The Covid-19 pandemic is increasingly spreading to all countries in the world, including Indonesia. all of which are all sectors including the economic sector experiencing contraction as experienced by Islamic banks. However, Islamic banking is categorized as a financial sector that is still able to withstand the storm of the crisis. The purpose of this study is to analyze the banking performance of Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) after being hit by the covid-19 pandemic, the method used is a qualitative descriptive method accompanied by a sample of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. The secondary data obtained is in the form of data analysis on the development of sharia banking in the creation of COVID-19 based on Third Party Funds (DPK). Source of data for the period January to July 2020 which can be from Islamic bank report data. The development of cuttent development creative economy in Indonesia needs to be improved. Indonesia creative economy as a new force to the spirit of 2025 is not only limited but also to be creative with the mission statement on behalf of the cultural identity of Indonesia on any creative work created by the children of the nation. Development of the creative economy can not be separated from the younger generation as a storehouse of creativity. Young people are the productive resources with creative ideas can open a business (entrepreneurs), which also help the government in reducing the unemployment rate in the labor force. More and more young people are involved in the entrepreneurial world, the more the productivity is generated so that the impact on the increasing development of the national economy. Usaha kecil (small business) adalah suatu kegiatan ekonomi yang dilakukan oleh perseorangan atau rumah tangga maupun suatu badan dengan tujuan untuk memproduksi barang atau jasa yang diperniagakan secara komersial dan mempunyai pendapatan atau omzet sebesar Rp. 1.000.000.000,00 atau kurang. Pengembangan Usaha Kecil salah satu prioritas dalam pembangunan perekonomian nasional. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pengembangan usaha kecil di kalangan Generasi Z yang berdasarkan Nilai-nilai Ekonomi Syariah sehingga nantinya, diharapkan hasil resume penelitian ini dapat dijadikan suatu konsep dan model bagi para pelaku usaha kecil lainnya. Penelitian yang dilakukan berupa deskriptif menggunakan studi pustaka dan meresume dari hasil riset yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya. Dari hasil penelitian di ketahui bahwa dalam strategi pengembangan kegiatan usaha kecil dapat menerapkan Nilai – nilai Ekonomi Syariah (Ketuhanan, Kepemilikan, Keseimbangan, Keadilan, dan Persaudaraan)

Banking institutions are one of the activator of a country's economy, namely business entities that collect funds from the public in the form of deposits and channel them back to the public in the form of credit. Efficient and optimal fund collection and distribution conducted by banks will be in line with the main objective of banking, namely achieving a level of profitability. Therefore, banks need to maintain profitability in order to remain stable or even increase. Return on Asset (ROA) is used as a proxy in measuring the profitability of a bank. A fairly complex problem in bank operational activities is liquidity management, due to the existence of funds managed by banks, most of which are short-term funds obtained from the public and can be withdrawn at any time. The purpose of this study is to obtain findings regarding the effect of capital adequacy ratio (CAR) and liquidity on profitability . The research method is to use quantitative research with secondary data, namely where the data that has been published with data collection using documentation techniques and analysis techniques using explanatory research methods. The results showed that capital adequacy ratio (CAR) and liquidity partially had a positive and insignificant effect on profitability while simultaneously had a significant effect on profitability.

The growing development of sharia-related products that are increasingly crowded in Indonesia also has an effect on the business development of PT Pegadaian (Persero). Therefore, PT Pegadaian (Persero) also issued a new product that smelled of sharia under the name Pegadaian Syariah. The legal basis for the establishment of Sharia Pawnshops is PP No. 103 dated November 10 2000 and Fatwa DSN No. 25 / DSN-MUI / III / 2002 concerning Rahn. For this reason, this study aims to examine and analyze the effect of promotions, prices and loan disbursement procedures on customer interest in using rahn products in Islamic pawnshops. This research uses quantitative research. The type of data used in this research is primary data. Primary data is data that comes from the original source or the first one that comes from a questionnaire. Based on the analysis and data processing above, the results obtained include promotion variables that affect customer interest, price variable affects customer interest and loan disbursement procedure variables also affect customer interest. The Islamic work ethic and productivity are parts of the work concept that raise the value of forming a good personality in work based on the principle in Islam. The research investigated 40 employees as research samples through quantitative methods: questionnaire (questionnaire), documentation, and observation. The used analysis included validity test, reliability test, statistical collinearity test, partial test, and determination test (R2). The tool in analyzing the data was pathway analysis with the Smart Pls 3.0 program. The results found that the Islamic Work Ethic has a positive washback on Employee Performance, Work Quality, and Productivity. Employee Performance has a positive washback on employee performance with a positive and significant effect on work quality. Productivity does not significantly influence employee performance, and it also does not significantly influence work quality.

