Abstract

Teknologi yang berkembang pesat, terutama melalui media sosial seperti Twitter, memengaruhi perubahan bahasa dengan munculnya singkatan dan akronim. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk mengeksplorasi efek dari berbagai arti singkatan dan akronim, yang dapat menyebabkan kesalahpahaman dalam komunikasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan perbedaan pandangan mengenai arti singkatan dan akronim, mengakibatkan kesalahpahaman dan persepsi negatif terkait ketinggalan zaman. Kesadaran akan arti yang tidak diketahui dapat menyebabkan rasa malu, sementara mencari tahu arti baru membawa pengetahuan yang lebih luas. Fenomena ini menggambarkan bagaimana penggunaan singkatan dan akronim dalam media sosial memengaruhi dinamika komunikasi dan pembentukan pemahaman baru di era teknologi saat ini.

Abstract

Abstract : this study aims to determine the distribution of Cation Exchange Capacity (CEC) and Acidity (pH) values ​​of soil. This research was conducted in December 2021 - January 2022. The location for taking soil samples was in Sakra District, East Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. Soil analysis was carried out in January 2021 at the Soil Chemistry Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Mataram. The approach used in this study is the land unit (land unit). Soil samples in this study were taken by random sampling technique. The random sampling method is the process of taking samples using a random method. The sample points that will be used are 35 points representing vertisol soils in Sakra District. Soil sample data from the field is analyzed or tested in the laboratory. This laboratory test aims to determine the value of Cation Exchange Capacity (CEC) and Soil Acidity (pH). Utilization of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in this research is by using the Arcgis application which is used to make maps. Maps are made by processing data that has been analyzed so that it can be entered and overlaid in the application. The results of the study showed that the CEC content analysis of this soil was classified as high, with medium to very high categories. Soil CEC at the study site ranged from 19.73 me/100gr to 69.62 me/100gr. Meanwhile, the results of the analysis of soil pH levels were classified as neutral, with a slightly acidic to slightly alkaline category. The pH level at the study site ranged from 6 to 8.4. Based on the results of research that has been done, this soil has a fairly good level of fertility, but it is necessary to add organic matter as a soil conditioner in order to maintain and increase soil fertility.

Abstract

Kondisi pembelajaran di MTs Punti tahun pelajaran 2021/2022 diterapkan pembelajaran secara daring sehingga pembelajaran tidak dapat dilaksanakan dengan tatap muka apa lagi dalam jumlah siswa yang banyak, selain dari permasalahan tersebut media belajar berupa handphone android semua siswa memiliki serta didukung oleh koneksi internet yang memadai sehingga memudahkan dalam proses pembelajaran secara daring. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan efektifitas media pembelajaran daring IPA Biologi dimasa pandemi covid-19  MTs Punti kelas VIII tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Penelitan ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif.  Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII MTs Punti dengan 11 siswa yang pada saat kelas VII tahun ajaran 2020/2021 yang menggunakan media daring. Hasil penelitian menunjukan berdasarkan hasil analisis angket efektifitas media pembelajaran daring IPA Biologi dimasa pandemi covid-19 MTs Punti Kelas VIII di peroleh 9 siswa dengan kategori cukup efektif sebanyak 5,1%, sedangkan 2 siswa dengan kategori efektif sebanyak 1,3%. Hasil wawancara menunjukan pelaksanaan pembelajaran online menggunakan whatsApp group cukup lancar, tetapi ada sedikit kendala seperti konsentrasi siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Kesimpulan penelitian ini,  menunjukkan bahwa efektifitas media pembelajaran daring IPA Biologi dimasa pandemi covid-19 di MTs Punti kelas VIII tahun pelajaran 2021/2022 berada pada kategori cukup efektif.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to examine the impact of store atmosphere and perceived value on consumer repurchase interest at Dreezel Coffee Pajajaran Branch, Bandung. This research utilized a quantitative methodology, incorporating a verification technique approach. Both primary and secondary data were employed in this study. A non-probability sampling method, specifically purposive sampling, was used to select participants. From a total population of 19,512 consumers who visited Dreezel Coffee Pajajaran Branch, the Slovin formula was applied to derive a sample size of 100, ensuring they met the necessary criteria. The findings indicate that store atmosphere exerts a moderate influence, evidenced by a correlation value of 0.451, while perceived value exerts a weak influence, with a correlation value of 0.246. Furthermore, the R Square value of 0.241 reveals that the two independent variables account for 24.1% of the variance in repurchase interest, with the remaining 75.9% attributed to other factors.

