Community Service Based on the Study Program of the Research and Community ServiceInstitute (LP2M) IAIN Bukittinggi is the result of a study program-based service that theauthor carried out with the title Accreditation-Based Learning Management Assistance at theMuallimin Islamic Boarding School, Sawah Dangka, Agam Regency, West Sumatra. Thisservice is motivated by the low understanding of leaders and teachers in managing learningthat refers to the accreditation standards of Islamic boarding schools. The purpose of thisservice is to provide assistance and empowerment of leaders and teachers in managingaccreditation-based learning management, as well as see a comparison of the knowledge ofleaders and teachers about accreditation-based learning management before and afterempowerment. The object of this empowerment is the leader and the teacher assembly. Theempowerment method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR). The results ofempowerment and service can be concluded that first, teacher document readiness inaccreditation-based learning management, it was concluded that 55% of teachers stated thatthey had document readiness, 24% of teachers stated that they did not have documents, and21% of teachers expressed doubts between having documents with do not have documents.Second, the results of monitoring and evaluation of the increase in teacher knowledge afterparticipating in the activity concluded that 79.5% stated that teacher knowledge hadincreased. And third, the level of teacher satisfaction in empowerment and mentoring ofaccreditation-based learning management at the Muallimin Sawah Dangka Islamic BoardingSchool, Agam Regency, West Sumatra, it was found that most of the teachers gave anassessment of being satisfied with the implementation of activities, namely 73.8%, a smallpart stated very satisfied, namely 19 %, and a small part also stated that 7.1% said they werequite satisfied.

Secara teknis pemerintah kota Pariaman memberikan mandat sepenuhnya pelaksanaan kegiatan kursus pra-nikah kepada BP4 kota Pariaman. Langkah konkrit yang telah ditempuh oleh BP4 kota Pariaman dalam rangka sosialisasi adalah melibatkan partisipasi warga kota Pariaman demi kesuksesan kegiatan kursus pra nikah yang ditunggu-tunggu kehadirannnya oleh warga kota Pariaman semenjak mulai di lunching-nya kegiatan kursus pra nikah oleh Walikota Pariaman bersama-sama dengan Kepala Kemenag kota Pariaman yang juga dihadiri oleh kasi urais dan haji beserta para KUA di lingkungan kota Pariaman. Pelaksanaan kursus selama 3 hari ini perlu kajian yang mendalam, apakah dengan waktu yang tersedia bisa meningkatkan pemahaman CATIN dalam memahami materi kursus pra-nikah sebanyak 13 materi. Untuk menjawab semua andaian dan tanda tanya itu maka diperlukanlah kajian mendalam terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan kursus pra-nikah yang sedang berlangsung sekarang. Kegiatan ini sudah 4 tahun berjalan tanpa pembiayaan dari pemerintah kota maupun pusat, tapi BP4 ini tetap bisa eksis melangsungkan kegiatan kursus pra nikah sampai sekarang sekalipun dengan dana yang terbatas.

Sijunjung is one of regencies in West Sumatera which has great potential resources. However, these graces are not followed by the society’s thankfulness through performing Islamic values. Based on the fact, the researchers were interested to do a research related to Islamic education strategies in local culture perspective in Koto VII sub-district Sijunjung regency. The research was aimed at helping the society to be aware of making the best use of the potential things and thanks God through performing Islamic values and avoiding all God’s prohibitions. The research included some elements they were Tali Tigo Sapilin which consisted of niniak mamak, alim ulama and cadiak pandai, the youth, and adults. The research was in Focus Group Discussion. The research finding was that Minangkabau philosophy in west Sumatera was in line with Islamic education strategies in Kitabullah.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil belajar Fikih siswa yang masih rendah. Hasil belajar siswa kelas IV B dapat dilihat berdasarkan hasil ulangan yang dilakukan beberapa waktu yang lalu. Dalam Observasi yang penulis lakukan rata-rata kelas masih berada di bawah KKM (Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal). Nilai tertinggi pada mata pelajaran fikih yaitu 80 dan nilai terendah adalah 50. Siswa yang mendapatkan nilai dibawah 70 belum mencapai KKM (Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal). Siswa sering jenuh dan bosan ketika Proses Belajar Mengajar dikarenakan guru masih menggunakan media konvensional pada saat proses pembelajaran Fikih, sehingga menyebabkan nilai hasil belajar Fikih rendah. Maka salah satu upaya dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan menerapkan media pembelajaran video animasi. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa menggunakan media Video Animasi dengan Menggunakan Power Point pada Mata Pelajaran Fikih. Metode yang digunakan dalam peneltian ini adalah Quasi Eksperimen dengan desain Control Group Pretest-Posttest Design dengan menerapkan media pembelajaran video animasi pada kelas eksperimen berjumlah 24 orang dan kelas kontrol berjumlah 21 orang. Data penelitian hasil belajar siswa diuji dengan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas dan homogenitas. Untuk mengetahui hipotesis yang dirumuskan dengan menggunakan uji statistik t. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa nilai rata – rata pretest kelas eksperimen diperoleh yaitu 64,58. Hasil pretest kelas kontrol diperoleh nilai rata – rata 64,52. Sedangkan hasil postest kelas eksperimen diperoleh nilai rata – rata 80,42. Hasil postest kelas kontrol diperoleh nilai rata – rata yaitu 74,76. Dengan demikian hasil belajar siswa menggunakan media video animasi lebih baik daripada menggunakan media Power Point, hal ini dapat dilihat dari perolehan nilai rata – rata kelas eksperimen menggunakan media video animasi lebih tinggi daripada nilai rata – rata kelas kontrol menggunakan media Power Point. Uji hipotesis menyatakan bahwa t hitung = 2,605 > t tabel = 2,064 pada taraf signifikan 5 %. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa Ha diterima, H0 ditolak. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa secara statistik terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa menggunakan media video animasi dengan menggunakan power point pada mata pelajaran Fikih di MIS Baitul Hasanah Muara Bungo.

