Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has significantly transformed the socio-cultural dynamics of society, including Islamic-based early childhood education. This article aims to analyze socio-cultural dynamics and the transmission of Islamic values in character education for early childhood in the digital era, using RA Muslimat 12 as a case study. The study is grounded in the phenomenon of increasing digital technology use in family and educational settings, which simultaneously presents opportunities and challenges for character formation. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews with the head of the institution, teachers, parents, and documentation of learning activities. The findings reveal that socio-cultural dynamics in the digital era influence interaction patterns among children, teachers, and parents in both learning processes and value habituation. The transmission of Islamic values at RA Muslimat 12 is carried out through curriculum integration, teacher role modeling, habituation of religious practices, and the selective and contextual use of digital media. This article emphasizes that Islamic value-based character education for early childhood in the digital era requires strong synergy between educational institutions, families, and the broader social environment, while remaining grounded in humanistic and moderate Islamic pedagogical principles.

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the leadership of gender-based female principals at the primary school level in Barebbo Sub-district, Bone Regency, South Sulawesi. The purpose of this study is to describe how gender-based principal leadership is based on the character and context of leadership. The study was adopted from the Gender and Leadership approach based on the FourC-PITO concept. Character is an individual trait or personality and the values that a person believes in. Character in educational leadership relates to self-confidence, independence, responsibility, gender stereotypes, interpersonal relationships, and team management. Context is the physical, psychological, social, economic environment and various situations. Context in leadership is related to stress management, differences in gender relations, socio-cultural conditions, the number of human resources, and work status. The sampling methodology used purposive sampling with informants as many as 5 female principals. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The research data were obtained using interviews, observation and documentation. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results showed that: (1) The leadership character of elementary school principals in Barebbo Subdistrict, Bone Regency, generally has confidence, is responsible, open to other people's ideas, maintains interpersonal relationships, is democratic, and has good management. (2) The most prominent contexts for gender-based principal leadership are educational strata, gender equality, family relationships, number of resources, work status, regional origin, and teacher adaptability. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan bagaimana kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berbasis gender berdasarkan karakter dan konteks kepemimpinan. Metodologi pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan informan sebanyak 5 kepala sekolah perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Karakter kepemimpinan kepala sekolah SD di Kecamatan Barebbo Kabupaten Bone pada umumnya memiliki kepercayaan diri, bertanggung jawab, terbuka terhadap gagasan orang lain, menjaga relasi interpersonal, demokratis, dan memiliki manajemen yang baik. (2) Konteks yang paling menonjol pada kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berbasis gender berupa, strata pendidikan, kesamaan gender, hubungan kekeluargaan, jumlah sumberdaya, status kerja, asal daerah, dan kemampuan adaptasi guru. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the use of the System Application and Product in Data Processing (SAP) in warehouse management at PT Givaudan Indonesia, Depok. The main issue addressed is the discrepancy between system-recorded stock data and physical inventory, which is caused by human factors and technical constraints. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method supported by quantitative data obtained from questionnaires distributed to 12 warehouse operational respondents. The results indicate that the implementation of SAP at PT Givaudan Indonesia, Depok, is categorized as highly effective, with an average score of 4.31 out of 5.00. The primary strengths of the system are its support for the First Expired First Out (FEFO) principle (4.42) and the speed of data input (4.42). However, this effectiveness is still hindered by operator discipline in scanning activities (3.75) as well as network and system stability issues (3.75).

Abstract

Rohis activities in schools play an important role in shaping students' religious character, but there is still a gap between the potential role of Rohis and the low interest in worship and involvement of some students in religious activities. This indicates the importance of effective da'wah communication strategies in attracting student attention and participation. This study aims to analyze the influence of da'wah communication strategies on students' interest in worship and involvement in Rohis activities at Dharmawangsa High School, Medan. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 32 Rohis members selected using census techniques. Data were analyzed using linear regression and t-tests. The results showed that da'wah communication strategies significantly influenced students' interest in worship and involvement. The coefficient of determination showed that da'wah communication strategies contributed 86.4% to interest in worship and 57.8% to student involvement, while the remainder was influenced by other factors outside this study. These results confirm that effective, persuasive, and student-specific communication strategies can improve the quality of Rohis activities and provide practical implications for Rohis instructors and schools to design innovative, creative, interactive, and relevant approaches to the world of students.

Abstract

The era of global transformation, marked by the rapid advancement of information technology, the globalization of thought, and the openness of religious discourse, has brought serious implications for the sustainability of Ahlussunnah wal Jama’ah (Aswaja). On the one hand, religious radicalism develops through rigid and exclusive textual interpretations; on the other hand, religious liberalism emerges through approaches that tend to be relativistic and deconstructive toward Islamic teachings. Both currents pose ideological challenges to the existence of Aswaja as a moderate Islamic manhaj. This article aims to analyze the forms of challenges posed by radicalism and liberalism to the sustainability of Aswaja in the era of global transformation and to reaffirm the relevance of Aswaja values in maintaining religious balance. This study employs a qualitative approach, utilizing a library research method to analyze classical and contemporary literature related to Aswaja, radicalism, and liberalism. The findings indicate that Aswaja principles such as tawassuth (moderation), tawazun (balance), tasamuh (tolerance), and i‘tidal (justice) play a strategic role in responding to global challenges and sustaining moderate Islam. Therefore, strengthening the internalization of Aswaja values is an urgent necessity in addressing the dynamics of contemporary Islamic thought.   Keywords: Aswaja, Radicalism, Liberalism, Global Transformation, Moderate Islam
