Abstract

Abstract. Measurement of supply chain performance is a necessary as an approach inorder to optimize supply chain of tilapia fish in Musi Rawas Regency. The purpose ofthis research is to analyze the performance of the supply chain of tilapia fish, and theefficiency of supply chain performance of tilapia fish at Bandar Sriandoyo inTugumulyo District, Musi Rawas Regency. The method that employed to measure theperformance of supply chain of tilapia fish was by comparing the value of SCORmetric performance attribute on partner farmer and Bandar Sriandoyo with superiortarget value on benchmarking. Analysis of efficiency of supply chain performance oftilapia fish was employing Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. The input andoutput variables were based on the performance attributes of SCOR metrics. The resultsof measuring the performance of the supply chain of tilapia fish on the partner farmersand Bandar Sriandoyo has generally achieved good performance compared to thebenchmark. Where some performance attributes had achieved the target of the superiorstatus that is the best performance achievement. While the attributes of deliveryperformance and conformity with the standard achived the target of the advantage(middle) status. The results of chain performance efficiency measurement showed that23 partner farmers (60%) had achieved technical efficiency and having 100%performance efficiency value. While 15 partner farmers (40%) had not reachedtechnical efficiency. Bandar Sriandoyo has achieved technical efficiency because it hasachived a 100% performance efficiency rate, which means that the input and outputfactors are running according to the target.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Uji Potensi Ekstrak Daun Sirsak (Annona muricata L) untuk mengendalikan hama ulat krop (Crocidolomia pavonana F). Penelitian yang dilakuakan di Laboratorium Agroteknologi Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Mahasaraswati Denpasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 3 bulan tertanggal 6 Oktober 2016 sampai 7 Februari 2017. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi ekstrak daun sirsak dalam pengendalian hama ulat krop. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan empat taraf kosentrasi ekstrak daun sirsak dan satu kontrol (tanpa pemberian ekstrak) yaitu 10ml/ 100 mL aquades (P1) ,20ml/ / 100 mL aquades (P2), 30ml/ 100 mL aquades (P3), dan 40ml/ 100 mL aquades (P4). Perlakuan diberikan melalui pakan yang bekerja sebagai racun perut (RP) dan diberikan melalui olesan menggunakan kuas pada tubuh serangga yang bekerja sebagai racun kontak (RK). Hasil penelitian perlakuan dengan kosentrasi 40ml/ 100mL aquades memberikan hasil yang terbaik dibandingkan dengan perlakuan dosis yang lain terhadap semua parameter yang diamati seperti pada pengamatan racun perut (RP), racun kontak (RK).

Abstract

This study entitled The effect of time of decomposition of yuyu rice fields (Parathelphusa convexa) on the interest of pest (Leptocorisa oratorius) on rice plants. This research was conducted for two months, starting from November until December 2019. This study aimed to determine the effect of the time of yuyu rice field carcass decay on the interest of pest pest control. This study used a randomized block design (RBD) with eight treatments and one control that was repeated three times, using traps that were designed specifically and in each trap put in the form of bait yuyu carcasses. the results of research on the fifth treatment (yuyu carcasses of rice fields that were decomposed for five days) had the most attractive results of pest pest pest which is with an average number of horned puppet trap which was trapped at 13.33 tails.

Abstract

Speaking is one of language skills that should be improved by students. In order to improve the skill, teacher should be carefull in choosing techniques and media used for teaching. The aim of this research was to find out whether or not the Speaking Skill of the 3rd grade students of Cipta Dharma Elementary School could be improved through Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) and Picture Series in Academic Year 2016/2017. This Research used a Classroom Action Research with the total 36 students taken as subject. The result was, in Pre Cycle52.78% (19 students); in Cycle 1 69.44% (25 students); and in Cycle 2 88.89% (32 students) reached the minimum completeness learning mastery. Based on the result, it could be concluded that the subject’s Speaking Skill could be improved the implementation of STAD and Picture Series.

