Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the transformational leadership strategies implemented by Guru Penggerak (Teacher Leaders) in improving the performance of elementary school teachers and Teacher Working Groups (Kelompok Kerja Guru / KKG) in Gunungputri District, Bogor Regency. The study is motivated by challenges in optimizing teacher performance and the role of Teacher Working Groups, which have not yet reached their maximum potential. This research employs a qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation from various sources, including Guru Penggerak, school principals, heads of Teacher Working Groups, teacher members of KKG, and representatives from the Bogor Regency Education Office. The findings reveal that Guru Penggerak applied transformational leadership strategies through the delivery of an inspiring vision, teacher empowerment, strengthening collaboration, as well as reflective and innovative learning practices. These strategies had a positive impact on increasing teachers’ active participation in learning communities, enhancing pedagogical competence, and improving the quality of teachers’ performance in designing and implementing learning activities. The Teacher Working Group functions as a strategic forum for the sustainable professional development of teachers. This study recommends strengthening the role of Guru Penggerak in leading community-based and collaborative educational transformation. Abstract

Model pembelajaran kontekstual dan berpusat pada anak dapat mendorong berkembangnya kreativitas anak, sebagaimana model pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh Reggio Emillia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis kesesuaian praktik pembelajaran berbasis proyek dengan prinsip Reggio Emilia di RA MNU Masyithoh 01 Sokaraja Kulon. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yakni observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan tahap reduksi data, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis proyek merefleksikan prinsip Reggio Emilia secara kuat pada aspek eksplorasi, penggunaan beragam media, dokumentasi pembelajaran, dan keterlibatan orang tua. Dampak pembelajaran berbasis proyek terhadap kreativitas anak usia dini teridentifikasi pada meningkatnya imajinasi dan ide visual, kemampuan bereksperimen dan berkarya, serta kepercayaan diri dan interaksi sosial anak. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis proyek relevan sebagai model adaptif pendekatan Reggio Emilia dalam konteks PAUD dan berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan kreativitas anak. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada pengintegrasian dan pengkajian pembelajaran berbasis proyek sebagai praktik operasional pendekatan Reggio Emilia dalam konteks PAUD. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan bukti empiris tentang bagaimana prinsip Reggio Emilia dapat mengembangkan kreativitas anak usia dini melalui proses pembelajaran berbasis proyek.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah:  (1) Untuk menganalisa pembelajaran Tahfizh Al-Qur’an di Ma’had Tahfizh Al-Bashiir (2) Untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan dalam proses pembelajaran tahfzh Al-Qur’an (3) Untuk menganalisa pembentukan karakter santri setelah mengikuti pembelajaran tahfizh Al-Qur’an di Ma’had Tahfizh Al-Bashiir. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Ma’had Tahfizh Al-Bashiir. Waktu penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juli 2024 sampai bulan Juli 2025. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah Kepala Ma’had Tahfizh Al-Bashiir, Pengajar, dan Santri. