The objective of the study was to know, 1) the influence of leadership on discipline, 2) the influence of the motivation on discipline, and 3) The influence of the leardership and motivation on discipline. This research uses quantitative methods. The population was the all teacher at State Junior High School 1 of Tanjung Raja. The sample taken by totalling sampling with the total 35 teachers. Data collection is done by questionnaire, and documentation. Data were analyzed descriptively using SPSS version 16 for windows. From the results of this study it can be concluded that 1) there was an influence of the leaderhip on discipline, 2) there was an influence of motivation on discipline, 3) there was significant influence between leadership and motivation on discipline.

This study determined the effect of organizational culture and leadership style in school principals on improving teacher’s performance in Muara Padang. This research used quantitative methods with correlational type. The study population was 60 people. The research sample was 51 people, where the sampling technique using a method developed by Isaac and Michael with an error rate of 5%. The results showed: 1) there was a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on teacher’s performance; 2) there is a positive and significant influence between the principal's leadership style and the teacher's performance; 3) there is a simultaneous influence between organizational culture and school principal leadership style on teacher’s performance in Muara Padang.

This study aims to find out how the management of dynamic archives in universities has been run by the Universitas PGRI Palembang in order to realize a cyber university as well as the challenges and obstacles experienced in the management of dynamic archives. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research and uses the analysis of the CIPP evaluation model. Informants in this study came from five archive managers. Data collection techniques used in-depth interviews, observation, and relevant literature studies. The data analysis technique includes four components, namely data collection, data condensation, data display and conclusion. The results of the study indicate that in archive management, PGRI University of Palembang has established an Archives Subdivision which is managed by the Library Unit. This has not been able to fulfill the archive management in each faculty. So that there are several challenges that must be carried out in archive management at Universitas PGRI Palembang, including designing an archive system with an archive retention schedule, shrinking archives, and maintaining archives. This study shows an overview of how archive management has never been studied before and can be used as a reference for other universities in South Sumatra that evaluating dynamic records management in each institution is important to do as early as possible.

This qualitative study examines how new students' learning is managed in the new normal era at UPT SMK Negeri 3 Muara Enim using a network infrastructure and few face-to-face encounters. According to the study's findings, the implementation of learning management for new students in the new normal era includes planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating, but it is difficult to implement if not supported by all school members, because there are many limitations that come from schools, teachers, and students. student.

This study determined the effect of the level of education, training and teaching experience partial and together on the professionalism of teachers. This research was quantitative with a survey design. This research was conducted in a high school in Zone III, Muara Enim Regency, with a 50 respondents. Data were collected using questionnaires and documentation. The validity test uses Pearson's product moment, while the reliability test uses K-R.20. The prerequisite test of data analysis used normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, while data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that there is an effect of the level of education, training and teaching experience partial and simultaneous on the professionalism of teachers from senior high school in Zone III at Muara Enim Regency.

The goal of this study was to find out if there is a partial or combined impact of leadership style and teacher achievement motivation on teaching performance. The participants in this study were 70 state junior high school teachers from Palembang City's Jakabaring District. Techniques such as descriptive analysis and data analysis utilizing the SPSS software were applied. According to the findings of the data analysis, the principal's leadership and achievement incentive have a partial and combined influence on teacher performance. This indicates that if the principal's leadership, achievement motivation, and performance continue to rise, with excellent leadership and achievement motivation, teacher performance will undoubtedly improve.

Improving teacher’s performance can be done by maximizing teacher professional competence because teacher professional competence is the basis for a teacher in carrying out learning activities and especially in enhancing the role as an educator. The method used in this research is to use quantitative methods with a survey approach. The population is 407 teachers who are in East Baturaja sub-district. Because the population is 100, the sample is taken as a whole and is called the population sample, but if the population is more than 100 then 35% is taken, namely 147 teachers who are sampled by using purposive sampling and to analyze the data researchers use SPSS For Windows Version 21. The results of the study are each point of the problem formulation states that there is a positive and significant influence both partially and simultaneously on principal’s leadership and teacher’s professionalism on teacher’s performance

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and workload on teacher’s performance at SMP Negeri Lempuing Jaya District during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a quantitative study conducted at SMP Negeri Lempuing Jaya District with 95 teachers as respondents. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Analysis prerequisite test using Normality Test, and Multicollinearity Test and Heteroscedasticity Test. As well as by using a simple regression technique t-test and multiple linear regression technique f-test. The results of this study can be summarized there is significant influence of work stress and workload variables partially and simultaneously on teacher’s performance.

This study aims to determine and describe the influence of leadership, organizational culture, motivation and reward on the performance of certified elementary school teachers in Central Bangka Regency. This study was conducted on elementary school certified teachers in Central Bangka Regency. This research is descriptive quantitative. The samples in this study were 399 teachers. The data analysis technique used is a multiple regression model with the help of the SPSS for Windows program. The results of the study concluded that there was a significant influence between leadership, organizational culture, work motivation and reward on the performance of certified elementary school teachers in Central Bangka Regency.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of teacher’s work motivation on teacher’s performance, the influence of principal’s leadership on teacher’s performance, and the influence of teacher’s work motivation and principal’s leadership together on the performance of high school teachers in East Baturaja District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. This research was carried out at 4 high schools in East Baturaja District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study was 110 with a sample of 86 respondents. The data collection techniques in this research used three methods, namely questionnaires, documentation, and observation. The results obtained in this research are that there is a significant influence between teacher’s work motivation on the performance of high school teachers in East Baturaja District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. There is a significant influence between principal’s leadership on the performance of high school teachers in East Baturaja District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency and there is a significant joint influence between teacher’s work motivation and principal’s leadership on the performance of high school teachers in East Baturaja District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency.
