This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing and describing: 1) the influence of madrasa principal leadership on teacher performance; 2) the effect of academic supervision of madrasa supervisors on teacher performance; 3) the influence of the leadership of the madrasah principal and academic supervision of the supervisor together on teacher performance. The method used in this study refers to quantitative descriptive. This research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah in Lempuing Jaya District with a sample of 64 people. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires, observation and documentation. The validity test was carried out through expert and construct validation tests, and the instrument was declared valid. Data analysis was carried out through prerequisite tests, namely normality, linearity, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. After testing the prerequisites, the analysis was carried out through a regression test. The results obtained state that partially 1) the leadership of the madrasa principal has an effect on teacher performance, with a fairly high influence, namely 47.4%. 2) Academic supervision of supervisors also contributes to the influence of teacher performance which is categorized as high enough, namely 55.8%. Simultaneous testing stated that the leadership of the madrasah principal and academic supervision by the madrasa supervisor contributed quite a high influence to the teacher’s performance, namely 62.3% while the remaining 37.7%. Therefore, the hypothesis regarding the effect of the two independent variables on the dependent variable is accepted.

This study aims to describe how school principal supervision at SMPT Al-Muhibbin Betung in Banyuasin Regency improved educational quality. This research strategy uses a qualitative, descriptive methodology. Teachers and school principals are sources of study data. Techniques for gathering data that include interviewing, observing, and documenting. Techniques for data analysis include data reduction, data display, and data verification/deduction. According to the study’s findings, SMPT Al-Muhibbiin Betung Betung Regency’s school principals’ oversight of efforts to raise academic standards is rated as good. The quality of education in schools is improved by the policies of the principals. It is believed that the infrastructure and amenities of schools do not adequately support children’ learning needs.

This study aims to identify and analyze: (1) Principal’s strategy during the Covid-19 pandemic in realizing effective learning at SMP Negeri 8 Rambang Kuang; (2) Implementation of learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic at SMP Negeri 8 Rambang Kuang; (3) Supervision of learning implementation during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMP Negeri 8 Rambang Kuang. This is qualitative research with descriptive method. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 8 Rambang Kuang. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The validity of the data was tested by triangulation. The results of the study show that the principal’s strategy to realize effective learning is carried out by optimizing support facilities for online teaching and learning activities, and also increasing a sense of security and comfort for all school residents from the threat of the spread of the covid-19 virus by completing the facilities and infrastructure to prevent the transmission of the covid-19. Online learning still experiences many obstacles, such as when the lights go out, the internet signal is lost, the data quota is expensive, students spend a lot of their daily time playing instead of studying, the lack of interaction between teachers and students has an impact on the decline in the character values of students. To ensure the online learning process is carried out properly, the principal continues to directly supervise and evaluate any obstacles that occur.

This research was conducted at SD Negeri 1 Rejosari, East OKU Regency, it was found that the physical condition of students at SD Negeri 1 Rejosari, East OKU Regency during the post COVID-19 pandemic, they had not experienced physical decline, as seen from warming up, they had experienced fatigue even though they had not entered the core material of PJOK (Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatanlearning). So, I as a researcher am very enthusiastic to know the physical fitness of these students. With the state or condition after the pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine how far the physical fitness level of SDN 1 Rejosari students after the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method is quantitative descriptive research, namely research by giving tests to students, so that physical fitness results are obtained and analysis is carried out. The instrument used in this study was the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (Tes Kesegaran Jasmani Indonesia). The test items consisted of a 40-meter sprint, a bent elbow hanging test, a 30-second sitting lie test measured using a sit up test, an upright jump and 600-meter run. The data analysis used in this study calculated the physical fitness performance of SDN 1 Rejosari students after the COVID-19 pandemic. The results state that the analysis of the physical fitness of SDN 1 Rejosari students after the COVID-19 pandemic is still lacking.

This study aims to describe how the implementation of the driving school program in improving the quality of education at SMAN South Sumatra. This research was conducted at the South Sumatra High School located in Jakabaring, Palembang, South Sumatra. implementation in this research activity, namely for two months from November 10 to December 10, 2022. The research is a type of qualitative research with an analytical descriptive flow that has the aim of proving various kinds of norms and theories regarding the quality of education in terms of the Pancasila Strengthening Project Bangunlah jiwa and Body and its application to the object of research. In qualitative research, the information obtained is generally in the form of words, and descriptive, and the majority is not in the form of numbers. Collecting data and information obtained by researchers while in the field by obtaining direct surveys and documentation and research results, almost 90% of students can implement the driving school program to improve education at SMAN South Sumatra from the results of the researcher’s evaluation.

