Abstract

Abstract. Batik is one of Indonesian cultural works that is of high financial value, and admired by many nations in the worlds. Moreover, Indonesian Batik has been recognized by UNESCO as a non object cultural heritage in 2009. This encourages all Indonesians, not only those related to batik industries, to preserve batik. Therefore, information technology based media is needed to spread the philosophical values of batik to the community and to improve the economy for batik industries. The prototype development of mobile web and location based services of batik e - directory aims to build an information technology-based media of the philosophical values of batik to public and to improve the economy. The process includes the development of system requirements and prototype design. Requirement analysis is performed by collating appropriate information architecture to present information of e-directory and batik centers, as well as making requirement specification. The results of requirement analysis will be used as the basis to design a website prototype that can provide information about the e-directory batik and batik centers.Keywords: prototype, e-directory, batik, mobile, web, location-based service Abstrak.Batik merupakan salah satu hasil karya budaya bangsa Indonesia yang memiliki nilai ekonomis tinggi, serta dikagumi oleh berbagai bangsa di dunia.Batik Indonesia bahkan telah diakui UNESCO sebagai warisan budaya bukan benda pada tahun 2009.Hal ini membuat batik wajib dilestarikan dan dikenal, bukan hanya oleh pelaku industri batik, tetapi juga seluruh bangsa Indonesia.Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan media berbasis teknologi informasi sebagai sarana untuk menginformasikan nilai-nilai filosofi dari batik kepada masyarakat dan sarana untuk meningkatkan perekonomian bagi pelaku industri batik.Pengembangan prototype e-directory batik berbasis mobile web dan location based-service bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah media berbasis teknologi informasi sebagai sarana untuk menginformasikan nilai-nilai filosofi dari batik kepada masyarakat dan sarana untuk meningkatkan perekonomian bagi pelaku industri batik. Proses pengembangan meliputi analisis kebutuhan sistem dan perancangan prototype. Analisis kebutuhan dilakukan dengan menyusun arsitektur informasi yang tepat untuk menyajikan informasi e-directory dan sentra batik, serta pembuatan spesifikasi kebutuhan sistem.Hasil analisis kebutuhan sistem akan dijadikan sebagai dasar bagi perancangan prototype website yang dapat menyajikan informasi tentang e-directory batik dan sentra batik.Kata kunci: prototype, e-directory, batik, mobile, web, location-based service

