Abstract

The goal of this study is to see how RADEC learning is implemented via zoom meetings on heat transfer subject, as well as to see how students' critical thinking skills improve after learning. In this study, three markers were used to increase students' critical thinking skills: offering a straightforward explanation of heat transfer, solving heat transfer questions, and closing the topic. The participants in this study were one teacher who used a zoom meeting to educate using the RADEC model and six grade 6 students from SD Islam Al-Falah 1 Pagi. Observation, documentation, exams, and questionnaires were utilized to collect data. Students' critical thinking skills are assessed by tests, and student answers are assessed through questionnaires after learning. According to the findings of this study, the use of zoom meetings to apply RADEC learning is effective and has a favorable impact on students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penguasaan konsep siswa melalui pembelajaran berbasis WhatsApp Group pada materi perpindahan panas, untuk mengetahui kreativitas siswa melalui pembelajaran berbasis WhatsApp Group pada materi perpindahan panas dan untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis WhatsApp Group pada materi perpindahan panas. Manfaat dari penelitian ini dapat bertambahnya pengetahuan penguasaan konsep dan kreativitas siswa melalui pembelajaran berbasis WhatsApp Group. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan cross-sectional desain. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Kelas V SD Negeri di seluruh Kecamatan Sumedang Utara, Kabupaten Sumedang dilihat dari jumlah siswa pada tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu nonprobability sampling dengan jenis convenience sampling. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN Bendungan I dengan jumlah keseluruhan 20 siswa yang terdiri dari 11 laki-laki dan 9 perempuan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa keterlaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis WhatsApp Group dapat memberikan pengaruh positif dan baik terhadap penguasaan konsep serta kreativitas siswa.

Abstract

Students Worksheets (LKPD) are one of the important teaching materials used to make learning more meaningful and develop science process skills (KPS) of students to investigate the environment. During this time educators only use LKPD without analyting it first, so the LKPD is less demanding for students to investigate problems. The purpose of this research is to develop LKPD based on Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) to improve the KPS. The method used in this research is Research and Development (RD). The main instruments are POE based LKPD, validation sheet and poll. LKPD is tested to the students of the class V in four different elementary schools located in the district Sumedang Selatan, Sumedang, West Java. From the research data showed that the KPS of learners increased (95%) after acquired LKPD as needed, LKPD validation result (95%) "excellent” of students as well (88.3 in terms of material 83.5 design) "is very valid" from judgment. The KPS have not been reached primarily on indicators of interpretation and filing questions.

Abstract

Creativity and communication are skills that must be possessed by students, especially in the 21st century which requires students to always be active in learning activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of PBL learning models on improving student creativity and communication in flood material. The method used in this study was quasi-experimental with nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study were all fifth grade students in Kecamatan Cimalaka  with the samples used were fifth grade students of SDN Cilimbangan as the experimental class and the fifth grade students of SDN Citimun II as the control class. The instruments used in this study were questions of creative thinking ability tests, creative attitude questionnaires, communication assessment rubrics, observation sheets and student response questionnaires. The conclusions obtained from this study are: 1) Learning using PBL models on flood material can improve the creativity ability of students in the experimental class, 2) Learning to use expository on flood material can improve the creativity ability of students in the control class, 3) Students' creativity ability in the experimental class and in the control class are relatively similar, 4) PBL models can significantly improve students' communication skills.

