Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has transformed how organizations create and deliver marketing elements. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of using digital templates as a practical and fast solution for organizing marketing elements. The research method used is a literature review analyzing various studies related to digital marketing, graphic design, and digital template usage. The findings indicate that digital templates can accelerate the marketing material production process by up to 50%, maintain design consistency and quality, and significantly reduce production costs. Furthermore, the use of digital templates enhances organizational responsiveness to market changes and marketing trends, providing competitive advantages, especially for small and medium enterprises. However, successful implementation depends heavily on technological readiness, user training, and appropriate template selection. This study offers strategic recommendations for organizations to optimize digital template use in digital marketing strategies to support business growth and sustainability in the digital era.

Abstract

Abstract This systematic literature review analyzes the challenges and opportunities faced by online businesses in the digital era. The study found that the development of digital technology has created major changes in the business world, opening up new opportunities for entrepreneurs to reach wider markets and improve operational efficiency. However, the digital era also presents challenges, including intense competition, changes in digital platform algorithms, uneven digital infrastructure, and the need for effective digital marketing strategies. On the other hand, great opportunities are available in the form of global market access, lower operational costs, ease of communication with customers, and inconvenience in managing working hours. The results of the study indicate that to succeed in the digital era, online businesses must address challenges such as cybersecurity, personal data protection, and adaptation to rapid technological developments. They must also take advantage of existing opportunities by implementing effective digital marketing strategies, understanding consumer behavior, and building customer trust.

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative method to examine the effectiveness of marketing strategies implemented by Islamic banks in attracting young customers. The background of this research is based on the significant growth of the Islamic banking sector in Indonesia, which has not yet fully optimized the potential of the youth market segment. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with marketing managers and young customers, as well as documentation of the promotional strategies employed. The findings reveal that marketing strategies emphasizing Islamic values, service digitalization, and social media campaigns significantly influence young customers’ interest. However, some challenges were also identified, such as low Islamic financial literacy among the youth and limited product innovation tailored to their needs. This study recommends strengthening Islamic financial education, collaborating with youth communities, and developing technology-based products and services so that Islamic banks can be more competitive in attracting young customers. With a more adaptive and communicative approach, Islamic banks have the potential to become the preferred choice for the younger generation in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana inovasi dalam penyusunan elemen pemasaran organisasi dapat berkontribusi terhadap penguatan keterampilan pemasaran secara praktis (marketing skill). Di tengah dinamika pasar dan transformasi digital, organisasi dituntut untuk meninggalkan pendekatan pemasaran konvensional dan beralih pada strategi yang lebih adaptif dan kreatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada beberapa organisasi profit dan non-profit. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis dengan pendekatan tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan inovasi dalam elemen pemasaran seperti digitalisasi promosi, penyesuaian produk berbasis kebutuhan konsumen, dan penggunaan media sosial—secara signifikan meningkatkan keterampilan teknis dan interpersonal tim pemasaran. Inovasi juga mendorong proses pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman (experiential learning) yang berperan dalam penguatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia organisasi secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Digital transformation has significantly reshaped the marketing landscape, requiring entrepreneurs and sales personnel to possess strong digital marketing competencies. This study aims to analyze strategies for strengthening marketing skills in the digital era and their impact on sales performance, particularly in the SME sector. The method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach, focusing on scientific articles from 2020–2024. The analysis reveals that digital marketing skills, such as social media use, SEO, and content marketing, positively influence sales target achievement. Competencies in digital data analysis, product knowledge, and creativity in marketing campaigns have been shown to improve sales effectiveness. However, several challenges remain in implementation, such as limited human resources, technological infrastructure, and cybersecurity. Therefore, strengthening marketing skills must be supported by continuous training and systemic support to optimally impact business growth.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze effective strategies to rapidly enhance marketing skills among individuals and target groups. In the dynamic digital era, mastering marketing skills is a key factor in improving competitiveness and business success. The research employs a qualitative approach using library research and document analysis, reviewing literature, previous studies, and related documents on marketing skill development. The findings reveal that effective marketing skill enhancement strategies integrate experiential learning, digital literacy, adaptive learning technology, social networks, and optimal resource management. Active and self-directed learning approaches accelerate skill acquisition, while digital literacy and utilization of digital marketing tools are essential prerequisites. Social networks and practitioner communities strengthen collaboration and innovation, whereas adaptive technology personalizes learning processes for greater efficiency. The study also identifies barriers such as limited technology access and resistance to new learning methods, which can be overcome through flexible program design and blended learning. In conclusion, this comprehensive and integrative strategy not only improves individual competencies but also significantly impacts business growth and competitiveness in the digital era. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for educational institutions, business actors, and training providers in developing innovative and sustainable marketing skill enhancement programs.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative method to examine effective marketing strategies implemented by Islamic banks in enhancing competitiveness in the digital era. Amid increasingly intense competition in the financial industry and rapid technological advancements, Islamic banks are required to adapt and utilize various digital platforms as marketing tools. This study focuses on analyzing digital marketing strategies such as the use of social media, mobile banking, and content marketing to build brand awareness and customer loyalty. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with Islamic banking practitioners and observation of their digital marketing activities. The findings reveal that integrating sharia values with digital technology creates a unique, relevant, and highly competitive marketing approach. Furthermore, the ability of Islamic banks to understand the needs of the millennial and Gen Z generations is a key factor in expanding their market share. Therefore, adaptive, innovative, and value-based marketing strategies are essential foundations for facing the digital era.

