Abstract

Although the measurement of library service satisfaction indices has been widely discussed, the implementation of web-based satisfaction index information systems at the school level, where manual methods are still used, has rarely been examined. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of a web-based library satisfaction index information system at Perpustakaan Vidyatama SMP Negeri 2 Kudus in improving the efficiency of data collection, the accuracy of score processing, and the quality of reporting. The research adopts the waterfall development model, encompassing the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Data were obtained through observation of manual survey processes, interviews with librarians, and system trials. The system was developed using Laravel and MySQL, and includes features for online survey completion, automatic index calculation using weighted averages, and the presentation of informative reports. The findings show increased speed of recap processes, reduced risk of data loss, and improved accuracy of survey results. These results underscore the importance of library service digitalization and demonstrate that a web-based satisfaction index information system can serve as an effective solution for improving service evaluation processes, while also providing a practical reference for other schools wishing to adopt similar satisfaction evaluation systems.

Abstract

The short story studied in this study is "Nyanyian Pilu Meo Oni Yang Terdengar Dari Hutan" by Lita Lestianti which was written in 2019. The purpose of this study is to describe the use of grammatical and lexical cohesion in short story. This research implemented a qualitative method. Data collection techniques using reading and recording techniques. The data collection procedure includes preparing data sources, reading and listening to the contents of the short story, reducing and marking the data, and recording data. The data analysis method in this study is the distribution method. The data analysis technique is descriptive analysis with data analysis procedures, namely identification, classification, data reduction and conclusions. The results of this study revealed the use of grammatical and lexical cohesion in short story which include grammatical cohesion, namely reference, substitution, omission (ellipsis), and conjunctions and lexical cohesion, namely repetition, synonyms (similarities), antonyms (opposite words), hyponyms (part or content relationships), collocations (word conjunctions), and equivalence.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the extent to which religious moderation based on the values of wasathiyyah is implemented within the environment of MIS Mathla’ul Anwar Cibongkok, Pandeglang, Banten, particularly in the context of Islamic Religious Education. A qualitative approach was employed, with data collected from 110 students through direct observation, semi-structured interviews, documentation, and focus group discussions (FGDs) involving 3–5 students per group. In addition, field notes were taken by the researcher to capture undocumented observations. The findings reveal that the implementation of religious moderation policies at MIS Mathla’ul Anwar Cibongkok Menes, Pandeglang, Banten, is still strongly upheld by many students. This is largely attributed to the foundational religious upbringing provided by their parents. The study underscores that parents serve as the first educators for their children, instilling Islamic values and guiding them to avoid actions that deviate from shar’i (Islamic law). These findings can serve as a valuable reference for the development of parenting education programs organized by educational institutions across Indonesia.

Abstract

Gender issues have been a continuous topic of discussion from the era of Jahiliyyah until today. The idea of gender equality in education has become increasingly important to be studied, resolved, and implemented in both educational institutions and society. For thousands of years, discriminatory practices against women have created a doctrine that women should not be involved in economic, political, religious, or educational spheres. This social inequality has led to limited access for women to formal education and an increase in gender-based violence. In Islamic teachings, however, women are highly respected and honored, even though certain boundaries are set by religion. This study uses a library research method by collecting various literatures related to the strengthening of gender roles in Islamic education. The findings show that gender empowerment in Islamic education today can be seen through the increasing access of women to education, the development of gender-responsive curricula, the emergence of female scholars and academics, supportive government and institutional policies, and Islamic character education that emphasizes justice and equality. The study concludes that Islamic education is currently moving toward justice and gender equality while maintaining the fundamental Islamic values that uphold morality and spirituality in human life.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the dimensions of the spiritual experiences of the congregants of the Qadiriyah wa Naqsyabandiyah Tarekat under the guidance of Ulul Albab at the Integrated Islamic Boarding School Daru Ulil Albab, Nganjuk, as well as to analyze the influence of teachings and the practice of dhikr on changes in congregants' behavior. The approach used is qualitative with a phenomenological research type, conducted through observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. Data analysis is carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and verification using source triangulation. The research findings indicate that the spiritual experiences of the followers of the Qadiriyah wa Naqsyabandiyah Order are reflected in five main aspects: self-transformation, inner peace, awareness of always remembering Allah, consistency in worship, and the ability to maintain a balance between spirituality and worldly life. The practice of dhikr, especially dhikr nafi isbat and ismu zat, serves as the main means that fosters tranquility, enhances self-control, and strengthens discipline in worship. These findings align with William James' theory of spiritual experience, particularly regarding the noetic, ineffability, transiency, and passivity aspects, and are relevant to Max Weber's theory of social action, which shows that the behavior of the followers is influenced by a combination of value-rationality and instrumental rationality. This study affirms that the practices of the Qadiriyah wa Naqsyabandiyah Order play an important role in shaping the spiritual depth and behavioral changes of its followers.   Keywords: Spiritual Experience, Sufi Order, Qadiriyah and Naqshbandiyah, Dhikr, Social Action