Abstract

Critical thinking skills are important to develop so that students are skilled in solving existing problems and so is the ability to master concepts  to the knowledge they have learned. In developing these abilities PjBL can be used as an alternative. The purpose of the study was to determine the critical thinking skills and concept mastery of fifth grade students through PjBL on zoom meetings the material of changing objects. The research method, namely descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used are observation and test questions. The results of this study include, the implementation of PjBL and ost of the students' critical abilities and mastery of concepts on zoom meeting on the material for changing objects for class V students in the very good category. So it can be concluded that PjBL on zoom meetings has a good impact on students' critical thinking skills and mastery of concepts.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of project-based learning on concept mastery and students' learning motivation related to the water cycle theme. The method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The subjects in the study were the fifth-grade elementary school students in Sumedang District, totaling 20 people. The instrument used consisted of a scale of observations, tests, and questionnaires given before and after project-based learning. The results showed that there was an increase in students' mastery of concepts after learning, from the average value of students' science affective increased 4.3 to 5. There was also the effect of project-based learning on student learning outcomes of student learning motivation because in the results of the questionnaire that obtained the interest 85% of students answered agree on it can be said that the learning interest of fifth-grade students is very good in the implementation of science learning.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang sedang marak di kalangan pendidikan yaitu digantikannya kurikulum KTSP menjadi kurikulum 2013, pada kurikulum tersebut guru dituntut untuk mengajarkan beberapa mata pelajaran  menjadi satu pembelajaran setiap harinya. Sedangkan tenaga kependidikan rata-rata memilki usia yang kurang mahir dalam mencari referensi di dunia perbrowseran. Sehingga peneliti memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan lembar kerja peserta didik, lembaran ini untuk dijadikan referensi. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan subjek penelitian  adalah peserta didik kelas V dari berbagai sekolah dasar diantaranya: SDN Karangpawulang VA VB di kabupaten Sumedang, sedangkan sekolah dasar lainnya yaitu SDN Sinarjati 1, dan SDN Sinarjati 3 di kabupaten Majalengka.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  bawah lembar kerja yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti mendapat kevalidasian oleh ahli materi desain dengan rata-rata nilai dari desain 84,7, kelayak isi 84,6, penyajian 84,3, tata bahasa 85. Dari angka-angka tersebut lembar kerja yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti mendapat kategori sangat valid dan dapat digunakan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan media powerpoint interaktif, untuk mengetahui penguasaan konsep setelah menggunakan media powerpoint interaktif, dan untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar siswa setelah menggunakan media powerpoint interaktif. Manfaat kajian dapat memberikan manfaat dalam aspek keilmuan, dalam penerapan media powerpoint interaktif di sekolah dasar. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatifmenggunakan desain deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Mekarsari II. Sampel penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Mekarsari II yang berjumlah 19 orang yang terdiri dari 7 laki-laki dan 12 perempuan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media powerpoint interaktif dapat memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap penguasaan konsep dan motivasi belajar siswa .

Abstract

The scientific approach is learning that enhances 5M Ability (Observing, Asking, Collecting Information, Processing Information and Communicating). Therefore this study aims to determinee the ability of 5M studentts who learn through the Scientific approach before and after treatment in the experimental and controll classes. The research metho0d used7 was a quasi-experimentall design with nonequival9ent control groups. The study population was all fifth grade students of primary school throughout the Rancaekek District, Bandung Regency. Meanwhile, the study sample was SDN Kencana Indah 1. After studying for three meetings. The r8esults of the study can beseen from the calculation of the initial average score in the experimental class 10.5 to 17.2, and N-gain .72, the control class gets 10.2 to 13.6, and the N-gain value is , 36 Then it can be concluded that the Scientiific approach can improve the ability of 5M studen6ts compared to the Expository approach.

Abstract

Dalam pembelajaran IPA tidak hanya menghafal materi dan konsep-konsep, akan tetapi belajar bagaimana proses dalam pembelajaran. Pada kenyataannya pembelajaran masih berpusat pada guru. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan yaitu dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penguasaan konsep dan kreativitas siswa sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis proyek berbantuan whatsapp group. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif kualitatif. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu pada SDN 2 Kemantren. Simpulan yang dihasilkan pada penelitian ini adalah dalam pembelajaran sebelum menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek nilai siswa memang sudah bagus. Sebelum menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis proyek, siswa belum dapat mengembangkan kreativitasnya karena pembelajaran hanya satu arah. Setelah menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis proyek berbantuan whatsapp group, ada beberapa siswa yang sudah memahami konsep. Kemudian setelah menggunakan pembelajaran berbais proyek siswa dapat mengembangkan kreativitasnya melalui pembuatan proyek dirumah.