Abstract

Ita Fauzia Hanoum1,2, Arief Boediono3, Mulyoto Pangestu4,5, Dwi Haryadi1,Shofwal Widad1,2, Djaswadi Dasuki1,2 ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Prosedur embrio vitrifikasi menggunakan alat berupa grid, straw atau cryoloop. Gama Sleeved cryoloop dibuat dan dikembangkan di klinik Permata Hati. Untuk itu, dilakukan pengamatan keberhasilan prosedur vitrifikasi menggunakan 0.1µl Gama Sleeved cryoloop.Metode: Vitrifikasi dilakukan pada blastokis dengan kualitas baik yang diperoleh pada hari ke 5 setelah fertilisasi. Inform consent telah disampaikan sebelumnya kepada pasien program bayi tabung di Klinik Permata Hati. Prosedur dilakukan dengan menggunakan media handling (GMOPS Plus; Vitrolife) embrio diinkubasi selama 1 menit; (7.5% EG (v/v); 7.5% DMSO (v/v)) selama 2-3 menit, (15% EG (v/v); 15% DMSO v/v; 10 mg/ml Ficoll; 0.65 M Sucrosa) selama 30 detik pada suhu ruang sebelum kemudian diletakkan di dalam cryoloop, setelah itu secara cepat cryoloop yang berisi embrio dibenamkan ke dalam nitrogen cair. Sebelum dilakukan embryo transfer (ET), embrio dihangatkan dengan cara two step technique (sucrose 0.25M) selama 2 menit dan selama 3 menit (sucrose 0.125M).Hasil: Sejumlah 97 blastokis divitrifikasi dan dihangatkan (67 pasien), dimana 91 blastokis berhasil ditransfer ke rahim ibu (93.8%). Blastokis yang tidak berhasil selamat dari prosedur penghangatan adalah blastokis dengan kerusakan lebih dari 50%. Diperoleh kehamilan klinis 43.3% sedangkan angka implantasi adalah 37.4%. Sampai saat ini, dilaporkan 20 kelahiran (23 bayi) dari program vitrifikasi menggunakan 0.1µl Gama Sleeved cryoloop, sementara 5 kehamilan masih berlangsung. Satu kehamilan dilaporkan gugur pada usia kehamilan yang masih sangat awal, dua keguguran pada usia kehamilan 12 minggu dan satu bayi lahir meninggal karena kelainan kongenital.Kesimpulan: 0.1µl Gama Sleeved cryoloop merupakan pilihan untuk digunakan sebagai alat vitrifikasi blastokis. Data awal yang kami sampaikan dan kelahiran bayi dari program tersebut memberikan harapan untuk kesuksesan program simpan beku embrio di klinik Permata Hati RSUP DR Sardjito Yogyakarta.Kata kunci: kriopreservasi, blastokis, vitrifikasi ABSTRACTBackground: Vitrification has been applied succesfully in human embryo using grid, straw and cryoloop. Gama Sleeved is a home made device develop at Permata Hati. We assessed the survival rate of human blastocyst vitrified in 0.1µl Gama Sleeved cryoloop as device.Method: Excess good grade human D5 embryos were vitrified, upon a detailed informed consent. Embryos were hold in handling media (GMOPS Plus; Vitrolife) for 1 minute; (7.5% EG (v/v); 7.5% DMSO (v/v)) for 2-3 minutes, (15% EG (v/v); 15% DMSO v/v; 10 mg/ml Ficoll; 0.65 M Sucrosa) for 30 seconds at room temperature before inserted in to the loops, then directly plunged into the liquid nitrogen. Prior to ET, embryos were warmed by two step technique in sucrose 0.25M for 2 min and 0.125M sucrosa for 3 min. Embryos were then cultured.Results: Total of 97 vitrified warmed human blastocyst (67 patients) were used and 91 (93.8%) were transferred. Non-transferred blastocyst (6.2%) has more than 50% lyse. The clinical pregnancy rate was 43.9%. The implantation rate was 37.4%. Currently, 20 deliveries of 23 babies born from vitrified blastocyst using 0.1µl Gama Sleeved cryoloop, and another 5 ongoing pregnancy. So far there was 1 early pregnancy loss, 2 miscarriages at 12 weeks pregnancy, and one infant died due to a congenital anomaly.Conclusion: 0.1µl Gama Sleeved cryoloop provides an excellent alternative to existing vitrification devices. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of rhythmic gymnastics on body balance, limb coordination, limb flexibility and limb strength of children aged 5-6 years using a quantitative approach with Pre Experimental with a pretest-posttest with control group design. The study population was all students in Al-Azhar Islamic Kindergarten in Cirebon. Variable X is the Rhythmic Gymnastics Method, and the Y variable is the Gross Motoric Development of Children Aged 5-6 Years The study sample consisted of 15 students using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques used are observation and documentation. Data analysis uses the Independent Sample T Test. The results showed that the average sample after performing the rhythmic gymnastic method was able to increase the children's gross motor skills by an average of 259.00 in the experimental group and 277.33 in the control group. From these results it can be analyzed that all samples of the experimental group have the same results, namely gross motor children after doing more Rhythmic Gymnastics. The conclusion of the study was that there was an effect of the rhythmic gymnastic method on gross motor skills of children aged 5-6 years in the experimental group of 259.00 and in the control group of 277.33 in Al-Azhar Kindergarten students in Cirebon. Suggestions from this study are Al-Azhar Kindergarten students in Cirebon City to routinely do exercises at least 3 times a week.