In conjunction with schools and teachers, the family plays a significant part in teaching kids how learning should be done. This research seeks to ascertain Family preparation for the teaching strategy the instructor used during the Covid-19 epidemic and the Challenges parents and educators experienced during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 231 Palembang. This research is done using qualitative research. While the research approach or pattern used in this study uses a descriptive research approach pattern. The subjects or sources of data in this study were teachers, non-religious teachers, and parents of students. In this study, there are two sources of data, namely: primary data and secondary data. Researchers use data collection techniques that Interview, Documentation study. Based on the results, of this study SD Negeri 231 Palembang implemented online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The role of parents in the Covid-19 pandemic situation has a fundamental position. Moreover, all delivery of material is carried out online and requires technological facilities to be provided to children, so the participation of parents in accompanying their children is very much needed. If in conventional learning the role of parents at home is limited to being parents to their children, in online learning apart from being parents at home, students’ parents also act as educators, mentors, motivators, and facilitators. Obstacles experienced by parents and teachers can be a challenge for parents and teachers by providing appropriate solutions to overcome the obstacles experienced by teachers.

A teacher’s level of professional competence is mostly determined by elements inside of him or her. The effectiveness and efficiency of the principal determine the success of a given institution. The goal of the study was to determine how the principal’s management style and the characteristics of teachers affected the teachers’ professional competency in the SD Negeri Belida Darat district. This study helps all members of the teaching staff by enhancing instructors’ professional competence. The goal of this study was to identify and characterize the relationship between the professional competence of public elementary school teachers in the Belida Darat sub-district, Muara Enim district, and the principal’s leadership and teacher character. The approach taken is called the survey technique, and it explains how the independent variables principal leadership (X1) and teacher character (X2)-have an impact on the dependent variable, or the teacher’s professional competence (Y). Quantitative analysis will be used to analyze and analyze all of the data gathered. All of the instructors and administrators of the public elementary schools in Belida Darat District, Muara Enim Regency, make up the population. Each school is used in the research sample. The leadership of the principal has a substantial impact on teachers’ professional competence, as shown by the significant value of 0.000, which is smaller than the probability of 0.05, and the t count of 7.715, which is higher than the t table of 1.9886. The value of the relationship between a teacher’s character and professional skill is substantial.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the inclusion education policy at the Regional Technical Implementation Unit SD Negeri 4 Koba, analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of inclusion education at the Regional Technical Implementation Unit SD Negeri 4 Koba Education Unit and provide recommendations for solutions for the development of inclusion education at the Regional Technical Implementation Unit SD Negeri 4 Koba Education Unit. This study used a qualitative approach, with observation, interview and documentation methods. The respondents in this study consisted of school principals, teachers and education staff, parents, heads of the Central Bangka Regency Education Office, psychologists and Office of Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection. The results of the study concluded that the implementation of the inclusive education policy at the Regional Technical Implementation Unit Education Unit SD Negeri 4 Koba has been going well, but still needs some improvement and support from the local government.

This study aims to produce valid and appropriate Indonesian language learning media material for storytelling fiction and non-fiction. The type of research being developed is Research and Development (R&D) referring to the 4D model, namely Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate. This research produced a product in the form of a maze puzzle with a size of 70 cm × 60 cm with wood or plywood as the basic material. Data analysis techniques were carried out using percentage calculations which were then described to obtain valid and feasible media results. Based on the results of data analysis using media validation, a percentage of 82% was obtained with very valid criteria, and for material expert results, a percentage of 80% was obtained with valid criteria, then the results of the student response questionnaire from one to one results obtained an average value of 90.8% with the criteria very feasible, then the small group questionnaire results obtained an average score of 90.2% with very feasible criteria and the field test obtained an average value of 94.64% with very feasible criteria. It can be seen from the group of criteria included in the criteria 81% - 100% with a very decent category. Thus, it can be concluded that the maze puzzle media in Indonesian language learning storytelling material can be said to be valid and feasible.

The problem in this research is still the low ability of players to perform block techniques. It can be seen that during training many cannot block the ball when they want to block. Students who have not mastered the correct blocking techniques and students who lack confidence when they want to block. Lack of balance when jumping when blocking. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of Squat Body Training and Vertical Jump exercises on the results of the Smash Block Volleyball Game of Extracurricular Students SMP Negeri 38 Palembang. This research method uses experimental research. This research design uses a pretest-posttest design. The study provided the treatment of exercise A and exercise B without not comparing with the results of the control group. The independent variable in this study was in the form of body training squat exercises and vertical jump exercises, while the dependent variable was in the form of smash block results of extracurricular students of SMP Negeri 38 Palembang. In pretest and posttest charts. The data analysis technique used in this research using SPSS 26 is by using anova at a significant level of α= 0.05. The results showed that there is influence of squat body training and vertical jump training on the results of smash block volleyball game extracurricular students.