Abstract

The era of globalization where all companies are developing increasingly rapidly requires companies to optimize the performance of their employees and requires human resources. Therefore, good performance will not only benefit individuals, but institutions or organizations and society will also benefit. The purpose of this research is to determine thedescription and influence of Work Discipline, Compensation on Employee Performance at Madani National Capital(PNM) Malangbong Garut Branch. This research was conducted on 35 employees of Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) Malangbong Garut Branch using the method of distributing questionnaires, path analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the research results, it shows that the description of Work Discipline is in the quite good category at 3.21,Compensation is in the quite good category at 3.38 and Employee Performance is in the quite good category at 2.71. The influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance is 32.8%. The influence of compensation on employee performance is 20% and the influence of work discipline and compensation on employee performance is 84.2%. The conclusion of this research is that there is a significant influence between Work Discipline and Compensation on Employee Performance at Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) Malangbong Garut Branch.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization which is very rapidly developing, causing changes in lifestyle in humans who want to be fast-paced and practical is to increase purchasing decisions for BS motorcycle products, two-wheeled vehicles which are a means of transportation that is easily used by all groups and can reach difficult places. aspects to improve purchasing decisions for brand image, brad trust, and product quality, so that purchasing decisions run optimally. The purpose of this study was to determine brand image, brad trust and product quality on purchasing decisions for BS motorcycle products. The research method used is quantitative research method with descriptive and verification approaches. The results showed that: (1) the decision to purchase a BS motorcycle is in the unfavorable category. (2) Brand image of BS motorcycle products in the unfavorable category (3) Brand trust of BS motorcycle products in the unfavorable category. (4) The quality of BS motorcycle products is in the unfavorable category (5) Partially Brand Image has a positive effect on Purchasing Decisions for BS motorcycle products for Consumers. (6) Partially, brand trust has a positive effect on the decision to buy PT BS motorcycle products. (7) Partially product quality has a positive influence on purchasing decisions. Abstract

This research aims to determine students' interest in learning in mathematics lessons on plane figures in class 2 MI Siti Mariam and to determine the influence of using Tangram media on students' interest in learning in mathematics lessons on plane figures in class 2 MI Siti Mariam. This research uses experimental research methods with a quantitative approach. Data collection using questionnaires, observations and interviews. The data analysis techniques used are normality test, homogeneity test and t-test. Based on the analysis carried out with the help of SPSS version 22, it was found that class 2 students' interest in learning mathematics regarding plane figures was in the category of very interested, 25%, 21.43% interested, 35.73% less interested, and 17.86% not interested. Apart from that, the results of the t-test were obtained with a calculated t-value of 15.628 and the significance level was 0.05, so the t-table value was 2.01537. So the value of t-count > t-table is 15.628 > 2.01537, so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the use of Tangram media on students' interest in learning in mathematics lessons about flat shapes in class 2 at MI Siti Mariam

Abstract

This study explores the influence of social media, influencers, and visual content on purchasing decisions for "Kahf" skincare products on TikTok. The way people communicate, exchange knowledge, and shop has evolved in the modern digital era due to advances in information and communication technology. This study highlights the importance of social media in influencing consumer behavior, primarily through the TikTok platform which has a wide and diverse user base. A pre-survey was conducted on 30 respondents to measure the engagement and impact of TikTok visual content and influencers on purchasing decisions. The results show that although the "Kahf" product has used social media as a means of promotion, the level of purchasing decisions is still low. We anticipate that this study will be a foundation for future research on marketing skincare products through social media and provide substantial theoretical and practical contributions to digital marketing and consumer behavior