Abstract

The application of GSCM (Green Supply Chain Management) practice in the leather tanning industry in Yogyakarta is still relatively difficult because the industry prefers manufacturing systems that can accelerate profit uplift without considering environmental quality. Therefore, this research attempts to measure GSCM performance applied in the leather tanning industry, particularly at PT. Asa Yogyakarta. The method used in this research is Green SCOR (Green Supply Chain Operations Reference) and AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). Data collection in this research was by identifying the company's GSCM activities, then compiling performance indicators that refer to the green SCOR method. Weighting performance indicators are conducted to determine the importance of each performance indicator by using the AHP method. The results of this research indicate that the application of GSCM is quite good with the average value of the total GSCM performance >90, despite several improvements that are necessary to enhance the performance.

Abstract

Effect of Rhizobium inoculation on the growth of Glycine max L. Wilis variety was endicated based on green house experiment.The aim of the experiment was to asses the potency of the Rhizobium strain to inccrease the growth of Glycine max L.Strains of : 1 WG, 1 WS, 1 P, 16 GH, 1 LS, 1 BK, 1 KT, 1 BR, and 11 WY were used in this research. Controls treatment were uninoculated with Rhizobium strain -1 and without urea fertilizer (K1) and uninoculated and with urea fertilizer equal 100 kg ha (K2). The research design was Completely Randomized Design with three replications for each treatment.Experiment plants were harvested after 50 days.Parameters of investigation were the dry weight of canopy, roots, nodules root, total plants, number of nodules, and ?Symbiotic Capacity?.Results of this studies showed all of the Rhizobium inoculants able to form nodule. Strain 1 KT (isolate of soil from Kalampangan, Palangkaraya,Central Kalimantan) has given the best results on the growth of Glycine max L.

Penelitian ini berupaya menghasilkan rumusan pengembangan model pembelajaran PAKAR (Proyek, Aktif, Kolaboratif, Analitik, dan Realistis) yang meliputi: pengertian, prinsip dan karakteristik, langkah-langkah penerapan, bahan ajar dan instrumen, serta hasil implementasinya dalam mengkonstruksi kemampuan penalaran matematis peserta didik. Terbentuknya kemampuan penalaran matematis pada peserta didik menunjukkan mereka telah memahami, berkemampuan menyelasaikan masalah, menghargai pentingnya matematika dalam kehidupan sehari-hari yang bersifat realistis melalui penerapan model pembelajaran.  Penelitian ini dikembangkan dalam empat tahap, yaitu: pendefinisian;  perancangan; pengembangan; dan penyebaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan dan eksperimen. Hasil penelitian tahap pendefinisian diperoleh: (1) Pembelajaran PAKAR merupakan model pembelajaran inovatif yang mengarahkan peserta didik secara kolaboratif untuk aktif menyelesaikan proyek masalah realistis sebagai konteks, melakukan analitik sehingga menghasilkan suatu produk. Produk yang dihasilkan mengarahkan peserta didik mengimplementasikan dalam berbagai konteks kehidupan nyata. (2) Model pembelajaran PAKAR tersusun dalam tiga tahapan, yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Langkah-langkah model pembelajaran PAKAR diuraikan sebagai berikut: (a) menyusun proyek masalah yang bersifat realistis; (b) membimbing peserta didik dalam penyelesaian proyek masalah realistis; (c) mengarahkan peserta didik secara kelompok untuk berkolaborasi membahas proyek masalah realistis; (d) mengatur kondisi kelas yang mengantarkan peserta didik aktif belajar; (e) memfasilitasi peserta didik dalam presentasi hasil kerja kelompok; dan (f) mengevaluasi kinerja dan produk yang dihasilkan peserta didik. (3) bahan ajar dan instrumen keliling dan luas lingkaran melalui pembelajaran PAKAR dinyatakan memenuhi syarat validitas sehingga dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran. (4) Hasil penerapannya menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran PAKAR dapat mengkonstruksi kemampuan penalaran matematis peserta didik. Kemampuan penalaran matematis peserta didik melalui pembelajaran PAKAR dalam kualifikasi baik, dan peningkatannya dalam kategori sedang.  Kata Kunci: Konsepsi Model Pembelajaran PAKAR, Bahan ajar dan Instrumen Kemampuan Penalaran Matematis Peserta Didik.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze students? language attitude towards blended learning model for writing subject. The mix method was applied through the combination of quantitative data and qualitative data. The former was administered to the students through the four-point likert scale survey. The latter was obtained from the interview. The data was processed and computed by employing SPSS 24, then explained descriptively. The result of the study was classified into three categories namely affective, cognitive, and conative. The first was at moderate level with range 2.51--3.50. The second was at moderate level with range 2.51--3.50. The last was at moderate level with range 2.51--3.50. Overall, it is confirmed that the students positively behave on blended learning model in writing subject. In emphasizing the result, the interview illustrated that students showed good attitude on writing subject when taught by using blended learning model.