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the salam contract in fruit trading practices at the Lambaro Central Fruit Market, Aceh Besar, with a particular focus on assessing its compliance with the principles of fiqh muamalah and identifying gaps between Islamic legal norms and actual market practices. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, the data were collected through observations, structured interviews with five fruit sellers and five distributors, as well as supporting documentation. The findings indicate that salam transactions are commonly practiced through a pre-order system with full advance payment, accompanied by explicit agreements regarding fruit type, quantity, delivery time, and delivery locationdemonstrating adherence to most core requirements of the salam contract. However, inconsistencies arise in relation to accountability for damaged goods, as distributors generally do not provide compensation for spoiled or non-conforming fruits, leaving sellers to bear the entire risk of loss. This practice contradicts Islamic legal principles, which stipulate that sellers remain responsible for the goods until they reach buyers in the agreed-upon condition. The study concludes that although the salam mechanism helps maintain continuity in the fruit supply chain, it has not fully achieved the principles of fairness, justice, and consumer protection mandated in Islamic law. To ensure alignment with sharia objectives, the study recommends the establishment of written contractual agreements, standardized procedures for quality inspection at delivery, and clear liability regulations to protect transaction parties with weaker bargaining positions. The novelty of this research lies in its empirical examination of salam implementation within the largest traditional fruit market in Aceh Besar through real supply-chain interactions, rather than relying solely on normative legal analysis.

Abstract

Abstrak - Klinik Pratama Ben Mari Juwana mengalami kendala dalam pengelolaan data pelayanan pasien karena belum tersedianya sistem yang terkomputerisasi. Masalah ini menyebabkan proses administrasi menjadi lambat, risiko kesalahan pencatatan meningkat, dan pemantauan kepuasan pasien tidak optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pelayanan Pasien berbasis web yang terintegrasi dengan metode Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework CodeIgniter serta basis data MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi pendaftaran, pengelolaan rekam medis, pemantauan stok obat, dan evaluasi layanan pasien. Integrasi metode CRM memungkinkan klinik memantau umpan balik pasien secara langsung dan memperkuat hubungan jangka panjang antara pasien dan klinik. Sistem ini juga mendukung keamanan data dan efisiensi operasional secara signifikan.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi; Manajemen Pelayanan Pasien; Customer Relationship Management; Rekam Medis; Klinik; Sistem Berbasis Web. Abstract - Ben Mari Juwana Pratama Clinic experiences obstacles in managing patient service data because a computerized system is not yet available. This problem causes the administration process to be slow, the risk of recording errors increases, and patient satisfaction monitoring is not optimal. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Patient Service Management Information System integrated with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) method. The system was developed using the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter framework and MySQL database. The results of the study showed that the system succeeded in increasing the efficiency of registration, medical record management, drug stock monitoring, and patient service evaluation. The integration of the CRM method allows the clinic to monitor patient feedback directly and strengthen long-term relationships between patients and the clinic. This system also significantly supports data security and operational efficiency.Keywords: Information System; Patient Service Management; Customer Relationship Management; Medical Records; Clinic; Web-Based System.