The background for designing TikTok-Based Learning Media is the lack of interest and attention of students in learning, and students using the TikTok application just for fun and not using the TikTok application for learning so that they spend more time playing games than studying. This research was conducted at MTsN 2 Payakumbuh. This research method is Research and Development (R&D) with the Luther-Sutopo version of the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) development model which consists of 6 stages, namely conceptualization, design, materialcollection, manufacturing process, testing and distribution. While the design of TikTok-BasedLearning Media was made using Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and the TikTok application itself. The results of this study are TikTok-Based Learning Media products in the form of videos. With the results of the validity test of 0.86 which was declared valid, the results of the Practicality test of 0.92 which were declared very practical, and the results of the effectiveness test of 0.85 which were declared very effective. So it can be concluded that TikTok-Based Learning Media as alearning media is valid, practical and effective. So it can be concluded that the TikTok-BasedLearning Media used as a learning medium is valid, practical and effective.

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the teacher's performance had on student learning outcomes in the subject of network system administration for class XI TKJ at SMKN 1 Rao Selatan. The population in this study were 131 students of SMKN 1 Rao Selatan. Respondents in this study were class XI TKJ1, TKJ2, TKJ3 and TKJ4. The sampling technique was cluster random sampling with random sample type. Cluster random sampling is a type of sampling technique in which a researcher divides the population into separate groups and takes several randomly selected samples. The type of research used is correlational. Types of research instruments with questionnaires or questionnaires and documents. Testing the data in this study using SPSS 22. The data were obtained through filling out questionnaires by students. The tests carried out are validity, reliability, normality, linearity, hypothesis testing and R square tests to determine how muchinfluence the teacher's performance has on student learning outcomes. From the research results, there is a significant positive effect between teacher performance and student learning outcomes. sign value. (2-tailed)each variable X and Y is < 0.05. Judging from the value of rcount > rtable, the rtable value is 0.355. While the results of the reliability test of the X variable have Cronbach's alpha > 0.06. The value of the X variable is 0.894 so it is said to be reliable. This shows that the instrument is a questionnaire that can be used to determine the effect of variable X. After processing, it is obtained R2 of 0.862, which means that the teacher's performance variable affects the variable student learning outcomes, giving an effect of 86.2%.

This research was conducted from the existence of problems that have been observed by the author at SMAN 1 Padang Sago where the problems were found. whenthe learning process takes place the media presented is still in the form of microsoft word which is displayed through an LCD projector, and has not used interesting media to be presented to students. This is to produce a multimedia design that supports ICT Guidance learning using Autoplay Media Studio that is valid, practical and effective.The method used in this research is the Luther-Sutopo version of the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), which consists of six stages, namely concept (conception), design (design), collecting material (material collection), assembly (making), testing (testing) and distribution (distribution). And there are three product tests carried out in this study, namely the validity test given to lecturers who are field experts or field experts, practicality tests carried out by teachers of the subject of ICT guidance and effectiveness tests given to two teachers in the field of study and ten students at SMAN. 1 Padang Sago class XII.Based on the product test results that have been carried out by the author of the validity test, the average value is 0.93 which is declared valid, and for the practicality test, the average value is 0.97 which is declared practical and for the effectiveness test, the average value is obtained.the average is 0.83 which is declared effective.

The purpose of this study was to design learning media for geography subjects at SMAN 1 AmpekAngkek. The results of interviews with teachers of geography subjects that so far the learning process for students is still using conventional methods, namely the teacher explains with lectures followed by using blackboard media and students listen to textbooks during learning. Because this method causes learning to be ineffective, uninteresting, and slow to understand, it has an impact on students' understanding and learning abilities. Meanwhile, some students stated that geography is one of the most difficult lessons at SMAN 1 Ampek Angkek, especially in the social studies department. This study uses the ADDIE version of the Research and Development (R&D) method, as well as the Luther-Sutopo version of the Multimedia Development Life Cicle development model. The product test used in this research is the product validity test using the Aiken's V statistic formula, the product practicality test using the Moment Kappa formula and the product effectiveness test using the Richard R. Hake statistic formula (G-Score). The results of the product test that the author conducted obtained the validity test of 3 appraisers, obtained a value of 0.78 with valid criteria, the practicality test of 2 appraisers obtained a value of 1.00 with very high criteria, and the effectiveness test of 10 appraisers obtained a value of 0.92 with effective criteria.

This research was motivated by the problems that the researchers found, such as the use of Googleclassroom application learning technology in schools. Its use is still early in schools so students and teachers still have to continue to learn how to use it. Based on this background, the purpose of this study is to find out how much influence the use of the Google classroom application has on student learning outcomes. This research was conducted at SMKN 3 Padangsidimpuan. Experimental research method is a quantitative research method used in this study. The design in this study used a pretest posttest control group design. North Sumatra, The results of the research on the effect of the use of the google classroom application on student learning outcomes indicate that there is an influence on the use of the google classroom application on student learning outcomes in computer and basic networking subjects. This is evidenced by the sampling carried out using purposive sampling technique, namely the first sample amounted to 36 students in the experimental class using the google classroomapplication and the second sample amounted to 36 students in the control class using conventionallearning media. The average posttest score for the experimental class was 79.13 and the control classwas 73.21. The results of the hypothesis using the t-test at a significant level of 0.05 obtained sig (2-tailed) of 0.002. So H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted because 0.002 <0.05. This shows that there is an effect of using the google classroom application on student learning outcomes in basic computer and network subjects.
