Abstract

This research highlights the importance of organisational culture transformation in companies in Bengkulu in the face of 2024 management challenges and trends. An adaptive and effective organisational culture is the foundation for an inclusive and productive work environment. This article focuses on several important trends, such as work flexibility, employee mental and physical well-being, and the application of diversity and inclusion (DEI) principles. Cultural transformation is not only a response to external changes, but also a strategy to increase employee engagement, i.e. a sense of involvement and ownership of the company. By creating a supportive work environment, companies in Bengkulu can increase employee loyalty and minimise turnover. In addition, an organisational culture that is aligned with new trends is predicted to make it easier for companies to attract the best talent amidst the increasingly fierce labour market competition.This article also proposes some concrete strategies that can be implemented by companies in Bengkulu, such as implementing hybrid working models, improving wellness programmes, and ensuring that diversity policies are consistent. These recommendations are expected to help companies transform more sustainably. With the adoption of the right strategies, this cultural transformation will be an important factor in improving employee engagement while ensuring business continuity in an era of dynamic change

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of self-actualization and appreciation on the work performance of employees of the ATR/BPN Office of Bengkulu City. This type of research is correlational, which is a study to find out the influence and level of influence between two or more variables without any effort to influence these variables. The method used in collecting data for this study is data collection by conducting direct research on the company ATR/BPN Office of Bengkulu City which is the object of this research by filling out a questionnaire. As a variable measuring tool in the questionnaire, a Likert scale model was used.The sample in this study was 94 people. The results of the study showed that self-actualization (X1) on the work performance of employees (Y) of the ATR/BPN Office of Bengkulu City with a tsig value of < α (0.001<0.05) and a ttable > tcal value (2.571> 1.68195) From the significance value obtained that the X1 variable had a negative effect on employee work performance (Y). The award variable (X2) on the work performance of employees (Y) of the ATR/BPN Office of Bengkulu City with a tsig value < α (0.004<0.05) and a ttable > tcount value (2.571> 1.68195) had a negative effect on employee work performance (Y). The value of Fsig < α 0.05 and Fcal > F table (16.373>2.83) so that it can be concluded that together the independent variable has a negative effect on the dependent variable.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that influence Financial Behaviour in generation Z Bengkulu City. The focus of this study is to determine whether Financial attitude, Financial Knowledge and Financial Self-Effivcacy affect fianancial behaviour in generation Z Bengkulu City. The approach used is a quantitative approach with primary data. The sample in this study were generation Z in Bengkulu city, namely 100 people. The result of the multiple linear regression analysis is the equation Y = 1.766 + 0.347 X1 + 0.321 X2 + 0, 479 X3 + e, this illustrates the positive direction of regression, meaning that the variables Financial Attitude, Financial Knowledge, Financial Self-Efficacy have a positive influence on Financial Behaviour (Y) in Generation Z Bengkulu City.From the results of calculations using SPSS 25, it can be seen that the coefficient of determination of R square is 0.593. This means that the value of financial attitide (x1), financial knowledge (x2) and financial self-efficacy (x3) affects Financial Behaviour (Y) by 59.3% while the remaining 40.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the t test at the significance level <0.05 explain that partially financial attitide (x1), financial knowledge (x2) and financial self-efficacy have a significant effect on Financial Behaviour (Y) in Generation Z Bengkulu City. The results of the f test are smaller than 0.050, so the variables financial attitide (x1), financial knowledge (x2) and financial self-efficacy (x3) have a significant effect on Financial Behaviour (Y) in generation Z Bengkulu City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Multipurpose Financial Statements at Dharma Shanti Cooperative to evaluate the financial health of cooperatives in the balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, statement of financial position and notes to financial statements.This type of research is descriptive and comparative method. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative method, namely the theoretical concept and description of the research object of the Multipurpose Cooperative (KSU) from the research results by collecting financial data made by the dharma shanti cooperative.This study analyzes financial reports related to loan and business activities for the period 2023 at the Dharma Shanti Cooperative located in Rama Agung Village, North Bengkulu Regency. By examining the balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, statement of financial position, and notes to the financial statements, and this research identified key trends, potential risks, and areas for improvement.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Customer Ratings, Distribution Reviews and Promotions on Fashion Purchase Decisions among Shopee Application Users. This research method is a quantitative method. The research results show that multiple linear regression Y = 21,967 + 0.141 X1 + 0.312 X2 + 0.129 X3 + 0.120. Where the coefficient is positive, meaning that there is a positive or unidirectional relationship between the customer rating (X1), distribution review (X2) promotion (X3) variables on fashion purchasing decisions (Y) among Shopee application users. The results of the customer twig test (XI) show a tcount of 2,350 > ttable 1.660 and significance 0.021 < 0.05, then the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that customer service has a positive and significant influence on fashion purchasing decisions among Shopee application users. The results of the distribution review test (X2) show tcount 5.086 > ttable 1.660 and significance 0.000 < 0.05, so the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that the distribution review has a positive and significant effect on fashion purchasing decisions for Shopee application users. Promotion test results (X3) show tcount 2.143 > ttable 1.660 and significance 0.035 < 0.05, so the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning promotion has a positive and significant effect on fashion purchasing decisions for Shopee application users. As a result of comparing the Fcount value with Ftable, the Fcount value is greater than the Ftable value, namely 48,903 > 2.46, so it is concluded that accepting the hypothesis, meaning that there is a simultaneous influence between Customer Rating (XI), Distribution Review (X2), Promotion (X3) on Purchasing Decisions ( Y) Fashion for Shopee Application Users. This can be seen at the significance level of 0.000 <0.05.