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach to analyze the marketing strategy of the Cicil Emas (Gold Installment) product amid price fluctuations, as implemented by BSI KCP Kejuruan Muda. Cicil Emas is one of the flagship products of Islamic banks, offering great potential to fulfill the investment needs of Muslim communities. However, global gold price volatility poses a significant challenge in maintaining customer interest. This research aims to explore how marketing strategies are designed and applied in a dynamic market environment. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with marketing staff, direct observation, and internal documentation. The results reveal that BSI KCP Kejuruan Muda adopts adaptive marketing strategies through customer education, competitive margin offers, enhancement of digital services, and personalized approaches via Islamic finance communities. These strategies have proven effective in retaining customer loyalty and increasing the transaction volume of the Cicil Emas product despite price fluctuations. The study concludes that innovation and trust are essential in marketing Sharia-based products, particularly those that are highly sensitive to global market changes such as gold.

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach to analyze the marketing strategies employed by Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) in increasing market share through the utilization of information technology. In the rapidly evolving digital era, the use of information technology has become a crucial factor for Islamic financial institutions to reach a wider customer base and provide more effective and efficient services. This study examines how BSI integrates digital technology into its marketing strategies, including the use of online platforms, mobile banking applications, and social media for product education and promotion. The findings reveal that the utilization of information technology not only improves service accessibility but also strengthens customer relationships through more personal and responsive interactions. This strategy contributes to increased customer loyalty and expands BSI’s market share amid competition in the Islamic banking industry. This study provides valuable insights for developing digital marketing in the Islamic financial sector that is adaptive to technological advancements.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of a hybrid learning model to enhance sharia marketing skills through social media and mobile applications among creative economy actors. By combining online and face-to-face learning, the model aims to provide flexibility and a comprehensive learning experience aligned with sharia principles such as honesty and business ethics. This literature review analyzes supporting factors, challenges, and the effectiveness of hybrid learning in the context of sharia-based digital marketing. Findings indicate that hybrid learning significantly improves digital competencies and sharia marketing skills, provided there is adequate technological infrastructure, adaptive curriculum, and sufficient mentoring. Social media and mobile applications are proven effective tools for market expansion, yet challenges in technology access and digital literacy must be addressed to fully optimize digital marketing potential in accordance with Islamic values. The study offers strategic recommendations for developing relevant and practical sharia marketing training in the digital era.
