Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi bahwa SKB Kab Merangin telah berhasil menjalankan program-program life Skill diwilayah kerjanya. Salah satunya program kerjanya yaitu pelatihan keterampilan menjahit pakaian yang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara perhatian, aktivitas belajar dengan penguasaan keterampilan peserta didik pada pelatihan keterampilan menjahit pakaian di SKB Kab Merangin. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah peserta didik pada pelatihan keterampilan menjahit pakaian di SKB Kab Merangin dengan teknik penentuan sampel adalah sample jenuh (sensus). Teknik Pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dengan alat pengum-pul datanya berupa angket. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus metode product moment, korelasi linier berganda, rumus t untuk uji signifikan dan persamaan regresi berganda. Berdasarkan analisis data yang diperoleh ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara perhatian dengan aktivitas belajar terhadap penguasaan keterampilan peserta didik pada pelatihan keterampilan menjahit pakaian. Saran yang dapat dikemukakan adalah diharapkan kepada peserta didik untuk dapat meningkatkan perhatian dan aktivitas belajarnya agar menghasilkan penguasaan keterampilan bagus dan berkuliatas dan juga bagi penyelenggara dan instruktrur pelatihan keterampilan menjahit supaya selalu menarik perhatian belajar peserta didik pelatihan, dengan cara menggunakan media-media, metode dan strategi pembelajaran yang akan membangkitkan perhatian peserta didik sehingga peserta aktif dalam mengikuti segala kegiatan pelatihan keterampilan menjahit.

Abstract

Educator ethics is a moral basis that directs the behavior and actions of educators in carrying out their duties. An educator or prospective educator needs to prioritize main principles such as justice, integrity and character development and apply these values ​​in the learning process. This research aims to identify important characters that must be formed in students so that they can become prospective Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers who have good morals and are relevant to the demands of the times. A professional educator does not only depend on material, but also on moral qualities and the application of a professional code of ethics. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, which describes real situations or phenomena. The research was carried out at STAI YAPTIP West Pasaman in the Islamic Religious Education study program, with a sample of sixth semester students from the class of 2021. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling (based on objectives). Research instruments include questionnaires and interview guidelines. The results of the research show that through optimally designed educational professional ethics lecture activities, students' character values ​​can increase from less active to more active. This research reveals that professional ethics courses play a very important role in forming student character, lecturers contribute with affective assessments to instill character, students need role models from lecturers, and lecturer behavior has a significant impact on student character development. The character of today's students requires further improvement.

Abstract

Background: Drug management information systems can serve as tools for decision-making. The effectiveness of such a system can be assessed through evaluation. One of the evaluation methods used is the PIECES method.Objectives: This research aims to evaluate and develop a drug management information system using the PIECES method.Methods: The research conducted was a qualitative descriptive study with inductive analysis. Sampling for this research was conducted purposive sampling. System development in this study utilized the prototype method, with interviews conducted for Management Information System (MIS) evaluation using the PIECES Framework. The design of the MIS system was created using Data Flow Diagrams and Entity Relationship Diagrams. The designed MIS system development was evaluated using the same method. Data processing in qualitative research consists of valid, clear, and accountable word descriptions, sentences, or narratives provided by the researchers, followed by data validation using triangulation techniques and Nvivo 12 Plus software.Results: Evaluation results using the PIECES Framework indicate that the implemented MIS system benefits and aids staff performance in daily drug dispensing. However, there are still manual tasks and lacking features such as distribution, drug expiration warnings, and minimum stock on the dashboard. The proposed design for MIS system development includes several features such as stock in, stock out, and distribution, complemented with drug expiration warnings, minimum stock alerts on the dashboard, and reports for each feature.Conclusion: Implementing the proposed MIS system design can assist and streamline work processes by providing comprehensive information, thus serving as a decision-making tool.

Abstract

Background: Medicine is one of the most essential elements in health service efforts. Good drug management will affect the availability of drugs and improve the degree of health in the community.Objectives: This study aims to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of drug management at the Tegal City Pharmaceutical Installation in 2021 related to compliance with the Indonesian Ministry of Health and WHO indicators.Methods: This research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Data was taken retrospectively through document tracing and supplemented with qualitative data through interviews to deepen findings in the field. Data obtained and the results of interviews with the Head of Installation and pharmaceutical personnel, totaling five respondents, will then be compared with standard indicators from the Indonesian Ministry of Health and WHO. Data analysis in this study used indicators of selection, procurement, distribution, and use of drugs. The values of the indicators that have been obtained are subsequently compared with the existing standard values.Results: The results of drug management research at the Tegal City Pharmaceutical Installation are at the selection stage of proposing drugs to Fornas. The procurement stage of drug suitability with Fornas is 96.4%, the fund allocation percentage is 92%, and the planning accuracy is 95.7%. The distribution stage of the level of drug availability 12-18 is 13.92 months, the accuracy of the number of distributions to the Puskesmas is 100%, the percentage of drugs experiencing empty stock, dead stock, and overstock is 0%, the percentage of damaged and expired drugs is 0%. The use stage of drug items per prescription is 3.5 drug items, the percentage of antibiotic use in non-specific patients is 30.7%, the percentage of non-pneumonia Acute Respiratory Infections (ARI) antibiotic use is 34.2%, and myalgia injection use is 0%.Conclusion: The conclusion of drug management at the selection, procurement, distribution, and use stages in 2021 carried out at the Tegal City Pharmaceutical Installation has yet to follow standards. Of the 14 indicators studied, only 8 follow the standard, and 6 other indicators still need compliance to evaluation.

