Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of destination image, tourist motivation, perceived value, and tourist satisfaction on tourist loyalty to Sunda Kelapa Port. The research method uses a quantitative research design by distributing questionnaires. A total of 256 respondents were sampled using purposive sampling technique. The research objects in this study were respondents aged 18-65 years and had visited Sunda Kelapa Port at least three times in the past year. This research uses SPSS version 23 software and SEM (Structural Equation Model) from AMOS software to analyze and process research data. The research results show that: first, destination image, tourist motivation, and perceived value have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction. Second, perceived value and tourist satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on tourist loyalty. Third, destination image and tourist motivation has no influence on tourist loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social media marketing, brand image, product quality on purchase intention and purchase decision for consumers of café on the wheels Jago Coffee. The research method uses Quantitative with a survey approach. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling sampling with criteria. The criteria used are, have bought Jago Coffee at least once in the last 4 months, live in Jakarta City, know the existence of Instagram social media from Jago Coffee (@Jagoid) and have seen the content. The sample in this study were 303 respondents. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through AMOS 23 software and SPSS version 25 to analyze and manage research data. The results of this study indicate that: first, social media marketing, brand image, product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Second, social media marketing, brand image, product quality, and purchase intention have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth, brand image¸ brand experience, and brand trust on repurchase intention on healthy instant noodle products. The research method used in this research is quantitative method by distributing questionnaires. Sampling using purposive sampling technique by obtaining 341 respondents as samples. The population in this study are consumers of healthy instant noodle products who live in the DKI Jakarta area and have consumed at least one healthy instant noodle product in the last six months. This research was processed using SPSS version 26.0 software and SEM (Structural Equation Model) through AMOS to analyze and generate data from this study. The results of this study indicate that: First, electronic word of mouth, brand image¸ brand experience have a positive and significant influence on brand trust. Second, electronic word of mouth, brand image¸ brand experience, and brand trust have a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the effect of flash sales, live shopping, and consumer trust on positive emotion in influencing impulsive buying behavior. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires from 251 respondents who are Shopee e-commerce users in Bekasi City. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method through AMOS software. The results showed that flash sales and live shopping have a positive and significant influence on impulsive buying and positive emotion. In addition, consumer trust was also found to play an important role in increasing positive emotion which in turn encourages impulsive buying behavior. These findings confirm that promotional factors and consumer trust play an important role in creating positive emotions that can trigger spontaneous purchase decisions on e-commerce platforms.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how social media marketing, customer relationship management, and customer value contribute to customer loyalty and their impact on customer satisfaction. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected through questionnaires from 226 respondents who are users of online travel agent services Traveloka in Jakarta. The data analysis technique employed is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance of AMOS and SPSS software. The study results reveal that social media marketing strategies and customer relationship management play a significant role in enhancing customer loyalty as well as their satisfaction. Additionally, customer value is also proven to be a crucial factor in strengthening customer loyalty, which ultimately contributes to increased customer satisfaction. These findings emphasize that effective digital marketing, strong customer engagement, and providing added value can foster customer loyalty, which in turn positively impacts their satisfaction in using online travel agent services.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah meneliti pengaruh dari brand image, trust, perceived quality dan perceived price terhadap purchase intention rokok elektrik (vape) merek HexOhm. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat kuantitatif. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 255 responden berusia 17-44 tahun yang merokok dan tertarik menggunakan vape yang berada di DKI Jakarta. Purposive sampling dipilih sebagai metode pengambilan sampel penelitian ini. Menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga sampel yang diambil memiliki ciri tertentu. Ciri tersebut antara lain: 1) Berdomisili di DKI Jakarta, 2) Usia ≥ 18 tahun, 3) Merokok, dan 4) Tertarik atau menggunakan rokok elektrik. Hasil analisis data primer dilakukan dengan metode Struktural Equation Modeling (SEM). Adapun skala pengukuran yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu skala likert 1–6. Diuraikan dari sangat tidak setuju, tidak setuju, agak tidak setuju, agak setuju, setuju dan sangat setuju. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pada brand image terhadap trust, perceived quality dan percieved price. Selanjutnya terdapat pengaruh perceived price terhadap purchase intention. Kemudian trust dan perceived quality tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap purchase intention.

