Abstract

This study analyzes the causes of academic procrastination behavior in students of the social science education study program at Tanjungpura University pontianak in 2022/2023. The reason for this research is because the level of academic procrastination of students of the social science education study program at Tanjungpura University is high, the purpose of this study is to find out: the causes of students doing academic procrastination, the types of tasks that make academic procrastination, the losses obtained by students and the efforts made by students. The data collection technique is interview. The informants in this study were 5 people. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis. Suhadianto & Pratitis (2020) was used as a guide to categorize the interview results with the theme of academic procrastination. The results showed that the cause of students doing academic procrastination is that they consider the time for submitting assignments is still long. The results of this study are in accordance with the task collection data on the google classroom of the lecturer concerned that students are often late in submitting assignments that have been given

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the perceptions of managers and customers regarding the implementation of sharia compliance. The object of this research is the Sharia Savings and Loans and Financing Cooperative BMT Muamalah Mandiri Depok. This research uses qualitative descriptive analysis with interview. The results of the research show that through six indicators for assessing the supervision of the sharia supervisory board, namely integrity, competence, financial reputation, duties and obligations, product supervision based on sharia principles, and concurrent positions are in accordance with sharia principles. However, there are obstacles in the supervision process, because the management and customers have minimal knowledge of sharia. Therefore, sharia education is needed from the sharia supervisory board. Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan persepsi manajer dan nasabah terhadap penerapan kepatuhan syariah. Objek penelitian ini adalah Koperasi Simpan Pinjam dan Pembiayaan Syariah (KSPPS) BMT Muamalah Mandiri Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui enam indikator penilaian pengawasan dewan pengawas syariah yaitu integritas, kompetensi, reputasi keuangan, tugas dan kewajiban, pengawasan produk berdasarkan prinsip syariah, dan rangkap jabatan sudah sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Namun, terdapat kendala dalam proses pengawasan, karena pengelola dan nasabah yang minim pengetahuan syariah. Sehingga, perlu edukasi syariah dari dewan pengawas syariah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determination of cost of goods using the full costing method. This method takes into account all production costs, both direct and indirect costs, to determine the cost of the product. This research will discuss the basic concept of the full costing method, its implementation in the business environment, and its advantages and disadvantages. The research methods used are literature study and data analysis. The data will be analyzed using a qualitative approach to provide a comprehensive understanding of the full costing method and its impact on the determination of the cost of product. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the understanding of the importance of the full costing method in determining accurate and relevant cost costs in the context of modern business. In addition, this research is also expected to be able to provide recommendations for business practitioners in implementing the full costing method effectively and efficiently

Abstract

Industri fashion, khususnya sepatu, di Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan pesat, namun produk fashion Vans di Kota Bandung menunjukkan penurunan minat beli yang signifikan dalam satu tahun terakhir. Faktor gaya hidup, harga yang relatif tinggi, dan brand ambassador menjadi isu penting yang memengaruhi perilaku konsumen, terutama di kalangan generasi muda yang terus mengikuti tren fashion terkini. Riset ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis keterkaitan gaya hidup, harga, dan brand ambassador pada minat beli produk fashion Vans di Kota Bandung. Dengan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif, serta pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada 100 responden terpilih. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda memperlihatkan bahwa gaya hidup, harga, dan brand ambassador berdampak positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada minat beli, dengan kontribusi sebesar 76,6% dan nilai Fhitung 105,192 (signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05). Kesimpulannya, faktor-faktor tersebut menjadi kunci dalam memengaruhi minat beli, sehingga Vans perlu mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran berbasis gaya hidup, menyesuaikan harga kompetitif, dan meningkatkan efektivitas brand ambassador untuk menarik konsumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengambilan keputusan yang diterapkan oleh UMKM "Jus Kabita" dalam pengelolaan pendapatan, kualitas bahan baku, kepuasan pelanggan, dan pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemilik usaha menerapkan variasi harga yang fleksibel untuk menjangkau berbagai segmen pasar, serta berkomitmen pada penggunaan bahan baku berkualitas tinggi yang berdampak positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Selain itu, pemanfaatan media sosial dan layanan pengantaran seperti GrabFood mencerminkan adaptasi terhadap perubahan perilaku konsumen. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa keputusan yang diambil didasarkan pada pemahaman yang mendalam tentang kebutuhan pelanggan dan dinamika pasar, yang berpotensi mendukung keberlanjutan dan pertumbuhan usaha dalam jangka panjang. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pelaku UMKM dalam mengembangkan strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja usaha.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work stress and work discipline on employee performance in the Knitting Department of PT Kahatex, Cimahi, West Java. This research uses a quantitative method with an associative approach. Data collection techniques include pre-surveys, questionnaires, interviews, and document collection, with a population of 65 individuals (respondents) used as the sample. Data analysis includes validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, t-tests, and f-tests. The results show that work stress has a significant negative effect on employee performance by 34.2%. From the partial hypothesis testing, the value of t-count > t-table (4.876 > 2.000) was obtained, indicating that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning there is a significant negative influence of work stress on employee performance in the Knitting Department of PT Kahatex. Work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance by 57.8%. From the partial hypothesis testing, the value of t-count > t-table (7.953 > 2.000) was obtained, indicating that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning there is a significant positive influence of work discipline on employee performance. Based on the simultaneous hypothesis testing, work stress and work discipline together have a significant positive effect on employee performance, with a determination coefficient of 68.5%. The remaining 31.5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The simultaneous hypothesis testing shows that the value of F-count > F-table (28.532 > 3.150), indicating that H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning there is a significant positive simultaneous influence of work stress and work discipline on employee performance in the Knitting Department of PT Kahatex, Cimahi, West Java.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how taste, price, service quality affect customer satisfaction at Mixue Ice Cream & Tea Caringin Branch, Bandung City. Level measurement using quantitative methods with descriptive and verification approaches using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument and distributed to 97 respondents who are consumers of Mixue Ice Cream & Tea Caringin Branch, Bandung City. While the results of Descriptive research indicate that Customer Satisfaction (Y), Taste (X1), Price (X2) and Service Quality (X3) are in the “Good” category. Verificationally, the variable Taste (X1) on Customer Satisfaction (Y) has a significant effect. Furthermore, the variable Price (X2) on Customer Satisfaction (Y) has a significant effect. The variable Service Quality (X3) on Customer Satisfaction (Y) has a significant effect. Finally, the variables Taste (X1), Price (X2), Service Quality (X3) on Customer Satisfaction (Y) have a significant effect and the amount of influence is 52.6%.

