Abstract

This study analyzes the innovation process behind mobile library applications in regional public libraries, focusing on the stages of idea generation, adoption, and implementation. It also explores the factors that support or hinder the success of these technological innovations and evaluates the quality of services provided through such platforms. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and snowball sampling technique, data were collected through interviews, document analysis, and observations. The findings revealed that successful mobile library app development relies on a structured innovation process, including collaborative idea formulation, iterative adoption strategies, and adaptive implementation. Critical success factors included institutional support, user engagement, and technological readiness, while key barriers involve limited digital infrastructure, resistance to change, and inadequate technical skills. The study also underscores the necessity of assessing service quality as an integral part of evaluating mobile innovations. The case of M-Mobilib was presented as a best-practice example, demonstrating how mobile apps can effectively enhance public library services. Overall, this research contributes to the understanding of how digital innovations can expand access to information, stimulate service modernization in the public sector, and address disparities in digital access. Future research is encouraged to examine the long-term outcomes and scalability of mobile library applications across diverse contexts.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui urutan atribut Produk Nafsu Makan di PT X berdasarkan tingkat kepentingan konsumen dan kombinasi level atribut yang sesuai preferensi konsumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, deskriptif kuantitatif. Pemilihan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara purposive, sedangkan pengambilan sampel responden menggunakan accidental sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder sebagai pendukung. Data yang terkumpul melalui kuesioner responden kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis konjoin dengan SPSS. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan empat atribut yaitu, jenis kemasan, rasa, warna, desain kemasan, dan harga. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa urutan atribut berdasarkan tingkat kepentingan adalah harga (33,887%), warna desain kemasan (26,260%), rasa (20,077%), dan jenis kemasan (19,775%). Nilai utilitas tertinggi terdapat indikator produk nafsu makan anak yaitu dominan rasa susu, jenis kemasan sachet dengan harga Rp 4.000 dan warna desain kemasan terang artinya kombinasi tersebut paling disukai oleh responden. Sedangkan nilai utilitas terendah terdapat pada indikator produk nafsu makan anak dengan rasa dominan rasa susu, jenis kemasan standing pouch, harga Rp 25.000 dan warna desain kemasan gelap menjadi kombinasi paling tidak disukai responden. Hasil kombinasi level atribut yang paling disukai oleh konsumen adalah kemasan sachet, rasa dominan susu, warna terang, dan harga Rp 4.000.

Abstract

CV Timoer Sentosa menggunakan Whatsapp Business sebagai salah satu sarana mempromosikan produknya. Namun, penggunaan media Whatsapp Business dalam promosi produk temulawak instan belum efektif yang ditandai dengan penurunan penjualan dari 1920 ke 1435 buah selama tahun 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara membuat konten promosi dengan bantuan kecerdasan buatan dan mengetahui tingkat efektivitas promosinya. Penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara kepada pemilik usaha dan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pembeli produk temulawak instan CV Timoer Sentosa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat efektivitas pada tahapan Attention sebesar 87,4%, Interest 86,8%, Desire 89,4%, dan Action 89,3%. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan efektivitas promosi menggunakan metode AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) mendapatkan hasil “Sangat Efektif” pada masing-masing tahapan AIDA dengan kategori 80-100%. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemasaran produk temulawak instan CV Timoer Sentosa dilakukan dengan membuat konten promosi dengan bantuan kecerdasan buatan terlebih dahulu yang menarik dengan memperhatikan tema, pemilihan gambar, pencahayaan, kata-kata pada konten yang dibuat. CV Timoer Sentosa diharapkan dapat lebih memperhatikan memperhatikan tema, pemilihan gambar, pencahayaan, dan kata-kata pada konten yang dibuat serta memaksimalkan penggunaan Whatsapp Business dalam promosi produk temulawak instan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the waiting period for employment among graduates of the Educational Administration Study Program at Universitas Brawijaya using a data mining approach with the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm. A major issue facing higher education in Indonesia is the high unemployment rate among graduates due to a mismatch between acquired competencies and labor market demands. This research utilizes Tracer Study data from 2019 to 2022 to classify graduate employment waiting periods based on variables such as study duration, GPA, competencies, English proficiency, communication skills, and teamwork. The classification process was conducted using RapidMiner and Microsoft Excel, resulting in an accuracy rate of 81.82%, precision of 100%, and recall of 50%. These findings indicate that the predictive model can serve as a robust foundation for formulating evidence-based education policies. The implementation of data mining contributes to curriculum development, skills training, and labor market demand mapping. This approach enhances the effectiveness of higher education institutions in preparing graduates who are competent and aligned with the dynamics of the job market.

Abstract

Warehouse Receipt System is one of the most powerful tools to overcome price fluctuations in the agricultural/plantation sector, especially during the harvest season. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the existing conditions of coconut commodities in Inhil District and to formulate appropriate strategies for the application of WRS to the coconut commodities. Data were collected by observation, interview, and document review. Data were analyzed using interactive Miles, et al. (2014). Through Collection data, condensation data and finally withdrawing conclusions, then to create a strategy using SWOT analysis by compiling IFAS and EFAS tables. The study showed that the production of coconut commodities decreased dramatically, in which low coconut prices and fluctuation of the coconut prices were the main factors. While the result of suitable strategy is the diversification of strategy with the policy direction must be the master plan of WRS, acceleration of regional infrastructure development, strengthening of socialization of WRS, innovation of plantation water trio program through technology utilization and increasing industry in coconut processing sector.