Because the industry is a planned effort to realize marketing strategies and marketing processes so that this industry continues to run and exist in its marketing. Likewise with the tempe industry in the Mampang Prapatan area, in its operational activities the obstacle faced by tempe industry players is access to marketing, therefore a marketing strategy is needed or efforts to market and introduce a product or service to the community, using a plan and mature tactics, that way, the number of sales can increase. In marketing, a brand or brand is needed that functions to build an image of the product or place of business. By using offline and online promotion methods. Abstract

Warsito Furniture Business in Jayakarta Village, Bengkulu Tengah is one of the MSME industries. Starting from himself, Mr. Warsito made a furniture business called Warsito Furniture Business. This business was founded in 1998 with makeshift equipment. With high interest, this business began to develop and was eyed by the Social Welfare Service of Bengkulu Province. The Independent Family Joint Business Group (KUBE) "WARSITO was officially formed on January 1, 2001 and is located in Hamlet I Jayakarta Village, Talang Empat District, North Bengkulu Regency. In increasing the capacity and capability and productivity of the carpentry business, business owners are actively conducting job training with makeshift equipment to produce a quality product. Wood is the main element that determines the quality of a product of furniture or other wood crafts. Furniture was originally a craft industry that produced more artistic aspects. Products with good quality will provide satisfaction value for consumers or customers so that complaints from customer complaints after buying and using the products they buy can be avoided.To achieve the quality or quality as expected, the company must be able to know and apply how to choose the type of material that is good to manage and the factors that can affect the quality or quality of the product during the production process. Abstract

UMKM Roti Al Batsit is a small business engaged in the food industry which is located in the city of Bengkulu. As one of the MSMEs, the challenge that must be faced is how to increase product sales and introduce the Roti Al Batsit brand to the public. Therefore, a community service program with the title "Utilization of Instagram social media in Marketing of UMKM Bread Al Batsit Bengkulu City". The use of Instagram social media is done so that consumers can easily recognize and remember the Roti Al Batsit brand and give a positive image to the brand. During the implementation of the community service program, an evaluation of the impact of the program was carried out on the UMKM Roti Al Batsit. The evaluation is carried out by comparing product sales before and after the program is implemented. The evaluation results show that implementing the use of Instagram social media in proper marketing has succeeded in increasing the number of product sales in the community.

Abstract

UMKM Roti Al Batsit is a small business engaged in the food industry which is located in the city of Bengkulu. As one of the MSMEs, the challenge that must be faced is how to increase product sales and introduce the Roti Al Batsit brand to the public. Therefore, the community service program is entitled "The Role of Packaging to Increase the Marketing of UMKM Bread Al Batsit Bengkulu City". The introduction of unique and easy-to-remember packaging is made so that consumers can easily recognize and remember the Roti Al Batsit brand and give a positive image to the brand. During the implementation of the community service program, an evaluation of the impact of the program was carried out on the UMKM Roti Al Batsit. The evaluation is carried out by comparing product sales before and after the program is implemented. The evaluation results show that the implementation of attractive packaging recognition in proper marketing has succeeded in increasing the number of product sales in the community

Abstract

This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of Tax Planning and Deferred Tax on Financial Performance in Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector. Tax is one of the important sources for state revenue to finance state development. This study also discusses deferred tax and tax planning that will be carried out by the company in generating profits by looking at the financial performance of the company. This study uses a sample of 13 Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. Data were collected using purposive sampling method and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. The dependent variable in this study is financial performance, while the independent variables in this study are tax planning and deferred tax. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that tax planning has a positive effect on financial performance and deferred tax also has a negative effect on financial performance
