Abstract

This study aims to analyze the market reaction before and after the announcement of a stock return purchase (buy back) at a company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). In this research, the method used is event studies, the sampling method used is purposive sampling obtained from 48 real estate and property companies so 17 companies are used as samples. The analysis used is the analysis of trading volume activity average there are differences in abnormal returns before and after the announcement of share buyback, and there are differences in trading volume activity before and after the announcement of a share buyback.Keywords: Buy Back, Abnormal Return, Trading Volume Activity

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and explain the effect of product design, price and brand image on purchasing decisions for shoes Specs case studies in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang class of 2019. The number of samples that were successfully collected was 100 respondents. While the analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS. The results of this study are product design, price and brand image have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions and product design has a significant negative effect on purchasing decisions while price and brand image have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Product Design, Price, Brand Image, Purchasing Decision.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of free shipping promos, ease of payment, and ease of use on purchasing decisions. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Islamic University of Malang class of 2019 and Shopee users. This research includes explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample used was purposive sampling with a sample size of 90 respondents. The data collection technique uses questionnaires through Google Form. The results of this study partially show that free shipping promos, ease of payment, and ease of use influence purchasing decisions. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the effect of price, product reviews, convenience and safety on the decision to purchase imported casings at Shopee. Sampling was carried out on active students at the Islamic University of Malang for the 2019/2020 academic year using the Malhotra formula so that a sample of 105 respondents was obtained. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS analysis tool. This study shows that price, product reviews, convenience and safety have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze marketing communication strategies through online media in increasing sales volume at the Dika Frozen Food Store. This research is located at the Dika Frozen Food store, Karangploso Malang. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. The data used are primary data and secondary data, obtained from interviews and questionnaires filled out directly by respondents who are consumers of the Dika Frozen Food store. The sample used is 30 respondents.The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The marketing promotion strategy used is by using five promotion mixes, namely advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relations and direct marketing. The results of this study indicate that social media has a major effect on increasing sales volume. Keywords: online media, and sales volume

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the relationship between Brand Image, Price, and Brand Trust on the Decision to Use the Umroh Package Case Study at Travel PT. Raya Al-Madinah Karangploso Malang. In this study the method used to obtain data is to use a questionnaire. This research was conducted on customers of Travel Raya Al-Madinah, namely at the address Jl. Raya tanjung sari ruko kav 8 kepuharjo Karangploso Malang. East Java Postal Code 65152. Determining the number of samples in this study used "purposive sampling" using a Likert scale and the results obtained were 75 respondents. Hypothesis testing was carried out using Instrument Test, Normality Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The results of the Simultaneous Test (Test F) show that the Variables Brand image, price, and brand trust simultaneously influence the decision to use the umroh package (study on Travel PT. Raya Al-Madinah Karangploso Malang). This means that brand image, price, and brand trust can explain the decision to use umroh travel at PT Raya Al-Madinah. Furthermore, the results of the Partial Test (t test) show that the Variables Brand Image (X1), Price (X2), and Brand Trust (X3) have an effect on the decision to use the Umrah package (study at PT. Raya Al-Madinah Karangploso Travel Malang). This means that the higher the decision to use PT Raya Al-Madinah travel. The results of the determination test show that 59.9% of the variation or change in the Purchase Decision can be explained by the variables Price, Product, Promotion and Location. While the remaining 40.1% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Keywords: Brand Image, Price, Brand Trust, Decision To Use

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of reputation, information quality and e-wom on purchase intention on the online buying and selling site Tokopedia in Malang City. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students in Malang City, who were represented by State Universities, Brawijaya University and Private Universities, Islamic University of Malang. The sampling method in this study used non-probability sampling, namely snowball sampling, in this study the sample numbered 96 respondents. While the data analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS 25.0. The resulting conclusion is that reputation has a negative and significant effect on purchase intention, quality of information & e-wom has a positive effect on online purchase intention of Tokopedia among students in Malang City. Keywords: Reputation, Quality of Information, E-wom, Purchase Intention

Abstract

Persoalan gizi dalam pembangunan kependudukan masih merupakan persoalan yang dianggap menjadi masalah utama dalam tatanan kependudukan dunia dan Indonesia khususnya. Stunting merupakan ganguan pertumbuhan linier yang disebabkan adanya malnutrisi asupan zat gizi kronis atau penyakit infeksi kronis maupun berulang yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai z-score tinggi badan menurut umur (TB/U) kurang dari -2 SD menurut standar WHO. Stunting dapat berakibat fatal terhadap produktifitas di masa dewasa. Keadaan ini adalah manifestasi jangka panjang dari faktor asupan gizi dan penyakit infeksi berulang dan faktor lingkngan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan kejadian stunting pada Balita. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan studi literatur dengan berbagai referensi, yaitu artikel atau jurnal penelitian, review jurnal, annual report yang diterbitkan dari tahun 2016 - 2021. Pencarian dilakukan menggunakan mesin pencari google di internet dengan kata kunci yang terkait, seperti: stunting, faktor resiko, dan determinan stunting. Pencarian database dilakukan di ResearchGate, WHO dan Depkes RI. Kesimpulan faktor pola asuh makan memiliki hubungan paling dominan terhadap kejadian stunting. Disarankan lebih ditingjatkan lagi program perbaikan pola asuh dan pola makan dalam mencegah stunting melalui Puskesmas, Posyandu, Kelas Ibu Hamil, maupun fasilitas kesehatan lainnya. Ibu juga disarankaqn agar aktif mencari informasi dan menambah pengetahuan mengenai stuning dan cara pencegahannya melali berbagai media penyuluhan yang disediakan.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of Customer Satisfaction, Customer Trust and Switching Barriers on Customer Loyalty. The sampling method used is accidental sampling. The population of this study was the overall customers of Steak Moen-Moen Malang and the sample number was 75 respondents. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that Customer Satisfaction and Customer Trust did not significantly affect Customer Loyalty, while the variable Switching Barriers had a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Customer Trust and Switching Barriers, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract In Indonesia, the industrial sector is a major part of national economic development. One of the sectors of the business industry that is being worked on is the fashion industry. In reality, fashion models are always changing, and developing. This makes producers have to be wise in issuing products that are in accordance with the needs needed by consumers to achieve customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine how the effect of product quality, brand image, and celebrity endorsements on customer satisfaction.This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study is Ghealsy consumers who are in the city of Malang, East Java. The technique of collecting data is by distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study was taken by purposive sampling technique with the Malhotra formula totaling 100 respondents to Ghealsy consumers in the city of Malang. The variables in this study are Product Quality (X1), Brand Image (X2), Celebrity Endorsment (X3), and Customer Satisfaction (Y). The data analysis methods used are instrument test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, and hypothesis testing, and test the coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS 20.0 software for Windows.The results showed that product quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, brand image had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, celebrity endorsement had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality, brand image, celebrity endorsement together have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Image, Celebrity Endorsment, and Customer Satisfaction.
