Abstract

Background: Lack of knowledge about the use of HPV vaccine in women of productive age can result in cervical cancer. This study aims to determine the effect of the Health Belief Model application on the predictor of HPV vaccine uptake in women of reproductive age. Subjects and Method: Systematic review and meta-analyses were conducted using PRISMA guidelines and PICO model including: Population = women of reproductive age; Intervention= high perceived benefits, high perceived severity, high perceived susceptibility; Comparison= low perceived benefits, low perceived severity, low perceived susceptibility; Outcome= HPV vaccine uptake. Articles were collected from databases such as PubMed, Science Direct, and Google Scholar. The keywords used in the database search were "Health Belief Model" AND "Human Papilloma Virus" OR "HPV" AND "Women" AND "cross sectional study". A total of 7 articles met the inclusion criteria, namely full-text primary paper, cross-sectional study design, with a measure of association was the Odds Ratio (OR), the study subjects were women of reproductive age, interventions were in the form of high perceived benefits, high perceived severity, high perceived vulnerability, and the outcome was in the form of HPV vaccine use. They were subsequently assessed for meta-analysis using RevMan 5.3. Results: Meta-analysis from Indonesia, Ethiopia, the United Kingdom, Japan, Romania, Spain, and Italy showed that high perceived benefits of HPV vaccine use (aOR= 1.81; 95% CI= 1.00 to 3.26; p= 0.050), high perceived severity (aOR= 1.78; 95% CI= 0.94 to 3.40; p= 0.080), and high perceived susceptibility (aOR= 1.70; CI 95%= 0.75 to 3.83; p= 0. 200) increased the likelihood of HPV vaccine uptake. Conclusion: High perceived benefits, high perceived severity, and high perceived susceptibility have the likelihood of women of productive age to use HPV vaccine

Abstract

With the development of information technology, the need for fast information becomes crucial for government attention. The formation of the Community Information Group (KIM) is a solution to increase public knowledge. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence and support of the organization on the performance of the management of the Community Information Group (KIM) in Jember Regency through affective commitment. This study uses descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative approach. The research sample was 168 respondents selected using purposive sampling techniques from a total population of 672 KIM managers. Data was collected through questionnaires, observations, documentation, and interviews. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the WarpPLS 8.0 program. The results showed that the minimum work and organizational support significantly affected KIM members' performance and affective commitment. Work flexibility allows members to manage their time and work methods more efficiently, increasing productivity and emotional commitment to the organization. Organizational support improves performance by providing the necessary resources and strengthening members' emotional ties to common goals. Both factors, both directly and through affective commitment, encourage KIM members to work optimally and effectively. The practical implications of this study emphasize the importance of implementing more adaptive work policies to increase alertness and strengthen organizational support through adequate training, resource provision, and rewards. This will create a supportive and empowering work environment, resulting in members who are not only high performers but also have loyalty and dedication to achieving common goals.

Abstract

The study explored the impact of financial technology (FinTech) on family financial planning (FFP) among young families in Indonesia, with a focus on Personal Saving Orientation (PSO) as a moderating variable. Financial technology has significantly transformed personal financial management, enabling better access to tools for budgeting, tracking, and saving. However, its direct impact on FFP remains underexplored, especially in developing countries like Indonesia. This research aims to analyze the role of FinTech in shaping financial behaviors and examine PSO moderating influence on the relationship between FinTech adoption and FFP. The study employed a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze data collected from 217 young families. The variables examined include PSO, FinTech adoption, and FFP. The findings reveal that FinTech positively impacts PSO (estimate = 0.799, p-value = 0.000), highlighting its role in improving financial habits and saving behaviors. While the direct relationship between FinTech and FFP is not significant (p-value > 0.05), PSO effectively enhances FinTech influence on FFP, emphasizing its critical role as a moderating factor. This study underscores the importance of integrating PSO into financial strategies to optimize the benefits of FinTech, particularly for young families. These findings provide practical insights for FinTech developers to design tools that promote saving behaviors and for policymakers to encourage financial literacy and inclusion. By aligning with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), this research contributes to poverty reduction, economic stability, and financial well-being.

Abstract

The recovery period from the COVID-19 pandemic has stimulated the acceleration of economic recovery in Indonesia, but the availability of job opportunities is still not optimal. In response, students' entrepreneurial interests must always be improved. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial learning, self-efficacy, and family environment, motivation and entrepreneurial interest. This research was designed as quantitative research with a causal type of research. The population in this research was all Denpasar Bali Private University students, with a sample of 250 students. The sampling technique uses purposive random sampling. The data in this research was obtained through a survey method using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses partial least squares. The research results show that entrepreneurial learning, self-efficacy, and family environment have a significant effect on entrepreneurial motivation. Likewise, self-efficacy, family environment, and entrepreneurial motivation also have a significant influence on entrepreneurial interest. However, entrepreneurial learning does not have a significant influence. Entrepreneurial motivation can act as a mediator in the influence of family environment on entrepreneurial interest but not on entrepreneurial learning and self-efficacy. It is hoped that this research can become a reference for the Government to develop strategies to fulfill the target of an entrepreneurial ratio of at least 4% of the population in order to accelerate Indonesia to become a developed country by 2045.
