Abstract

YPPSB is an educational institution that implements 21st century learning by providing technological devices in the form of smart TVs in every classroom, even installing CCTV in junior high school classrooms. Programmed supervision at YPPSB is an effort to manage learning in accordance with educational developments. This phenomenon is the background for research that aims to evaluate the context, input, process, and product of YPPSB's 21st century learning supervision program. This study uses a qualitative approach that describes the learning supervision program with the CIPP model evaluation method (Context, Input, Process, and Product) based on data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, data observation, and analysis of relevant documents. Data analysis techniques are carried out with interactive models including data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity checks are carried out with credibility tests including extended observations, increased persistence, triangulation, discussions with colleagues, negative case analysis, and member checks. The results of the context evaluation study explain that the YPPSB Principal conveyed the background, needs, and objectives of supervision verbally to the Teacher in the second week before implementation; the results of the input evaluation explain that YPPSB has supervisor qualifications in accordance with Permendikbudristek No. 40 of 2021 but does not require a code of ethics; the results of the process evaluation explain that YPPSB uses supervision instruments based on the 2007 process standards, carries out a direct contact approach (TK and SD) and collaborative (SMP), with individual techniques; and the results of the product evaluation explain that YPPSB presents reports by collecting supervision instrument documents, not presenting them according to the direction of the Ministry of Education and Culture (2019).

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to describe story facts, personality structure of female lead character, and the factor behind personality changes of female lead character in the novel Alisya by Muhammad Makhdlori. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with psychology of literature studies. This research use objective approach. The data source of this research is from the novel Alisya by Muhammad Makhdlori. The data collection techniques are reading and noting. The data analysis technique used qualitative analysis that consists of three ways, those are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion. The results of this research showed some findings, firstly, story fact in the novel Alisya consists of plot, characterization, and setting. The plot in this novel is forward. The characters in this novel are having roles as main character and additional character. Settings of place in this novel are in Batam, Jakarta and Singapore. Settings of time happen before Alisya became a bitch, after Alisya became a bitch, when Alisya infected HIV’s virus and the last when Alisya stop became a bitch. Social setting in this novel is society’s point of view of HIV’s victim. Secondly, the stimulus of id in Alisya portrayed when Alisya want to flee from poverty, want to become a famous model, want to take a break, want to die, and want to eat. The responds of ego showed when Alisya decided to achieve an offer to take naked photo in magazine and when she decided to achieve Sandy’s invitation to go to the party that held in Singapore. The superego responds showed when Alisya counterbalances whether to achieve the offer to take naked photo or not. Thirdly, from the analysis of Alisya’s personality the researcher fond some factors of Alisya’s personality changes, those are; physical factor, social factor, and the factor from her own self.Keywords: female lead character, personality, Alisya novel

Abstract

In the interactions carried out by traders and buyers in the process of buying and selling transactions in the Samarinda Animal Traditional Market, there are speeches that violate the principle of politeness in language. This has prompted researchers to analyze language politeness in the Samarinda Animal Traditional Market. This study aims to describe the level of politeness in the use of community language in the Samarinda Veterinary Traditional Market and describe the violation of the politeness principle spoken by the Samarinda Animal Market community. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques in this study are tapping techniques, listening techniques, recording techniques and note-taking techniques. The data analysis technique uses a pragmatic equivalent technique. The data in this study are the speeches of traders and buyers at the Samarinda Animal Traditional Market which violate the politeness principle and the politeness scale proposed by Leech. The results of the analysis of the analysis of language politeness violations in buying and selling transactions in the traditional animal market of Samarinda in terms of politeness resulted in an analysis of the Leech politeness scale consisting of cost benefits or the scale of loss and gain, optionality scale or scale of choice, and indirectness scale or indirectness scale. This study also resulted in violations of Leech's six politeness maxims which consist of the maxim of wisdom, the maxim of generosity, the maxim of acceptance, the maxim of humility, the maxim of agreement and the maxim of sympathy

Abstract

This study aims to describe the form of language expression and the political news discourse perspective of Koran Kaltim using Roger Fowler's model. In using Roger Fowler's analysis, clarification can be seen how the same event is translated into different languages. These different words are not seen as technical but are seen as an ideological practice. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. Sources of data used in this research are journalistic products of printed mass media, namely Koran Kaltim. Data collection techniques are reading, listening, and note-taking techniques. The data presentation technique in this study contains an explanation of the forms of language expression and perspective. Overall the results of the study show the following two conclusions. First, the forms of language expression based on political news discourse modalities include necessity modality, desire modality, truth modality as well as various types of metaphors. This form of language expression represents the views, values, ideas and beliefs of journalists in the Kaltim newspaper. Second, the pro-government perspective dominates the political news in the Kaltim newspaper.

