Many Islamic educational institutions loss of orientation, between following term of present educational model and surviving as it is. This phenomenon causes many Islamic educational institutions tend to bandwagon even willing to forget the Islamic identity as the basis of excellence. Improved quality by finding the right strategy to again raise excellence is a necessity, which is the theory of multiple intelligences initiated by Prof. Howard Gardner, who looked at that all the students are smart and unique, in line with the view to appreciate all the fitrah of creation without focusing to find student disabilities. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji secara empiris melalui data-data yang shahih terkait dengan kepemimpinan pengasuh dan sistem pendidikan pesantren memberikan pengaruh terhadap kecerdasan emosional santri baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan peneliti adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasional terhadap santri Pondok Pesantren As-Sa’idiyyah 2 Bahrul Ulum, Jombang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis statistik yaitu teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Adapun alat pengumpul data menggunakan angket/kuesioner terhadap responden sebanyak 76 orang santri dari kelas XII Aliyah yang berada di Pondok Pesantren As-Sa’idiyyah 2 Bahrul Ulum, observasi, wawancara dan dokumnetasi. Hasil uji hipotesis penelitian menunjukkan pertama, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan pengasuh terhadap kecerdasan emosional santri dengan prosentase sebesar 25,6%. Kedua terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan sistem pendidikan pesantren terhadap kecerdasan emosional santri dengan prosentase sebesar 23,4%. Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan pengasuh dan sistem pendidikan pesantren secara bersama-sama terhadap kecerdasan emosional santri dengan prosentase sebesar 34,7%.

This event will be based on research by the important role carried out by PAI teachers to improve learning achievements of students in the subjects of PAI. This research includes research of korelasional consisting of three variables, namely creativity guru (X 1) and management classes (X 2) as a free variable, and learning achievements of students (Y) as variables associated with it. This research aims to find out whether there is influence the creativity of teachers and classroom management learning achievements against the students, either separately or jointly. The population of this research is the entire Global Human SMPIT student Islamic School in Bekasi, with a total population of 178 students. As for how the withdrawal of samples in this research by using the techniques of Probability Sampling. Instrument in the collection of data on two free variables using questionnaire (question form). Data analysis techniques and results of research using the SPSS Statistical Software regression and correlation. The results of this research in general i.e. There are positive and significant influence teachers ' creativity and management classes against the achievements of the student learning. As for those special conclusions in detail are as follows: based on the analysis of the data it can be concluded that the author do first: (1) there is a positive and significant influence teachers ' creativity toward accomplishments of the correlation coefficient with learning (ryx1) is 0.633 and the coefficient of determination R2 (R square) = 0.400, meaning that the creativity of teachers towards learning achievements amounted to 40.0% and the rest IE 60% is determined by other factors. As for the direction of regression equations (unstandardized coefficients B) Ŷ = 15.524 0.544 + X 1, which means that every one unit increase in score creativity guru will influence the improvement of learning achievement score 0,544., (2) there is a significant and positive influence on the management of class learning achievements against with the coefficient of correlation (ryx1) is 0.611 and the coefficient of determination R2 (R square) = 0.374, which means that the management of class learning achievements against amounted 37.4% and the rest IE 62.6% determined by other factors. As for the direction of regression equations (unstandardized coefficients B) Ŷ = 18.618 + 0.529 x 2, which means that each increase of one unit of score management class will affect the improvement of the learning achievement score of 0.830., (3) there is a positive and significant influence teachers ' creativity and management of class learning achievements against together with correlation coefficients (ryx1) is 0.611 and (ryx2) is 0.814 with the coefficient of determination R2 (R square) = 0.428 , which means that the creativity of teachers and classroom learning achievements against management of 42.8% and 57.2% i.e. the rest is determined by other factors. As for the direction of regression equations (unstandardized coefficients B), Ŷ = 10.825 0.344 + x 1 + X 2, 0.247 which means that every one unit increase in score creativity teacher and class management will affect the improvement of the learning achievement score of 0.591

Maternal education in the Qur'an can be understood in the sense of: Education about being a mother relating to the role of the mother during pregnancy and postnatal child care, including maternal education which includes the role of the mother in the public and domestic environments The process of education stages of maternal education which consists of three stages, namely: 1. Pre-marital period, is education for women (also for men) to understand about how to find a partner in accordance with his teachings. about the Qur'an and hadith, mental readiness in facing marriage and getting offspring; 2. Prenatal period, namely mental readiness education, awareness of maintaining physical health, including maternal efforts to build emotional closeness and spiritual education to prospective babies while still in the womb. Research on the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) was conducted at PTIQ Institute Jakarta. Research is more focused on the implementation of total quality management in the Graduate Program of PTIQ Jakarta Institute. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach that is a study that intends to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by the research subject. Data is obtained through research on documents and interviews with stakeholders. The results of this study are: First, the application of Total Quality Management (TQM) at PTIQ Jakarta Institute has been prepared based on the rector's decision. Completeness of the document has been owned although still not detailed to the lowest level. Second, the implementation is realized by giving duties to lecturers as the embodiment of the Rector's decision. However, the number of task implementers in the field is still not balanced with the number of tasks charged, so that there are some tasks that have not been completed Third, Total Quality Management (TQM) for Private Islamic Religious Colleges (PTKIS), at PTIQ Institute has been working on digitalization models to facilitate and streamline work. Support for creating apps has been provided, although it is still in a simple stage. Fourth, the model of digitalization of devices to manage quality assurance systems and strengthen human resources becomes an important variable in maximizing the quality of quality management in Islamic Religious Colleges