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang membagi analisis data menjadi tiga yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pengujian keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Pembelajaran tahfizh Al-Qur’an di Ma’had Tahfizh Al-Bashiir dilakukan secara bertahap dan terstruktur, dimulai dari tahsin hingga tahfizh. Santri menghafal dimulai dari Juz 30 dengan metode ziyadah dan muroja’ah yang berjenjang untuk menjaga kualitas hafalan. Metode yang digunakan antara lain bin nazar, takrir, talaqqi, dan musyafahah. (2) Tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pembelajaran tahfizh Al-Qur’an diantaranya kesulitan teknis membaca, perbedaan kemampuan menghafal, dan tekanan psikologis. (3) Pembentukan karakter santri setelah mengikuti pembelajaran tahizh Al-Qur’an adalah religius, jujur, toleransi, disiplin, kerja keras, kreatif, mandiri, rasa ingin tahu, semangat kebangsaan, cinta tanah air, menghargai prestasi, bersahabat/komunikatif, cinta damai, gemar membaca, dan tanggung jawab.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the storytelling method of the Prophet Yusuf (peace be upon him) can be used to instill the value of honesty in 5-6 years-old children at RA Madinatul Qur'an. Honesty is a very important value to be developed from an early age, yet dishonest behavior still occurs among children. The method used in this study was a descriptive qualitative approach using observation, interviews, and document collection techniques. The subjects in this study consisted of a teacher and five children. The findings of the study indicate that the storytelling method was implemented through sound planning and implementation, utilizing visual media and expressive delivery. The children demonstrated understanding and behavioral changes that reflect honesty, such as the ability to admit mistakes and summarize the story's content. The story of the Prophet Yusuf (peace be upon him) has proven effective as a means of instilling moral values that touch children's emotional aspects. Furthermore, the storytelling method is also recognized as a fun and meaningful approach to character education for early childhood.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Masalah kesehatan gizi yang signifikan di Kota Serang adalah prevalensi stunting. Asupan gizi, khususnya ASI eksklusif dan makanan tambahan, berdampak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan balita dan merupakan faktor penyebab stunting. Tujuan: Untuk menguji korelasi antara ASI eksklusif dan makanan pendamping, bersama dengan usia ibu, pendidikan, pekerjaan, dan paritas, dengan prevalensi stunting di wilayah Puskesmas Singandaru, Kota Serang. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan desain cross-sectional, menggunakan sampel 77 wanita dengan anak usia 2 hingga 5 tahun. Uji Chi-Square digunakan untuk analisis data. Temuan: ASI eksklusif pada balita berkorelasi kuat dengan terjadinya stunting (p = 0,001 dan OR 8,833). Demikian pula, ketersediaan nutrisi tambahan yang sesuai berkorelasi substansial dengan kejadian stunting (p = 0,001 dan OR 9,818). Usia dan pendidikan ibu menunjukkan korelasi yang signifikan dengan prevalensi stunting (p = 0,027 dan p = 0,011), namun pekerjaan dan paritas ibu tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan dengan kasus stunting. Kesimpulan: Analisis statistik menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat antara pemberian ASI eksklusif dan MPASI (makanan pendamping ASI) yang tepat dengan kasus stunting di wilayah Puskesmas Singandaru, Kota Serang.