Abstract

There are still many teachers who use a monotonous method when teaching. The use of monotonous methods causes students to be less active, become bored and not serious in following lessons, so that students' motivation and learning outcomes are low. This study aims to determine the effect of the picture and picture learning method on the motivation and understanding of the concepts of seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Sakra in the 2018/2019 academic year. This type of research is quasi-experimental. The population in this study were seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Sakra. Samples were taken using a saturated sampling technique, namely class VII B as the experimental class and VII A as the control class. The results showed that at the first meeting in the control class, the percentage of students' learning motivation was 70.69%, while at the second meeting the percentage was 73.05% with the same category of high motivation. The results of the questionnaire on learning motivation in the first meeting in the experimental class were 76.38%, at the second meeting the percentage was 76.33% including the same category of high motivation. Concept understanding data is seen from the acquisition of pre-test and post-test scores. The average value of the control class students at the time of the pre-test was 27.88 the percentage of 5% with the category of a small percentage of students understanding the concept. Then the average score of students at the time of the post-test was 48.14 with a percentage of 22% in the category of a small percentage of students understanding the concept. The average value of the experimental class students at the time of the pre-test was 29.25, the percentage of 11% with the category of a small percentage of students understanding the concept. Then the average score of students at the time of the post-test was 63, a percentage of 78% with the category of almost all students understanding the concept. The data on psychomotor learning outcomes for the control class at the first meeting was 68.88%, at the second meeting 63.33% in the quite skilled category. Then the experimental class at the first meeting was 79.16% at the second meeting at 78.47% with the same category, namely skilled. The post-test data were then analyzed using t-test, obtained tcount > ttable, or 112.4 > 1.98, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of picture and picture learning method on students' motivation and understanding of concepts.

Abstract

Rembang is one of the regencies located in Central Java province. More precisely, it is located on the north side of Java Island, adjacent to East Java province. The area of ​​Rembang Regency is 1036 km2 with most of the area being lowlands. Rembang Regency is divided into 14 sub-districts, 287 villages, and 7 urban villages. With the large number of residents divided into these areas, a market is needed to mediate the economic needs of the community. Rembang city market is located in Sumberjo Village, Rembang District, Rembang Regency. The design of the market reflects the traditional Central Javanese house, namely Joglo. This can be seen from the Joglo roof of the building. Although it displays regional diversity, the Rembang city market has not fully highlighted its design identity and spatial layout other than the Joglo roof. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the relocation of the Rembang city market as well as a new building to further highlight diversity and spark people's purchasing power by increasing people's interest in the market. Green architecture has another term, namely ecological architecture or environmentally friendly architecture. This definition emphasizes development that refers to environmental conservation with the aim of producing energy-efficient and environmentally friendly buildings. In its construction, the building utilizes environmentally friendly materials and recycled materials that do not damage the surrounding environment. The positive impact obtained from the green architecture concept is the use of energy to be more efficient. In addition, green architecture is designed to be able to adapt to the environment. In addition, green architecture is identical to the use of light and solar energy, the use of openings such as windows to maximize natural air. Therefore, the relocation of the Rembang city market with a green architecture approach can increase public interest. In addition, a clean, organized, and comfortable market can make the Rembang city market competitive with modern markets.

Abstract

Research conducted in the Curug Goong area is a study with exploratory descriptive methods, research conducted also obtained a variety of phyla including annelid, mollusca and arthropod phyla from these phyla also get various types of animals including earthworms and leeches of annelid phyla, poison snails, river snails, gold snails including mollusca phylum and the last phylum arthropods are dragonflies, black ants, red ants, grasshoppers, butterflies, millipedes, scorpions, spiders, shrimp and river crabs. The total calculation of the diversity index or (H') is 2,507, the value is also included in the “Medium” category. The medium category is included in the condition of evenly distributed. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kawasan Cirahab sumber dengan penelitian vertebrata sebagai hewan yang diteliti. Adapun verterbrata yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini yaitu dari ordo pisces, reptile, amfhibi, aves dan mamalia. Selain itu juga hewan vertebrata yang diperoleh jumlah keseluruhannya yaitu 166 individu dari masing-masing ordo yang diperoleh di Kawasan cirahab sumber. Vertebrata yang diperoleh dari ordo pisces berjumlah 57 ekor dari jenis ikan lele, nila, mas dan ikan wader. Sedangkan pada ordo amfibi berjumlah 10, reptile berjumlah 8 ekor, aves berjumlah 50 ekor dan mamalia 51. Adapun hasil perhitungan Indeks Keragamannya mendapatkan hasil 2.59, hasil ini apabila dikategorikan menunjukan pada kategori “Sedang”.

Abstract

Detergent is a product that has a function as a dirt remover on clothes when washing, detergent is disposed of excessively in waters it will have a negative impact on aquatic biota, such as fish, aquatic plants, or organisms that live in water, besides that it will also reduce O2 levels in water, damage organs in fish and death in fish due to detergent pollution. The more the level of detergent pollution in the water, the more severe the death of aquatic biota will be, and vice versa, the lower the level of pollution, the better the life of aquatic biota there. Pollution is also one of the disturbers in the respiration process in the ecosystem so that the ecosystem will be disturbed by the amount of pollution from tourists and the domestic wastes they carry. This research was conducted with qualitative research using observation / observation methods and experiments on measuring the level of detergent in these waters.T he parameters seen from this study are water temperature, water pH, chemical content in water and fish in Cirahab waters. The results showed that the concentration of detergent was very high, garbage from plastic, bottles and food scraps from visitors scattered around Cirahab waters. Judging from this, the aquatic ecosystem will be disturbed and will threaten the survival of aquatic biota including fish. Fish will experience respiratory problems, namely in the gills, gills will experience damage and even mass death in the fish ecosystem in Cirahab waters.
