Abstract

AbstractListening skill is a series of activities that students do to understand the set of ideas contained through teacher guidance. The general problem, whether the use of audio media can improve the skills of listening to children's fiction stories on students of grade V SDN 33 South Pontianak. Aims to improve the skills of children's fictional stories by using audio media in grade V students.This research uses descriptive method, form of action research class (PTK) and is collaborative. Subjects in this study were researchers as teachers and students of VA class which amounted to 32 students. The study was conducted in the odd semester. The procedures used are planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Techniques used are observation and scrutiny of documents, data collection tool is an observation sheet and document scrutiny sheet. Data analysis was conducted between researcher and observer collaboration. The result of skill study of children's fiction story using audio media in cycle I got the average score of 73.75. In cycle II the average score 84.84. In cycle III get an average value of 86.87. In the IV cycle obtained an average value of 90.15. And has reached the success indicator with the value of the provision 80.It can be concluded that using audio media can improve the skill of listening to children's fiction story on VA grade students of State Elementary School 33 South Pontianak. Keywords: Listening Skills, Audio Media

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research was to know the effect of discovery model on thescience process skills in learning student fifth grade Elementary School in Pontianak. The experimental reseach method was used in this research. The form of the experimental research used was one group pretest postest design. Sample in this research weer students fourth grade which consisted of 24. Instrument gatherer data of student learning the test results obtained using measurement technique. Instrument gatherer data of student learning the test results obtained from pre-test and post-test. The result of data analysis showed that mean score of student?s post-test was 72,50Based on t-test analysis, thitung of  (8,81) and ttabel (1,714). Which means, thitung (8,81) >ttabel (1,714), then Ha accepted. The result of effect size was 0,68 which mean medium criteria on ES<0,7. So, it can be concluded there was a significant effect of using discovery model on the science process skills in learning student fifth grade Elementary School in Pontianak Keywords:Effect, Discovery model, Science process skill.

Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this research is "Whether the use of audio media in learning can improve the listening skills of students in grade V of Elementary School 09 Pontianak North". Using descriptive method. Class Action Research Forms. Collaborative. Research subjects are teachers as researchers and students of class V, amounting to 28 people. Setting in class. Using the direct observation technique, the data collection tool of the observation sheet. Score data of teacher's ability to design and implement learning listening skills using children's audio story media as well as improvement of listening skill of class V students. The research was conducted 3 cycles, each cycle 1 meeting. The results achieved in this study the ability of teachers to design the learning cycle with an average score of 3.14, cycle II 3.42, cycle III 3.72. The ability of teachers to implement learning cycle I average 2.64, cycle II 3.62, cycle III 3.77. The listening skill of the learner of cycle I was average 72,39, cycle II 80,61, cycle III 82,96. The use of children's audio media stories can improve the listening skills of learners, so that both are used in learning, especially Indonesian aspects of listening. Keywords: Listening Skills, Audio Media, Children's Stories

Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to analyze the effect of learning strategies preview, question, read, reflect, recite, review (PQ4R) on reading comprehension skills of class V students of Pontianak City 66 Elementary School. The method used is the experimental method, while the form of research used is quasi experimental design with nonequivalent control group design. The population and sample in this study were all fifth grade students of Pontianak City 66 Elementary School. The data collection tool used was a multiple choice test with 45 questions. Based on data analysis, the average post-test results of the experimental class were 81.31 while the average post-test results of the control class were 63.18. The results of the t test are obtained tcount of 7.682 and t table α = 5% (with dk = 33 + 32 - 2 = 63) of 1,999, which means tcount (7,682 )> t table (1,999), then the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. It can be concluded that there is influence learning strategies preview, question, read, reflect, recite, review (PQ4R) on comprehension reading skills in class V of Pontianak City 66 State Elementary School. From the results of the calculation of the effect size (ES) ES obtained is 1.4 (high criteria). Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to improve speaking skills using language games in class II SDI Nahdlatul Ulum Sungai Kakap. This study used collaborative classroom action research (CAR) with a qualitative approach. Data collection done by the observation and documentation. The results of the study showed that the mean score of teacher’ ability to design the learning process through language games in the first cycle was 2.98. The mean score of the second cycle improved to be 3.22. The mean score of the third cycle also improved to 3.55. The mean score of the teacher’ ability to implement the learning process through language games in the first cycle with was 3.29. The second cycle got 0.16 improvements so that the mean score was 3.45. Then, it got 0,41 improvements from the second cycle so the mean score of the third cycle was 3.86. The mean score of student’ speaking ability through language games in the first cycle was 61.11 categorized as Completely but there were still 6 students who were still incomplete. The second cycle got 7.64 improvements so that the mean score was 68.75 categorized as Completed but there were still 3 students who were still incomplete. Then, it got 18.75 improvements so the mean score of the third cycle was 87.50 categorized as Completed for all the students..Keywords: Speaking Skills, Language Games, SDI Nahdlatul Ulum

