Abstract

Nagan Raya District, with an area of 52,228 hectares of oil palm plantation with CPO production of 98,620 tons in 2023 (Plantation Office of Nagan Raya District, 2023). These plantations are managed by large companies and smallholders who are members of cooperatives or farmer groups, making it the main economic sector in the area. The development of Nagan Raya's oil palm plantations, continues to increase thanks to the replanting program conducted by the government and the private sector to replace old plants with superior seedlings that are more productive and disease-resistant. The implementation of better agricultural practices, such as Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and Good Handling Practices (GHP), also plays an important role in improving productivity and crop quality. The training was conducted over two days, on September 10-11, 2024, at the Kuala Pesisir sub-district Vocational Training Center (BLK). The training method included detailed material explanations and discussion sessions. The materials were delivered systematically using real-life examples to facilitate participants' understanding. GAP and GHP training is necessary for farmers in Kuala Pesisir sub-district to improve the productivity and quality of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) and to preserve the environment. The training supports compliance with certification standards such as the Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO), which opens access to global markets and increases the competitiveness of Indonesian palm oil products. The training ensures that all palm oil businesses meet permitted agricultural standards, including sustainable cultivation practices and good environmental management. So that palm oil products are recognized as sustainable and environmentally friendly products in accordance with ISPO standards. In addition, improving the welfare of oil palm farmers will support them in better providing for their families. Prosperous farmers are not only able to fulfill their daily needs but also contribute to the region and country.

Abstract

This study aims to design a dark chocolate bar formulation with the addition of cinnamon extract as a functional food for blood sugar regulation. The research methods include formulations with varying concentrations of cinnamon extract (1%, 3%, 5%), organoleptic tests, bioactive content analysis (total phenols and flavonoids), and effectiveness tests on blood glucose levels in alloxan-induced hyperglycemic rats. The results showed that the formulation with 4% cinnamon extract had the best balance between sensory characteristics and effectiveness in reducing blood glucose levels (p<0.05). The combination of dark chocolate and cinnamon has the potential to be developed as an alternative functional food for people with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The conclusion of this study is that the formulation with 3% cinnamon extract is the most preferred sensory and has the potential to provide benefits in blood sugar regulation through the content of bioactive compounds such as cinnamaldehyde and procyanidin. This product has the potential to be developed as a functional food innovation that supports the prevention and management of type 2 diabetes mellitus, especially in community nursing practice. Abstract

Education is a complex and structured process that functions as part of a mutually supporting system. This article discusses education as a system and outlines the main components that make it up. Education is seen as a system consisting of interconnected elements, such as educational goals, students, educators, curriculum, facilities, learning methods, and environment. Each element has a complementary role to achieve educational goals optimally. This article also emphasizes the importance of synergy and balance between these components so that the education system can run effectively in various contexts, whether formal, non-formal or informal. With a systems-based approach, education is not only understood as a learning process, but also as a strategy for building competent and characterful individuals. This study provides conceptual guidance for practitioners and policy makers to design an education system that is flexible and able to face global challenges.

Abstract

Ccube Academy is a YouTube channel that studies French. This channel provides various videos needed to learn and understand French grammar, and the videos also provide many variations with animations that are not boring, and the language is simple, easy to understand, and available. Subtitles make learning French grammar easier. On the Ccube Academy YouTube channel, there are 12 video playlists, namely French conversation, DELF A1 B1 B2, Ccube Academy, CcubeAcademy.com, French grammar, Learn French, DELF B1, Animated short films, French lessons, Delf A1 junior oral comprehension, Preparation for the DELFI A1 exam, Learn the French language, and there are 229 videos with 270,000 subscribers. The playlist used to learn grammar is a French grammar playlist containing nine grammar-related videos, and these videos can be an alternative media that makes learning French grammar easier.

Abstract

Every year Toddlers in Indonesia suffer from malnutrition and this is evenly spread throughout Indonesia. The prevalence of malnutrition continues to decline from 9.7% in 2005 to 4.9% in 2010 and it is expected that in 2015, the prevalence of malnutrition will decrease to 3.6%. The prevalence of under-five children with malnutrition and malnutrition decreased by 0.5% from 18.4% in 2007 to 17.9% in 2010. Inadequate nutritional intake was caused in children under five because of eating difficulties in the form of reduced appetite associated with increased interactions. with the environment. Toddlers are more susceptible to disease, especially infectious diseases both acute and chronic, worm infections and in a long time can cause malnutrition or poor nutrition.The method in this study is a literature review that tries to explore the effect of papaya fruit (Carica Papaya L) on the appetite of children under five as an effort to prevent stunting. The results of this study from several literatures that have been studied indicate that there is an effect of giving papaya fruit (Carica Papaya L) on appetite in children under five. In papaya fruit (Caraica Papaya L) there are vitamins present in papaya fruit which are certain organic compounds that are needed in small amounts but are essential for metabolic reactions in cells and are important for maintaining normal growth and maintaining health. The content of vitamins and minerals in papaya fruit will restore a child's appetite, strengthen the immune system and restore sick conditions in children. Suggestions need to be informed to the public, especially mothers who have toddlers who experience appetite disorders, can give papaya fruit as an easier alternative.