Abstract

                Gender equality in Islamic education is becoming increasingly significant in the context of the Industrial Revolution 5.0. This study examines how values exemplified by Indonesia’s Muslim heroines, like R.A. Kartini, Dewi Sartika, and Nyai Ahmad Dahlan, can inspire innovative approaches to promoting and supporting women’s roles in education. Through a qualitative library study, this research examines Islamic teachings alongside the contributions of these heroines, highlighting core values of justice and social responsibility. Its argues that the Islamic educational principles championed by these female role models can significantly contribute to advancing women's leadership capabilities, enhancing their digital literacy, and expanding their access to education. This study addresses challenges such as limited access to higher education, societal expectations, and cultural norms. It also highlights specific initiatives, including leadership programs, digital learning platforms, and family education. The findings suggest that the teachings and values of Indonesia’s Muslim Heroines have the potential to help overcome these barriers, it is possible to create supportive environments that empower women to take on leadership roles and actively participate in education.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Learning Management System (LMS) management on learning outcomes and Islamic character development among students of Madrasah Aliyah through an explanatory quantitative research design. The study conceptualises Islamic character development not as a subject-specific religious outcome, but as an institutional and managerial outcome of systematically managed digital learning environments. LMS management is operationalised as the structured use of digital platforms to support planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of learning processes within madrasahs. The research analyses the relationship between LMS usage and two key dependent variables: cognitive learning outcomes and Islamic character development, encompassing honesty, discipline, responsibility, digital ethics, and empathy. Data were collected using a structured Likert-scale questionnaire administered to 120 students who had been actively using the LMS for at least 1 academic semester. The collected data were analysed using multiple regression techniques to examine the magnitude and significance of the relationships between variables. The results indicate that LMS management has a statistically significant and positive influence on both learning outcomes and Islamic character development. The effect of LMS management on learning outcomes was found to be stronger (β = 0.562, p < 0.01) than its effect on Islamic character development (β = 0.494, p < 0.01), suggesting that LMS is more effective in supporting cognitive achievement than in fostering character development. Further analysis shows that LMS usage explains 41.6% of the variance in students’ learning outcomes and 36.5% of the variance in Islamic character development. Despite these positive findings, the study reveals that the integration of Islamic values into LMS platforms remains limited, with only 50% of the surveyed madrasahs reporting the effective implementation of Islamic value-based digital learning content. This limitation indicates that character development through LMS has not yet been systematically planned or institutionally governed, but remains largely incidental. The findings highlight the need for stronger pedagogical planning, institutional coordination, and strategic content development to optimise the LMS's role in supporting holistic student development.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low initial reading ability of students and the lack of interesting learning media. This study aims to determine the effect of using the Secil application on the initial reading ability of second-grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Jauharotunnaqiyyah Priuk. This study uses a quantitative method with a one-group pretest-posttest design in a pre-experimental approach. The subjects of the study were all 30 second-grade students with a saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out through oral tests in the form of pretests and posttests. Data analysis was carried out through prerequisite tests in the form of Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality tests, hypothesis tests using paired sample t-tests, and Normalized Gain (N-Gain) calculations to determine the level of effectiveness of using the Secil application. The results showed a significant increase in initial reading ability after using the Secil application, with a significance value of the paired sample t-test of 0.000 <0.05, so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. In addition, the average N-Gain value of 0.7253 was included in the high category. These results indicate that the Secil application has a positive and effective influence as a learning medium in improving the initial reading skills of lower grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Abstract

Latar Belakang: Masa bayi (0–12 bulan) merupakan fase emas yang menentukan kualitas pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Selain pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi, stimulasi seperti pijat bayi terbukti dapat membantu meningkatkan berat badan melalui mekanisme fisiologis, termasuk stimulasi nervus vagus dan peningkatan hormon pencernaan. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau secara sistematis pengaruh pijat bayi terhadap peningkatan berat badan berdasarkan artikel ilmiah terkini. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review berbasis data sekunder yang diperoleh dari database Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, ScienceDirect, dan PubMed. Seleksi artikel dilakukan menggunakan diagram PRISMA dan kriteria PICOS. Kriteria inklusi meliputi artikel penelitian kuantitatif yang diterbitkan pada tahun 2020–2025 dengan intervensi pijat bayi dan luaran berupa berat badan. Hasil: Dari 115.014 artikel yang teridentifikasi, diperoleh 10 studi yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Seluruh studi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan berat badan bayi yang signifikan secara statistik setelah intervensi pijat bayi (p < 0,05), dengan rata-rata peningkatan berkisar antara 180 hingga 1.093 gram selama 4 minggu. Intervensi dilakukan dengan frekuensi 2–3 kali per minggu dan durasi 10–15 menit setiap sesi. Kesimpulan: Pijat bayi merupakan intervensi sederhana dan efektif yang dapat dijadikan bagian dari upaya promosi kesehatan oleh tenaga kesehatan, khususnya bidan, dalam mendukung pertumbuhan bayi secara optimal.

Improving the quality of character education in Indonesia, especially in instilling empathy values among students, is very important. This study aims to examine and develop an effective Aqidah Akhlak learning method in improving students' social empathy in elementary madrasahs. The library research method was used to collect data from various credible literature sources. The results of the study indicate that conventional learning methods that are less interactive make students less emotionally and cognitively involved, so that the values of Aqidah Akhlak are often only understood as theoretical knowledge. Interactive learning methods such as group guidance, simulations, and role-playing have proven effective in improving students' empathy. This study emphasizes the importance of the role of teachers in implementing appropriate learning methods and the need for cooperation between schools, families, and communities to create a conducive environment for the development of students' social empathy.