A business can lead to a transaction between a seller and a buyer regarding a particular object or item. Islam justifies trade, commerce, and or buying and selling. In Islam, it has also been regulated how to transact correctly, this rule is known as Islamic business ethics. In this study using library research method (library review) which collects data from various kinds of literature, the research aims to find out how the implementation of Islamic business ethics in improving the welfare of cattle traders. Welfare in sharia economy aims to achieve human welfare as a whole, namely material welfare, spiritual and moral welfare. The result of this study is to find out how to implement Islamic business ethics in carrying out a muamalah activity.

To meet their daily needs for goods and services, people need to look for other good alternatives to make shopping easier. So that people start using e-commerce in the trade of goods and services so that everyone can access it. The purpose of this study is to find out how consumer behavior in online shopping is, then how to implement it in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative research methods from journals and resumes from previous studies. The results show that by applying consumer behavior when shopping online will give a good impression to buyers and sellers. Consumer behavior must also reflect their relationship with Allah in accordance with the teachings of the Qur'an, so that humans are not wasteful in making purchases to meet the needs of each individual.

Munculnya wacana tentang etika bisnis tak lain dikarenakan realitas di lapangan menunjukkan berbagai penyimpangan dalam dunia bisnis, khususnya dalam mengabaikan nilai-nilai moralitas. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh Etika Bisnis Islam dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada perusahaan Property di Lampung. Sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini sebanyak 135 responden karyawan property dan real estate di provinsi Lampung. Hasil penelitian menyatakan: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Etika Bisnis Islam terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Perusahaan sektor peroperty dan real estate di Provinsi Lampung. (2) Terdapan pengaruh yang signifikan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Perusahaan sektor peroperty dan real estate di Provinsi Lampung. (3) Etika Bisnis Islam dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Perusahaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Kata Kunci: Etika Bisnis Islam, Kompensasi, Kinerja Karyawan The emergence of discourse about business ethics is none other than reality in the field showing a variety of irregularities in the business world, especially in ignoring the values of morality. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the Islamic Business Ethics and Compensation had on Employee Performance in Property companies in Lampung. The sample used in this study were 135 respondents in property and real estate employees in Lampung province. The results of the study stated: (1) There is a significant influence of Islamic Business Ethics on Company Employee Performance in the peroperty and real estate sector in Lampung Province. (2) There is a significant influence of Compensation on Company Employee Performance in the peroperty and real estate sector in Lampung Province. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk sosialisasi ini dilaksanakan dasar kerjasama mahasiswa KKN-DR UIN Raden Intan Lampung dengan Pejabat Desa Ciamis Kecamatan Sungkai Utara Kabupaten Lampung Utara Propinsi Lampung untuk memberikan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat desa tersebut mengenai Penyaluran Bansos pada era New Normal. Metode yang digunakan ialah dengan mensosialisasikan kepada kelompok masyarakat yang berjumlah 260 Kartu Keluarga (KK) dengan catatan tetap menjaga protokol kesehatan, dan diselenggarakan di Balai Desa Ciamis. Tujuan pengabdian ini ialah untuk mengedukasi masyarakat Desa Ciamis tentang era New Normal yang sedang diterapkan oleh pemerintah saat ini. Hasilnya, masyarakat Desa Ciamis mulai memahami dan menerapkan protokol kesehatan.
