Abstract

Utilization of local resource (Neptunia plena L. Benth and Leersia hexandra Swartz) as feed ration for buffalo fattening could make cost efficiency, fulfil primary life needs and production. The objectives of study is to determine the Dry Matter Digestibility (DMD), Organic Matter Digestibility (OMD), NH3 ruminant fermentation and Volatile Fatty Acid (VFA). The conduct of the study was in Laboratory of Animal Husbandry Nutrient Science, Faculty of Animal Science and Agriculture, Diponegoro University, Semarang by using in vitro method with a Complete Randomized Design (CDR) of five treatments and five replicates: (1)  T1 =100% Leersia hexandra Swartz; (2) T2 = 100 % Neptunia plena L.Benth; (3) T3 = Ration (15% Neptunia plena L.Benth + 15% Leersia hexandra Swartz + 70% other feedstuffs); (4) T4 = Ration (20% Neptunia plena L.Benth + 20% Leersia hexandra Swartz + 60% other feedstuffs); and (5) T5 = Ration (25% Neptunia plena L.Benth + 25% Leersia hexandra Swartz + 50% other feedstuffs). Data analysis used analysis of variance with a significance level of 95% and then followed by Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The results showed that T3 and T4 treatments produced the highest DMD at (P <0.05), i.e. 43.65% and 43.26%, respectively. T2 treatment (47.66%) significantly produced the highest OMD (P <0.05) compared to T4 (46.81%) and T1 (45.36%). T5 treatment (5.28 mM) significantly produced in the highest NH3 (P <0.05) compared to T2 (4.88 mM); T3 (4.73 mM); and T1 (4.43 mM). T5 treatment (145.4 mM) significantly produced the highest VFA (P <0.05) compared to T4 (140.0 mM); T3 (135.4 mM); T2 (134.8 mM); and T1 (123.6 mM). In vitro digestibility and fermentation ruminant of buffalo ration based on Neptunia plena, L. Benth, and Leersia hexandra Swartz as local resources can buffalo improved ruminant fermentation so that it is capable of increasing the buffalo productivity.

Abstract

Penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang kurang tepat dapat menyebabkan kepercayaan diri siswa didalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran menjadi rendah, sehingga diperlukan metode yang dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan humanistik melalui non verbal reinforcement ditinjau dari percaya diri siswa dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepercayaan diri siswa dalam pembelajaran, sedangkan objek penelitian ini adalah siswa dan guru. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan teknik analisis data statistik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa humanistik dengan melalui verbal reinforcement mampu memberikan dampak yang sangat baik terhadap siswa dalam pembelajaran. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan humanistik melalui non verbal reinforcement dinyatakan dapat berpengaruh terhadap percaya diri siswa dalam pembelajaran. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah siswa akan merasa nyaman saat belajar, merasa dihargai tidak adanya rasa perbedaan prilaku yang dilakukan guru terhadap siswa, siswa bebas dalam mengeskplorasi rasa keingintahuannya tanpa ada rasa ancaman

Abstract

Testing an inbred cross for hybrid development requires a proper test cross method. The diallel is one crossing method to find out the magnitude of inbred combining ability, both general general (GCA) and specific combining ability (SCA) and specific combining ability, that is useful in hybrid development. The objective of the study is to determine the GCA, SCA and heterosis of 6 inbred lines in two seasons. All the inbreds were crossed in diallel design and further evaluated for their combining ability and genetic ratio following the respective methods of Griffing and Baker. The results revealed that GCA, SCA and Reciprocal (REC.) were influenced by planting seasons for almost all yield and yield-related traits. Non-additive gene action was more important in controlling ear length, ear row number, shelled ear weight and yield. The best GCA for yield trait was detected on inbreds G2 and G5. The conclusion from the interpretation of both SCA and REC. is that the inbred crosses of G1 x G6, G2 x G5, G4 x G6, and G5 x G6 have the best yields followed by high heterosis values.

Abstract

The current covid-19 pandemic has caused the child's needs to be less fulfilled for the attention and guidance of parents, which will undoubtedly affect the aspects of children's moral development. This research was conducted to identify the role of parental attention in the moral development of elementary school children during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses qualitative methods with literature studies from several sources, both print and electronic media, as well as books and online journals. The research technique used is the documentation technique in the form of notes, books, papers or articles, journals, and news. Validity test, researchers used the triangulation of data sources. The literature review analysis uses the content analysis paradigma presentation of data using informal presentation methods. The results of this study are based on a survey from the Ministry of Education and Culture, namely that around 90% of parents accompany their children during SFH, and only 3,4% of children do not receive assistance from their parents because their parents work outside the home. This research concludes that it is essential for parents to pay attention to the moral development of their children, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, in general, parents have played a role in accompanying their children during the Covid-19 and SFH pandemic.