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Anemia merupakan kondisi dimana jumlah sel darah merah di dalam tubuh masih terlalu sedikit sehingga tubuh kekurangan hemoglobin. Prevalensi anemia ibu hamil di dunia sebesar 38,2%, di Indonesia sebesar 48,9%, dan Kalimantan Barat sebesar 9,2%. Salah satu puskesmas di kota Pontianak dengan prevalensi anemia ibu hamil tinggi yaitu Puskesmas Kampung Dalam sebanyak 32%. Salah satu upaya alternatif mencegah kejadian anemia dengan memberikan makanan ataupun sari buah dengan kandungan zat besi seperti sari kurma dan daun kelor. Tujuan: mengetahui efektivitas Sari kurma dan tablet Fe dengan ekstrak daun kelor dan tablet Fe terhadap kadar hemoglobin ibu hamil.Metode: Quasi experiment metode nonequivalent control grup design dengan sampel ibu hamil anemia sebanyak 32 responden yang diteliti di Puskesmas Kampung Dalam Kota Pontianak. Analisis data menggunakan wilcoxon dan mann whitney.Hasil: Terdapat perbedaan kadar hemoglobin sebelum dan sesudah pemberian sari kurma dan tablet Fe (p<0.000) serta sebelum dan sesudah pemberian ekstrak daun kelor dan tablet Fe (p<0.000). Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan efektivitas antara Sari kurma dan ekstrak daun kelor terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil (p<0.000). Kesimpulan: Sari kurma dan tablet Fe lebih efektif dibanding ekstrak daun kelor dan tablet Fe terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil.Saran : Sirup kurma dan ekstrak daun kelor dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif terapi non farmakologis untuk mengatasi anemia yang terjadi pada ibu hamil dengan tetap memperhatikan kebutuhan nutrisi lainnya Kata Kunci : Daun kelor; Hamil, Hemoglobin, Sari kurma ABSTRACT Background: Anemia is a condition in which the number of red blood cells in the body is still too low so the body lacks hemoglobin. An alternative effort to prevent anemia is by providing food or fruit juices with iron content, such as date juice and Moringa leaves.Purpose: determine the effectiveness of dates juice and Fe tablets with Moringa leaf extract and Fe tablets on hemoglobin levels of pregnant women.Methods: Quasi-experiment method nonequivalent control group design with a sample of 32 anemic pregnant women studied at the Kampung Dalam Community Health Center in Pontianak City. Data analysis using Wilcoxon and Man Whitney.Results: There were differences in hemoglobin levels before and after administration of date palm extract and Fe tablets (p<0.000) and before and after administration of Moringa leaf extract and Fe tablets (p<0.000). This study shows a difference in effectiveness between dates extract and moringa leaf extract in increasing hemoglobin levels in pregnant women (p<0.000). Conclusion: Dates extract and Fe tablets were more effective than Moringa leaf extract and Fe tablets in increasing hemoglobin levels in pregnant women.Suggestion : Date syrup and Moringa leaf extract can be used as alternative non-pharmacological therapy to treat anemia that occurs in pregnant women while still paying attention to other nutritional needs. Keywords: Moringa leaf, Pregnant, Hemoglobin, Date Syrup

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Berbasis Riset (PkM-BR) yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa dari Institut Agama Islam Al-Falah As-Sunniyyah Kencong Jember merupakan salah satu wujud nyata dalam membangun masyarakat sejahtera menuju SDGs, salah satu goal yang diharapkan dalam SDGs yaitu Pendidikan Berkualitas. Pemilihan Goal dalam bidang pendidikan ini tidak lain karena potensi yang dimiliki salah satu TPQ yang ada di desa Ngampelrejo. Pengabdian ini dilakukan selama 40 hari penuh dengan menggunakan metode ABCD (Asset Based Community Development). Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan melihat kondisi awal, yang mana proses pembelajaran di TPQ Darul Muhibbin kurang efektif dan kurangnya kedispilinan dari para santri meskipun kapasitas ustadz dan ustadzah yang masih aktif di TPQ Darul Muhibbin sudah mencapai 19 asatidz. Maka dari permasalahan tersebut, mahasiswa PkM-BR melakukan observasi secara langsung dengan para ustadz dan ustdzah di TPQ Darul Muhibbin untuk melakukan penataan kelas dengan penambahan jadwal pelajaran yaitu pelaksanaan praktek shalat berjama’ah setelah kegiatan ngaji tilawati. Mahasiswa PkM-BR juga membaginya kedalam beberapa tahapan sesuai dengan tingkatan kelas, seperti kelas 1 dan 2 yang difokuskan untuk pelafalan bacaan shalat yang tepat, kelas 3 dan 4 yang diperkenalkan dengan gerakan-gerakan dalam shalat melalui praktek shalat berjama’ah dikelas masing-masing, sampai di kelas 5 dan 6 santri diharapkan sudah bisa melaksanakan shalat berjama’ah dimusholla TPQ Darul Muhibbin. Hal ini tentunya dengan memberikan penguatan dari kapasitas dari ustadz dan ustadzah yang ada di TPQ Darul Muhibbin yang mencapai 19 asatidz yang dibagi dalam beberapa kelas untuk melakukan pendampingan secara menyeluruh masing-masing kelas. Dari proses pendampingan tersebut terlihat peningkatan yang signifikan dari para santri di TPQ Darul Muhibbin, selain adanya kemajuan dalam pelafalan bacaan shalat, penerapan tersebut juga tentunya dapat meningkatan kedisplinan santri serta dapat menumbuhkan semangat belajar mengaji untuk para santri TPQ di Darul Muhibbin melalui praktek sholat berjama’ah yang dilakukan setiap selesai pembelajaran Tilawati disertai dengan bacaan-bacaan setelah sholat. Sehingga proses pembelajaran melalui pendampingan yang sudah dilakukan oleh peneliti beserta ustadz dan ustadzah di TPQ Darul Muhibbin dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan dapat menciptakan kelas menjadi lebih kondusif.
