Abstract

This study examines the practice of sapambari in the ijarah (wage contract) system of the Banjar community, where remuneration is not agreed upon in a specific amount at the outset, but rather entrusted to the sincerity of the service user. This practice contrasts with the DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 112/DSN-MUI/IX/2017, which stipulates that the amount or quality of ujrah must be clearly defined in any ijarah contract. The study aims to explore the sociocultural reasons behind the use of sapambari and evaluate its validity within the framework of Islamic economic law. Employing an empirical legal research method with a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews and document analysis involving 22 informants from the Banjar community. The findings identify four main factors contributing to the practice: (1) the habit of service users not specifying wages at the beginning; (2) the habit of providers not stating the wage amount; (3) the perception that the result of work is a gift rather than compensation; and (4) the influence of Islamic boarding school education. From the perspective of Islamic economic law, the absence of specific ujrah is legitimized through the principle of ‘urf (custom), rendering the ijarah contract with sapambari remuneration legally valid. The study implies the necessity of incorporating cultural practices into the formulation of local Sharia-based legal norms.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan bertanya guru terhadap motivasi siswa dalam belajar matematika. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Responden penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa memiliki motivasi belajar matematika dengan kategori yang baik dengan keterampilan bertanya guru yang juga baik dengan persentase 65%. guru dan siswa saling berkolaborasi. Guru memiliki tugas untuk membimbing dan memberikan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dengan cara yang baik pula agar siswa memiliki motivasi yang lebih baik khususnya mengikuti pembelajaran matematika di kelas. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat meneliti tentang motivasi belajar siswa belajar matematika namunn dengan kemampuan guru mengajar lainnya. Kata Kunci: bertanya guru, motivasi siswa dalam belajar matemaika THE IMPORTANCE OF TEACHER'S ASKING ABILITY TO STUDENT'S MOTIVATION IN LEARNING MATHEMATICS   ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the teacher's ability to ask questions on student motivation in learning mathematics. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The respondents of this study were students of class XII. The results of this study indicate that students have a good category of motivation to learn mathematics with the teacher's questioning skills are also good with a percentage of 65%. teachers and students collaborate with each other. Teachers have a duty to guide and provide fun learning in a good way so that students have better motivation, especially in participating in learning mathematics in class. Future research is expected to examine the motivation of students to learn mathematics but with the ability of other teachers to teach. Keywords: ask the teacher, students' motivation in learning mathematics

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play a vital role within emerging economies, such as Indonesia, yet many struggle to maintain competitiveness due to limited internal capabilities and uneven digital adoption. While market orientation and financial practices have been widely studied, few studies have examined how these strategic elements interact, particularly in the context of emerging markets where digital infrastructure and managerial resources are often constrained. This study addresses this gap by investigating the direct and indirect effects of Market Orientation and Strategic Financial Practices on Competitive Advantage, using Indonesia’s retail SMEs as the empirical setting. Grounded in Resource-Based View and Dynamic Capabilities Theory, the model incorporates three mediators: Innovation, Resource Allocation, and Financial Reporting Quality, and examines the moderating role of Accounting Information Systems (AIS). Data were collected from 500 SMEs managers and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results confirm the significant impact of both market and financial capabilities on Competitive Advantage, and demonstrate how these relationships are amplified by innovation, effective resource use, and financial transparency. AIS also positively moderates the financial strategy–performance link, highlighting its role in digital transformation. This study provides a holistic framework for enhancing SMEs’ competitiveness and offers practical insights for policymakers and SMEs development programs.

Abstract

Carrots are a horticultural commodity rich in beta-carotene and antioxidants, but have the major disadvantage of a short shelf life due to their high moisture content. This study evaluated the effect of three drying methods, such as sun drying, oven drying, and freeze drying, on the reduction of moisture content, shelf life, and stability of carrot bioactive compounds. Each method was applied until uniform final moisture content was achieved, and then changes in antioxidant activity and beta-carotene content were analyzed. The results showed that all methods were able to reduce the moisture content and extend the shelf life of carrots. However, sun and oven drying caused significant decreases in beta-carotene and antioxidant activity. In contrast, freeze-drying gave more optimal results with minimal nutrient degradation. Therefore, freeze-drying is recommended as the best method to maintain the functional quality of dried carrots while extending their shelf life.

Abstract

In the last two decades, research on analog meat and plant-based meat alternatives has undergone significant transformation, driven by advances in science, shifts in consumer behavior, and the growing global urgency regarding the availability of sustainable protein sources. This study presents a systematic bibliometric analysis to identify trends in scientific publications, countries with the most significant contributions, the most productive authors, and the main thematic developments in the field of analog meat. Using a reputable citation database and a structured keyword search approach, scientific publications from 1966 to 2025 were mapped. The findings reveal exponential growth in the number of publications per year, a shift in regional leadership toward Asia and Europe, and the expansion of global collaborative networks. Authors and institutions with the highest citation rates are profiled, along with the identification of prominent research themes such as sustainability, sensory analysis, protein structuring, and precision fermentation. The results of this study are expected to contribute strategically to scientific advancement, industry innovation, and policy formulation that supports the transformation of food systems based on sustainable alternative proteins in the future.