Abstract

  AbstractA common problem in this study is How does the use of the cooperative model of think pair share in social science learning can improve student learning outcomes in grade V of Elementary School  9 Pontianak Barat. The research method used in this research is descriptive method, the form of research is classroom action research and the nature of this research is collaborative. This research was conducted for three cycles with the results obtained that is 1) the ability of teachers in planning learning by using a think pair share type from cycle I is 3.08, cycle II 3.7, cycle III 3.87. 2) the ability of teachers in the implementation of learning using think pair share type from cycle I is 3.33, cycle II 3.58, cycle III 3.86. 3) student learning outcomes using think pair share type starting from cycle I that is 74,32, cycle II 82,43 and cycle III 93,78. With the results obtained show that using the think pair share type in learning Citizenship Education can improve the learning outcomes of fifth graders Elementary School 9 Pontianak Barat. Keywords: Learning outcomes, Think pair share

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen di kelas III Sekolah Dasar Negeri No. 11 Balai Sepuak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian yaitu guru dan siswa kelas III Sekolah Dasar Negeri No. 11 Balai Sepuak yang berjumlah 14 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah teknik observasi langsung dan alat pengumpul data yaitu lembar observasi (IPKG I & IPKG II) dan hasil penilaian belajar siswa. Data tersebut dianalisis dengan perhitungan rata-rata. Hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I diperoleh nilai rata-rata 65,71 dan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata 90,71 dengan peningkatan 25. Pencapaian KKM yaitu 60 pada siklus I siswa yang tuntas 8 orang atau 57,14% dan pada siklus II sebanyak 14 orang atau 100% dengan peningkatan 42,86. Dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas III Sekolah Dasar Negeri No. 11 Balai Sepuak.   Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar, Metode Eksperimen   Abstract: This research aims to improve student learning outcomes in learning science by using the experimental method in class III State Elementary School No. 11 Balai Sepuak. This research uses descriptive method. Research subjects that teachers and students of class III State Elementary School No. 11 Balai Sepuak totaling 14 people. Data collection techniques is the technique of direct observation and data collection tool that is the observation sheet (IPKG IPKG I & II) and the assessment of student learning. Data were analyzed by calculating the average. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle obtained by the average value of 65.71 and the second cycle of the average value of 90.71 with an increase KKM 25. Achievement of 60 in the first cycle of students who completed 8 or 57.14% and the second cycle as many as 14 people or 100% with an increase of 42.86. Abstract

 AbstractCan the Edutainment method improve students' learning outcomes in Thematic Class 1 lesson of North Pontianak 2nd Elementary School. The research method used in this research is descriptive method with form of collaborative class action research. Research subjects of students and teachers of class I with the number of students 27. This research is done III cycle and each cycle consists of 1 meeting. The results obtained are the ability of teachers to plan learning by using Edutainment method with the total score in the first cycle is 14.40 or 2.88 average. In cycle II the total score increased to 15.67 or 3.13 in average. In cycle III the total score increased to 16.00 or 3.20 average. The results obtained by the ability of teachers in implementing learning by using Edutainment method with a total cycle score I 13.21 or 3.30 average. In cycle II the total score 14.46 or 3.61 average. In total cycle III 15.08 or 3.77 average. In this study the student learning outcomes also increased with student learning outcomes, the first cycle of 86.30, the second cycle of 89.26, and the third cycle of 90.00. From the data obtained shows that the use of Edutainment method can improve the ability of teachers in planning, melaksanakandan student learning outcomes in class ICT learningKeywords: Metode Edutainment, Pembelajaran Tematik

Abstract

 AbstractThis research aimed to improve the skill of writing poetry students with the using of audiovisual media for grade V Elementary School 15 Pontianak Selatan. This method is using descriptive method with classroom action research form and collaborative research. Subjects of the study were 23 students. This study was conducted during III cycle with each cycle one time meeting.This results of the ability of teachers to plan learning from cycle I obtained an average value of 2.85, cycle II obtained an average value of 3.15,and cycle III obtained an average value of 3.64. The results of  the ability of teachers to implement learning from cycle I obtained an average value of 2.94, cycle II obtained an average value of  3.27, and cycle III obtained an average value of 3.51. The percentage score of research writing poetry of students from cycle I that is 68,78%, cycle II that is 73,17%, and cycle III that is 78,96. So, using of audiovisual media can improve the skill of  writing poetry students. Keywords: audiovisual media, improve, writing poetry skill

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to find out the audio media used to listen to folklore in class V of South Matan Hilir 02 Elementary School. The research method used is pre-experimental designs. The sample of this study was the fifth grade students totaling 19 people. The results of data analysis, get the posttest average in the experimental class of 69.444. The results of calculating data size size effect student learning outcomes experimental class obtained by 0.445 with the classification in the medium category, which means the use of audio media gives influence to the listening skills of children's stories in class V Public Elementary School 02 Matan Hilir Selatan Keywords: Audio Media, Listening Skills