Abstract

SMP 4 Denpasar holds the title of "Adiwiyata School" in academic year 2012/2013. However, in 2016 SMP Negeri 4 Denpasar can not achieve Adiwiyata school title, whereas potentially a comfortable and beautiful school environment as well as awareness of the party as to the environment is very good preservation. Based on the interview with the Principal of SMP Negeri 4 Denpasar, Drs. I Wayan Dhania, M.Pd. He expressed the need to re-arrange the school environment by giving the scientific name of each plant so that SMP Negeri 4 Denpasar can regain the title of Adiwiyata School. Besides it is related to the learning process, although there are already teachers who are able to develop e-learning based online learning in SMP Negeri 4 Denpasar. But the number is still very minimal and only limited use of blogs with simple features. The method used in this research is the interview method that is the way interviewer deeply with resource, discussion method, active participation method, and the method of demonstration. Based on the implementation of the program it can be concluded 1) The creation of e-learning module that is schoology and plantamor is very useful for teachers in SMP 4 Denpasar because it has features that facilitate the teacher in the teaching, 2) e-learning training is schoology and plantamor implemented in SMP Negeri 4 Denpasar teleah went smoothly, although the teachers are a little constrained by making schoology account that requires special precision, 3) Provision of scientific naming board of IbM program is very useful in supporting science teaching especially biology, 4) There is a difference between the results of pre test and post test teachers of SMP Negeri 4 Denpasar (p-value = 0.013> α = 0.05).

Abstract

Abstract: This paper seeks to explore the influence of motivation and competences on civil-service lecturers’ performance and academic grade promotion. It employed descriptive quantitative and qualitative research by distributing questionnaires to 64 civil-service lecturers serving in private universities. It deals with the following academic grade: instructor, assistant professor, and associate professor. Then, the data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression with statistical processing program. The results affirm that simultaneously both motivation and competence influence lecturers’ performance. Key Words: academic grade of lecturer, competence, performance, motivation, regressionAbstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji serta menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja dan kenaikan jabatan fungsional dosen PNS. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 64 orang dosen PNS yang ditugaskan pada perguruan tinggi swasta, dengan kualifikasi jenjang jabatan fungsional Asisten Ahli, Lektor, dan Lektor Kepala. Analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan uji regresi berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi pengolah statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen, yaitu motivasi dan kompetensi secara bersama-sama atau simultan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen, yaitu kinerja dosen PNS.  Kata kunci: jabatan fungsional dosen, kompetensi, kinerja, motivasi, regresi

Abstract

Tourism is one industry that can be relied upon to benefit the government and the people living in the area concerned. For the government as a provider and manager of tourism, the tourism sector will stimulate the economy of the region, driving the pace of regional development, and improve the welfare of the people in the regions concerned. This research was conducted with aim to identify various strategies of government of Pekalongan regency in developing Ecotourism Petungkriyono, by analyzing participation of tourism awareness groups in developing Ecotourism Petungkriyono, and determine relationship between the Government of Pekalongan District with the groups of tourism awareness in the development of Ecotourism Petungkriyono. The method used in this study was a mixed methods, a method that combines qualitative and quantitative approaches in terms of methodology combines two approaches in all stages of the research process. The population and sample in this research are the community of Petungkriyono District which affiliate into the manager of tourism awareness groups, through questionnaires and interviews supported with an explanation. This study used the population study, because the population is less than 100 respondents, as many as 84 respondents who are the managers of 3 tourism awareness groups, and 11 informants. These results indicate that strategy of the Government of Pekalongan District and tourism awareness groups participation effect on the development of the potential of Ecotourism Petungkriyono. There are no specific regulations provided to organize the development of Ecotourism Petungkriyono, lack of access roads, and the lack of coordination among stakeholder institutions which become main constraints on development efforts. Recommends the government to promote the development of Ecotourism Petungkriyono with optimal coordination between the stakeholders involved, and the need for specific policies drafted to Ecotourism Petungkriyono development. In addition, the community needs to increase the number of groups of tourism awareness and strengthen the institution. Abstract