Abstract

Descriptive writing skills are an essential component of Indonesian language learning. However, many students struggle to express their ideas coherently and clearly. One contributing factor is the lack of contextual and engaging teaching materials. This study aims to develop digital literacy-based teaching materials for descriptive texts to improve the writing skills of seventh-grade students at MTs Zia Salsabila Bandar Setia. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which includes Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. Data collection techniques included expert validation (content, language, and media), questionnaires for students and teachers, and writing tests (pretest and posttest). Data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative methods by calculating percentages and N-gain scores. The validation results indicated that the teaching materials were highly appropriate, with scores of 100% from the content expert, 93% from the language expert, and 90% from the media expert. Practicality was rated as excellent, based on student responses from the small group (91.8%) and large group (94.56%), and teacher responses (96%). The effectiveness of the materials was demonstrated by an increase in the average score from the pretest (56%) to the posttest (89%), with an N-gain score of 0.75, indicating a high level of improvement. These findings show that the digital literacy-based descriptive text teaching materials are effective in enhancing students’ writing skills. The study recommends the use of such materials as an innovative and interactive alternative in Indonesian language instruction.

Abstract

Kemampuan menggunakan bahasa Indonesia dengan baik dan benar merupakan keterampilan penting yang perlu dibina sejak dini. Meski demikian, masih banyak anak-anak yang belum mampu menerapkan kaidah kebahasaan secara tepat dalam komunikasi lisan sehari-hari. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan berbicara anak-anak di Desa Bandar Senembah, Lingkungan 1, agar sesuai dengan kaidah bahasa berdasarkan Pedoman Umum Ejaan Bahasa Indonesia (PUEBI) dan Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia (KBBI). Pelatihan dilakukan menggunakan metode interaktif seperti permainan bahasa, simulasi percakapan, dan evaluasi praktik berbicara. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan dalam menyusun kalimat, memilih kosakata yang sesuai, serta memperbaiki intonasi dan pelafalan. Diharapkan, pelatihan ini dapat menjadi fondasi untuk membentuk anak-anak yang fasih dan tepat dalam berbahasa Indonesia sesuai kaidah.

Abstract

Smartphone usage in children if not controlled can have an impact on health, one of which is lack of sleep needs anathoer factor that can affect sleep is fatigue after physical activity such as traditional play. This study will identify of smartphone usage, traditional play activities, sleep patterns in children, analyze the relationship of using smartphone with sleep patterns and analyze the relationship traditional play activities and sleep patterns.The study used design observasional design with cross-sectional approach. The independent variable was the use of smartphone , traditional play activity and the dependent variable was sleep patterns. The sample were 54 children on smartphone use and 54 children on traditional play activities, used probability sampling technique with the Stratified random sampling approach. The instrument on this study used questionnaire SAS , traditional play activities and PSQI, analyzed were by Spearman rho test. The results showed the level of smartphone usage is at most moderate (50.0%) and traditional play activities is at most highest (40.7%) with sleep patterns on smartphone use moderate (51.9%) and with sleep patterns on traditional play activities good (44.4%). Spearman rho test showed there is no relationship between using smartphone with sleep patterns r= 0.572 (r≤a = 0.05) and there is no relationship between traditional play activities with sleep patternsr= 0.481 (r≤a = 0.05). Implications of the results showed the use of no smartphone usage don’t have relationship with sleep patterns in children and there is traditional play activities don’t have relationship with sleep patterns in children. This research is useful for parents in monitoring play activities carried out by children

Abstract

Minat baca merupakan faktor krusial dalam perkembangan literasi dan pendidikan di Indonesia. Rendahnya minat baca di kalangan masyarakat, yang tercermin dari data UNESCO yang menunjukkan bahwa hanya 0,001% penduduk memiliki minat baca yang tinggi, menjadi tantangan besar bagi kemajuan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar teks narasi berbasis kearifan lokal sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan minat baca siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 35 Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE, yang meliputi analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar yang dikembangkan valid dan layak digunakan, serta efektif dalam meningkatkan minat baca siswa, dengan peningkatan rata-rata nilai pre-test dari 55% menjadi 82,25% pada post-test. Respon positif dari guru dan siswa juga menunjukkan tingkat kepraktisan yang tinggi, dengan persentase masing-masing 89% dan 95%. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan bahan ajar berbasis kearifan lokal diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam menciptakan proses pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia yang lebih menarik dan kontekstual.

Abstract

Era digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam pola asuh anak, khususnya dalam penggunaan perangkat digital seperti smartphone dan tablet. Anak-anak kini tumbuh dengan akses luas terhadap informasi dan hiburan yang tidak selalu aman atau sesuai dengan usia mereka. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital orang tua, khususnya ibu-ibu majelis Masjid Miftahul Falah Makassar, melalui pelatihan pemanfaatan aplikasi Google Family Link sebagai alat bantu dalam memantau dan mengontrol pemakaian gadget anak. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui metode ceramah, demonstrasi langsung penggunaan aplikasi, serta sesi tanya jawab interaktif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta merasa lebih percaya diri dalam membimbing anak mereka menggunakan gadget secara sehat dan bertanggung jawab. Aplikasi Family Link terbukti efektif dalam membantu orang tua mengatur waktu layar, menyetujui aplikasi yang akan diunduh anak, serta memantau aktivitas digital dan lokasi perangkat. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal dalam membentuk pola asuh digital yang bijak di kalangan masyarakat.