Selain pengendalian amarah, kecerdasan emosional juga mampu mengontrol dosa verbal tanpa sadar seperti dosa verbal dalam dunia virtual. Perkembangan tekhnologi yang mampu menembus batas-batas privasi, menjadikan manusia mudah mengakses dan menyalurkan emosinya. Ekspresi emosi bisa terjadi tiap saat, tanpa batasan waktu diberbagai media sosial seperti whattsapp, twitter, Instagram. Inilah sebuah kondisi dimana manusia dituntut untuk memiliki kecerdasan emosional yang tinggi. Penggunaan emoticon atau emotional dan sticker gambar yang merupakan ekspresi emosi masing-masing orang menunjukkan kemampuan seseorang dalam membangun hubungan yang sehat dengan orang lain. Supervisi adalah bantuan yang diberikan kepada seluruh guru/staf sekolah untuk mengembangkan sekolah secara maksimal. Sedangkan yang dimaksud dengan supervisi di sini bukanlah sebagai inspeksi dari orang yang merasa serbatahu (superior) kepada orang yang dianggap belum tahu sama sekali (inferior). Tapi, supervisi dalam bentuk pembinaan dan bantuan yang diberikan kepada guru/pendidik untuk mengembangkan situasi belajar mengajar agar menjadi lebih baik. Sehingga guru-guru selalu mengadakan perbaikan dalam hal cara mereka mengajarkan suatu mata pelajaran dan meningkatkan efektivitas kerja mereka yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah tersebut

Kepala Daerah sebagai penyelenggara pemerintahan daerah bertindak mewakili pemerintah dalam segala hubungan hukum. Ia mempunyai kewenangan terhadap pengaturan kebijakan publik maupun privat. Dengan demikian dalam praktek pembuatan peraturan perundang-undangan dapat lahir berdasarkan inisiatif badan legislatif atau inisiatif badan eksekutif. Kebijakan publik yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah/pemerintah daerah akan berdampak kepada masyarakat secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Berdasarkan studi kebijakan publik dapat dikatakan bawah kebijakan wajib belajar madrasah diniyah di kabupaten Purwakarta menunjukkan dampak positif terhdap penyelenggaraan pendidikan Islam. Indikator perubahan kearah yang lebih baik ditunjukkan oleh: (1) meningkatnya partisipasi peserta didik, (2) keragaman kualifikasi tenaga pendidik, (3) adanya standarisasi kurikulum, (4) tersedianya sarana pendidikan, (5) tersedianya pembiayaan, (6) terlaksananya kegiatan belajar mengajar sesuai kalender pendidikan, dan (7) pengelolaan pendidikan bersifat terbuka

Pada kenyataanya, struktur dari peradaban Islam, dari semenjak perkembagan Islam paling awal secara keseluruhan berasal dari spirit Alquran di samping konsep-konsep ilmu yang ada dalam Alquran. Kemudian prinsip ini dijadikan sebagai Weltanschauung yang melatarbelakangi keberadaan manusia secara global dan diinspirasikan dari era bagaimana konsep ilmu itu didefinisikan. Lebih dari itu, konsep serupa ini memformulasikan model pikiran dan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh umat Islam dalam rangka melihat realitas mengembangkan masyaraka yang tentunya lewat usaha-usaha pendidikan. Konsep ilmu sendiri yang termuat dalam Alquran seperti dinyatakan Ziaudding Sadar adalah sebuah nilai yang menakala dipahami dengan baik dari bingkai Islam, akan melahirkan sesuatu mengenai konsep Islam itu sendiri. Dalam Islam berlaku rumusan, semakin seseorang berilmu, semakin bertakwa kepada Allah. Nilai syari’ah memotivasi bahwa ilmu harus melahirkan prilaku yang dihalalkan dan bukan prilaku yang diharamkan Allah. Dan terakhir, nilai khalifah yang menjadikan ilmu harus mencerminkan sistem dan metode mewujudkan tugas khalifah umat manusia sebagai amanah Allah yang wajib ditunaikan guna mewujudkan Islam sebagai rahmata li al’alamin