Abstract

In today's free market era, marketing is evolving at a rapid pace. Mixue Ice Cream & Tea successfully has many outlets spread across various cities in Indonesia. Mixue came to the attention of researchers, from a survey distributed to 97 people. This study aims to determine the effect of Price, Sales Promotion and Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction (Study on Mixue Ice Cream & Tea Kopo Soetta Bandung City) with a sample size of 97 respondents. This research method is quantitative based on the philosophy of positivism, data using quantitative or statistical research instruments, with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. The results of the study descriptively variable Consumer Satisfaction, Price, Sales Promotion are in the good category while the service quality variable is in the unfavorable category. Partially the effect of price on customer satisfaction has a t-count value of 2.135. So it can be concluded that price has an effect on customer satisfaction. The effect of Sales Promotion on Consumer Satisfaction has a t-count value of 2.403. So it can be concluded that Sales Promotion has no effect on Consumer Satisfaction. The effect of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction has a t-count value of 1.421. So it can be concluded that Service Quality has no effect on customer satisfaction. simultaneously shows the influence between Price, Sales Promotion, and Service Quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, marketing activities, and customer engagement on social media on consumer purchasing decisions on Rabbani products, Kopo Branch in Bandung. Social media as a marketing platform has enabled Rabbani to strengthen its brand image, increase marketing activities, and build closer relationships with consumers (customer engagement). This study highlights how these three variables, both together and individually, influence consumer decisions in choosing Rabbani products. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach. The researcher involved 100 respondents selected based on the Slovin formula from a total population of 28,159. The results of the descriptive test of this study indicate that brand image, marketing activities, and customer engagement are in the less good category. Brand image has a significant influence on consumer decisions to buy Rabbani products, Kopo Branch in Bandung, while marketing activities and customer engagement do not have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions on Rabbani products, Kopo Branch in Bandung.

Abstract

In this modern era, shopping is one of the daily activities carried out by people to meet their needs. By utilizing current technological developments, activities such as shopping through online shops, online shopping can be done using smartphones by visiting marketplaces/other media that can be used as buying and selling transactions. Online buying and selling transactions can be called e-commerce. This study was conducted using a quantitative method with a verification approach. T-test results, the t-value of Product Quality is 2.459, the t-value of Price is 3.719 and the t-value of Service Quality is 5.455 greater than the t table of 1.661, and the significance value of each variable is less than 0.05. It can be concluded that Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on the Level of Consumer Satisfaction of Shopee Users partially, Price has a positive and significant effect on the Level of Consumer Satisfaction of Shopee Users partially, Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on the Level of Consumer Satisfaction of Shopee Users partially, Product Quality, Price and Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on the Level of Consumer Satisfaction of Shopee Users simultaneously.