Abstract

The syntax can help researchers to analyze the structure of phrases, clauses, or sentences of certain regional languages. Things that can be analyzed as sentence types, sentence functions, and categories contained in sentence functions. The purpose of this study is to describe the structure of sentence functions in the Paser language of the Telake dialect, Paser Regency, and the categories that can fill each sentence function in the Paser language of the Telake dialect. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The descriptive qualitative research method is defined as research that examines natural social action events emphasizing the way people interpret, and understand the structure of sentence functions and the categories that can fill each sentence function in the Telake dialect Paser language. To obtain the primary data, the writer uses (a) observation technique, (b) recording technique, (c) listening technique, (d), note-taking technique, and (e) introspection technique. The data is then classified according to the research indicators to achieve the research objectives that have been set. The results of the research on the functions and categories of sentences in the Paser language of the Telake dialect show that the functions and categories of sentences in the Telake Paser dialect are in the types of sentences (1) singular, (2) compound, (3) declarative, (4) imperative, (5) interrogative, (6) exclamative, (7) major, and (8) minor.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the form of affixes, affixation (the processof affixing), and the meaning of affixes in the Dayak Kenyah dialect of Lepo’ Jalan in Sungai Bawang Culture Village. This research is a qualitative research. This qualitative descriptive research method was used because: this study explains and describes the form of affixes, affixation (the process of affixing), and the meaning of affixes. Data collection was carried out using the look method with advanced techniques listening engagement technique, speaking involvement free listening technique, recording technique, and note-taking technique. Based on data analysis, the resultof research and discussion can be cocluded (1) there are 11 (eleven)forms of affixes for the Dayak Kenyah dialect of Lepo’ Jalan in Sungai Bawang Cultural Village, (2) affixation (process of affixing)Dayak Kenyah dialect Lepo’ Jalan in Sungai Bawang Cultural Village. The word is formed from two elements, namely affixes that attach of the basic word or basic form so that affixed words are formed, (3) the meaning of affixes for the Dayak Kenyah languange in the Lepo’ Jalan dialect in the Cultural Village Sungai Bawang means doing something, stating an action, stating a situation, making something, and stating information.

Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah ujaran afiks yang diperoleh anak usia 6-7 tahun, dan bagaimana proses afiksasi pada anak usia 6-7 tahun. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan jenis penelitiannya adalah deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik simak, catat, observasi, wawancara, serta teknik rekam. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah ujaran anak usia 6-7 tahun (Faza, Aal, Naura). Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan teknik bagi unsur langsung (BUL). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa afiks yang diperoleh anak usia 6-7 tahun ada 4 jenis yaitu, prefiks, infiks, sufiks, konfiks. Representasi pada anak usia 6-7 tahun dalam menggunakan afiks dipengaruhi oleh ucapan orang dewasa sehingga anak mengikuti dan mampu menggunakan afiks dengan varian bentuk yang benar dalam berkomunikasi. Hasil penelitian ini sebagai berikut. Pertama, afiks yang sudah dikuasai oleh anak usia 6-7 tahun ialah prefiks, infiks, sufiks, dan konfiks. Hasil penelitian pemerolehan kata afiks ini merujuk pada aktivitas yang dilakukan anak dalam menghasilkan bahasa secara alami, diharapkan dapat memberikan sumbangan bagi orang tua untuk lebih memperhatikan anaknya dalam perkembangan bahasa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dengan strategi berdiferensiasi terhadap hasil belajar menulis teks berita, ditinjau dari faktor gender peserta didik kelas VII di SMP Negeri 3 Bontang. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka yang mengedepankan strategi berdiferensiasi sebagai bentuk pembelajaran yang berpihak pada peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen, di mana kelas eksperimen menggunakan model Problem Based Learning berbasis diferensiasi, sementara kelas kontrol menggunakan model Direct Learning. Pengujian data dilakukan menggunakan uji Kruskal-Wallis dan U-Mann Whitney. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan dalam hasil belajar menulis teks berita berdasarkan gender, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (<0,05). Selain itu, terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar berdasarkan gaya belajar visual dan auditori dengan nilai signifikansi 0,002 (<0,05). Namun, tidak ditemukan perbedaan yang signifikan antara gaya belajar visual dan kinestetik (0,316 > 0,05) maupun antara gaya belajar auditori dan kinestetik (0,674 > 0,05). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor gender serta gaya belajar tertentu berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik, meskipun tidak semua gaya belajar menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan

Abstract

Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi menjadi semakin relevan di era pendidikan modern karena perbedaan gaya belajar, kemampuan, dan kebutuhan siswa. Salah satu cara untuk mendukung implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi adalah dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital, seperti Quizizz, dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran. Artikel ini membahas studi implementasi Quizizz sebagai alat bantu manajemen pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada mata pelajaran Seni Budaya dan Prakarya (SBdP). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa sekolah menengah pertama dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif, melalui pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Quizizz dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, memungkinkan guru untuk memberikan penilaian formatif secara real-time, dan memudahkan penyesuaian materi dan evaluasi sesuai kebutuhan individu siswa. Selain itu, Quizizz mendukung interaksi siswa secara aktif dalam pembelajaran SBdP melalui pendekatan yang interaktif dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan metode pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dalam konteks Kurikulum Merdeka di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Kota Bontang, serta dampaknya terhadap pengembangan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Kurikulum Merdeka memberikan ruang yang lebih fleksibel bagi pendidik untuk merancang pembelajaran yang dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan potensi siswa. Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi merupakan pendekatan yang sangat relevan dalam konteks penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka. Melalui pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan, minat, dan kemampuan masing-masing siswa, diharapkan dapat mengembangkan berbagai aspek keterampilan, termasuk kemampuan berpikir kritis. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji metode pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dalam konteks Kurikulum Merdeka serta bagaimana penerapannya dapat mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Melalui analisis literatur dan praktik terbaik, ditemukan bahwa pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dapat menciptakan ruang yang kondusif bagi siswa untuk mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, dengan memberikan tantangan yang sesuai dan memungkinkan siswa untuk berkolaborasi serta berpikir secara mendalam. Metode pembelajaran berdiferensiasi berfokus pada pendekatan yang mengakomodasi perbedaan individu siswa, baik dari segi minat, kemampuan, maupun gaya belajar. Penelitian ini penelitian Tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan siklus sebagai pembanding,  pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dalam Kurikulum Merdeka berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa, terlihat dari peningkatan keterampilan siswa dalam menganalisis, mengevaluasi, dan menyelesaikan masalah secara kreatif. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa tantangan dalam penerapan metode ini, antara lain keterbatasan sumber daya dan kebutuhan pelatihan bagi pendidik.