Politik lingkungan membuktikan bahwa persoalan kerusakan lingkungan membutuhkan intervensi pemerintah atau bentuk tata kelola lain untuk menanganinya. Good Corporate Governance diperlukan untuk memastikan bahwa pengawasan dan pengendalian terhadap lingkungan yang baik sehingga menciptakan nilai tambah bagi perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mengangkat 2 masalah yaitu bagaimana upaya perusahaan dalam mengelola lingkungan dan limbah yang ditimbulkan oleh industri pakan ternak dan bagaimana tanggapan masyarakat terhadap keberadaan pabrik PT. Malindo Feedmill Tbk. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya perusahaan dalam mengelola lingkungan dan limbah yang ditimbulkan oleh industri pakan ternak dan untuk mengetahui tanggapan masyarakat terhadap keberadaan pabrik PT. Malindo Feedmill Tbk.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mixed method. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, kuesioner, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Good Corporate Governance dan persepsi masyarakat mengenai AMDAL/RKL/RPL dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan industri pakan ternak sangat berpengaruh dalam mengurangi tingkat pengangguran.Penelitian ini menyimpulkan Good Corporate Governance dalam pelaksanaan AMDAL/RKL/RPL sudah teruwjud, hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya pengaruh positif antara perusahaan dengan masyarakat.

Abstract

Infrastructure development is an important part of an expansion of a regionand country which is the duties and obligations of the center or local government. Ininfrastructure development social aspects should be noticed in order to realize a participatoryand quality development. MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) development policy is a policy to increasethe infrastructure development. This research was a development study which reviewed on howthe perception and participation of the society towards the infrastructure developmentparticularly in MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) development in Lebak Bulus District, South Jakarta.This was a mixed research method between quantitative and qualitative with samplingtechnique using questionnaire, interview and document. The main focuses in this research werethe context of society perception to MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) development in Lebak BulusDistrict, South Jakarta, society participation towards the MRT (Mass Rapid Transit)development in Lebak Bulus District, South Jakarta, and the correlation of perception andparticipation of the society towards the MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) development in Lebak BulusDistrict, South Jakarta from its implementation in the field.Keywords : Infrustructure Development, Perception, Participation

Abstract

Kepemimpinan perempuan selalu menjadi isu publik yang telah memancing polemik di suatuorganisasi yang beranggapan bahwa perempuan dalam memimpin organisasinya cenderung berpikirirasional dan emosional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan perempuandan kinerja pemimpin perempuan.. Apakah kedua hal mengenai kepemimpinan perempuan tersebutberpengaruh atau tidak terhadap akseptabilitas pengurus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode mix method dengan menggabungkan antara metodekuantitatif dengan metode kualitatif. Pada metode kuantitatif menggunakan teknik purposivesampling dan pada metode kualitatif menggunakan model sequential dengan pendekatan explanatory.Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Ibu Titik Suprapti selaku Ketua DPC Partai Gerindra KabupatenSukoharjo dan untuk informan yang dipilih adalah para pengurus inti di Partai Gerindra KabupatenSukoharjo.Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa Ketua DPC Partai Gerindra KabupatenSukoharjo menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepemimpinan demokratis.Kemudian, hasil dari kinerja pemimpin perempuan dianggap baik karena mampu mencapai tujuan,sehingga akseptabilitas pengurus di Partai Gerindra Kabupaten Sukoharjo bernilai positif. Sehingga,hasil yang diperoleh dari kajian mix method mengenai gaya kepemimpinan dan performanceperempuan terhadap akseptabilitas pengurus, ditemukan adanya temuan mengenai perubahanorientasi politik, perubahan partisipasi politik, dan perubahan konstituen.
