Abstract

This research aims to determine the optimal distribution route for rice products in PB Surya Agung by utilizing the Saving Matrix and Nearest Insertion methods as well as using LINGO software. The Saving Matrix method is used to identify the most efficient route in the distribution process, while the Nearest Insertion method is used to insert new nodes into existing routes. The research results show that combining the two is able to increase the distribution efficiency of rice products in the company. Through this approach, PB Surya Agung can optimize the distribution route for their rice products to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Abstract

XYZ is an automotive component manufacturing company with two lines of production: the Shock Absorber Line and the VCT Line. One of the products on the VCT Line is the VCT rotor, with issues surrounding waste. Utilizing Lean Manufacturing approaches using the Waste Assessment Model and the Value Stream Analysis Tools is an effective way to solve issues and enhance efficiency in the VCT rotor system and production process at PT. XYZ. Total time savings as a result of the process change is 9,108.25 seconds, and the total lead time reduction in inventory is 34 days. The highest type of waste found in the VCT rotor is inventory, which accounts for 23,29% of the total waste. Overproduction contributes to 23,23% of the waste, while defect is responsible for 19,04%.

Abstract

PT ABC is a limited liability company engaged in heavy automotive production that has many products such as medium trucks, small trucks, bus chassis, engines and other spare parts. In assembling a Light Duty Truck through several work stations and must go through production schedule planning to meet the requested production demand. In the case of the welding line, there is a mismatch in production results with the planned production results at the end of the production period not in accordance with the scheduling carried out. So it is necessary to analyze production capacity using the calculation of Rough Cut Capacity Planning, after the calculation it is found that there are still several work stations that experience a lack of production capacity of -849 hours and excess capacity for production throughout the 12-month period. This shows that the lack of efficiency of the available capacity at each station in the LDT welding line so that it cannot produce according to the planned production demand

Abstract

Sustainability is becoming a critical focus within maritime education, leadership, and workforce development as the industry adapts to evolving environmental regulations and safety imperatives. This research explores the integration of sustainability principles in maritime training programs and leadership frameworks, addressing gaps in workforce development and the application of sustainable practices. The study provides original insights by examining qualitative perspectives from maritime professionals, educators, and graduates, complementing previous research by offering empirical evidence on sustainability in vocational education. The primary objective was to investigate how sustainability is embedded within maritime education and leadership, focusing on its role in fostering safety cultures and environmental responsibility. The research employed a qualitative approach, combining systematic literature review (SLR) with interviews and questionnaires involving ten maritime stakeholders. The results indicate a strong alignment between sustainability goals and educational frameworks, with leadership emerging as a key driver of sustainable practices. While overall scores reflect significant progress, the findings highlight areas for enhancing workforce development, particularly in reinforcing environmental responsibility. The study underscores the importance of leadership in shaping sustainable organizational cultures and advocates for more comprehensive, sustainability-focused curricula in maritime vocational programs. The conclusions emphasize the need for greater collaboration between educational institutions and industry leaders to ensure cohesive progress in sustainability adoption. This research contributes to shaping a future maritime workforce that is technically proficient, environmentally conscious, and safety-driven.

Abstract

Pengembangan bibit unggul pada tanaman kopi robusta dapat dilakukan dengan pengamatan pada karakter batang. Hal ini penting mengingat kopui robusta menjadi salah satu penyumbang devisi dan sumber komoditas uatam di Indonesia, khususnya Lampung. Penelitian dilaksanakan untuk mengamati keragaman genetik tanaman kopi robusta pada Perkebunan Kopi Rakyat di Desa Bogorejo, Kecamatan Gedong Tataan, Kabupaten Pesawaran, Provinsi Lampung berdasarkan karakteristik fenotipe batang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan purposive sampling pada 30 individu. Pengamatan kualitatif dilakukan pada lima karakter batang, sedangkan pengukuran karakter kuantitatif dilakukan pada 11 karakter batang. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 11 individu yang mempunyai sambungan batang bawah-batang atas, dengan seluruh individu tanaman kopi robusta mempunyai warna dan permukaan batang yang seragam, baik batang bawah dan batang atas. Di sisi lain, pengamatan terhadap karakter kuantitatif menunjukkan ragam yang lebih tinggi sehingga nampak adanya pengaruh genetik dan lingkungan terhadap karakter fenotipe batang tanaman kopi. Adapun rerata karakter kuantitatif individu pada populasi tersebut adalah tinggi tanaman total 124,29 cm, tinggi batang bawah 98,30 cm, lingkar batang bawah 15,05 cm, diameter batang bawah 47,25 cm, tinggi batang atas 70,88 cm, lingkar batang atas 14,78 cm, diameter batang atas 46,41 cm, jumlah cabang ortrotop pada batang utama 1,60 buah, jumlah jabang plagiotrop pada tabang utama 8 buah, tinggi cabang ortotrop pertama pada batang utama 39,43 cm, dan tinggi cabang plagiotrop pertama pada batang utama 114,30 cm.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mempengaruhi berbagai sektor, termasuk pemerintahan. Direktorat Jenderal Perbendaharaan merespons tantangan ini dengan inovasi dan simplifikasi proses bisnis keuangan negara, seperti implementasi Aplikasi SAKTI, SPAN, e-SPM, e-rekon dan LK, MPN G3, serta Kartu Kredit Pemerintah dan sistem digital payment. KPPN Yogyakarta harus siap menghadapi perubahan ini dengan adaptif dan mampu mengkomunikasikan perubahan kepada pemangku kepentingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menjelaskan secara empiris pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai serta pengaruh tidak langsung pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik sensus pada seluruh pegawai aktif KPPN Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 49 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang diolah menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh positif dan signfikan antara pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja, dan pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja. Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan pelatihan yang telah ada perlu dipertahankan karena terbukti mampu memberikan motivasi kepada pegawai untuk bekerja lebih dari apa yang telah ditargetkan.