Abstract

Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease that has never been identified before in humans, in severe cases it can cause pneumonia, acute respiratory syndrome, kidney failure, and even death which has been declared a non-natural disaster as a public health emergency. The purpose of this study is to determine and evaluate the implementation of COVID-19 vaccination which includes planning needs, distribution, storage, recording and reporting, monitoring and overcoming adverse events after COVID-19 vaccination, and monitoring evaluation in accordance with the Minister of Health Regulation Number HK.01.07 / MENKES / 4638 / 2019. This research method uses observational research with a descriptive approach. This research is conducted to assess a program that is being or has been implemented. The results of this research are used to improve and/or refine the program or system. In managing the results of this evaluation research, simple statistical analysis is usually used. The implementation of COVID-19 vaccination in Nganjuk Regency includes planning needs, distribution, storage, recording and reporting, monitoring and overcoming adverse events after COVID-19 vaccination, as well as monitoring and evaluation in accordance with Minister of Health Regulation Number HK.01.07/MENKES/4638/2021. The evaluation of the implementation of COVID-19 vaccination in 2021 in Nganjuk District includes several components, namely planning, organizing, mobilizing, monitoring, and output. However, at the planning stage, the need for COVID-19 vaccination stocks is not in accordance with the achievement target. The distribution and storage of SOPs have been carried out well, SOPs are carried out with references in accordance with their respective technical instructions along with recording AEFI reporting and monitoring.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of students and tutors who behave less disciplined, this can be seen from the delay in coming during the learning process, as well as students who are busy with their work so that they cannot follow the lesson. This study uses a qualitative method. The results of the study show that there are three preparations that must be made so that the program runs well, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. While the assessment is given full authority to the tutor based on the presence of students. The solution taken by the manager is to provide motivation, approach and a clearer understanding of equality education in order to achieve the program objectives that have been designed.Keywords: Program Implementation, Package C equivalency education.

Abstract

Since its launch in 2016, the Family Planning Village (Kampung KB) has experienced interesting dynamics in the field. The number of KB Kampung is increasing every year. One of the goals of the KB Village is to improve the family quality of life. Quality of life consist of the physical, emotional, social, intellectual, spiritual, and environmental dimensions. This literature review research explores two questions: (1) how is the implementation of KB Kampung in the field; (2) What are the implications of Kampung KB for the quality of family life. By using Crossref and Google Scholar, 97 writings on the theme of Kampung KB were obtained. After the exclusion, there were 33 papers that were relevant to the purpose of this study, only 23 papers were obtained which were used as exploration material. The results of the analysis show several things. First, Kampung KB has been implemented with various obstacles and opportunities. Some that are often encountered are: lack of understanding of the managers, lack of budget support, and low continuity of activities. Second, although the community has felt the benefits, the programs and activities have not had too many implications for the family quality of life.

Abstract

The activity of loading and unloading ship goods at the port is one of the vital activities in the goods distribution chain. The performance of employees involved in this process has a direct impact on port efficiency and productivity as well as safety and security in its operations. However, in practice, a variety of factors might impact employee effectiveness in these activities. The aim of this research is to analyze the factors that influence the performance of employees involved in loading and unloading ship cargo activities at the port. This study0 uses quantitative research methods by collecting data through surveys using questionnaires and literature studies. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using a regression test using the SPSS program. The research results show that the factors that influence the performance of employees loading and unloading ship goods at the port include supervision, human resource competency and job security. Therefore, to improve employee performance, efforts need to be made such as strengthening the monitoring and control system for employee performance, improving employee training and competency development, and creating safe and comfortable working conditions for employees.

Abstract

The presence of arrum haji products in Islamic pawnshops KCP Lhokseumawe makes people obsessed with borrowing money at Islamic pawnshops. However, this has also led to a sense of doubt and curiosity and even anxiety to customers about arrum Hajj products. This is because indirectly financing Hajj through arrum Hajj products seem the same as financing Hajj through Hajj bailout funds. In addition, the Qur'an also states that Hajj is only required for those who are able to carry it out, not vice versa. Of course this becomes a dilemma that has implications for customer anxiety and unrest. To get a definite answer related to the legal status of Hajj financing through arrum Hajj products, this study was studied using qualitative methods. The nature of this study is normative empirical. The results of this study is that the product arrum Hajj at pegadaian syariah KCP Lhokseumawe different from the financing of Hajj through bailout Hajj. In addition, the financing of Hajj through arrum Hajj products in terms of mechanisms and operations is relevant to the provisions of the Mui DSN Fatwa number: 92/DSN-MUI/IV/2014 on financing accompanied by Rahn, the law may register Hajj through arrum Hajj products. However, it is better to perform Hajj do not use borrowed funds or debt.

Abstract

Intisari Moda transportasi publik semakin digemari oleh masyarakat karena lebih praktis dan efektif terutama kereta api. Saat ini kereta api menjadi paling diminati sehingga pelayanan maksimal harus menjadi prioritas utama bagi PT Kereta Api Indonesia(PT KAI). Sejak mulai beroperasi pada tahun 2016 kereta api jalur Padang-Kayu Tanam terus berinovasi agar dapat memudahkan masyarakat dalam menggunakan moda transportasi ini. Setelah dilakukan penelitian pada 2X11 Stasiun Kereta Api Kayutanam, permasalahan yang muncul adalah pemesanan tiket yang masih dilakukan secara konvensional dimana penumpang harus datang ke stasiun mengikuti antrian pembelian sehingga menjadi kurang efektif dan efisien terutama pada saat pandemi ini. Untuk itu dirancanglah sistem informasi yang terkomputerisasi dalam bentuk aplikasi online. Sistem informasi ini dapat diakses melalui web browser dengan desain yang dinamis dan user friendly menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML) dengan 2 hak akses yaitu admin dan pengguna (penumpang). Pengujian white box dan black box menjadi pilihan penulis dalam menentukan fungsionalitas serta strukur internal pada sistem informasi KAI-Online ini.