Abstract

Research has been conducted aiming to determine the distribution of coal below the surface in Tulungagung Regency. The survey conducted in this study used a Wenner configuration resistivity geoelectric survey. Retrieval of geolithic resistivity data in the field of four trajectories. The results of data collection in the field oneach track are processed using 2D modeling in Res2dinv software. The results of the processing of the two-dimensional modeling are then interpreted. The structure of rock layers containing coal is shown by a yellow, red to dark purple scheme with a resistivity value of 75-350 ohm meters on the inside varying from 0 meters to 6.91 meters below the surface, spreading erratically and patching on each track.

Abstract

Globalization shows us that many of the changes that occur in a variety of ways, including a market. This role is an important consequence of the changing patterns of consumption and culture in everyday at the world comunity, including Indonesia. The results showed that the main strengths factor in the internal accessibility and the main weaknesses are the quality of human resources (merchants). Abstract

The increasingly fierce competition market requires an entrepreneurto always innovate on their products so that their sales can undoubtedly be top of the market line. Kacang Disco Kecak Mama is one of the micro enterprises that is available and  ready to win the hearts of peanut lovers. This company often uses their peanuts as souvenirs, which is a highy sought after consumer product in Bali. They offer a variety of flavors such as original flavor, super spicy, cheese, barbeque, pizza, squid, shrimp, grilled fish, milk egg honey, and soybean. The name of Kacang Disco Kecak Mama comes from the founding enterpreneur?s hobby of enjoying ?disco?, and the other part of the name ?kecak? derived from the kecak dance which is a typical traditional Balinese dance and the last part ?mama? comes from the desire of the entrepreneurto always have his mother?s blessing so that his endeavors always run smoothly. Twenty five employees are able to produce 250kg, which correlates to about 500kg of Disco Kecak Mama after processing. Some weaknesses in the promotion system, the shortage of electric scales in packaging and the layout of the packaging space. These weakness create a limited barrier to the entrepreneural company. A shortage in these areas make it difficult to work more efficienty and produce a larger mass product. In accordance with the problems faced by entrepreneur, we have created several solutions to offer that would make the business Kacang Disco Kecak Mama more advanced. Here are the following solutions created : (1) an advanced online tactical system either through website or social media (facebook and instagram) so as to reach consumers wordwide (2) create a neon box as a means to introduce this effort to the community, (3) electrical scales for product consumtion, this increases efficiency so that the entrepreneur is able to obtain the expected profit, and (4) renewal of packaging space, which mandates that employees would work more efficiently. From this dedication, kacang disco kecak mama felt the benefits of the increased order that was originally only 200pcs of peanut wrappers in a day increased to 400 pcs, causing they decided to increase the number of employees who originally only 25 people to 40 people, and employees feel comfortable with a well-organized work environment. With the increase in orders this means kacang disco kecak mama?s income has increased.