Abstract

Human civilization undergoes dynamic development in tandem with the intricate changes embedded in the fabric of human existence. These changes, inherently tied to human life, are referred to as social changes. It is essential to recognize that the impact of social change is not confined to a single dimension; rather, it radiates across various sectors, creating a ripple effect. This implies that alterations in the social landscape resonate in diverse fields, prominently seen in tourism. Specifically, the social changes in Ciwaru Village, stemming from the advancement of Global Geopark tourism, exemplify this interconnected evolution. This study adopts a descriptive research approach, focusing on Ciwaru Village in the Ciemas Sub-district of Sukabumi Regency. Employing a closed questionnaire as the primary data collection tool, the research delves into the perspectives of the local community. The analysis reveals that 76% of Ciwaru villagers endorse the social changes brought about by tourism development. The establishment of the Global Geopark has significantly influenced social dynamics in Ciwaru Village. This impact manifests in alterations to social interactions, shifts in attitudes and social values, and modifications to behavior patterns within the community. The inauguration of the Global Geopark emerges as a catalyst for transformative social changes in Ciwaru Village, illustrating the interconnected nature of human society and its evolution in response to external influences

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of digital transformation in Civic Education (PPKn) to strengthen national values and character. Using a literature review and conceptual analysis approach, the study reveals that the integration of digital media such as Wordwall and Canva, along with the application of blended learning and flipped classroom methods, significantly enhances students' understanding of Pancasila values. The main findings of the study indicate that technology-based approaches not only increase student engagement but also facilitate the internalization of national values. However, the study also identifies challenges such as the spread of misinformation and digital distraction issues, which require strengthening digital literacy and more critical pedagogical approaches

Abstract

The article was to analyze the effect of religious attitudes, to analyze the effect of active learning, to analyze the attitude of religiosity and learning activity on students learning outcomes at SMK Negeri 1 Jambu and at SMK Roudlotul Furqon, Kebumen Banyubiru, Semarang Regency. It used quantitative research. The data collection method used survey methods, quantitative or statistical data analysis, with the aim of applying for hypotension that has been determined. The total sample was 75 students. The test instrument used is a test of validity and reliability. Data analysis used multiple linear regression, F test and t test. The results show that: based on the output table of the first Summary Model, was known that the coefficient of R Square was 0.429 or equal to 42.9%, then the variable of religiosity (X1) has an effect on stu’dents learning outcomes (Y) of 42.9%. While the remaining 100% - 42.9% = 57.1% influenced by other variables not examined. Based on the output table of the second Summary Model, it was known that the R Square coefficient was 0.420 or equal to 42.0%. Hence, the learning activity variable (X2) has an effect on students’ learning outcomes (Y) by 42.0%. While the remaining 100% - 42.0% = 58.0% was influenced by other variables not examined. Based on the output table of the third Summary Model, was known that the R Square value 0.632 or equal to 63.2%, meaning that the variables of religious attitudes (X1) and learning activity (X2) simultaneously affect PAI learning outcomes (Y), which were 42, 0%. While the remaining 100% - 63.2% = 36.8% influenced by other variables not examined. Keywords: Religious Attitude, Learning Activity, Learning Outcome

Abstract

The proper selection of suppliers is a crucial factor in the manufacturing industry as it significantly influences production efficiency and the quality of final products. PT Techno Wood Indonesia, a company engaged in the production of decorative panels, highly depends on high-quality plywood as its main raw material. This study applies the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the best plywood supplier based on relevant criteria. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires distributed to the Purchasing/Procurement staff, supported by secondary data from company documents and literature. The results indicate four main criteria with the following weights: Performance (0.537), Quality (0.271), Cost (0.131), and Responsiveness (0.061). From the global priority synthesis, PT Sumitomo Forestry ranked first with a weight of 0.476, followed by PT SMB Gobel Indonesia (0.362) and PT Itochu Indonesia IDR (0.162). These findings highlight that PT Techno Wood Indonesia prioritizes performance and quality over cost and responsiveness, with PT Sumitomo Forestry identified as the primary plywood supplier.