Abstract

According to WHO, the prevalence of short toddlers becomes a public health problem if the prevalence is 20% or more. From the PSG results data in 2017, the prevalence of stunting in NTB Province was 37.2% higher than the national average of 29.6%. , 29 %. For the highest stunting prevalence in Sumbawa Regency, which is 41.9%, followed by Central Lombok 39.9%, Dompu 38.3%, Mataram City 37.8%, North Lombok 37.6%, Bima 36.6%, Bima City 36 .3%, West Lombok 36.1% and East Lombok 35.1%. The method used in this study is quantitative, which is to find out an accurate picture of the utilization or use of papaya fruit (Carica Papaya L). The population in this study were mothers who had children aged 1 -5 years. In this study, it can be concluded that most of the mothers under five have used papaya fruit (Carica Papaya L) as a stunting prevention. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that most of the sex of toddlers is male by 56 (54%) and most of the mothers of toddlers have used papaya fruit by 77 (54%). In 100 grams of papaya fruit contains 450 milligrams, vitamin A, 74 milligrams of vitamin C, 86.6 grams of water, 0.5 grams of protein and 0.7 grams of fiber. The content contained in papaya fruit can increase appetite in toddlers so that it affects weight gain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas perbandingan kinerja dua arsitektur deep learning, yaitu CNN konvensional dan ResNet50, dalam klasifikasi citra menggunakan dataset CIFAR-10. Dataset CIFAR-10 terdiri dari 60.000 citra berwarna berukuran 32×32 piksel yang terbagi ke dalam 10 kelas objek umum. Metode yang digunakan mencakup tahap preprocessing, augmentasi data, pelatihan model dengan optimizer Adam, dan evaluasi menggunakan metrik akurasi, presisi, recall, dan F1-score. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa model ResNet50 memiliki performa yang lebih unggul dengan nilai akurasi 99.45%, presisi 99.32%, recall 99.27%, dan F1-score 99.32%, dibandingkan CNN konvensional yang hanya mencapai akurasi 96.72%. Mekanisme residual connection pada ResNet50 terbukti meningkatkan kestabilan pelatihan dan kemampuan generalisasi model terhadap data uji. Dari hasil analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa arsitektur ResNet50 lebih efektif untuk klasifikasi citra kompleks dibandingkan CNN konvensional. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan model deep learning untuk pengenalan pola visual dengan akurasi tinggi, serta membuka peluang penerapan pada bidang pengawasan visual, sistem otonom, dan analisis citra digital.

Abstract

This study is motivated by one of the objectives of French language subjects in high school within the independent curriculum, specifically regarding cross-cultural understanding. However, this goal has not been fully met at SMK N 3 Magelang because cross-cultural learning is only inserted during the lesson. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning outcomes and knowledge of students after using the Indonesian French cross-cultural quartet media in reading skills. This research employs an experimental case study design with 30 respondents from SMK N 3 Magelang. The methods used to collect data were tests and documentation. The test consisted of 20 multiple-choice questions. The results of this study indicate that the application of cross-cultural quartet media in class XI Hospitality students has a good effect. This can be seen from the overall percentage of students passing the Indonesian French cross-cultural knowledge test, which is as high as 90%, with an average score of 82.83 obtained by students. It can be concluded that the application of cross-cultural quartet media yields good learning outcomes and enhances the cross-cultural knowledge of Indonesian French in reading skills among XI Hospitality students of SMK N 3 Magelang after the media is accepted.

Abstract

The teaching method is a way that will be applied to students to provide information about the learning material. The use of learning methods will make it easier for teachers to teach learning materials in class. In connection with the learning methods that implement the independent curriculum, there are several student-centered learning methods. The purpose of this study is to describe the methods used by teachers in teaching intercultural knowledge through Super Français textbooks in class XI SMA N 2 Ungaran and to describe the obstacles experienced by teachers in preparing intercultural teaching. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The respondents in this study were teachers and grade XI students studying French at SMA N 2 Ungaran. To collect data, we used observation and interview techniques. The data obtained was analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of this study are about the methods used by teachers in teaching French cross-cultural knowledge at SMA N 2 Ungaran are discussion methods, simulation methods, computer-assisted learning methods (CIA Computer Assisted Learning) and assignment methods and there are obstacles felt by teachers in preparing intercultural teaching.

Abstract

Sampah sering kali dianggap sebagai limbah yang tidak bernilai dan hanya mencemari lingkungan. Namun, dengan pengelolaan yang kreatif melalui proses daur ulang, sampah dapat diubah menjadi produk yang memiliki nilai ekonomi dan manfaat sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pentingnya pengenalan inovasi daur ulang di kalangan siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) sebagai bentuk pendidikan lingkungan yang berorientasi pada pengembangan karakter dan jiwa kewirausahaan. Melalui pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis proyek, siswa dilatih untuk mengolah sampah seperti plastik, kertas, dan botol bekas menjadi produk fungsional bernilai jual, seperti kerajinan tangan dan barang dekoratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kesadaran siswa terhadap pentingnya menjaga kelestarian lingkungan, tetapi juga menumbuhkan kreativitas, tanggung jawab, dan semangat wirausaha sejak dini.