Abstract

Salah satu potensi Desa Cisaat yang turut menjadi perhatian Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Subang termasuk diantaranya adalah membatik. Membatik menjadi kegiatan yang difokuskan oleh pemerintah daerah setempat belakangan ini, hal ini dibuktikan dengan didirikannya rumah batik di Desa Cisaat. Pendirian rumah batik tersebut tidak lain sebagai bentuk realisasi atas tujuan pemerintah daerah untuk menjadikan Desa Cisaat sebagai desa wisata batik. Melalui rumah batik ini, sebagian besar penduduk mengasah keterampilan mereka dalam mengukir motif batik khas Desa Cisaat yang identik dengan kekayaan alam di lingkungan sekitar mereka. Ada pun melalui kesenian batik tersebut, nama Desa Cisaat pun berhasil unggul, bahkan hingga ke kancah internasional. Dalam penciptaan motif batik, sebagian besar warga terinspirasi dari kekayaan alam yang tersedia di Desa Cisaat, seperti perkebunan nanas dan teh. Motif-motif tersebut berhasil menarik daya beli masyarakat, khususnya wisatawan Desa Cisaat. Keunggulan diatas tidak lantas luput dari kekurangan yang ada, dengan ragam motif yang terbatas dengan objek yang itu-itu saja, dikhawatirkan kesenian batik Desa Cisaat akan mengalami kejenuhan. Untuk itu, kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pendampingan terhadap komunitas Desa Cisaat, Kecamatan Ciater, Kabupaten Subang, dalam hal peningkatan ragam motif batik, terkhususnya untuk generasi milenial. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga bertujuan untuk meningkatkan strategi media promosi untuk memasarkan kerajinan batik warga Desa Cisaat, melalui pemasaran digital, mengingat kondisi warga Cisaat yang masih minim pengetahuan akan hal tersebut. Kegiatan ini menargetkan luaran, diantaranya menciptakan ragam motif batik baru, berupa motif batik petani dan kesenian tradisional. Selain itu, luaran lainnya yaitu pendaftaran motif batik itu sendiri. Begitu juga melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan pihak masyarakat desa dapat mengoptimalkan penggunaan media sosial sebagai media pemasaran, memahami tata cara pembuatan konten marketing yang unik, mampu mendesain brosur yang menarik untuk mempromosikan keunggulan desa, dan melibatkan influencer sebagai salah satu media promosi. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh product quality, perceived price, dan store atmosphere terhadap customer satisfaction. Serta menguji pengaruh product quality, perceived price, store atmosphere dan customer satisfaction terhadap customer loyalty. Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah DKI Jakarta, menggunakan metode survei dengan penyebaran kuesioner melalui Microsoft Form. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan yang pernah mengunjungi dan melakukan pembelian di coffee shop lokal berkonsep industrial dalam kurun waktu tiga bulan terakhir, berdomisili di DKI Jakarta, dan berusia minimal 17 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan purposive sampling, dengan total sampel sebanyak 212 responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data SEM (Structural Equation Modelling). Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh product quality, perceived price, dan store atmosphere. Loyalitas pelanggan dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh suasana toko dan kepuasan pelanggan. Loyalitas pelanggan ditemukan tidak dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh variabel product quality dan perceived price.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh antara destination attraction terhadap tourist satisfaction, destination attraction terhadap tourist motivation, destination attraction terhadap tourist Loyalty, tourist satisfaction terhadap revisit intention, tourist motivation terhadap revisit intention, dan tourist loyalty terhadap revisit intention. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan baik secara langsung maupun online. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25 dan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan software AMOS versi 24 untuk mengelola data dan menganalisis data hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis-hipotesis yang diajukan mengenai pengaruh Destination Attraction terhadap Tourist Satisfaction, Destination Attraction terhadap Tourist Motivation, Destination Attraction terhadap Tourist Loyalty, Tourist Satisfaction terhadap Revisit Intention, Tourist Motivation terhadap Revisit Intention, Tourist Loyalty terhadap Revisit Intention diterima dan memiliki signifikansi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find variables that affect the intention of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to use e-marketplaces. Innovation diffusion theory (IDT) and the technology acceptance model (TAM) are applied in this study to understand how MSMEs adapt to e-marketplaces. While IDT shows how innovation can be accepted and used, TAM shows how MSMEs can accept and use technology through perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and attitude characteristics. IDT's approach in this study is limited to compatibility, which is a decisive element in the selection of MSMEs to join the e-marketplace. The perceived trust factor in this study is suggested to support the impact of compatibility on MSMEs' intention to use e-marketplaces. This study uses a survey methodology using questionnaires. A total of 219 samples were taken from MSMEs in Tangerang City, Indonesia, who are at least 17 years old and have previously used the e-marketplace. According to the findings, compatibility significantly influenced the intention to use through perceived trust intervention factors, but the intention to use was not significantly influenced by the intervention variables of attitude, perceived usefulness, or perceived ease of use. The findings of this study have implications for digital marketing plans and strategies for MSMEs and marketplace companies and government policy guidance.