Abstract

Education is not only the process of transferring knowledge. Then a student is asked to memorize, then is assessed based on the ability to memorize that knowledge. At the same time, a student at this time needs to have high-level thinking skills or HOTS. The launching and recommendation of the application of HOTS in the learning process is one of the strategic efforts to improve learning capacity, especially the learning of religious education in the HOTS of critical thinking. Logically, the problem of higk level thinking, which is the person's cognitive skills, is the upper front part, which is called the prefrontal cortex. The brain part of this part is known as the center of ecretutive control, or the student is a high-level thinking. Also, place of problem solving, regulation, create character and personality. Sciences strategic activities are carried out in Islamic Education so that they can get high-level ability to be enhanced with the HOTS indicator: (1) analysis level, (2) evaluation level, (3) level of integration. This research enriched scientific knowledge in other studies.

Abstract

When this Indonesia was experiencing an outbreak of pandemic COVID-19, even the plague is happening not only in Indonesia but worldwide this is a challenge great for parents to keep the fruit of his heart that was not exposed to the virus is, in addition to the parents also become role important that should keep control of the growth and development of the fruit of this heart, especially in times of children early, which at the time these activities are limited so need a way to keep doing activities that can stimulate the growth and development of her with the good. The purpose of this study was to find out how the use of hunter virus game on child development and stimulate children when facing a COVID-19 pandemic, especially in the aspect of cognitive during the early childhood. In this study using qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the result of observations and interviews with child game Hunter Virus This can be used as a media when the children are at home with the game this can introduce to the children about the virus that when this was happening. Besides, children with enthusiasm and are helped in learning about the dangers of the virus.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the interest of researchers in increasing the ability of cooperation in the use of used cardboard as an educational play tool in late childhood children in Canden Hamlet RT05, Canden, Jetis, Bantul, Yogyakarta. In general, this research is to find out the increase in the ability of children's cooperation in the use of used cardboard as an educational game tool. This research is a type of qualitative research that is descriptive in nature. Data obtained from the results of research using the method of collecting data observation, interviews, and documentation. While the technical analysis of the data used is data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed a significant increase in the ability of cooperation in the use of used cardboard as an educational game tool.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of Abraham Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory in Islamic education learning at Tamanan Elementary School Bantul to help teachers understand the desires of their students in learning. The method used is field research, then it is integrated with various related sources. The results of this study are: a) Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory b) Application of Abraham Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs (Humanistic) Theory in Islamic Education learning at Tamanan Elementary School. The conclusion of Maslow's theory of needs aims to make individuals as good human being as possible. This will be very useful in the application of learning so that students can understand themselves and their environment. The students who have reached this level will do various things in order to maximize their potential so that learning can be effective.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan permainan puzzle jam yang dibuat dari barang bekas dapat menstimulasi perkembangan anak di era new normal. Penelitian ini berjenis kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Peneliti melakukan observasi partisipan pada warga yang tinggal di Perumahan Graha Kencana Blok RR no. 12 dengan subjek penelitian ada 3 anak yang berusia 5-6 Tahun dan 2 orang tua yang mendampingi anak bermain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa permainan puzzle jam yang terbuat dari barang bekas dapat menstimulasi perkembangan anak di era new normal, baik perkembangan kognitif, fisik motorik, sosial emosional, bahasa, moral agama, seni dan kreativitas anak. Permainan ini mudah dimainkan oleh anak, baik dengan pendampingan maupun dilakukan secara mandiri.

Abstract

Teachers and parents have the task and responsibility to educate children to have good character. One of the characters that need to be trained in early childhood is independence and food courtesy. The method used by the author to practice this is storytelling with APE puppets and pictorial aprons. The research method used is qualitative. The results and discussion of this study found that B3 group students were able to answer questions correctly. This shows that APE puppet people used as media for storytelling for writers are effective for training independence of early childhood. With this APE illustrated apron group B3 students can better understand what is good eating habits and eating habits that should not be done.
