal 2 Undang-Undang Perkawinan. Akan tetapi masalahnya adalah bagaimana apabila terjadi perkawinan antar umat yang berbeda agama sedangkan perkawinan tersebut dilarang oleh agamanya; dan bagaimana melakukan pencatatan dalam registrasi negara terhadap perkawinan yang dilarang oleh agama tersebut. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan hukum perundang-undangan dan konseptual. Datanya menggunakan data sekunder yang berasal dari kajian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara normatif yuridis keabsahan perkawinan ditentukan oleh hukum dari agama masing-masing mempelai. Sehingga perkawinan beda agama hukumnya dapat berbeda-beda. Pencatatan perkawinan bukanlah penentu keabsahan perkawinan, akan tetapi ketiadaan pencatatan akan menentukan posisi hukum para pihak dikemudian hari. Perkawinan beda agama yang statusnya keabsahannya masih dipertanyakan membutuhkan pencatatan melalui registrasi oleh negara. Pencatatan perkawinan tidak dapat dilakukan oleh negara apabila masalah keabsahan belum selesai. Oleh karena ada kebuntuan pada hukum agama, maka melalui Pasal 35 Undang-Undang Nomor 24 Tahun 2013 membolehkan pencatatan perkawinan atas dasar penetapan yang dikeluarkan oleh pengadilan. Akan tetapi Pasal 35 tersebut menjadi tumpang tindih (overlapping) dengan ketentuan dalam Pasal 2 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Perkawinan. Sehingga seharusnya hakim pengadilan dapat membedakan hukum dari agama yang membolehkan dan yang melarang perkawinan beda agama. Sehingga bagi hukum agama yang melarang, maka hakim harus berani menolak permohonan penetapan pencatatan perkawinan tersebut.

This study aims to examine the effects of emotional intelligence and learning independence on students' learning activities at SMP Negeri in North Tambusai District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The population of this study consisted of 3,037 students, with a sample size of 354 students. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Quantitative descriptive analysis and path analysis were employed for data analysis. The results indicate that both emotional intelligence and learning independence significantly influence learning activities by enhancing learning motivation. These findings highlight the importance of considering psychological factors in improving students' motivation and learning activities, offering valuable insights for efforts to enhance the quality of education.