Abstract

Abstrak - Toko Podo Joyo merupakan unit dagang yang bergerak di bidang penjualan bahan bangunan. Pengelolaan persediaan barang yang dilakukan masih manual, yang mengakibatkan sering terjadinya permasalahan seperti kekurangan atau kelebihan stok sehingga mempengaruhi pendapatan yang merugikan pihak toko. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem perkiraan persediaan barang berbasis web menggunakan metode Least Square. Metode ini dipilih karena mampu memprediksi data berdasarkan tren historis dengan regresi linier, yang menghubungkan variabel bebas (X) dengan variabel terikat (Y) dengan menggunakan Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) sebagai penguat hasil prediksi. Hasil Implementasi sistem berbasis metode Least Square ini menjadi solusi efektif dalam mendukung aktivitas operasional toko seperti membantu pemilik toko dalam mengambil keputusan terkait jumlah stok barang yang harus disediakan pada periode berikutnya dan dapat menghindari kekosongan maupun penumpukan barang, serta meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan persediaan.Kata kunci: Peramalan Persediaan; Least Square; Sistem Informasi; Manajemen Stok; MAPE; Abstract - Podo Joyo Store is a trading unit engaged in the sale of building materials. Inventory management is still manual, resulting in frequent problems such as understocking or overstocking, which negatively impacts the store's revenue. This study aims to design a web-based inventory forecasting system using the Least Square method. This method was chosen because it is able to predict data based on historical trends with linear regression, which connects the independent variable (X) with the dependent variable (Y) using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) to strengthen the prediction results. The implementation of this Least Square-based system is an effective solution in supporting store operational activities, such as assisting store owners in making decisions regarding the amount of stock to be provided in the next period, preventing stockouts or stockpiling, and increasing efficiency in inventory management.Keywords: Inventory Forecasting; Least Square; Information System; Stock Management; MAPE;

Abstract

Abstrak - CV Yoru Indonesia, produsen Teh Daun Kelor, menghadapi masalah dalam pengelolaan biaya akibat penggunaan sistem akuntansi manual yang menyebabkan pemborosan sumber daya dan ketidakakuratan penetapan harga produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menerapkan sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis web dengan pendekatan Activity-Based Costing (ABC) guna meningkatkan akurasi alokasi biaya dan efisiensi operasional. Sistem ini dikembangkan untuk mengintegrasikan proses bisnis serta memungkinkan akses dan pembaruan data secara real-time. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode ABC mampu memberikan perhitungan biaya yang lebih akurat berdasarkan aktivitas yang mengonsumsi sumber daya, sementara sistem berbasis web mempercepat pelaporan keuangan dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajerial. Dengan penerapan sistem ini, perusahaan berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengurangi pemborosan, dan memperkuat daya saing di pasar.Kata Kunci : Activity-Based Costing; sistem informasi akuntansi; pengelolaan biaya; efisiensi operasional; teknologi web. Abstract - CV Yoru Indonesia, a producer of Moringa leaf tea, faced challenges in cost management due to the use of a manual accounting system, resulting in resource waste and inaccurate product pricing. This study aimed to develop and implement a web-based accounting information system using the Activity-Based Costing (ABC) method to improve cost allocation accuracy and operational efficiency. The system was designed to integrate business processes and enable real-time data access and updates. The results indicated that the ABC method provided more accurate cost calculations based on actual resource-consuming activities, while the web-based system accelerated financial reporting and supported managerial decision-making. The implementation of this system helped the company enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and strengthen its competitiveness in the market.Keywords: Activity-Based Costing; accounting information system; cost management; operational efficiency; web technology.

Abstract

Abstrak - Penentuan siswa berprestasi di SMA Negeri 1 Kembang Jepara masih dilakukan secara manual dan hanya mempertimbangkan nilai akademik, sehingga belum mencerminkan penilaian yang menyeluruh dan objektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Sistem Pendukung Keputusan berbasis web menggunakan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) guna membantu proses seleksi siswa berprestasi secara lebih efisien dan adil. Sistem ini mempertimbangkan beberapa kriteria, seperti nilai akademik, karya siswa, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, kemampuan berbahasa Inggris, dan sertifikasi yang dimiliki. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menghasilkan peringkat siswa secara akurat berdasarkan kedekatan dengan solusi ideal, menyajikan laporan secara real-time, dan mempermudah pihak sekolah dalam pengambilan keputusan. Sistem yang dibangun juga meningkatkan transparansi dan efektivitas proses seleksi siswa berprestasi.Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan; TOPSIS; siswa berprestasi; evaluasi multi-kriteria; aplikasi berbasis web. Abstract - Determination of outstanding students at SMA Negeri 1 Kembang Jepara is still done manually and only considers academic grades, so it does not reflect a comprehensive and objective assessment. This study aims to design a web-based Decision Support System using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to help the selection process of outstanding students more efficiently and fairly. This system considers several criteria, such as academic grades, student work, extracurricular activities, English language skills, and certifications held. The implementation results show that the system is able to produce accurate student rankings based on proximity to the ideal solution, present reports in real-time, and make it easier for schools to make decisions. The system built also increases the transparency and effectiveness of the selection process for outstanding students.Keywords: Decision Support System; TOPSIS; outstanding students; multi-criteria evaluation; web-based applications.
